Pesticides were extracted from samples with 70% acetone and methylene chloride in order, and then cleaned up via open-column chromatography apparatus packed with fiorisil, and finally analyzed simultaneously the organophosphorus pesticides using GC/NPD, Ultra-2 and Ultra-1 fused silica capillary columns were used to separate and identify the products. Recovery of most analytes from soybean sample, taken from pesticide residues well, was greater than(80%) for all except(6) analytes. This method can simultaneously determine multiple pesticides with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

In the world of high speed computers, there are two main design philosophies-parallelism and pipelining. Pipelining is an effective method for reducing interchip communication while increasing performance. In this paper, we examine the pipeline handling strategy of RISC processors such as RISC Ⅱ, R2000, SPARC RISC CY7C600, and MC88100 in order to design MJU-DLX RISC in the future. Throughout the investigation, we determine the number of stage, number of register, and. control mechanism. Then, specification of MJU-DLX RISC has been presented for the future development.

This research aims to improve the previous trench process. The modified process is consist of 3 processes; first setting tank, 3-staged second contact-filter, and last trench system. The experiments was operated by varying the HRT 8, 6 and 4 hours in trench. The results of laboratory experiments showed removal rate of 97~98% of TKN 91~98% do T-P. From the results of this research, organic materials were removed in settling setting tank and nutrients in the trench stage. Therefore it is recommended to replace the previous 3-staged contact-filter to 1-staged one, and to increase contact-time in trench system.

물순환에 영향을 미치는 원인과 결과를 분석하는 기존의 연구들은 대부분 강우-유출모형을 사용하고 있어 모형의 구축 및 매개변수의 보정과 검증에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수문기상자료만을 이용하여 유량의 변동성분을 정량화할 수 있는 수문학적 민감도 분석기법을 화천댐 상류유역에 적용하고 화천댐 유입량에 대한 1967~2017년 동안의 변동량을 자연적 요인과 인위적 요인으로 분리하여 제시하였다. 다양한 변동점 탐색기법을 사용한 결과 1999년이 통계적으로 유의한 변동점으로 탐색되었으며, 이를 활용하여 수문학적 민감도 분석을 5가지의 Budyko 함수들을 이용하여 산정한 결과 평균적으로 18.99억 m3/y의 유입량 감소가 임남댐 건설로 인하여 발생된 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 기존 연구자들의 화천댐 유입량 감소량에 비해 다소 크게 산정된 결과이며, 이는 2000년대 이후 증가된 강우량 및 화천댐 유입량의 감소가 주된 영향을 미친 결과로 추정된다. 향후 월별, 계절별 단위의 분석이 추가로 연구될 필요가 있으며, 미래의 기후변화 상황을 고려한 예측을 통한 실효성 있는 계획이 수립될 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. Existing studies that analyze the causes and effects of water circulation use mostly rainfall - runoff models, which requires much effort in model development, calibration and verification. In this study, hydrological sensitivity analysis which can separate quantitatively the impacts by natural factors and anthropogenic factor was applied to the Hwacheon dam upper basin from 1967 to 2017. As a result of using various variable change point detection methods, 1999 was detected as a statistically significant change point. Especially, based on the hydrological sensitivity analysis using 5 Budyko based functions, it was estimated that the average inflow reduction amount by Imnam dam construction was 1.890 billion m3/year. This results in this study was slightly larger than the those by existing researchers due to increase of rainfall and decrease of Hwacheon dam inflow. In future, it was suggested that effective water management measures were needed to resolve theses problems. Especially, it can be suggested that the monthly or seasonal analysis should be performed and also the prediction of discharge for future climate change should be considered to establish resonable measures.
흰쥐의 실험적 심근경색증에서 Captopril 및 Propranolol의 장기간 투여가 좌심실 형태학적 변형에 미치는 효과

To determine the effects of long-term therapy with captopril or propranolol on left ventricular remodeling, we studied 101 Sprague-Dawley rats with experimental myocardial infarction. The animals were randomized to recieve captopril (2000 ㎎/L) or propranolol (750 ㎎/L) in their drinking water, or water alone for 42 days. Cross sections of the left ventricle were prepared for morphometric measurements of infarct size, infarct expension rate, left ventricular radius, and septal thickeness. The results were as follows: 1) In untreated rats with experimental myocardial infarction, left ventricular remodeling was revealed (total water group). The left ventricular radius (3.1+0.4㎜) and infarct expantion rate (37.8+6.4%) was larger than those of the sham operated rats (p<0.005, p<0.01). 2) The septal thickness of the total captopril group (1.58+0.20㎜) was smaller than that of the total water group (1.89±0.35㎜)(p<0.05), and the septal thickness of the captopril group with moderate myocardial infarction (1.62±0.13 ㎜) was also smaller than that of the propranolol group with moderate myocardial infarction (1.84±0.13 ㎜)(p<0.05). The left ventricular radius of the captopril group with moderate myocardial infarction (2.6k0.3 mm) was smaller than that of the propranolol group (3.0±0.3 ㎜)(p < 0.05). 3) There was no significant difference in the septal thickness between the total propranolol group and total water group. The left ventricular radius of total pro-pranolol group was smaller than that of water group insignificantly. It was concluded that long-term therapy of captopril had effects in rats with infarct, resulting in significant blunting of left ventricular dilation and septal hypertrophy, and long-term therapy of propranolol had effects, resulting in blunting of left ventricular dilation but no decreasing of septa1 hypertrophy.
