        중학교 가정교과 통일교육 교수·학습 과정안 개발

        본 연구는 실천적 추론 과정을 통해 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 다양한 맥락을 살펴보고, 건강한 통일공동체를 형성하기 위해 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육의 목표와 내용 체계를 선정하고 이를 적용한 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고자 하였다. 한국교육과정평가원의 교수 학습 콘텐츠 개발 모형 단계에 따라 통일교육지침서와 통일교육 선행 연구, 북한이탈주민 관련 선행 연구와 2015 개정 실과(기술 가정) 교육과정 분석을 통해 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육 목표 및 내용 체계를 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 실천적 문제 추출한 뒤 실천적 추론 과정을 적용한 교수 학습 과정안과 학생 활동지를 개발하였고, 두 차례의 전문가 집단 평가 결과를 토대로 최종 개발안을 마련하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 목표는 '사회문화적 맥락을 바탕으로 남북한 생활문화의 차이를 존중하고 공동의 가치를 발견하며, 통일사회에서의 발생 가능한 실천적 문제를 이해하고 해결하는 과정을 통해 건강한 통일공동체 형성을 위한 능력을 배양한다.'로 선정하였다. 둘째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 내용 체계는 '생활문화 중심의 통일교육'을 핵심주제로 선정하고 내용 요소들은 남북한 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 사회문화적 맥락 이해, 남북한 소비생활환경의 이해, 남북한 생활문화 관련 언어, 북한 음식을 포함한 지역별의 식생활 문화의 다양성 유지, 사회적 규범과 옷차림, 올바른 주거가치관과 공동주거생활 예절의 6가지로 구성하였다. 그리고 앞서 도출된 중학교 가정교과에서의 통일교육의 목표를 바탕으로 실천적 문제를 '건강한 통일공동체를 형성하기 위해 우리는 무엇을 해야 하는가?'로 선정하였다. 셋째, 중학교 가정교과 통일교육의 교수 학습 과정안은 통일에 대한 문제 인식하기, 남북한 생활문화에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석하기, 행동의 결과 및 파급효과 파악과 대안적 방법 선택하기, 건강한 통일공동체 형성을 위한 실천하기의 4가지 주제를 포함한 총 8차시의 교수 학습 과정안과 35개의 학습 자료를 개발하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the various contexts affecting life culture through practical reasoning process and to select the goal and contents system of unification education in middle school home economics to form healthy unification community and to develop teaching and learning process. Based on the Unification Education Guidelines, Unification Education Pre-Study, Pre-Study on North Korean Defectors, and Analysis of the 2015 Revision Home Economics Curriculum in Korea, Goal and content system. Based on this, we developed a teaching and learning process and a student activity place applying practical reasoning process after extracting practical problems, and prepared a final development plan based on the results of two expert group evaluations. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the goal of unification education in the middle school home economics class is to 'Based on the social-cultural context, we develop the ability to cultivate healthy reunification by respecting the differences between the cultures of the two Koreas and discovering common values in a unified society and resolving practical issues in a unified society.'. Second, the content system of middle school home economics unification education was selected as the core theme of 'Unification Education Focused on the Living Culture'. The content elements were comprehending the socio - cultural context that affects the life culture of the two Koreas, Related language, maintenance of diversity of dietary culture in each region including North Korean food, social norms and attire, correct housing value and common living etiquette. Based on the goals of unification education in the middle school home school curriculum, we selected practical issues as 'What should we do to create a healthy unified community?'. Third, the teaching and learning process of unification education in junior high school home economics education is to recognize the problem of unification, to analyze the factors affecting the life culture of the two Koreas, to grasp the effect of the action and the ripple effects, to select alternative methods, And 4 subjects for 8 teaching learning course plan, and 35 teaching materials.

        Developmental Neurotoxicity in vitro Screening Test Method that Measures Cell Viability and Proliferation using Human Neuroprogenitor Cells

        Current developmental neurotoxicity tests are based on in vivo tests, and many kinds of chemicals cannot be evaluated due to restrictions such as the number, cost, and time of animals used in the test. Recently, in vitro test methods for screening test chemicals that may damage the nervous system are being studied. As an alternative test for developmental neurotoxicity, an in vitro test method that measures the endpoint of neurogenesis process is being studied; however, a single in vitro assay cannot completely cover all neurogenesis processes. Therefore, studies are being carried out to combine test methods as endpoints for key events in neurogenesis process and test battery study. In this study, we used human neuroprogenitor cells, ReNcell™ CX, to evaluate developmental neurotoxicity of test substances on cell viability (MTT assay) and proliferation (BrdU assay) by ELISA method. This method has the advantage of being able to quickly and easily evaluates many substances compared to previous methods using fluorescence microscope. First, we tested to optimize the test method using known antiproliferative/ non-antiproliferative chemicals, we were able to obtain 100% accuracy compared to the previous study. This was verified by confirming that it was appropriate to evaluate cell viability and proliferation using a human neural progenitor cells (ReNcell™ CX). In the utilization study, 18 test substances were evaluated. As a result, 11 test substances (Acrylamide, Bisphenol A, Carbamazepine, Chlorpyrifos, Diethylstilbestrol, Perfluorooctanoic Acid, Sodium arsenite, 3,3’,5,5 ‘-Tetrabromobisphenol A, Ibuprofen, Omeprazole, and Verapamil) were judged as substances with developmental neurotoxicity potential, and 7 test substances (Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, Fluconazole, Permethrin, Atropine, Captopril, D-Mannitol, and Dinotefuran) were judged as non-developmental neurotoxicity substances. The sensitivity was 70% (7/10), specificity 50% (4/8), accuracy 61% (11/18), false positive rate 50% (4/8), and false negative rate 30% (3/10). These results show that it can be used as an in vitro screening test for developmental neurotoxicity that can measure and evaluate many substances within a short time compared to the existing in vivo tests. In addition, this test is a single in vitro screening test, and further studies are needed to evaluate it in combination with other in vitro test method.

