Nowadays, the bio-ethanol as an alternative way is in highlight due to the depletion of fossil fuel. Bioethanol contains 35 wt% oxygen more than gasoline. For this reason, this fuel has characteristic that reduces exhaust gas in combustion process. Also bio-ethanol has so higher octane number than conventional gasoline that it has superior anti-knock. Therefore, this study was performed to investigate the effect of bioethano l blended fuel ratio on nano-particle concentration characteristics in spark ignition (SI) gasoline engin e. As a result, PN emission tended to decrease as bioethanol blended ratio increase. The reason is that bioethanol has 35 wt% oxygen more than gasoline. So, the combustion was activated due to increased oxygen content.

대용량 볼륨 데이터로부터 연속적인 고화질 영상을 생성하는 것은 공학이나 자연과학 분야에서 중요한 연구주제이다. 최신 가시화 기법을 이용해 고해상도데이터의 시각적 영상 정보를 효과적으로 보여줌으로써 데이터에 내재된 유용한 정보의 분석을 돕는 소프트웨어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관측, 예측을 통해 구축된 지구환경 데이터를 효과적으로 분석, 표출하기 위해 클라이언트-서버기반의 멀티플랫폼가시화시스템을 설계했다. 클러스터로 구성된 가시화서버는 병렬/분산 처리를 통해 데이터를 클라이언트에게 전달하고, 클라이언트는 다양한 플랫폼에서 구동되도록 개발되었다. 개발된 클라이언트는 멀티 터치, 센서를 통해 직관적인 구동이 가능하고, 영상기반조명 기법의 적용으로 사실적인 렌더링을 지원한다. It is important subject of research in engineering and natural science field that creating continuing high-definition image from very large volume data. The necessity of software that helps analyze useful information in data has improved by effectively showing visual image information of high resolution data with visualization technique. In this paper, we designed multi-platform visualization system based on client-server to analyze and express earth environment data effectively constructed with observation and prediction. The visualization server comprised of cluster transfers data to clients through parallel/distributed computing, and the client is developed to be operated in various platform and visualize data. In addition, we aim user-friendly program through multi-touch, sensor and have made realistic simulation image with image-based lighting technique.
덱사메타손이 봉입된 지질나노입자의 제조: 지질의 종류와 함량 변화에 따른 지질나노입자의 특성

약물인 덱사메타손은 효과적인 염증치료제이다. 그러나 난용성 약물로써 수용액에서 주사제로 가용화가 어렵다. 따라서 º ¿±¸에서는 ¸Þ¸손을 수용액상에서 주사제로 가용화하기 §Ø¼ 지질로 만들어진 나노입자에 ¸Þ¸손을 봉입하여 체내투여 시 약물을 서서히 방출할 수 ´ 약물전달체를 제조하고자 ¿´´. 지질나노입자는 인지질, 콜레스테롤 ±×¸?簾? 양이온성 지질을 사용하여 자발 유화 ¿매확산법에 의해 제조하였다. ³ª노입자는 다양한 지질 종류와 지질의 함량에 따라서 봉입효율, 기 그리고 표면전하와 °°º ¹°리적 특성을 평가하였다. 기는 80~120 nm ¿´¸¸, 봉입효율은 80% 이상의 높은 효율을 보였다. 질의 지방쇄의 길이가 ±æ¼· 봉입효율은 증가하였고, 콜레스테롤의 량과 봉입효율은 반비례하였다. 나노지질입자는 양이온성 지질 없이는 형성되지 않았으며 ¾온성 지질의 ·?閻?¡ 따라서 봉입효율은 °¡하였다. 덱사메타손이 봉입된 지질나노입자는 난용성 약물을 주사제로 가용화 수 ´ 새로운 약물전달체로써의 가능성을 기대하는 바이다. the coricosteroid drug dexamethasone is an efficacious antiinflammatory drug, it is difficult to formulate in an injectable formulation due to its poor aqueous solubility. A lipid-based nanosphere formulation containing dexamethasone was designed for solubilization of the drug in aqueous solution and sustained release of the drug from the nanosphere. The lipid nanospheres, composed of phospholipid, cholesterol and cationic lipid, were prepared by self emulsification-solvent diffusion method followed by diafiltration. Physicochemical characteristics such as mean particle diameter, zeta potential and drug loading efficiency of the lipid nanospheres were investigated according to the variation of either the kind of lipid or the lipid composition. The lipid nanospheres had a mean diameter 80-120 nm and dexamethasone loading efficiency of greater than 80%. The drug loading efficiency increased with the increase of the length of aliphatic chain attached to the phospholipid. However, the drug loading efficiency was inversely proportional to the increase of cholesterol content in the lipid composition. The lipid nanosphere could not be prepared without the use of cationic lipid and the drug loading efficiency was proportional to the increase of cationic lipid content. The lipid nanospheres containing dexamethasone are a promising novel drug carrier for an injectable formulation of the poorly water-soluble drugs.

Bisphosphonates are an important group of therapeutic agents for the management of osteoporosis, as they inhibit bone resorption and increase bone density, thereby potentially decreasing fracture risk. In this study, risedronate was transdermally delivered by iontophoresis. Effects of polarity, pH, current density, drug concentration and enhances were studied using a side-by-side diffusion cell including the hairless mice skin. The amount of transported drug under iontophoretic delivery was about 186 fold higher than that under passive delivery. Results indicated that iontophoresis is an effective method for transdermal administration of risedronate sodium.
