전통 염색견의 열화조건에 따른 손상원인 연구

In ancient times, many kinds of difference inorganic and organic pigment were used as colorants for making objects. This study has proved the damage regions on the aging conditions of the silk dyeing traditional pigment. so whiteness, tensile strength and digital-microscope were measured to examine the state of silk dyeing traditional pigments pretreated under each aging condition. From the result examining the state, all the silk dyeing traditional pigments were best condition at low temperature(-20/RT)and normal condition and damaged at high temperature($60^{\circ}C$) and 2ppm $SO_2$condition and UV condition. As a result of X-ray diffraction analysis of crystalline structure for the silk dyeing traditional pigments, most of specimens have nearly changed crystalline structure despite specimens had each other different conditions and times. Especially, specimens which was passing of 4-8 months have not changed in its crystalline structure. But some specimens like a Unghwang and Seokcheong have a little changed in its intensity in the XRD peak. Consequently, If we want to find out alteration of crystalline structure for the silk dyeing traditional pigments using scientific method according to change of environmental conditions, we must guarantee of equal state and strengthen of environmental conditions in specimen. Additionally, the term of experiment need to belong, and specimens which was experimented and analyzed must be same.

A case report of generalized morphea treated with herbal medication and moxibustion

A 56-year-old Korean female patient developed generalized morphea over three months. We focused on imbalance of the neuroendocrine-immune axis, mainly using Jiawei-Renshengyangrong-tang and Jiawei-Siqi-tang. Moxibustion on LU9 was conducted for skin symptoms. The patient’s modified localized scleroderma skin severity index score decreased from 22 to 6 over 22 weeks of treatment and to 4 during a 3-month follow-up. Her verbal rating scale score for general symptoms decreased from 17 to 1 during the 22-week treatment.

제도에 배태된 행정에서의 가치들의 역학관계에서 본 행정의 정체성과 역할의 탐색적 분석: 공공기관 평가제도를 중심으로

This study investigates the relationship among public administrative value, which should be pursued by political context. To this end, this study divides administrative value assigned to the purpose of public institutions' management evaluation system into two types: public administrative value (effectiveness, customer orientation, efficiency) and political value(social equity). The model was tested by conditional process analysis. The research model considers the objectives of public institution management evaluation as an independent variable for efficiency, a dependent variable for customer orientation, a mediated variable for effectiveness, and a moderated variable for social equity. The research model statistically proved as a mediated moderating model. This study found efficiency has impacts on customer orientation with a mediating effect of effectiveness, which occurs when social equity is at an average level. This study also found that the effect of efficiency on customer orientation differs according to the level of social equity. The results of this study empirically support the conclusion that creating public value would seem to be possible when balance and harmony between administrative value could be achieved. 본 연구는 행정이 추구하는 가치들의 관계를 탐색적으로 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 공공기관 경영평가제도의 목적에 배태된 행정에서의 가치를 관리적 가치(효과성, 고객지향성, 효율성)와 정치적 가치(사회적 형평성)로 구분하고, 이들의 관계를 탐색적으로 매개된 조절효과 모형을 적용해 분석하였다. 연구모형은 공공기관 경영평가 목적을 고려하여 독립변수를 효율성(업무효율), 종속변수를 고객지향성(국민평가)으로, 매개변수를 효과성(주요사업)으로, 조절변수를 사회적 형평성(정부권장정책)으로 설정했다. 분석결과, 부분 매개된 조절효과모형임을 확인할 수 있었다. 효율성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에서 효과성의 매개효과는 사회적 형평성이 평균수준일 때 발생하며, 사회적 형평성 수준에 따라서 효율성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향이 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 효율성, 효과성, 고객지향성이라는 관리적 가치간의 관계에 사회적 형평성이라는정치적 가치가 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과를 토대로, 공공가치 창출은 행정가치들 간의 균형과 조화가 이루어질 때 가능하다는 것을 실증적으로 검증한 연구이다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해서 본 연구는 행정가치간의 균형과 조화를 달성하도록 하는 것이 행정이 가져야할 정체성이며 궁극적인 역할임을 제시한다.

