        원행을묘정리의궤 중 조리면에서 본 죽상 . 미음상 및 현륭원에서의 상차림고

        To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

        戱曲 「山돼지」 硏究

        This dissertation deals with Kim Woo-jin's 「Wild Boar」. Kim Woo-jin became indulged in his art during his University education. What's more, he tried to express the theatre art through a sharp insight of the times and created an optimistic atmosphere for Koreans under Japanese rule. His father, Kim Sung-kyu, was a president of the 'Mokpo Literary Association' and enjoyed writing poems. He also had such a special affection for literature that he contributed lots of money to support the 'Mokpo Literary Association'. And the world of death in Kim Woo-jin's works does not mean a real death. The world suggests the death of Korea traditional and conservative customs and reflects the difficult reality to break the traditional customs. His leaving home to lead a spiritual life carried on the very important meaning. 〈Noon〉 deals with the consciousness of class and nation, and 〈Lee Young-yeo〉 criticizes the defect of masculine centered society through Lee Yong-yeo. According to 「The Disgust of Poet Dooduckee」 and 「Shipwreck」 represent Kim Woo-jin's self conscious drama and the words of disgust and wreck symbolizes Kim Woo-jin's self desire for a new world. 「Wild Boar」 represents the free society for all people and the social awareness for reform. Kim Woo-jin includes the 'Dong Hak movement' in his drama and suggests a uncompromising willingness of social revolution established by young intellectuals and himself who showed only conscious conflict within the predestined yoke of the individual. In the play he changed his dramatic techniques which brought him closer to his readers and audiences but he emphasized intellectuals' awakening in much of his work. In other way, Kim Woo-jin developed a new contemporary drama movement in Korea for the nation which might have expressed real life under Japanese colonial rule. Kim Woo-jin was the representative of Korean drama in the 1920's who lived as a poet and critic as well as a experimental playwriter. Kim Woo-jin was one of the most excellent dramatists and the forerunner of Korean modern literature who led the new theatre movement, developed Korean drama from the early literature stages of the 1920's, and established himself as a leader in Korea literature.

        Robust Control of Robot Manipulators Using Inclusive and Enhanced Time Delay Control

        <P>Thanks to its simplicity and robustness, time delay control (TDC) has been recognized as a simple and yet effective alternative to robot model-based controls and/or intelligent controls. An inclusive and enhanced formulation of TDC for robust control of robot manipulators is presented in this paper. The proposed formulation consists of three intuitive terms: 1) time delay estimation (TDE), inherited from the original TDC, for cancellation of mostly continuous nonlinearities; 2) nonlinear desired error dynamics (DED) (i.e., a 'mass'-'nonlinear damper'-'nonlinear spring' system) injection term; and 3) a TDE error correction term based on a nonlinear sliding surface. The proposed TDC formulation has an inclusive structure. Depending on the gain/parameter set chosen, the proposed formulation can become Hsia's formulation, Jin's formulations including a type of terminal sliding mode control (SMC), an SMC with a switching signum function, or a novel enhanced formulation. Experimental comparisons were made using a programmable universal manipulator for assembly-type robot manipulator with various parameter sets for the proposed control. Among them, the highest position tracking accuracy was obtained by using a terminal sliding DED with a terminal sliding correction term.</P>

        New developed types of emulsion formulations have several advantages of the control release properties and the enhancement of GI absorption as a carrier for drugs, so more and more researches focus on the development and applications of emulsions. This review only covers an update on the types of emulsions and their applications for drug delivery. Some relative new emulsions, including anhydrous emulsions, lipid emulsions, perfluorocarbon emulsions, water-in-CO₂emulsions, the variously multiple types, and many such as SEDDS (self-emulsifying drug delivery system) et al modified formulations are introduced seriatim.

      • 구강점막 부착용 케토프로펜 고분자 필름의 제조 및 평가

        Abstract – The objective of this study was to prepare ketoprofen-loaded buccal adhesive patch. The adhesive patch was formulated by casting method using aqueous soluble polymer povidone K17 (PVP 17PF) as film-forming agent and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) as adhesive agent. To compare the effect of HPMC type, different molecular weight of K4M and K15M HPMC was used. The physicochemical properties of patches such as appearance, thickness, in vitro release, and adhesiveness were investigated. The concentration of ketoprofen was determined spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 233 nm. The appearance of prepared patches was semi-transparent, light-yellow or almost colorless, and odorless. Thickness of each patches (n=6) was 0.895 ± 0.033 mm for K4M patch and 0.727 ± 0.036 mm for K15M patch. In vitro release test, both K4M and K15M patches showed over 20% release within 30 min. At 120 min, K4M and K15M patches demonstrated 95% and 67.5% release of ketoprofen, respectively, and up to 240 min, both patches released drug completely. Maximum adhesive force of K4M and K15M patches was 6.571 ± 2.703 gf and 2.735 ± 1.151 gf, respectively. Moreover, it took 28.29 ± 0.38 sec and 28.30 ± 0.34 sec for K4M and K15M patch to peel off them after adhesion, showing no significant difference. In conclusion, thickness, in vitro release, and maximum adhesive force could be modulated by alteration of polymer types.

