The term frame, which is widely used throughout society, refers to a "formative frame" located at the edge of an image or at the boundary of an area other than a work and a work in the field of art. Until now, people have mainly thought that in art, frames play a secondary role in protecting works and distinguishing images from the outside. However, as various forms of work appear using various media in contemporary art, frames also become diverse. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of frames, focusing on Digital Media Art, which well represents the characteristics of contemporary art in a newly emerged form. Through this, we will ultimately look at the concept, role, and formal changes of frames in contemporary art. Digital Media Art emphasizes the interaction between the viewer and the work. In such art, there is a limit to defining a frame simply as a frame or sculpture stand. In contemporary art, which is difficult to clearly distinguish the essence and non-essence, the inside and outside of art, and the image and frame, the frame has a dual property that provides a boundary and a passage. The frame creates a boundary between the inside and outside of the work of art, reveals the boundary, and at the same time connects the inside and outside of the work of art. In this study, the role and meaning of the frame, which was recognized as a secondary element in the field of art, are examined by placing it at the center of art.

This study investigated the fish fauna of Jeonjucheon and Samcheon Streams, flowing through the city of Jeonju, through surveys conducted at 10 sampling sites using kick net and cast net. The fish fauna collected included 10 families and 36 species, with a total of 2,064 individuals. Samcheon had 8 families and 30 species with 1,074 individuals, Jeonjucheon had 8 families and 26 species with 986 individuals. The dominant species was Zacco platypus with 1,202 individuals, and a total of 153 individuals of the subdominant were Pseudogobio esocinus. In Jeonjucheon Stream, a total of 567 individuals of the dominant species were collected as Z. platypus and 99 individuals of the subdominant species were collected as Pungtungia herzi, and there was no significant change in the stream environment except for the confluence site. Further expanded research covering the entire Jeonjucheon and Samcheon Streams region, accompanied by regular monitoring, is essential to record and understand fluctuations in fish fauna.

A 36-year-old woman presented with erythematous confluent macules on her whole body with fever and chills associated with jaundice after 8 months of dapsone therapy. Her symptoms had developed progressively, and a physical examination revealed bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly. Excisional biopsy of a cervical lymph node showed effacement of the normal architecture with atypical lymphoid hyperplasia and proliferation of high endothelial venules compatible with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. However, it was assumed that the cervical lymphadenopathy was a clinical manifestation of a systemic hypersensitivity reaction because her clinical course was reminiscent of dapsone-induced hypersensitivity syndrome. A liver biopsy revealed drug-induced hepatitis with no evidence of lymphomatous involvement. Intravenous glucocorticoid was immediately initiated and her symptoms and clinical disease dramatically improved. The authors present an unusual case of cervical lymphadenopathy mimicking angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma as an adverse reaction to dapsone.

본 연구의 목적은 주민참여제도의 유형과 특성을 분석하는 프레임워크를 개발하고 이를 현행 제도에 적용하는 것이다. 이 프레임워크는 두 가지 모형으로 구성된다. 첫째, ‘제도 유형화 분류 모델’은 참여주체, 정책과정, 의사소통 수준의 세 가지 기준을 통해 주민참여제도를 다차원적으로 분석한다. 둘째, ‘제도 유형별 특성 모델’은 참여의 능동성과 행정권한에 따라 주민참여제도를 ‘능동적 시민주도형’, ‘수동적 이익집단형’, ‘수동적 전문집단형’, ‘능동적 정부주도형’의 4가지 유형으로 구분하고 그 참여적 특성을 제시한다. 이를 활용해 현행 법령상 주민참여제도 10가지를 분석한 결과, 주민투표, 조례제정과 개정・폐지청구, 주민감사청구, 주민소환, 주민참여예산제도, 청원, 주민자치회는 ‘능동적 시민주도형’으로 실질적 참여 특성을 보였다. 반면, 주민소송, 정책자문위원회, 공청회는 수동적 참여에 해당하였으며, 권한에 정도에 따라 의도적 참여와 미참여적 특성을 보였다. 이 같은 연구는 주민참여제도의 진단과 평가 기준을 마련하고, 주민 만족도를 높이기 위한 제도적・실천적 과제를 도출하는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for analyzing the types and characteristics of citizen participation systems and to apply it to legally established systems. The framework consists of two models. First, the ‘Typology Classification Model’ offers a multidimensional analysis framework based on three criteria: participation subjects, policy process, and level of communication. Second, the ‘Characteristics of Institutional Types Model’ categorizes citizen participation systems into four types based on the ‘real participation’ and ‘administrative authority’: ‘Active Citizen-Led’, ‘Passive Interest Group-Led’, ‘Passive Expert-Led’, and ‘Active Government-Led’. It then outlines the participatory characteristics of each type. Using this framework, the study analyzed 10 current legal citizen participation systems. The analysis revealed that the most legally established citizen participation systems fall under Type 1(‘Active Citizen-Led’), indicating a lack of institutional diversity. This study can be effectively used to establish diagnostic and evaluation criteria for citizen participation systems and to identify institutional and practical tasks that can enhance citizen satisfaction.

This study examines the longitudinal effects of preschoolers’ early academic skills on the developmental trajectory of academic achievement and academic self-efficacy in the fifth grade. The results of the study are as follows. Language and literacy skills in preschoolers’ early academic skills affect the trajectory of elementary academic achievement, which affects their academic self-efficacy in the fifth grade as well. Mathematical thinking affects academic self-efficacy in the fifth grade directly. This study is significant, as it identifies the importance of early academic skills. It is expected that this study will provide academic insight into basic learning ability and practical implications for the transition from preschool to elementary school in the field of early childhood education and elementary education.
