Ministry of Justice gave notice of the legislation of "the exemption law on the family relationship and inheritance between North and South Korean residents" on January 11, 2011. The law includes the content that the government will integrate and manage North Korean residents’ personal data and their detailed property given by inheritance, gift, and etc. in South Korea. And the key content of the law is to completely regulate the exercise of properties by the residents from North Korea while recognizing some parts of their property rights in South Korea. They are the political measures to prevent properties in South Korea from being turned over to North Korea without constraints in the reality of divided Korea, while protecting the rights of inheritance of those from North Korea. Like this, it is a crucial matter with a direct influence on the heirs’ interests of separated families to establish the range of legal force of the law of succession in North and South Korea in terms of the regulation of inheritance. With regard to this issue, the desirable measure for smooth inheritance procedures will be to regulate them depending on the location of inherited property, that is, to regulate the inherited property located in South Korea according to the property law in South Korea, and that in North Korea according to that in North Korea, as mentioned in Article 4(Jurisdiction) and Article 6(Effects of Judgments by North Korea) of the exemption law. Not only the inheritance problem, but all different ones expected after unification can be solved not just by simple legal regulation but by values beyond laws, such as our will for the unification and performance of moral duty. and Family relationships and inheritance between North and South residents caused by such things as reasonably resolve several issues, while helpful to the reconciliation and cooperation between the two Koreas to be unified and, ultimately, is to contribute to. 법무부는 2011년 1월 11일 “남북주민 사이의 가족관계와 상속 등에 관한 특례법” 제정안을 입법예고하였다. 이 법안(이하 “특례법안”이라 한다)은 북한 주민의 인적사항과 상속·증여 등으로 물려받은 남한 내 재산내역 등을 정부가 통합·관리하는 내용을 담고 있으며, 북한 주민의 국내 재산권 행사를 일부 인정하면서도 재산 행사 등을 철저히 규제한다는 것을 핵심 내용으로 한다. 그리고 북한 주민의 상속권을 보호하면서도 분단된 현실을 고려해 남한 재산이 제한 없이 북한으로 넘어가는 것을 차단하기 위한 정책적 조치라고 볼 수 있겠다. 이와 같이 상속문제에 관한 규율에 있어 남북 상속법의 법적 효력 범위를 설정하는 것은 이산가족 상속인들의 이해관계에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 문제이다. 특례법안 제4조(재판관할권)와 제6조(북한판결의 효력)에 근거하여 상속재산의 소재지를 기준으로 남한 소재 상속재산은 남한상속법에 따라, 북한 소재 상속재산은 북한상속법에 따라 규율하는 것이 상속절차의 원활한 진행을 도모할 수 있는 바람직한 방안이 될 것이다. 그리고 남북 주민 사이에 가족관계 및 상속 등과 관련하여 발생하는 여러 가지 문제들을 합리적으로 해결하면서도 남북간 화해협력에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고, 궁극적으로는 통일에 따른 私的 법률 분쟁이 발생하지 않는 방향으로 개선되어야 할 것이다.

Understanding of the flow pattern of a molten steel through tundish is an essential precondition for estimating and avoiding negative effects on steel cleanliness. To study removal of inclusion in the tundish, experiments were carried out using a one third scale water model of the tundish with a dam and a weir. The flow patterns were determined by a flow visualization technique and by a theoretical analysis of the tundish system. The velocity field was predicted by solving the turbulent Navier-Stokes equations using the K-ε model for turbulent viscosity. There was a good agreement between the experimental results and the predictions. A plant test revealed significant improvements on slab quality such as reduction of surface defects of the cold-rolled sheets.

저자들은 전향적으로 총 113명의 늑골하 사위주사(subcostal oblique U.S. scan)를 하였고, 췌장내 총담관을 전 예에서 볼 수 있었다. 저자들은, 첫째 간외담관의 전통적인 초음파 주사와 저자들의 '새 방법이 조합되면 간외담관 전장이 깨끗이 보여지며, 이렇게 하기 위한 지표로 십이지하 총담관과 근위고유간동맥-원위총간동맥으로 구성되는 "moustache sign"(콧수염 싸인)의 새로운 싸인을 소개하고, 둘째 원위총담관과 췌장 두부에 생긴 질환을 찾아내고 그 감별점을 소개해 진단적 정확성을 향상시키는 초음파 방법을 제시한다. The authors did the subcostal scans of total 113 patients propspectively and all the pancreas CBD was visualized. The authors would present : 1. to introduce a new landmark "moustache sign", which was composed of infraduodenal common bile duct, and the distal common hepatic and proximal hepatic arteries to visualize the whole common duct, when combined with the conventional ultrasound scans of common duct 2. to present a scanning method to improve the diagnostic accuracy for detecting a disease at the distal CBD and pancreas head, and their differential points.

And the detailed schedule, method and manufacturing a magnesium citrate, even at a local clinic were described. And radiographic indices of colonic carcinoma are described and illustrated such as: a. abnormality of colonic margin and lumen visualized in double contrast study b. collected small barium pool at one haustrum made by colonic taenia and haustral lesion and c. trasverse lines by haustra of colon d. triangular shadow by barium coated 4 surfaces of colon and lesion and e. Many features of polyp.

Amounts of pectin and total acid in jelly stock were investigated and measured by various methods at different stages of maturity for Jonathan apple of Taegu prosuct. It was found to be best for manufacturing applejelly stock when:Addition of water at 1 to 1 ratio and 30-min heating were given for those harvested in the first part of August.For those harvested during the period from the middle of August to the middle of September,1:1,5 addition of water and 40-min heating were made, and for those harvested after October 1:1 addition of water and 20 to 30-min heating were made.
