Late Type 3b Endoleak Mimicking Type 2 Endoleak after Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair

Endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair has been widely used for the treatment of AAA as a safe and efficient method, but endoleaks causing persistent expansion of aneurysm sac may cause aneurysmal rupture and death. Type 3 endoleak is rare but a predominant cause of late rupture. Type 3b endoleak can be misdiagnosed as type 2 endoleak, which is more frequent. Here we report two cases of type 3b endoleak mimicking type 2 endoleak, which were successfully treated by open surgery of partial explantation of the stent-graft and endoaneurysmal interposition graft replacement.

엘 시스테마 코리아 전략모형 개발에 관한 연구

Korea(The business name is ‘Orchestra of Dream’)’ that supports the marginalized children and youth of the most vulnerable families by providing orchestra arts education. The El Sistema Korea is a Korea-styled program of the ‘El Sistema’. It is a regional network - typed community arts education program aimed to pursue the multi-faceted growth of children and the community development by providing an opportunity for orchestra education. The education program is being provided in 38 educational institutions of the country with the help of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Korea Arts & Culture Education Agency. But the educational institutions distributed nationally are being operated by the supply-driven top-down support, so the ongoing and continuous education is not provided and the absence of education in accordance with administrative procedures is being created repeatedly. This study was thus inspired by the idea that the children participating in the education program must be guaranteed continuing education opportunities. El Sistema Korea is the education program playing a social role, not to train musicians but to help children with holistic growth through orchestral activities. Currently, educational institutions are operating centered around metropolitan areas and major cities. But to ensure the educational benefits are provided to the children in cultural blind spots, who indeed need the education of El Sistema Korea, efforts by operational entities must be guaranteed, as well as voluntary operational commitment and passion by educational entities. 본 논문은 소외 아동·청소년들에게 오케스트라 교육을 무상으로 지원하고 있는 엘시스테마 코리아 사업(사업명 꿈의 오케스트라)의 발전전략에 관한 연구이다. 꿈의오케스트라는 베네수엘라 무상음악교육 ‘엘 시스테마(El Sistema)’를 모델로 한 한국형 오케스트라 교육으로, 문화사각지대에 있는 소외 아동·청소년들의 오케스트라 교육을 통한 다면적 성장과 지역사회의 발전을 동시에 추구하는 지역 네트워크형 사회문화예술교육이다. 이 사업은 문화체육관광부와 한국문화예술교육진흥원 지원으로 현재(2015년 6월 기준) 전국 38개 거점기관에서 진행되고 있으며, 거점기관들의 지속적인 운영을 위한자립역량강화를 목표로 운영되고 있다. 하지만 전국에 분포되어 있는 거점기관들이공급주도의 하향지원 방식으로 운영되어 안정적이고 연속적인 교육이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 채 행정 절차에 치인 교육부재가 반복되고 있다. 본 연구는 사업 운영전략의 미흡과 비효율성, 공공지원에 의존하는 거점기관의 자발적 운영의지 부재에서 발생하는 문제점들을 극복하고, 참여아동들에게 교육기회를 지속적으로 보장해야 한다는 지점에서 출발하여 꿈의 오케스트라 발전전략을 제시하고자 한다. 꿈의 오케스트라는 개별 음악가 양성을 위한 교육이 아닌 사회적 역할을 수행하는교육사업이다. 이를 위해 효과적인 운영방향의 수립과 동시에 사업현황에 따른 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 세부추진계획까지 검토하였다. 지역 거점기관들이 지역 안에서 자리 잡아가기 위해서는 지역성, 환경 및 교육여건 등이 고려된 효율적인 운영이 요구된다. 본 연구는 운영 및 교육주체가 지역자원과 네트워크를 기반으로 한 운영계획을 수립할 수 있도록 방향과 모델을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 현재 수도권과 대도시를 중심으로 거점기관이 확대되고 있으나, 꿈의 오케스트라 교육이 절실히 필요한 문화사각지대의 아이들에게까지 교육혜택이 제공되기 위해서는 운영주체의 노력뿐만 아니라 거점기관들의 자발적인 운영의지와 열정이 담보되어야 할 것이다.