기존의 경구용 혈당강하제로 혈당조절이 불량한 제2형 당뇨병 환자에 대한 한양방 병용 치료 1례

This study presents a case of add-on traditional Korean medical treatments in a 77-year-old male patient with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus with conventional oral hypoglycemic agents. Chief complaints were uncontrolled glucose level and weight loss. The patient was treated with electroacupuncture (on ST36, CV4, and CV12), herbal medication, and lifestyle advice. The conventional oral hypoglycemic medications were maintained. After 12 weeks, the glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) decreased from 11.0% to 8.4%. There were significant abnormalities in the liver function and renal function tests, but no adverse event was reported. Further studies are needed to confirm the findings of this case.

오령산의 고혈압 치료 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰 : 임상 논문을 중심으로

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to review the clinical studies on antihypertensive effects of Oryeong-san. Methods : We searched papers using KTKP, Oasis, CNKI, PubMed, Embase, Science Direct, CINAHL, J STAGE and CiNii, and the key words "Oryeong-san (韓)", "Wuling-san (中)", "Gorei-san (日)", and "Hypertension" were used. Search range included randomized controlled trials (RCTs), clinical reports, reviews and animal experiments. Papers not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Results : A total 479 studies were found, with 457 excluded during title and screening. After scanning 22 papers, a final 3 RCTs and 6 case reports were selected and analyzed. In the 3 RCTs, the number of patients varied between 65 and 156. Patients with hypertension were randomized into groups for treatment group and control group. They were all treated with antihypertensive drugs (Vamlodipine Besylate, Benazepril, Perindopril); the treatment group was also given modified Oryeong-san. After treatment, results were that blood pressure was significantly decreased in the treatment group, compared to the control. The other 6 case reports reported that modified Oryeong-san alone or the combination of Oryeong-san plus antihypertensive drugs had beneficial effects on blood pressure. Conclusions : Oryeong-san appears to be effective in improving blood pressure and hypertension-related symptoms. The results of this study could be applied to clinical treatment of hypertension. Further large-scale clinical researches should be conducted.

귀비탕(歸脾湯)의 방론(方論)에 관한 고찰

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the interpretation of the Gwibi-tang(歸脾湯, GBT) prescription in order to obtain the traditional significance. Methods : We have analyzed the interpretation on the GBT prescription through translations and comparisons based on classic books about the oriental medical prescriptions. Results : 1. The source of GBT in Dongeuibogam(東醫寶鑑) is Guchiryuyo(口齒類要), Jeongcheryuyo(正體類要) and Gyojubuinyangbang(校註婦人良方) etc. 2. Meaning of "GwiBi(歸脾)" in the GBT name is returning to the Bi(脾) which is origin of generating Gi(氣) and Blood(血). 3. GBT is composed of Sagunja-tang(四君子湯), Hwanggi-tang(黃芪湯) and Danggwibohyeol-tang(當歸補血湯) etc. 4. According to wide range of symptom, GBT can be varied by adding or subtracting herbs. Conclusions : In this study, we have demonstrated various methodologies. This paper will be useful to the future researchers and clinicians to conduct a study on herbal medicines such as the GBT.

Integrated Rehabilitation for Children with Cerebral palsy: A Prospective Observational Study

Objectives: This study aimed to analyse: 1) the clinical effectiveness and safety of traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) and frequency of TKM therapies used and their relationship with conventional treatments. Methods: This prospective observational study enrolled children with cerebral palsy (CP) aged 6-78 months (n=126). The children who used herbal medication for >30 days or acupuncture treatment >12 sessions within 6 months were defined as the integrated rehabilitation (IR) group; the remaining participants were included in the conventional rehabilitation (CR) group. Results: Changes in the Gross Motor Function Measure-66 (GMFM-66) were greater in the IR group (6.4±6.1) than in the CR group (4.6±5.8). The reduction in the number of other health problems was greater in the IR group than in the CR group. The GMFM-66 improvement was greatest in gross motor function classification system level 1. There was no between-group difference in the frequency of rehabilitation therapy (10.9±6.6 and 12.0±9.9 in the IR and CR groups, respectively). Conclusion: TKM may offer additional benefits in terms of the GMFM-66 score and other health problems. However, there is a need for further randomized controlled trials involving a restricted CP type and a controlled treatment type and intensity to confirm these findings.
