        FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) scheduling problem is a complex system and a NP-hard problem. Thus it is natural to look for heuristic method. Here, we consider the multi-part production scheduling problem in a FMS scheduring of altemative routings. The problem in more complex if the processing time is imprecision. It requires suitable method to deal with imprecision. Fuzzy set theory can be useful in modeling and solving scheduling problems with uncertain processing times. Lee-Ki fuzzy number comparison method will be used to compare processing times that evaluated under fuzziness. This study propose heuristic algorithm solving FMS scheduling problem under fuzzy environment. In this algorithm, the pairwise comparision method is used to find proper alternative routing. On the basis of the proposed method, and example in presented.

        When using any of the aggregate production planning techniques mentioned in previous studies, it is generally assumed that the inputs of information are deterministic and easy to generate. However, the problem is more complex if the criteria and informations are expressed imprecisions. Therefore, it requires suitable method to deal with imprecisions. For select proper comparison method of fuzzy numbers in aggregate production planning with imprecise informations or criteria, this study use Dubois & Prade fuzzy number comparison method and Li-Lee fuzzy number comparison method among comparison methods fuzzy numbers. And then, proper method between two methods is selected. Also it is presented illustration.

        퍼지 모수를 가지는 다목적 비선형 계획 문제의 대화형 퍼지 접근

        In general, two types of fuzziness of human judgements should be incorporated in multiobjective programming problems. One is the expert's ambiguous understanding of the nature of the parameters in the problem formulation process and the other is the fuzzy goals of the decision maker for each of the objective functions. In this paper, we present a new interactive fuzzy approach for obtaing the satisficing solution which efficiently reflect both types of fuzziness. An illustrative numerical example nonlinear programming problems with fuzzy parameters is demonstrated along with the corresponding computer outputs.

        We presents a new interactive fuzzy MCDM(multicriteria decision-making) method for solving aggregate production planning by assuming that the decision-maker has imprecise informations for each of alternatives. Li-Lee fuzzy numbers comparison method used to comparison alternatives that evaluated under fuzziness. The imprecise informations of the decision-maker are quantified by elicting corresponding membership functions through the interactive with the decision-maker out of five membership functions. On the basis of the proposed method, an illustrative numerical example is presented.

        Many studies revealed the neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and chemopreventive actions of dietary flavonoids. The plausible mechanistic interpretation of the various effects of flavonoids was concentrated on the anti-oxidant or free radical-scavenging properties of these phytochernicals, both in model systems and under in vivo conditions. While there has been a major focus on the anti-oxidant properties. there is an emerging view that flavonoids and their in vivo metabolites. do not act as conventional hydrogen-donating anti-oxidants. but they may exert regulatory functions in cells through actions at protein kinase or lipid kinase signaling pathways. Flavonoids and more recently their metabolites. have been reported to act at phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI 3-kinase). Akt/protein kinase B(Akt/PKB), protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen activated protein kinase(MAP kinase), and various tyrosine kinases signaling cascades. Inhibitory or stimulatory actions at these pathways are likely to affect cellular function profoundly by altering the phosphorylation state of target molecules and by modulating gene expression. A clear understanding of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids, either as anti-oxidants or modulators of cellular signaling pathways, and the influence of their metabolism on these properties are key to the evaluation of these potent biomolecules as anti-cancer agents, cardio-protectants, and inhibitors of neurodegeneration.