      • 肝吸蟲 및 肺吸蟲症에 있어서 免疫動物血淸을 利用한 ELISA법과 Quchterlony법의 比較硏究

        Clocorchiasis and paragonimiasis are known as medically important endemic disesses, and these trematodiases have been also recognized as one of the most important public health problems in Korea. Until recently, the most common methods of diagnosis for the survey of the above two fluke disease are made by stool and sputum examinations and intradermal test. A number of serological techniques have currently been applied to parasitic diseases. Interpretation of the results obtained, however, is rather difficult, especially when specific and well-defined antigens cannot be available. Efforts in recent years have been made for the development of new promising serological techniques. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test and in particular its application to parasitic diseases, represents a significant addition to existing serological tools. The ELISA test seems to be practical, easy to perform, and is quite sensitive. The comparative studies were made on the ELISA test and Ouchterlony test with the immune animal sera in clonorchiasis and paragonimiasis. In immunized rabbit the sere were prepared weekly up to 7th week by weekly immunization with 0.1% NaCl extracted Clonorchis and Paragoninus antigen. In infected rat the sera were prepared weekly of biweekly up to 17th week after infection with 10 or 50 metacercariae of C.sinensis. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The O.D. (optical density) values of the ELISA in Clonorchis immunzed sera was appeared firstly over 1,000 after 3 weeks immunization, and the O.D values of the ELISA was over 1,000 at 7th week until within 1 : 8,000 dilution of sera. 2. The precipitata lines was firstly demonstrated at 3rd week of Clonorchis immunized sera 3. The O.D. values of the ELISA in Paragonimus immunized sere was appeared firstly over 1,000 after 2 weeks immunization, and the O.D. values of the ELISA was over 1,000 at 7th week until within 1 : 64,000 dilution of sera. 4. The precipitate lines was firstly demonstrated at 2nd week of paragonimus immmunized sere by Ouchterlony test. 5. In the Clonorchis infected rat's sera, regression equation between the O.D. values of the ELISA and period (week) after infection was y(O.D. values)=0.0646x(period, week)+0.2733. There was correlation among the O.D. values by the grade of infection, (p〉0.05) 6. The precipitate lines was firstly demonstrated at 3rd week of Clonorchis infected rat's sera by Ouchterlony test.

        하악전돌증 환자의 실물 측모사진을 이용한 악교정 수술후 연조직변화 예측에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to test the possibility of using a standardized lateral facial photographs as a clinical tool which produce the prediction of postsurgical soft-tissue profile changes associated with surgical correction in skeletal CⅢ patients. The number of the patients involved in this study were 27 in total, including 11 male patients and 16 female patients. A practical method to the utilization of presurgical photo prediction for mandibular prognathic patients has been presented. To predict postoperative facial appearance, montage photographs were superimposed on standard facial reference photos taken preoperatively. Within the limitations of its technology, postoperative predictions generated by this method were of sufficient accuracy, especially mandible and chin area, for clinical use. In addition, they provide valuable communication and diagnostic information which may be used in formulating treatment plan in cases requiring corrective orthognathic surgery. But, the lip changes were somewhat exaggerated by photo prediction. Consequently, the photo prediction seems suitable for planning profile changes in orthognathic surgery that include mobilization of one main mandibular fragment. Futher investigations are needed to determine whether changes of soft-tissues and hard-tissues are sufficiently reproducible so that more meaningful predictive values can be established.

      • 신생아 중증 세균성 감염에 대한 Augmentin(clavulanate potentiated amoxycillin)의 치료효과 및 안전성 연구

        Combination therapy of β-lactam antibiotics has been used widely to treat severe infections in neonates. The widespread use of β-lactam antibiotics has resulted in emergence of a broad variety of plasmid or chromosome mediated β-lactamases. Also, there is a great propensity for these enzymes to spread among various species of bacteria. Thus, the use of β-lactamase inhibitor antibiotics may be of great interest and has potential therapeutic value in severe neonatal infections. We tried to find out the efficacy and safety of clavulanate potentiated amoxycillin (Augmentin) in treatment of severe neonatal infections. Total thirty-five neonates with sepsis(26) or severe organ infections(9) were involved. Each 30mg/kg dose of Augmentin was injected at 12hr-or 8hr-or 6hr-intervals according to the age and weight of neonates. Clinically 77.1% of the cases were cured, and microbiologically 80.0% were eliminated. 88.9% of eighteen gram positive organisms(S. aureus, S. epidermidis, a -hemolytic strep., S. pneumoniae , E. faecalis) isolated from study group were susceptible to Augmentin. 47.0% of gram-negative organisms (K. pneumoniae, E.coli, P. mirabilis, S. marcescens, C. freundii) were suceptible. Thus, it was confirmed that Augmentin was very effective in ampicillin-or ceftriaxone-resistant gram positive cocci infections, but less effective in isolated K. pneumoniae and S.marcescens cases. The serum levels of amoxycillin in the neonates were maintined about 6㎍/ml until 1hr. at each injection. We observed that alkaline phosphatase level was elevated above 1,000IU/ℓ in three neonates and that skin rash developed after injection in one neonate. But, these side effects were mild and transient. These results suggest that Augmentin may be tolerable and effective in treating severe gram positive cocci infections in neonates.
