5분절 몸통/어깨 모델을 사용한 남녀 프로골퍼의 운동학적 변인 비교분석

[목적] 본 연구는 드라이버의 다운스윙동안 5개 분절의 새로운 몸통/어깨 모델을 사용하여 남녀 프로골프 선수들 간 몸통의 운동학적 변인들의 차이를 조사하고, 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] 10대의 Vicon 카메라(250Hz), 2 대의 지면반력기, Kwon3D Motion Analysis Suite를 이용하여 26명의 남녀 프로골프선수들의 몸통/어깨 분절의 최 대 방향각, 운동 가동범위, 최대 각속도의 평균값을 산출하였으며, T-test를 이용하여 남녀 그룹간의 평균차이를 비교하였다. [결과 및 결론] 남녀 프로골퍼 사이에 몸통/어깨 분절의 최대 방향각에 대한 스윙 메커니즘은 횡단면 과 관상면에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보였으며, 운동 동작범위에서는 어깨거들보다는 몸통에서 남녀 프로골프 선수들 사 이에 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 다운스윙동안(ED 시점 직후) 여자 프로골퍼의 모든 분절(왼쪽 어깨거들을 제외)에서 남자 프로골퍼들보다 높은 최대 각속도를 보였다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to compare the trunk/shoulder motions between the male and female professional golfers using a 5-segment trunk/shoulder model. [Method] A total of 26, right-handed, male and female professional golfers with a posted handicap of 3 or better were recruited for this study. 10-camera VICON motion capture system and Kwon3D Motion Analysis Suite was used to obtain kinematic data. T-tests were used to compare the ranges/peak values of the orientation angles and peak angular velocity between two groups. [Result and Conclusion] The peak orientation angles in the transverse and frontal planes were identified as the factor which differentiated the male golfers from the female golfers. In the range of orientation angles, there were dominant differences between male and female professional golfers in the trunk rather than the shoulder girdle. During the downswing (immediately after the ED), all segments of the female professional golfer (except the left shoulder girdle) showed a higher peak angular velocity than those of the male professional golfers.
성견의 치근 이개부병변에서 합성골이식시 교원막의 치유효과에 관한 비교연구

After periodontal surgery, the potential healing responses were occurred by interaction among junctional epithelium, gingival connective tissue, alveolar bone and periodontal ligament. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagen membrane in conjunction with nonresorbable hydroxyapatite in the grade Ⅱ bifurcation involvement of dogs. Experimental periodontitis was created in bifurcation area of 4 mongolian dogs with bone removal and gutta percha packing after 6 weeks later, the gutta percha were removed and experiment was perfomed divided by 2 groups. Flap operation with hydroxyapatite grafting, flap operation with hydroxyapatite grafting and collagen membrane were done. Experimental dogs were serially sacrificed at 2,4,8,16weeks and the specimens were prepared with hematoxylin-eosin stainning for light microsopic study. The results were as follows. 1. The hydroxyapatite particles were surrounded by dense connective tissue and formed new alveolar bone. 2. Dense new alveolar bone was formed in experimental group than control. 3. Infalmmatory cell infiltration was decreased in control group, as time lapsed, there was no inflammatory cell infiltration in the connective tissue of control group at 8 weeks, but was in experimental group. 4. Collagen menbrane was influenced the bone forming activities during 16 weeks

Lipid particles, which can be synthesized in the liver or absorbed through the terminal ileum, are indispensable for maintaining homeostasis. Inadequate life styles together with certain types of genetic background can induce and aggravate the condition of dyslipidemia. The personal status of inflammation, which is reflected by the serum C-reactive protein level, and the status of insulin resistance are considered as emerging risks for cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, together with aggressive management of correctable major risks, maintaining ideal lifestyles may be helpful to prevent the event of cardiovascular diseases. The most important goal of managing dyslipidemic conditions is to reach an ideal level of lipid profile, and aggressive drug management can be tried where indicated.
