한-영 기계번역 결과물의 오류 유형 및 원인 분석: 형태적·구문적 오류를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 기계번역을 활용한 대학교 영어쓰기 수업에서 한-영 기계번역 결과물에 나타난 형태적 및 구문적 오류 유형과 그에 대한 원인을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 한국의 EFL 대학생 7명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 그들은 한 학기동안 총 3회의 영어쓰기 과제를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 학생들이 제출한 영어쓰기 결과물 중 기계번역 결과물에 나타난 형태적 및 구문적 오류의 유형을 분석하였으며, 우리말 초고와 비교 분석을 통하여 그 원인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 분석결과, 기계번역 결과물에서 가장 많이 발생한 오류는 문장구조와 표기법 관련 오류였으며, 기계번역 결과물에서 발생한 대부분의 오류는 한국어 원문의 오류로 인하여 발생한 것으로 파악되었다.

이산 웨이블릿 변환과 명암도 동시발생 행렬을 이용한 컬러 레이저프린터 판별 알고리즘

고성능 저가의 디지털 인쇄기기의 출현으로 불법적인 위변조가 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위해서 디지털 포렌식 기술이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 컬러 디지털 인쇄기기를 판별하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 기술을 제안한다. 컬러 디지털 인쇄기기는 제조사마다 인쇄방법이 다르기 때문에, 출력물에 작은 차이가 존재한다. 이와 같은 차이점을 활용하면, 임의의 주어진 출력물에 대해 어떠한 인쇄기기로 출력되었는지 구별이 가능하다. 제안하는 방법에서는 차이점을 구별하기 위하여 출력물을 스캔한 디지털 이미지에 대해 이산 웨이블릿 변환을 수행하여 계산한 고주파 영역을 추출한다. 이에 대해 명암도 동시발생 행렬을 계산한 후에 행렬 데이터의 표준편차, 첨도, 왜도, 공분산, 상관계수의 특징을 추출하였다. 추출된 특징을 서포트 벡터 머신 분류기에 적용하여 디지털 인쇄기기를 판별하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 총 2,597장 이미지와 7대 프린터(HP, Canon, Xerox DCC400, Xerox DCC450, Xerox DCC5560, Xerox DCC6540, Konica)를 가지고, 기존 알고리즘과 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과에 따르면 제안한 알고리즘은 컬러 디지털 인쇄기기를 판별하는데 있어서 평균 96.9% 정확률을 보였다. High-quality and low-price digital printing devices are nowadays abused to print or forge official documents and bills. Identifying color laser printers will be a step for media forensics. This paper presents a new method to identify color laser printers with printed color images. Since different printer companies use different manufactural systems, printed documents from different printers have little difference in visual. Analyzing this artifact, we can identify the color laser printers. First, high-frequency components of images are extracted from original images with discrete wavelet transform. After calculating the gray-level co-occurrence matrix of the components, we extract some statistical features. Then, these features are applied to train and classify the support vector machine for identifying the color laser printer. In the experiment, total 2,597 images of 7 printers (HP, Canon, Xerox DCC400, Xerox DCC450, Xerox DCC5560, Xerox DCC6540, Konica), are tested to classify the color laser printer. The results prove that the presented identification method performs well with 96.9% accuracy.

