The situation of our country's household waste recycling rate in 1994 in reached only to 15.4 percent which is a very low numerical value because it indicates our daily waste disposition capacity as 8,927 ton /day. To improve our waste recycling rate our gorvernment is reinforcing depoait-refund systems in bottle. Currently the reinforcement of deposit-refund systems in bottle shows high success by achieving 9a.0 percent in recycling rate which has brought a great environmental effects. This survey is provided to inspect and to practice survey about the more possible charge systems including deposit-refund systems. Based on surveyed data, a variety of opinions regarding target subject of each system was col-lected and positive improvement plans were suggested through introducing econ-omic incentive system. Trough this study, following problems In deposit-refund systems were presented. -vagueness of selection basis according to the rate of deposit and vessels -negaeive attiude cased by the waste collect-treatment division's lack of recognition toward economic incentive -confined number of depesit-refund targets -vagueness for selection basis of item and omission of several deposit-refund targets -low application of principle of polluter payment due to low deposit rate. -Followings are the directions of improvement of deposit systems. -more positive utilization of econamic incentive -government's positive intervention in dispositing large-scaled waste which requires very difficult disposition -construction of collect-treatment system led by manufacturers and importers -utiligation of refund-regulation to outsiders -enforcement of advance notice of refund rate and deposit-refund targets -amended application of refund rate according to the result of waste recycling
바나듐이 도핑된 강유전체 Bi₄Ti₃O_12 박막(BTV)의 성장과 특성

Bi3.99Ti2.97V0.03O12 (BTV) thin films with 3 mol% vanadium doping were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that single-phase lapered perovskite were obtained and preferred orientation was not observed. Under the annealing temperature at 600℃, the surface morphology of the BTV thin films had fine-rounded particles and then changed plate-like at 650℃ and 700℃. The remanent polarization (2Pr) and coercive field (2Ec) of 700℃ annealed BTV thin film were 25 μC/cm2 and 116 kV/cm, respectively. In addition, BTV thin film showed little polarization fatigue during 109 switching cycles. These improved ferroelectric properties were attributed to the increased rattling space and reduced oxygen vacancies by substitution Ti4+ ion (68 pm) with smaller V5+ ion (59 pm). The dielectric constant and loss were measured 130 and 0.03 at 10 kHz, respectively.

When we are estimate the smoothing parameter in spline regression model, we deal the diagnostic of influence observations as posteriori analysis. When we use Generalized Maximum Likelihood Function as the estimation method of smoothing parameter, we propose the diagnostic measure for influencial observations in the obtained estimate, and we introduce the finding method of the proper smoothing parameter estimate.
UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS를 이용한 약용식물 중 독성 Pyrrolizidine alkaloids에 대한 효율적인 정량 및 정성방법 개발

Background : The 1,2-unsaturated PAs, reported to be widely present in medicinal plants belonging to Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, and Fabaceae, cause hepatotoxicity and genotoxicity in humans and animals. Hence, there is a need for an analytical method that allows these dangerous plant toxins to be determined. In this study, we developed a method that can be used for the rapid and accurate determination of nine toxic PAs in medicinal plants using ultra-pressure liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–quadrupole–time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF). Methods and Results : The compounds were eluted onto a C18 column with 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile, and separated with good resolution within 11 min. all analytes was characterized by its precursor ions generated by ESI-Q-TOF and fragment ions produced by collision-induced dissociation (CID), which were used as a reliable database. The proposed analytical method was verified with reference to the ICH guidelines. The proposed UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF method was applied to four medicinal plants, and lycopsamin, echimidine, senkirkine and senecionine were detected by matching with reference standard, and additional six PAs were tentatively identified though chemical profiling. In addition, the QuEchERS method was the most efficient in comparison with methods like hot water and methanol in extraction efficiency of pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Conclusion : The our proposed method can determine PAs rapidly and accurately in medicinal plants and will be utilize as an important data for other researchers who need analytical information of PAs.