        정신분열병과 Neurotensin 수용체 유전자 다형성의 연합 연구

        연구목적: Neurotensin(NT)은 NT수용체와 결합하여 그 효과를 나타내는 neuromodulator 혹은 neurotransmitter로서 대뇌에서 도파민의 분비를 조절하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 근래의 연구에 의하면 NT와 그 수용체는 대뇌에서 항정신병 약물의 효과를 매개하는 것으로 생각되고 있으며 약물치료를 받지 않은 정신분열병 환자의 뇌척수액에서 NT의 양이 적으로 보고되고 있어 이들은 정신분열병과 깊은 관련을 가지고 있을 것으로 추정된다. 최근 NT수용체의 유전자의 3`인접영역에서 정보가치가 높은 4 염기반복 다형성이 발견되어 이를 유전 표지자로 하여 정신분열병과의 연합을 알아보았다. 방 법: 서로 혈연관계에 있지 않은 정신분열병 환자 120명(남자 91명, 여자 29명)과 정상 대조군 106명(남자 84명, 여자 22명)을 대상으로 하였다. PANSS를 사용하여 양성 및 음성을 알아보았다. 말초혈액에서 DNA를 분리한 후에 중합효소연쇄반응을 사용하여 3`인접영역에 있는 4 염기 반복 다형성을 증폭하였고 silver staining한 후에 유전자형을 관찰하였다. chi-square 검증과 Bonferroni`s correction을 사용하여 환자군과 정상 대조군간의 대립유전자 빈도의 차이를 알아보았다. 또한 양성 및 음성 환자군으로 나누어 차이를 알아보았다. 결 과: 총 23개의 대립유전자가 관찰되었으며, 399bp의 대립유전자(A10)의 빈도가 환자군보다 정상대조군에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(χ²=16.49, df=1, p<0.001). 음성 정신분열병 환자군과 정상대조군 사이의 비교에서는 정상대조군의 A10의 빈도가 환자군보다 유의하게 높았다(χ²=21.33, df=1, p<0.001). 성별 비교에서 남자 정신분열병 환자군은 대조군에 비하여 A10의 분포가 유의하게 적었다. (χ²=13.71, df=1, p<0.001) 결 론: NT 수용체 유전자와 정신분열병사이에 음성연합이 관찰되었다. NT 수용체 유전자가 일부 정신분열병의 발병과정에서 확실하지는 않지만 어떤 종류의 보호기능을 할 수도 있다는 것을 암시한다. Objectives: Neurotensin(NT), of which functions are evoked by its interaction with neurotensin receptors(NTR), coexists with mesolimbic dopamine and regulates endogenous dopamine release. Recent studies have shown that NT with NTR exerts neuroleptic-like activity within the central nervous system and may play an important role in the pathogenesis and in the treatment of schizophrenia. We have examined the gentic association between schizophrenia and tetranucleotide repeat polymorphism in the 3-flanking region of the NTR gene to investigate the possible contribution of the NTR gene to the schizophrenia susceptibility. Methods: Among 23 alleles identified, the subjects were 120 patients(male 91, female 29)with schizophrenia and 106 normal healthy controls(male 84, female 22). They were unrelated native Korean. PANSS was used to determine positive or negative subgroup in the schizophrenic patients. Using polymerase chain reaction and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, tetranucleotide repeat polymorphism(CCTT and CTT) in the 3`-flanking region of NTR gene was observed. For a comparison of NTR gene`s allelic frequencies between patients with schizophrenia and normal healthy controls, chi-square test and Bonferroni`s correction was performed. Results: The frequency of A10 allele(base pair size=399)was significantly higher in normal healthy controls than schizophrenia(χ²=16.4902, df=1, p<.000). In the comparison between schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms and normal controls, the frequency of A10 allele was significantly higher in normal healthy control subjects than patients with schizophrenia(χ²=21.33, df=1, p<0.001). In the case of male, the frequency of A10 allele of schizophrenia was significantly higher than normal controls(χ²=13.71, df=1, p<0.001). Conclusions: NTR gene was negatively associated with schizophrenia. NTR gene`s tetranucleotide repeat polymorphism may provide some protective function against schizophrenia.

        Hydrogen Peroxide 농도와 적용시간이 Hydroxyapatite discs의 미백과 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향