위빠사나 명상의 심리치료적 가치: 사띠를 중심으로

This study reviewed the therapeutic value of Vipassana meditation, which has recently been receiving attention for its potential in psychotherapy. It has attempted to identify an effective way of applying the concept of ‘Sati’, the core concept of Vipassana meditation, in a therapeutic setting. ‘Sati' is a major concept in both Vipassana meditation and Buddhist practice, and we identified its psychotherapeutic mechanisms as bare attention, observing self and disidentification. These psychotherapeutic mechanisms of ‘Sati' are very significant to counseling and psychotherapy in the training of counselors, as a more holistic and fundamental way of healing, and as a potential means of a client's self-treatment. This article proposed an adequate means of applying ‘Sati' in a therapeutic setting based on the suggestions above, dividing the process into two aspects: the counselor's perspective and the client's perspective. It also sought to point out the problems inherent in such an application. From the results of this study, the authors have concluded that when it comes to applying meditative principles in a psychotherapeutic context, it is more effective to extract and apply the principles of ‘Sati' rather than emphasizing the technical aspects of meditation. This study could therefore be positioned as an attempt to propose the means by which the remedial potentials of meditation can be maximized while bypassing the tendency of the mainstream therapeutic approach in the West which tends to emphasize meditation from a technical perspective. Furthermore, the problem of integrating the two different spheres of meditative practice and psychotherapy, while minimizing the expected conflicts between them, is suggested as an important subject for further study. 본 연구는 최근 들어 그 심리치료적 활용 방안에 대해 관심이 높아지고 있는 위빠사나 명상에 대해, 핵심개념인 사띠를 중심으로 하여 그 심리치료적 가치를 조망하고 상담에 있어서 적절한 적용방향을 밝히고자 하였다. 사띠는 위빠사나 명상 및 불교 수행론 전체에서 중요한 위치를 차지하는 개념으로서, 본고에서는 그 심리치료적 작용요인을 크게 수용적 주의, 관찰하는 자아, 탈동일시의 세 요인으로 확인하였다. 사띠의 심리치료적 작용은 상담자의 훈련 측면에서, 보다 근본적인 치유 방법으로서, 또한 내담자의 자가 치료 방법으로서, 상담 및 심리치료에 새롭게 시사하는 바가 크다. 이러한 시사점을 바탕으로 하여 상담 장면에 대한 적절한 적용 방향을 본고에서는 상담자와 내담자 측면으로 나누어 제시하면서 그 적용상의 문제점 또한 지적하였다. 본 연구를 통해 위빠사나 명상을 심리치료에 적용할 때는 핵심개념인 사띠의 요소를 추출하여 활용될 때 보다 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 시도는 명상을 심리치료의 한 기법으로 활용하려는 서구의 주요한 흐름을 벗어나 명상의 치료적 잠재력을 극대화하여 적용할 수 있는 방향을 제시하려는 노력의 일환이 될 수 있을 것이다. 수행과 치료라는 서로 다른 두 영역을 접목하는 데서 예상되는 관점의 충돌을 최소화하면서 통합을 이끌어내는 것은 앞으로 심리치료와 명상의 상보적 적용 및 통합을 논하는데 있어 큰 과제라고 할 수 있다.

분단현실과 동아시아의 사유― 한국 전후 여성소설을 중심으로 ―

The history of women literature and the rewriting of woman history are interlocked work as done in literature and history. Discussions done from feminist perspective and studies on female writer's work are complex because they consider differences and universality together. In this article, we have focused on the division of Koreans and the lives of women, examine the aspects of reappearance of divisional reality. We also explored the possibility of East Asian thoughts in the novels of Park Kyung-Ri, Song Won-Hee, Kang Shin-Jae, and Park Sun-Nyeo. When considering the space-time of Postwar, the perspective of linking the divided reality of the Korean with the changing process of world history provided an important reference point with respect to gender issues. Park Kyung-Ri's novel shows the realistic appearance of the divided identity rooted in the Cold War system through narration of war experience. Song Won-Hee's novels desperately described the painful psychological scars left by the reality of division through the problems of separated families. The novels of Kang Shin-Jae and Park Soon-Nyeo sharply captured the specific situation of East Asian invasion through the military camp town and paid attention to the will of the women character to live. In the Korean War narrative, the perceptions of reality of division and emotional stalemate, and the problems of family’s break-up and reunion are important topics of female status. In particular, the lives of a foreigners' whore, children of mixed-blood, Madame, House Boy, and House Girl embodied in the narrative of the military camp town, conveys the condition of the lives of post-War East Asian women whose ethnicity, gender, class, and race cross each other. 여성문학사와 여성사 다시 쓰기는 문학과 역사가 그렇듯이 서로 맞물려 있는 작업이다. 여성주의의 시각을 견지하고 여성작가의 작품을 연구대상으로 삼는 논의들은 차이와 보편을 함께 고민하는 복합적인 작업이 되어야 한다. 이 글에서는 한반도 분단체제와 여성의 삶을 중심으로 박경리, 송원희, 강신재, 박순녀의 소설에 나타난 분단현실의 재현 양상과 동아시아적 사유의 가능성을 살펴보았다. ‘전후’의 시공간을 고찰할 때 한반도 분단현실을 세계사적 변동과정과 연결짓는 시각은 젠더 문제를 사유할 때도 중요한 참고점을 제공한다. 박경리의 소설은 전쟁 체험의 서사화를 통해 냉전체제의 구조 속에서 뿌리내린 분단적 정체성의 현실적인 모습을 보여준다. 송원희의 소설은 이산가족의 문제를 통해 분단현실이 남긴 고통스러운 심리적 상흔은 이산가족의 문제를 통해 절박하게 포착한다. 강신재와 박순녀의 소설은 기지촌 공간을 통해 동아시아적 침탈의 구체적 상황을 예리하게 포착하고 여성인물들의 생의 의지를 주목한다. 이처럼 6.25 전쟁의 서사화 과정에 드러난 분단 현실의 인식과 감정의 교착 양상, 그리고 가족의 해체와 재건 문제는 여성서사의 중요한 주제이다. 특히 기지촌 서사에 형상화된 양공주, 혼혈아, 마담, 하우스보이, 하우스 걸의 삶은 민족, 성, 계급, 인종이 복잡하게 교차하는 전후 동아시아 여성의 삶을 사유하는 의미를 갖는다.
