비점성 대류 방정식의 계산을 위한 Hermitian 요소의 사용에 대한 고찰

The use of Hermite cubic element, as a possible shock capturing finite element computation, has been investigated. The shock capturing technique is indispensable for the computing of supersonic flow field. The present paper reveals some results for the hermite cubic element for both linear and nonlinear scalar one and two dimensional cases. In one dimensional case, the numerical results by the hermite cubic element shows somewhat better than those by the linear element, and particularly the steady state result by the hermite cubic element shows a high resolution-like one. This seems to be in the superiority of hermite cubic element in the space differencing. In two dimensional case, the results by the hermite cubic element seem to possess a boundary instability, and this may be overcome through the use of higher order time differencing method.
Catecholamine과 금속이온의 킬레이트제가 synaprosome의 Na^+-K^+ ATPase의 활성도에 미치는 영향

The Na^+-K^+ ATPase activity of the synaptic membranes appears to have an important role in the regulation of neurotransmitter release and uptake. Although it is well known that stimulate the activity of neuronal membrane Na^+-K^+ ATPase, the mechanism by which catecholamines increase Na^+-K^+ ATPase activity is unclear. It is suggested that there is a direct linkage between adrenoceptors and Na^+-K^+ ATPase. While, some investigators reported that norepinephrine increased the activity of neurally derived Na^+-K^+ ATPase through elimination of inhibitory influence of metal ions by forming metal-norepinephrine complex. In the present study, therefore,a linkage between adrenoceptors and Na^+-K^+ ATPase or Mg^++ ATPase was studied by investigating effects of catecholamines on synaptosomal Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase with or without antagonists for adrenoceptors. Effects of various chelating agents on Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase activities in the presence and absence of metal ions were also examined. In addition, inhidition of ATPase by metal ions which may be associated with lipid peroxidation and action of oxygen radicals produced was investigated. Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase activities in brain cortex synaptosomes of rat were increased by both norepinephrine and dopamine in a dose dependent manner. The effects of catecholamines on these ATPase were antagonized by yohimbine, phentolamine and propranolol. Metal ion chelators such as EDTA, DETAPAC, penicillamine and EGTA clearly increased Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase activities with or without metal ions. Activation of these ATPases was further stimulated by catecholamines but was not affected by antagonists. When synaptosomes were incubated with Fe^++ or Cu^++, both production of malondialdehyde from synaptosomes and inactivation of ATPases were observed and these phenomena were prevented by catecholamines, DETAPAC, penicillamine, superoxide dismutase which is a scavenger of O_2 and catalase which is a scavenger of H_2O_2. The results obtained suggest that there is a linkage between α-or β-adrenoceptors and Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase through their action on adrenoceptors. Chelating agents of metal ions showed a stimulatory effect on synaptosomal Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase through their action on adrenoceptors. Chelating agents of metal ions showed a stimulatory effect on synaptosomal Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Mg^++ ATPase by reversal of metal inhibition of these ATPases. Catecholamines may mimic the effects of chelating agents of metal ions and regulate synaptosomal Na^+-K^+ ATPase by reliving inactivation of these ATPases or lipid peroxidation cacused by metal ions, particularly Fe^++ and Cu^++.

Magnesium Sulfate가 微細血管吻合術에 미치는 影響

Recent progress in microvascular surgery has opened a new clinical era in tissue transplantation and replantation by the direct anastomoses of vessels less than 1 mm in external diameter. However, in spite of continous training and the use of improved microscope, instruments, and suture, it is still difficult to obtain patency rates of 90percent. Acland, has demonstrated that topical magnesium sulfate helps prevent small vessel thrombosis by its strong antiplatelet agglutination and vasodilation effect. However, as he has pointed out , the presence of manesium sulfate causes prolonged and severe bleeding from the gaps in the suture line. Therefore, I have used silicone cuff to splint the suture line and reduce the bleeding caused by magnesium sulfate. Tubes of 1.3mm internal diameters were used and a 4mm length of the tube was then split longitudinally and applied around the suture line, before removal of the vascular clamps. In the experiment, forty Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 250 to 300 gm, were divided into 4 equal groups. A femoral artery in each was repaired, using magnesium sulfate and the silicone cuff in Group 1 and omitting them in Group 2. a femoral vein in each was repaired, using magnesium sulfate and the silicone cuff in Group 3 and omitting them in Group 4. Ten anastomoses were done in each group. Re-exploration were carried out after 3 weeks after the operation. In Group 1, 100 percent, and in Group 2, 90 percent had patent arterial anastomossis. For the veins, 100 percent of Group 3 and 70 percent of Group 4 had remained patent.

A multi-level substructuring(MLSS) method has been presented as an efficient solver for fluid flow computations in conjunction with the finite element method. The present paper investigates possibilities of MLSS as a preconditioner. The MLSS developed so far consists of four stages such as a gathering, a condensing, a solving and a scattering stage. Each stage performs level by level. At each level, a predetermined number of elements are gathered and condensed to form an element of higher level. This study employs a gauss-seidel iterative method instead of a direct inversion. Time comparison has been shown with energy norm of errors.
전문(상업)계 고등학교의 교육내용과 기업의 채용 만족도 간의 경로모델 분석

The purpose of the present study was to examine (1) the propriety of educational content of commercial high schools and (2) the effectiveness of recruitment conducted by firms. In this paper, first, past studies on commercial high schools’ education content are reviewed. Second, a research model, key variables, and research questions tested by PLS (partial least squares) are presented. The data was collected from managers of 142 organizations. The results indicate, first, that there are positive path coefficients between job-based ability and educational content. Second, there are no statistically significant path coefficients between educational content and firms’ recruitment satisfaction. In particular, we find that the firms’ requirement of accounting knowledge from commercial high school graduates is appropriate for practical matters. The study’s theoretical contributions and limitations, as well as future research directions, are discussed at the end of the paper. 본 연구는 정부의 직업교육정책의 변화에 따라 상업계고등학교가 특성화 방향을 회계특 성화로 정하고 이 분야의 특성화 고등학교로 지정을 받을 경우 운영할 전문교과 교육과정 의 개발에 필요한 방향을 제시하기 위해 상업계고등학교 교과내용과 상업계고등학교 졸업 생의 채용에 대한 기업의 인식 정도를 파악하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상업계고등 학교 졸업생들이 주로 취업을 하는 회계, 세무 등 전문 서비스업과 중소기업 500개 업체 를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설문 응답 기업 중 142개 업체로부터 유효한 설문사료를 수집해 분석에 이용하였다. 분석은 구조방정식모형인 PLS를 이용하였 다. 분석결과 첫째, 사회에서 필요로 하는 직무기초능력과 상업계고등학교의 교과내용 간 에는 유의적인 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 현재 상업계 고등학교의 교과내용 구성이 적절하게 이루어져 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 상업계고등학교의 교육내용과 이 지식을 습득 한 학생을 채용한 기업의 만족도 간에는 유의적인 관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 이러한 학교 교육과 기업 간의 간극을 줄이기 위해서는 교육수요자에 대한 재 정의를 통해 보다 실무 지향적인 교육이 필요하다.