        소비자의 선택 과부하와 유사성 회피 성향이 온라인 추천 서비스의 혁신성과 사용 적합성 지각에 미치는 영향

        Online recommendation services help people search for an appropriate product among a huge assortment in stores that also minimize consumers’ choice overload. People with a need for uniqueness are likely to prefer this online recommendation service based on individual needs and tastes. This study verifies the effect of consumers’ choice overload and similarity avoidance in consumers’ evaluation towards an online recommendation service with a focus on innovativeness and use comparability. Two-hundred consumers participated in this study and data were collected through an online survey firm. A mock retailer’s webpage was created and showed six types of sneakers, which was presented as a result of product recommendation based on consumers’ personal information. Data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), analysis of variance (ANOVA), and regression analysis. The results show that people with a high similarity avoidance perceive an online recommendation service as an innovative and compatible service. They also perceive a high level of use compatibility for an online recommendation service, especially when it is difficult to choose a product under choice overload. Innovativeness and use compatibility of an online recommendation service increase behavioral intention. The results of this study can contribute to strategies to start online recommendation services from online retailers' websites that identify circumstances in which consumers can adopt innovative services in a positive manner.

        Evaluation of skin phototoxicity of transdermally administered pharmaceuticals in Sprague-Dawley rats

        Some drugs cause phototoxicity in humans when exposed to light, thus there is a need for an in vivo phototoxicity test to evaluate them. However, an in vivo phototoxicity test method to evaluate this has not been established. This study aimed to establish an in vivo phototoxicity test method for transdermally administered drugs. For this, we evaluated the phototoxicity using Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats for transdermal administered drugs and we studied the appropriate UVA dose using 8-methoxypsalen, which is a well-known phototoxic drug. We found that a UVA dose of 15 J/cm2 was dose and time dependent response compared to other UVA doses. We performed the Minimum Erythema Dose (MED) test because UVB can cause skin irritation by itself and selected 0.01 J/cm2 as an appropriate dose of UVB. Using the selected UVA and UVB doses, we performed a phototoxicity study of 6 pharmaceutical drugs, which included phototoxic and non-phototoxic drugs. As a result of the phototoxicity test, 100% accuracy was obtained when compared with previous studies. In addition, we performed histopathology to confirm the new findings. We found that histopathology can be used as an additional indicator of phototoxicity test for transdermally administered drugs.

      • 통합 수업에서의 협력학습을 활용한 유학생 쓰기의 실제 : 취업 목적 자기소개서와 소감문 쓰기를 중심으로

        본고는 결과중심 유학생들의 쓰기 지도에 대한 문제점을 개선하고자 하는 노력에서 출 발하였다. 학습자들은 본 활동을 통해 글쓰기에 흥미를 느끼게 되었고, 평소 글쓰기에 자신 감이 없었던 학습자들도 협력학습을 통해 글쓰기에 대한 두려움을 없앨 수 있었다. 무엇보 다 현장에서 주로 실시되는 통합 수업에서 쓰기 영역을 극대화시킬 수 있는 실제적인 방향 을 제시한 것이 큰 의의라고 본다. This writing compares effort to improvement of the Performance-based writing guidance for International Students. Through this activity, leaners became interested. also, Learner who did not have confidence in usual writing was able to eliminate the fear of writing through cooperative learning. Above all, this paper would be significant in sense that suggestion to practical directions that can maximize the writing education in the integrated class which is mainly conducted in the field.

        아바타 커스터마이징이 메타버스 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 자아확장의매개역할과 자기효능감의 조절효과

        This study explores how avatar customization influences the continuous intention to use the metaverse,mediated by self-expansion. The moderating effects of self-efficacy between avatar customization and self-expansion arealso explored. Data were collected through an online survey using consumer panels. Participants were Zepeto usersaged 18 or older who had used the platform within the previous six months. They were asked to recall a recent shoppingexperience of exploring the virtual fashion store via Zepeto. A total of 196 valid responses from participants were ana-lyzed using SPSS 26.0 for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and PROCESS procedure, and AMOS 23.0 for con-firmatory factor analysis. Results demonstrate that avatar customization increases continuous intention to use themetaverse; this effect is mediated by self-expansion. The moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy in the indirect pathwas significant and mediated by self-expansion. Specifically, the interplay effect of avatar customization and self-efficacyon self-expansion was statistically significant. For participants with high self-efficacy, avatar customization increases self-expansion, and it mediates the relationship between avatar customization and the continuous intention to use themetaverse. Findings contribute to expanding the literature on metaverse usage by testing the impact of avatar cus-tomization on self-expansion.
