In the non-face-to-face era, rapid changes in the service environment are underway. In this environment, the moments of truths, which are represented by the sincerity of employees, are very important factors in establishing long-term relationships with customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of authenticity and service value on customer trust, customer satisfaction, and customer citizenship behavior of electrical/electronic service workers. As a result of empirical analysis, sincerity is service value, customer trust, customer satisfaction. First, Authenticity was found to have a significant effect on service value. Second, It was found that customer trust had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and had no significant effect on customer citizenship behavior. It is necessary to secure positive perceptions by accurately conveying intimacy and consideration so that the sincerity of service workers can be felt by customers. Based on these results, companies should ensure that service values provide authenticity to customers. And strive to continuously secure positive perception and improve customer trust. It is necessary to make an active effort so that the feedback of the service experienced by customers can be interactive.

스마트팩토리(Smart Factory)는 제조 현장에 다양한 ICT를 결합, 제품, 설비와 공정, 그리고 생산라인과 공장이 지능화되어 네트워크로 연결되고, 제조 데이터와 정보가 실시간으로 공유, 활용되어 효율적으로 자율 운영되는 생산시스템이다. 이를 위하여 여러 가지 변동 하에서 상황 인지, 분석 및 판단, 실행을 능동적이고 자율적으로 수행하는 사이버물리시스템(Cyber Physical System, CPS) 기술의 도입과 적용이 필수적이다. 본고에서는 유럽의 다자간 공동연구인 EUREKA Smart Manufacturing 프로그램의 지원으로 진행 중인 국제공동연구 “글로벌 공급사슬의 조립 및 물류를 위한 사이버물리시스템(Cyber-Physical Assembly and Logistics System in Global Supply Chains, C-PALS)”에 대해 소개하고, 개발 중인 CPS 플랫폼 및 응용 기술의 필요성과 내용, 그리고 예상되는 기대 효과에 대해 설명하고자 한다.
MSB를 활용하여 CDAC Array를 구동하는 12비트 축차 비교형 아날로그-디지털 변환기 설계

본 논문에서는 MSB(Most Signigicant Bit)를 활용하여 CDAC(Capacitor Digital to Analog Converter) Array를 구동하는 12비트 축차 비교형 아날로그-디지털 변환기 설계를 제안한다. 본 연구는 MSB를 활용하여 제 어 로직으로 CDAC 구동 전류를 감소하고 전력 소모를 하지 않는 비교기의 비동작 구간으로 저전력을 구현하여 SAR ADC(Successive Approximation Analog to Digital Converter)를 설계하였다. 제안하는 SAR ADC의 구조 와 동작 원리를 설명하며 Cadence Tools를 이용하여 설계하고 결과에 대한 시뮬레이션을 추가하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 SAR ADC는 180nm CMOS 공정을 사용하고 1.8V의 공급 전압으로 동작한다. 샘플링 속도는 0.2MS/s이 며 SNR(Signal to Noise Rate)은 69.2dB, ENOB(Effect Number of Bit)는 11.2bit, 크기는 0.396mm2, 전력 소모 는 0.19mW를 소비하여 저전력으로 동작하며 높은 해상도를 갖는다. In this paper, we propose a design of a 12-bit SAR ADC (Successive Approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter) that drives CDAC (Capacitor Digital to Analog Converter) Array by utilizing MSB (Most Significant Bit). In this study, the CDAC driving current is reduced with control logic using MSB, and low power is implemented in the non-operating period of the comparator that does not consume power. The proposed SAR ADC (Successive Approximation Analog to Digital Converter) is designed, the structure and operating principle is explained, and simulation of the design and results is added using Cadence Tools. The SAR ADC designed in this paper uses a 180nm CMOS process and operates with a supply voltage of 1.8V. The sampling rate is 0.2MS/s, SNR (Signal to Noise Rate) is 69.2dB, ENOB (Effect Number of Bit) is 11.2bit, core area of 0.396mm2, and power consumption is 0.19mW, therefore, it operates with low power and has high resolution.
블랙컨슈머행동이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 -심리적 계약위반의 매개효과-

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of black consumer behavior on turnover intentions. Baron and kenny (1986) The effectiveness of the analysis results, according to the verification procedure. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. black-consumer behavior has the significant positive effect on the intention of turnover of employee in restaurant. and The significance of this study indicates that service employee's psychological contract violation plays a role as mediated variable influencing the relationship between black-consumer behavior and intention of turnover. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, it was suggested that measures such as a policy banning access to black consumers or compensation system such as emotional labor allowance were needed to reduce the degree of turnover of the members of the organization. Finally, the methodological limitations of this study are presented. 본 연구는 블랙컨슈머행동이 조직구성원에게 미치는 부정적 효과를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 블랙컨슈머행동이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 심리적 계약위반의 매개효과를 분석하였다. Baron & Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증 절차에 따른 분석 결과 블랙컨슈머행동의 상습성, 기만성, 과도성은 이직의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견했다. 그리고 기만성과 과도성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 심리적 계약위반의 매개효과가 존재한다는 결과를 통해 심리적 계약위반에 대한 지각을 감소시키는 노력을 통해 이직의도를 낮출 수 있음을 밝혔다. 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 조직구성원의 이직의도를 줄이기 위한 블랙컨슈머 접근 금지 정책이나 감정노동 수당 등의 보상시스템 등의 대책이 필요함을 제시한다. 본 연구는 고객의 행동과 조직구성원의 행동의 관계를 실증적으로 분석한다.

Purpose: Associations between a wide variety of diseases and the microbiome have been extensively verified. Recently, there has been a rising interest in the role the microbiome plays in atopic dermatitis (AD). Furthermore, metagenomic analysis of microbe-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) has revealed the importance and relevance of microbial EVs in human health. Methods: We compared the diversity and proportion of microbial EVs in the sera of 24 AD patients and 49 healthy controls, and developed a diagnostic model. After separating microbial EVs from serum, we specifically targeted the V3–V4 hypervariable regions of the 16S rDNA gene for amplification and subsequent sequencing. Results: Alpha and beta diversity between controls and AD patients both differed, but only the difference in beta diversity was significant. Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, and Bacteroidetes were the dominant phyla in healthy controls and AD patients, accounting for over 85% of the total serum bacterial EVs. Also, Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, and Cyanobacteria relative abundances were significantly different between the AD and control groups. At the genus level, the proportions of Escherichia-Shigella, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, and Enterococcus were drastically altered between the AD and control groups. AD diagnostic models developed using biomarkers selected on the basis of linear discriminant analysis effect size from the class to genus levels all yielded area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of value 1.00. Conclusions: In summary, microbial EVs demonstrated the potential in their use as novel biomarkers for AD diagnosis. Therefore, future work should investigate larger case and control groups with cross-sectional or longitudinal clinical data to explore the utility and validity of serum microbiota EV-based AD diagnosis.
