        스핀 도핑을 이용한 단결정 실리콘 태양전지 확산 공정 최적화

        Rapid thermal processing (RTP) abruptly decreases the time required to perform solar cell processes. RTP were used to form emitter of crystalline silicon solar cells. The emitter sheet resistance is studied as a function of time and temperature. The objective of this study is reduction of doping process time with same performance. Emitter difRapid thermal dfusion was carried out by using a spin on doping and a RTP. iffusion was performed in the temperature range of $700{\sim}750^{\circ}C$ for 1m 30s~15 m. Thermal budgets yielded a $50{\Omega}/sq$ emitter using a P509 source. To reduce process time and get high efficiency, rapid thermal diffusion by IR lamp was employed in air atmosphere at $700^{\circ}C$ for 15 m.

        법정 내화슬래브의 내화성능에 관한 실험 연구

        본 연구는 현재 법정내화구조로 규정되어 있는 철근콘크리트조, 철골철근콘크리트조 및 철골철망모르타르조 슬래브에 대하여 재하조건에서의 내화성능을 검토함으로써 관련 규정의 분류체계 개선을 위한 자료 구축을 목적으로 하였다. 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 피복두께 40 mm의 경우 철근콘크리트조, 철골철근콘크리트조, 철골철망모르타르조의 변형량은 허용기준 대비 40~44%, 피복두께 50 mm의 경우는 34~37%로 유사한 수준의 내화성능을 보이는 것으로 나타나, 동일 피복의 경우 구조형식에 따른 내화성능 차이는 크지 않은 것을 확인하였다. 다만 근소한 차이로 철근콘크리트조, 철골철근콘크리트조, 철골철망모르타르조의 순으로 내화성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. (2) 슬래브 피복두께가 10 mm 증가하면 철골철근콘크리트조의 경우 8%, 철골철망모르타르조의 경우는 7%의 내화성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 슬래브의 내화성능은 피복두께와 전체 두께에 비례하여 증가하며, 구조형식의 영향은 거의 없는 것을 확인하였다. (3) 슬래브의 차열성능은 구조형식이나 피복두께의 영향보다는 전체 두께가 증가할수록 향상되었다. 하지만 슬래브 두께 200 mm이상에서는 두께가 증가하여도 차열성능에 미치는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to secure the test data for improving the classification scheme of related regulations about fire resistant slabs by testing the structural member of RC, SRC and SWM slabs which legally prescriptived. Test result may be summerised as follows. (1) In the equal thickness condiion of covering, the deflection of specimen of RC, SRC and SWM showed to have equivalent performance at the rate of 40~44% in the case of 40 mm, 34~37% of 50 mm to the proportion of allowed criteria. It can be placed in order, however, RC, SRC and SWM as a view of fire resisting rate. (2) An increase of 10mm cover thickness of slab lead to the fire resisting rate up to 8% and 7% in SRC and SWM, respectively. This showed that the fire resisting rate increases in proportion to the cover and whole thickness, with few influenced by structural type. (3) The insulation performance of slabs improved by increasing whole thickness, with few influenced by structural type or covering thickness, but in the case of over the 200 mm of thickness of slab it was not further improved.

        알카리 식각과 반응성 이온 식각을 이용한 결정질 실리콘 2단계 표면 조직화 공정

        Lowering surface reflectance of silicon wafer by texturization is one of the most important processes to improve the efficiency of silicon solar cells. Generally, the texturing of crystalline silicon was carried out using alkaline solution. The average reflectance of this method was 11% at the wavelength between 400 and 1,000 nm. In this study, the wafers were first texturing by NaOH solution at $80^{\circ}C$ for 35 min. Then the wafers were texturing by $SF_6$ and $O_2$ plasma in RIE (Reactive Ion Etching). The average reflectance of two step texturing was reduced to below 5% at the wavelength between 400 and 1,000 nm.

        Bladder injury with vesicocutaneous fistula following acupuncture: a case report

        Acupuncture is globally practiced extensively, especially in Northeast Asian countries. We present a case of bladder injury with vesicocutaneous fistula (VCF) subsequent to acupuncture treatment on the lower abdomen. We believe that no similar case has been reported in previous literature. A 54-year-old woman was admitted to our emergency department, complaining of lower abdominal pain with erythema, after undergoing acupuncture. Physical examination revealed swelling with erythema and slight pus-like discharges in the lower abdomen, with accompanying tenderness over the area of the swelling. An abdominal computed tomography showed evidence of bladder injury with VCF and abscess. Considering the underlying disease and the risk of surgical treatment, the patient was successfully treated with percutaneous abscess drainage and an indwelling urinary catheter. Considering the outcome of this case, we recommend that practitioners need to perform acupuncture treatment with sufficient anatomical knowledge and proper technique, to reduce the possibility of subsequent complications.