This dissertation clarified the educational significance of the body philosophy in Friedrich W. Nietzsche’s Also sprach Zarathustra, which shifted the center of thought from reason to the body. to To discover the meaning of body philosophy and education, this study considers Übermensch as an educational human image, dance as self-formation, and self-overcoming as education for life. The body philosophy in Also Ssprach Zarathustra has immense educational significance in this regard: First, it provides an opportunity to fully understand humans by realizing their activities and openness existing within the body. Second, we restore the meaning of the body and realize the concept of the true self. Third, it allows us to understand the meaning of Übermensch, an educational human image, and toexplore the human image that our education should aim for. Fourth, through dance, identified as a representative art that expresses nature and life, we can develop a positive attitude toward our lives, despite life’s contradictions and nihility. Nietzsche's new perspective on the body, which requires a holistic understanding of humans, is thus essential in education. Through Also Ssprach Zarathustra, people can understand body philosophy and realize the meaning of the self in relation to the body, overcome the existing educational limitations centered on reason, and simultaneously expand the horizon for independent growth in lifelives. 이 연구는 니체의 『차라투스트라는 이렇게 말했다』에 나타난 몸철학의 교육적 의의를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 『차라투스트라는 이렇게 말했다』의 내용 구성과 특징을 살펴보고 거기에 드러난 몸의 의미를 알아보았다. 이어서 몸철학과 교육의 의미를 알아보기 위해 교육적 인간상으로서의 위버멘쉬, 자기형성으로서의 춤, 삶을 위한 교육으로서의 자기극복을 고찰해 보았다. 『차라투스트라는 이렇게 말했다』에 나타난 몸철학은 다음과 같은 교육적 의의를 가진다. 첫째, 몸으로 실존하는 인간의 능동성과 개방성을 깨달음으로써 인간을 온전히 이해하는 계기가 된다. 둘째, 몸의 의미를 회복하고 진정한 자기의 개념을 깨달을 수 있다. 셋째, 교육적 인간상인 위버멘쉬의 의미에 근거하여 우리의 교육이 지향해야하는 인간상을 제시해 해준다. 넷째, 춤을 통해 몸과 정신이 통합적으로 작용하여 삶에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 의지를 갖추게 하는 자기교육적인 측면에서 의미가 있다. 니체의 몸에 대한 새로운 관점은 인간을 전인적으로 이해해야 하는 교육에서 반드시 필요하다. 이러한 의미에서 니체의 『차라투스투라는 이렇게 말했다』를 통해 그의 몸철학을 이해하고 몸이 가진 자기의 의미를 깨달아야 기존의 이성중심의 교육적 한계를 넘어서고 동시에 자신의 삶을 주체적으로 이끌고 성장할 수 있는 가능성을 넓혀줄 것이다.

교사리더십 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a tool for diagnosing the level of teacher leadership in school educational activities. For this purpose, we explored the concept and components of teacher leadership and developed a questionnaire for diagnosing teacher leadership based on them. First, we explored the concepts, elements, and characteristics of teacher leadership through literature analysis, and based on the components of the teacher leadership diagnostic tool, we constructed questions on specific behaviors and perceptions to diagnose teacher leadership. After revising the items through expert review, the preliminary and main surveys were conducted. 163 participants responded to the preliminary survey and 362 responded to the main survey, and validity was verified through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, a teacher leadership diagnostic tool consisting of three domains, 12 sub-factors, and 55 diagnostic items, including teacher leadership consciousness, teacher leadership capability, and teacher leadership performance attributes, was developed, and the significance of this study was discussed.