        법랑질의 주성분인 hydroxyapatite 분말을 성형하고 소결하여 착색을 유발한 다음 과산화수소의 농도와 적용 기간의 변화에 따라 나타나는 미세 조직과 기계적 성질의 변화 및 미백 효과 등에 관한 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 과산화수소의 농도와 적용시간이 증가함에 따라 미백 효과가 증가되었다. 2. 표면조도는 15% 과산화수소 10일, 30% 과산화수소 7, 10일 적용 시 유의한 차이로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 3. X-선회절 분석결과 미백처리 전·후의 결정상의 변화는 관찰되지 않았으나, 주사전자현미경 관찰시 표면의 미세구조는 과산화수소 농도와 적용시간의 증가에 따라 미세기공이 증가하였다. 4. 2축 굽힘강도는 30%농도의 과산화수소로 7, 10일 적용하였을 때 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05). 5. 미소 경도값은 15% 과산화수소 10일과 30% 과산화수소 3, 7, 10일 적용 후 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05) The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect that various concentration and application time of hydrogen peroxide had on tooth whitening and physical properties. The hydroxyapatite (HA) discs of 12 mm (Φ) x 1.2 mm (t) in dimensions were made by compression (100 kg/㎠) and sintering (at 1350℃ for 2 hours). All specimens were polished sequentially with #240 through #2000 emery paper and one side of each specimen was polished finally with 0.3 ㎛ alumina paste. The discs were placed in sterile whole stimulated saliva overnight at 37℃ in order to form an in vitro pellicle layer. Then the discs were rinsed with distilled water and soaked into staining broth at 37℃ for 7 days. These stained specimens were bleached with hydrogen peroxide according to the change of concentration (3∼30%) and application time (3∼10 days). The specimens were analyzed with a spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface roughness tester, microhardness tester and biaxial flexural strength. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. The bleaching effect was increased with the increased concentration and the extended application time of hydrogen peroxide. 2. The surface roughness was significantly increased from the specimen bleached with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 3. The changes of crystal phase observed by XRD between before and after bleaching weren' t shown of any difference, but microporous structure of surface observed by SEM was shown of increase with the increased concentration and the extended application. 4. The biaxial flexural strength was significantly decreased from bleaching of specimen with 30% hydrogen peroxide for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 5. Microhardness was significantly decreased from bleaching with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 3, 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). Although the tooth bleaching effect was greater when the high concentration was applied, further in vivo experiment will be needed to prove it s safety.

        마쇄고추를 첨가한 김치의 이화학적 성분 변화 및 관능적 특성

        We investigated the physico-chemical and sensory characteristics of Kimchi made with red pepper that was washed and mashed. The pH of juice from Kimchi made with red pepper powder was the highest on the day of Kimchi preparation. In the case of Kimchi made with mashed red pepper, the pH of juice and liquid was lower than that of other samples. A similar decrease in pH of juice and liquid was observed up to the second week of fermentation, but the significant difference between both samples wasn't found. The total acidity of Kimchi with mashed red pepper was significantly increased during early fermentation, but was similar during the second week, compared with that of Kimchi with red pepper powder. From the third week of storage, both juice and liquid from Kimchi made with red pepper powder was relatively increased. L and a value of liquid was highest in the case of Kimchi made with mashed red pepper, but b value was lowest during fermentation. In the case of organic acids. acetic acid and lactic acid contents were increased in Kimchi made with mashed red pepper while fermentation progressed. In addition, citric acid content was constant up to the second week in Kimchi made with mashed red pepper but from the third week wasn't detected in both Kimchi made with mashed red pepper and Kimchi made with red pepper powder. In the case of QDA(Quantitative Descriptive Analysis) profiles, the values of Kimchi made with mashed red pepper were significantly higher than those of Kimchi made with red pepper powder in respect to redness, pungency and fresh flavor immediately after the preparation of Kimchi and during the second week of fermentation, but during the fifth week the values were higher in respect to redness and fresh flavor of Kimchi. Appearance and overall acceptability was remarkably increased in Kimchi made with mashed red pepper, compared with that of Kimchi made with red pepper powder immediately after pickling, during the second and the fifth week of fermentation. Therefore, these results indicate that mashed red pepper increased more citric acid content, L and a value of Kimchi in comparison with red pepper powder, resulting in the good effects on overall acceptability due to the significant increase of redness and fresh flover.

        There are many potential dangers around our life, but we are laking in the consciousness of safety because accidents do no happen frequently. If an accidents occurs, an ability to deal with it is so weak that it can be enlarges to a disaster. Therefore it is important to accustom ourselves to manage dangers and this can be realized by traing. In this study, the traditional traing methodologies are compared and analyszed in order to find an efficient traing way for the public. Also, we propose a traing method by using UCC(User Created Contest) which is a growing communication and content tool in the Internet environment nowadays.

To various analyze and To build database of recording of game must offer consistent information 5. Korea, for maintain a strong state of sports, Scientifically sports recording, Accurate database of recording, Training specialist, Systematic study. So Sport society and Gorvenment must support this one. Base of this conclusion, special education and management for sports recorder with obligation and duty, being foundation for scientifically and systematic expansion.
