R-290, R-600a의 수평 이중관형 열교환기내 증발 특성

Experimental results for heat transfer characteristics of natural refrigerants R-290, R-600a and HCFC refrigerant R-22 during evaporating inside horizontal double pipe heat exchangers are presented. The experimental apparatus is basically a vapour heat pump system, composed of a compressor, a condenser, expansion devices, a evaporator, and some other peripheral devices. The test sections were horizontal double pipe heat exchangers, which were a pair of smoothed tube, having 10.07 mm ID, 12.07 mm OD, and grooved inner fin tube, having 12.70 mm OD, 0.25 mm fin height, and 75 fins. The local evaporating heat transfer coefficients of natural refrigerants were not much affected with the mass velocity than R-22 and it could be interpreted that the local evaporating heat transfer coefficients of R-22 were increased more than those of R-290, R-600a according to the increment of mass velocity. Moreover, the maximum increment of the heat transfer coefficient was found in R-290. The average heat transfer coefficient was obtained the maximum value in R-290 and the minimum value in R-22. It reveals that the natural refrigerant can be used as a substitute for R-22. In the grooved inner fin tube, 70% of the increment of the heat transfer coefficient was obtained compared to the smoothed tube.

스마트폰, 스마트 패드, 스마트TV 등 다양한 스마트 기기들의 이용이 급격히 활성화 되면서 스마트미디어 산업이 중요한 자리매김을 하고 있다. 특히, 방송망과 인터넷을 결합한 스마트 TV의 도입으로 멀티플랫폼을 이용하여 융합 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하기 위한 하이브리드 미디어 기술이 중요하게 이슈화되고 있다. 하이브리드 미디어 기술은 방송망, 인터넷, 모바일망 등의 다양한 서비스 플랫폼들을 이용하여 콘텐츠 생성, 전달, 소비의 모든 프레임워크에 관련된 중요한 기술이다. 본고에서는 하이브리드 미디어 기술의 개념 및 의미에 대해 살펴보고, 하이브리드 미디어 기술을 이용한 다양한 응용서비스에 대해 설명한다.

To catch the message of Taoism inside the theory of Korean medicine, we have to understand the contents of Tao Te Ching(道德經) the only writings of Lao-tzu(老子). And to do that, precise translation into Korean language must be held before anything else. There have been a little bit more than 50 Korean versions of Tao-te-Ching, and we screened out 10 versions based on academic value. With them, we had a study on the translation of Tao Te Ching, from chapter 1 to 20. Our study found that the existing 10 versions have some obscure words, wrong paragraph classifications, descriptions out of context needing remedial actions for exact understanding. And Chinese words and phrases with various meanings could be translated correctly with our constant rule that values consistent context.

Low-Delay, Low-Power, and Real-Time Audio Remote Transmission System over Wi-Fi

Audiovisual (AV) facilities such as TVs and signage are installed in various public places. However, audio cannot be used to prevent noise and interference from individuals, which results in a loss of concentration and understanding of AV content. To address this problem, a total technique for remotely listening to audio from audiovisual facilities with clean sound quality while maintaining video and lip-syncing through personal smart mobile devices is proposed in this paper. Through the experimental results, the proposed scheme has been verified to reduce system power consumption by 8% to 16% and provide real-time processing with a low latency of 120 ms. The system described in this paper will contribute to the activation of audio telehearing services as it is possible to provide audio remote services in various places, such as express buses, trains, wide-area and intercity buses, public waiting rooms, and various application services.