        응급실 인턴의 업무와 관련된 피로도, 스트레스 및 우울증

        Purpose: An internship is a very generally a stressful period during medical training in general. Working in the Emergency Department (ED) is especially difficult and stressful because of its unique clinical environment. Our goal was to determine the level of the depression, fatigue,sleep disorders and stress of interns in the ED. Methods: A questionnaire was distributed to 430 interns who are working or had worked in the ED. The questionnaire included questions about general characteristics and scales relating to symptoms of depression, fatigue, sleep disorder and stress. Results: Of the 430 questionnaires given out, 178(41.4%)were returned. The mean age of the participants was 28.4±2.9, and 123(69.5%) were male. Also, 112(63.3%) participants were working at an alumni-affiliated hospital or at related hospital. The interns at an unrelated hospital experienced more discrimination than those working at an alumni-related hospital (21.5% vs. 9.8%, respectively, p=0.031). Also,female interns experienced more sexual harassment than male interns (16.7% vs. 2.4%, respectively, p=0.001). The average score for medical outcomes study MOS sleep scale,Beck Depression Inventory, Fatigue Severity Scale and Cohen Perceived Stress Scale were 16.2±4.0, 8.0±7.8, 4.3±1.2 and 19.4±5.4, respectively. The degree of participation in treating patients first hand (OR 2.33, 95% CI=1.19-4.57), experiencing discrimination (OR 3.17, 95% CI=1.15-8.73) and long working hours (OR 2.02, 95% CI=1.05-3.86)had a significant effect on stress and depression. Conclusion: The interns who worked at an ED had higher fatigue and stress scores compared to ordinary person. Also, participation, discrimination and working hours may be good to mention. Therefore, more research and effort is required to improve the factors that cause fatigue, stress and depression of the interns in ED.

        동일 내화뿜칠 피복조건에서 표준화재에 노출된 합성보의 강재 온도이력 및 단면형상계수와의 관계

        When the concrete and steel combined composite beam is exposed to high temperature, concrete could delay temperature rising of steel by covering or increase heat capacity of structural member. For becoming of structural reinforcing by unification between materials, fire resistance rate of composite beam would be higher than simple steel beam. The temperature rising of exposed steel of composite beam is directly related with section shape and exposure length of steel. In this study, fire resistant tests were carried out for composite beams and steel beam with same thickness of spray-type fire resistant materials in standard fire, and after that, temperature histories were analysed and compared with shape factor. The correlation between steel temperature and shape factor was showed very high. This result suggests that if it can be predict the comparative advantage of member by factor which cause the performance enhancement, it could be conclude that an Standard Accreditation method can be adjust to members without indivisual certifiicate of accreditation. 콘크리트-강재 합성보가 고온에 노출된 경우 콘크리트는 강재를 피복하여 온도상승을 지연시키거나 보 내부의 수열용량을 높이는 역할을 한다. 한편 재료 간 일체화로 부재의 강도가 보완되기 때문에 일반적으로 단순 강재 보 보다 합성보의 내화성능이 유리하게 나타난다. 합성보에서 외부에 노출된 강재의 온도상승은 부재 단면의 형상 및 강재의 노출정도와 직접 관련하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 합성보와 일반철골보에 내화인정을 받은 내화뿜칠재를 동일 두께로 피복하여표준화재조건의 내화실험을 실시하고, 그 결과로 나타난 강재의 온도이력과 단면형상계수와의 관계를 비교 분석하였다. 강재 온도 측정결과와 부재별 단면형상계수의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 상관성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는부재의 내화성능에 영향을 미치는 명확한 조건에 의해 비교우위의 성능예측이 가능한 경우 부재별 개별 인정 없이 표준구조 인정을 통한 보편적인 사용이 가능할 수 있음을 시사한다.

        자가발전효율 향상을 위한 유수관내 블레이드 형상의 모델링 및 해석

        We examined the optimal shape of blades and efficiency of a self-power generator when the self-power generator using flow of the water in pipe as the power source was installed. Selected factors were the shape of blades, the number of blades, pitch angle, and the existence of separator. GAMBIT2.4 was used as a modeling program, FLUENT6.3, which is computational fluid dynamics simulation program, was used as an analytical model. In the case of a viscous model, k-epsilon standard model was chosen. As a result, when the number of blades was increased, the efficiency and maximum moment were enhanced slightly. The pitch of blades went up, and maximum moment was also increased. The optimal pitch of blade was 62.5 degree and the efficiency was increased by 30%. The efficiency was also increased when a separator was installed.