A교사가 바라본 희망초등학교장의 모습은 어떠한가

최근 들어 우리는 학교의 변화를 실현시키는 데에 있어서 교사가 차지하는 중요성을 깨 닫기 시작했다. 더불어 학교라는 작은 조직 내에서 중요한 역할에 놓여있는 교사들을 변화 시킬 수 있는 중요한 사람 중의 한 명은 바로 학교장이다. 학교장이 학교교육의 질과 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인이라는 점은 효과적인 학교 연구나 학교개혁에 관한 연구등을 통해서 널리 인정되어 왔으며 이에 따라 교장의 지도성 에 관한 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져 왔다(박상완, 2009). 학교효과의 연구를 살펴보면 학교장의 지도성이 독립변인으로 작용한다는 연구가 대부 분이며(오승희, 2007), 학교장의 지도성은 교사들의 직무 성과 또는 직무 만족에도 영향을 준다. 따라서 교사들의 학교장 리더십에 대한 이해 정도 차이에 따라 학교에서의 학생지도, 조직적응 등에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

비접촉 데이터 사회와 아카이브 재영토화

한국 정부가 UN의 2022년 전자정부 발전 지수에서 UN가입 193개국중 3위에 랭크됐다. 그동안 꾸준히 상위국으로 평가된 한국은 분명 세계 전자정부의 선도국이라 할 수 있다. 전자정부의 윤활유는 데이터다. 데이터는 그 자체로 정보가 아니고 기록도 아니지만 정보와 기록의 원천이며 지식의 자원이다. 전자적 시스템을 통한 행정 행위가 보편화된 이후 당연히 데이터에 기반한 기록의 생산과 기술이 확대되고진화하고 있다. 기술은 가치중립적인 듯 보이지만 사실 그 자체로 특정 세계관을 반영하고 있다. 더구나 비물질적 유통을 기반으로 하는디지털 세계, 온라인 네트워크의 또 다른 아이러니는 반드시 물리적도구를 통해서만 접속하고 접촉할 수 있다는 점이다. 디지털 정보는논리적 대상이지만 반드시 어떤 유형이든 그것을 중계할 장치 없이는디지털 자원을 읽어 내거나 활용할 수 없다. 초연결, 초지능을 무기로 하는 새로운 기술의 디지털 질서는 전통적인 권력 구조에 깊은 영향력을 끼칠 뿐만 아니라 기존의 정보 및 지식전달 매개체에도 마찬가지의 영향을 미치고 있다. 더구나 데이터에 기반한 생성형 인공지능을 비롯해 새로운 기술과 매개가 단연 화두다. 디지털 기술의 전방위적 성장과 확산이 인간 역능의 증강과 사유의 외주화 상황까지 왔다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 여기에는 딥 페이크를 비롯한 가짜 이미지, 오토 프로파일링, 사실처럼 생성해 내는 AI 거짓말(hallucination), 기계 학습데이터의 저작권 침해에 이르기까지 다양한문제점 또한 내포하고 있다. 더구나 급진적 연결 능력은 방대한 데이터의 즉각적 공유를 가능하게 하고 인지 없이 행위를 발생시키는 기술적 무의식에 의존하게 된다. 그런 점에서 지금의 기술 사회의 기계는 단순 보조의 수준을 넘어서고 있으며 기계의 인간 사회 진입은 고도의 기술 발전에 따른 자연적인 변화 양상이라고 하기에는 간단하지 않은 지점이 존재한다. 시간이 지나며 기계에 대한 관점이 변화하게 될 것이기 때문이다. 따라서중요한 것은 기계를 통한 커뮤니케이션, 행위의 결과로서의 기록이 생산되고 사용되는 방식의 변화가 의미하는 사회문화적 함의에 있다. 아카이브 영역에서도 초지능, 초연결사회를 향한 기술의 변화로 인해 데이터 기반 아카이브 사회는 어떤 문제에 직면하게 될 것인지, 그리고 그 속에서 누가 어떻게 기록과 데이터의 지속적 활동성을 입증하고 매체 변화의 주요 동인이 될 것인가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 아카이브가 행위의 결과인 기록뿐만 아니라 데이터를 전략적 자산으로 인식할 필요성에서 시작했다. 이를 통해 전통적 경계를 확장하고 데이터 중심 사회에서 어떻게 재영토화를 이룰 수 있을지를 알아보았다. The Korean government ranked 3rd among 193 UN member countries in the UN’s 2022 e-Government Development Index. Korea, which has consistently been evaluated as a top country, can clearly be said to be a leading country in the world of e-government. The lubricant of e-government is data. Data itself is neither information nor a record, but it is a source of information and records and a resource of knowledge. Since administrative actions through electronic systems have become widespread, the production and technology of data-based records have naturally expanded and evolved. Technology may seem value-neutral, but in fact, technology itself reflects a specific worldview. The digital order of new technologies, armed with hyper-connectivity and super-intelligence, not only has a profound influence on traditional power structures, but also has an a similar influence on existing information and knowledge transmission media. Moreover, new technologies and media, including data-based generative artificial intelligence, are by far the hot topic. It can be seen that the all-round growth and spread of digital technology has led to the augmentation of human capabilities and the outsourcing of thinking. This also involves a variety of problems, ranging from deep fakes and other fake images, auto profiling, AI lies hallucination that creates them as if they were real, and copyright infringement of machine learning data. Moreover, radical connectivity capabilities enable the instantaneous sharing of vast amounts of data and rely on the technological unconscious to generate actions without awareness. Another irony of the digital world and online network, which is based on immaterial distribution and logical existence, is that access and contact can only be made through physical tools. Digital information is a logical object, but digital resources cannot be read or utilized without some type of device to relay it. In that respect, machines in today’s technological society have gone beyond the level of simple assistance, and there are points at which it is difficult to say that the entry of machines into human society is a natural change pattern due to advanced technological development. This is because perspectives on machines will change over time. Important is the social and cultural implications of changes in the way records are produced as a result of communication and actions through machines. Even in the archive field, what problems will a data-based archive society face due to technological changes toward a hyper-intelligence and hyper-connected society, and who will prove the continuous activity of records and data and what will be the main drivers of media change? It is time to research whether this will happen. This study began with the need to recognize that archives are not only records that are the result of actions, but also data as strategic assets. Through this, author considered how to expand traditional boundaries and achieves reterritorialization in a data-driven society.

