The comparison of demand and supply is needed for efficient ecosystem services planning. However, the gap between them cannot be analyzed as existing studies mainly dealt with only the supply of ecosystem services. This study compares the demand and supply of ecosystem services in Shiheung using environmental complaints and urban planning by semantic network analysis. As a result, 'air' and 'water' quality are magnified in demand, 'energy' and 'water' are crucial in supply. This result presents that citizen ask for the improvement of air quality in regulation services, although local government has plans for energy support in provisioning services. Periodic ecosystem services demand and supply monitoring will be the base of effective ecosystem services planning, which reduce insufficiency and surplus.
지적측량 환경 변화에 따른 지적기술의 유출방지 및 보호방안

현재 지적분야는 기존 종이도면관리가 아닌 전산화된 파일관리체계로의 전환, 지적측량시장의 개방, 지적분야의 해외 진출 등 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 측량의 정확도 향상, 효율화된 관리체계, 지적측량의 경쟁력 강화 등 많은 이점을 가져다주고 있다. 그러나 선진화된 지적관리체계로의 전환은 과거 보다 상대적으로 지적정보 및 기술이 유출될 수 있는 가능성을 높이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지적기술의 무분별한 유출에 대비하고자 현행 지적분야의 환경변화에 대한 내용을 검토 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 하여 지적기술의 유출방지 및 보호방안을 제시하고자 하였다. At present, the cadastral field, with the conversion into digital cadastral map management system, not the existing cadastral map management system, has gone through a lot of changes, such as the market opening of cadastral surveying and overseas launching of a cadastral field. Such an environmental change has brought on a lot of advantages, such as improvement in accuracy of surveying, efficient management system, and reinforcement of competitive power in cadastral surveying. However, the conversion into the advanced cadastral management system serves to relatively heightening the possibility of outflow of cadastral information and its technology in comparison with in the past. This research, with the aim to cope with indiscriminate outflow of cadastral technology, is aimed at suggesting the plan for the prevention of outflow of cadastral technique and its protection after examining and considering the contents of environmental changes in the currently going cadastral field.
열동전자식 MCCB의 열적 스트레스에 따른 소손 패턴 및 작동 특성

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the carbonization pattern and operation characteristics of an MCCB. The MCCB is consisted of the actuator lever, actuator mechanism, bimetallic strip, contacts, up and down operator, arc divider or extinguisher, metal operation pin, terminal part, etc. When the actuator lever of the MCCB is at the top or the internal metal operation pin is in contact with the front part, The MCCB is turned on or off. It means trip state if the actuator lever or the internal metal operation pin moves to back side. In the UL 94 vertical combustion teat, white smoke occurred from the MCCB when an average of 17~24 seconds elapsed after the MCCB was ignited and black smoke occurred when an average of 45~50 seconds elapsed. It took 5~6 minutes for the MCCB surface to be burnt and took an average of 8~9 minutes for the MCCB surface to be entirely burnt. In the UL 94 test, the MCCB trip device operated when an average 7~8 minutes elapsed. If the MCCB trip has occurred, it may have been caused by an electrical problem such as a short-circuit, overcurrent, etc, as well as fire heat. From the entire part combustion test according to KS C 3004, it was found that the metal operation pin could be moved to the MCCB trip position with out any electrical problems.
연상 조사를 통한 일정 어휘의 한-러 언어 - 문화소 비교 분석

This research aims to reveal the background informations as a part of words semantics which are hidden in those Korean &Russian words like '사랑'(люовь) '운명'(судьба) '양심'(совесть). For this purpose a association survey was done for 3 years for Korean & Russian (each 5) who are studying in Korea with the above-mentioned three key words waiting for 10 association reactions for a every students. With a analysis of this survey we came to see how many similar and different nation cultural informations deeply relate, especially in respects of language-cultural paradigms and combinement relations, to every language semantics through the background fields like the above conclusion.

본 논문에서는 Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) 기반의 워터마크 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 원 이미지를 4 개의 subimages 로 나누고, DWT 후 한 개의 subimage 의 저주파 영역에 워터마크를 삽입하였다. Subsampling 방법을 사용해 원 이미지 없이 워터마크를 추출하였다. 워터마크는 저주파( LL2 ) 영역에 삽입해 외부의 공격에 강인한 성격을 가지도록 하였고, 화질 열화도 줄일 수 있었다. 잘 알려진 이미지에 대한 실험을 통해 본 논문의 알고리즘의 타당성을 입증하였다.

학령인구 감소로 입학자원 확보의 어려움이 가속화되면서 전문대학의 위기가 가중되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 뉴노멀의 시대적 특성에 기초하여 권역별 고교 관계자, 대학 관계자 및 보직자를 중심으로 인식 차이를 조사하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 입시 개선안을 제언하였다. Due to the decrease in the school-age population, the difficulty of securing admission resources is accelerating, and the crisis of junior colleges is increasing. Therefore, in this study, based on the characteristics of the times of New Normal, perception of high school officials and university officials were investigated by region, and based on these results, a plan to improve entrance policy was proposed.