대통령 기록관의 서비스 프로그램 사례 연구

Presidential records which have produced during a presidency as a national center are the evidence of the presidency and main historical records. We have the responsibility to establish fundamental systems to produce such main historical records and to manage such main historical records which could help people and history to judge the presidency based upon the evidence of their activities. The historical appraisal could be achieved not by memory but by evidence. A draft of a proposed law on the management of presidential records which includes the establishment of presidential libraries for the presidential records Mecca is being moored at the National Assembly now. The presidential library is to be considered as a multi-functional national institution which is carrying out the role as an Archives, Museums and Center for the education. In addition, it is imperative for a presidential library to provide user-oriented services to enrich the usability and the value of records, recognizing the change of administration paradigm from a supplier-oriented system to a customer-oriented system. This dissertation, in order to develop presidential library service programs focusing on customers rather than the convenience of administration, reviewed programs of the U.S. presidential libraries as a developed case and proposes guidelines and applicable samples for the development of the Korean presidential library service programs. 한 나라의 중심에 서 있는 대통령과 관련하여 생산해 낸 기록물은 대통령직 수행의 증거이며 역사적 핵심기록이라는 의미를 갖는다. 역사가 그들 활동의 증거를 토대로 심판할 수 있도록 이 핵심 기록을 제대로 생산하도록 제도적 기반을 갖추고 잘 관리해야할 책무가 있다. 역사적 평가는 증거 없는 기억만으로 이뤄질 수 없기 때문이다. 2007년 초 현재, 대통령기록물의 메카가 될 대통령 기록관 설립에 관한 의무조항을 포함한 대통령기록물관리법률안이 국회에 계류 중이다. 대통령 기록관은 기록관 기능에 박물관, 교육 센터 역할을 수행하는 다기능적 국가기관으로 이해되어야한다. 또한, 이용도와 사료의 가치를 높이기 위해 수요자 지향적 행정 패러다임의 변화를 인식하고, 이용자 관점에서 서비스하는 자세가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 행정 편의보다는 이용자 위주의 대통령기록관 서비스 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 미국 대통령 기록 박물관의 프로그램을 선진 사례로 먼저 살펴본 후, 한국 대통령 기록관의 서비스 프로그램 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제안하고 적용 가능한 예를 제시하였다.
