텍스트 기반 교통사고 특징 추출 및 분류 방법

차량에 부착된 블랙박스의 교통사고 동영상은 사고 발생시 사고를 분석하기 위한 핵심 자료로 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 교통사고 동영상을 자동으로 분류할 수 있다면, 해당 동영상의 활용도를 더욱 높일 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 기반 교통사고 특징 추출 및 분류 방법을 제안한다. 교통사고 동영상을 변환한 JSON 파일에서 불변 특징, 정적 특징 그리고 동적 특징을 추출하고 결합하여 합성 특징을 생성한다. 마지막으로 합성 특징을 사용하여 교통사고 동영상을 분류한다.

사회 경제와 사회 문화의 발전에 따르면 중국 애니메이션 영화는 최근 10년 동안 활발한 발전을 맞이하였으며, 또한 영향력 있는 원작 애니메이션 영화들을 많이 상영하였다. 이는 시장 흥행 수입을 많이 얻었을 뿐만 아니라 관객들에게도 인정을 받았다. 그러나 중국 애니메이션 영화가 발전하면서 창작과 수중 단체가 모두 걸맞은 사회 문화 환경을 요구하며, 또한 이를 통하여 시장 수요와 수용 기준에 만족하게 하였다. 그러므로 본 논문은 학술적인 측면에서 중국 애니메이션 영화의 본체를 연구하여 사회 문화적 수요를 만족시키고자 한다. 본 논문은 프랑스 기호학자인 롤랑 바르트(Roland Barthes)가 『이미지의 수사학』(Rhétorique de l’image)에서 제기한 언어학 정보층, 외연 이미지층 및 내포된 이미지 층 등 3가지 영상 기호의 해석 방법은 이론적 근거로 하였다. 그리고 영상 기호 측면으로 최근 10년간 중국이 상영한 대표적인 애니메이션 영화의 전체적인 스타일 특징을 분석하고자 한다. 본 논문은 애니메이션 영화 속 문자, 사투리 및 가요는 중국 애니메이션 영화 스타일의 표면적의 특징이며, 언어학 메시지라는 기호를 형성하는 중요한 매개체이며, 언어 중계와 양상 장식의 이중 기능을 가지고 있다는 것을 연구하였다. 외연 이미지 측면에서, 애니메이션 영화에서의 중국 스타일 특성은 주로 전통적인 조형스타일, 장식 기법 및 색채 형태와 같은 영상 기호를 통하여 중국 전통적인 시각적 의경을 구성한다는 것을 분석하였다. 내포된 이미지 측면에서, 1, 2층 영상 기호 분석을 바탕으로 하여 중국 사회의 문화적 배경, 역사적 관습, 사회적 규약을 통하여 중국 애니메이션 영화의 영상 기호에 사회 형태 스타일을 분석하였다. 이는 주로 중국 전통의 유가문화, 윤리문화 및 사회제도문화 면에서 연구하였다.종합적으로 살펴보면, 스타일의 특징은 중국 애니메이션 영화 영상 기호로서의 문화와 예술적 속성이며, 중국 애니메이션을 해석하고 파악하는 관건이며, 중국 영화 미래 발전에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. With the vigorous development of social economy and social culture, Chinese animated films have ushered in a very good development in the past decade. And many influential original animated films have been released one after another-they have not only gained high market revenue, but also been recognized by the audience. With the rise of Chinese animated films, creators and audience groups need a corresponding social and cultural environment to adapt to the rising market demand and acceptance standards. Therefore, the purpose of ontological research on Chinese animated films is to meet the growing social and cultural needs from an academic point. Based on the three-layer image symbol interpretation method of "linguistic message layer", "extension image layer" and "connotation image layer" put forward by the famous French semiologist Roland Barthes in his "Image rhetoric", this paper analyzes the overall style and characteristics of the representative animated films released in China in the past ten years on the theoretical basis of the three-layer image symbol interpretation method of "linguistic message layer", "extension image layer" and "connotation image layer". In the discussion of the article, this paper points out that as the shallow features of the style of Chinese animated films, the characters, dialects and ballads in animated films are important carriers for the formation of "linguistic message" layer symbols. And they have the dual functions of language "transfer" and image "decoration"; in the analysis of the epitaxial image layer, the Chinese style features of animated films mainly construct the traditional Chinese visual artistic conception through image symbols such as traditional modeling style, decorative techniques and color form in the image. In the connotation image layer analysis, this paper focuses on the basis of the first and second layer image symbol analysis. And this paper comprehensively deduces the deep social form style hidden under the image symbols of Chinese animated films through the cultural background, historical customs and social conventions of Chinese society. They mainly include Chinese traditional Confucian culture, ethical culture and social system culture. The conclusion of the article points out that as the cultural and artistic attributes of Chinese animated film image symbols, style characteristics are not only the key to the audience"s interpretation and mastery of Chinese animation, but also an important factor affecting the future development of Chinese films.

실시간 활성시스템을 접목한 감초의 유효성분에 대한 표준화 연구

In an attempt to evaluate licorice quality based on its biological activity, we grafted an on-line high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) bioassay method into the previously established HPLC analysis method. The common antioxidant peaks in licorices of various origin were observed through an on-line HPLC/DPPH system leading to a decrease in absorbance at 517 ㎚ for 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Among them, the licorice from Youngju possessed the highest activity. Therefore, three active standard compounds from the dehydroglyasperin C, dehydroglyasperin D, and isoangustone A, were isolated and elucidated by medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) and instrumental analysis such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), respectively. On-line HPLC/ABTS analysis method with the simultaneous determination of three standard compounds and their radical scavenging activity was established for the quality evaluation of licorices. 2,2'-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radicals (ABTS ᠂ ) which is stable and effective was used in replace of DPPH. The radical scavenging activity of three standards is compared with that of Trolox, known as antioxidant, showing a negative peak with a decrease in absorbance at 734 ㎚ for ABTS. This on-line HPLC/ABTS analysis method was validated for specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy in compliance with international conference on harmonization (ICH) guideline. 기존의 HPLC 분석법에 활성을 접목시킨 실시간 분석법을활용한 새로운 표준화 방법을 시도하였다. 항산화, 항염증, 항암작용을 포함한 다양한 생리 활성을 가지고 있는 한약재인 감초를 대상으로 산지가 다른 아홉 종류의 감초 추출물을 시료로하여 분석을 실시한 결과 영주산 감초에서 라디칼 소거능이 가장 우수하게 나타났으며 실시간 활성 측정법에 의해 세 개의 활성 peak가 확인되었다. 이를 대상으로 크로마토그래피를 실시하여 세 개의 활성 피크의 물질을 각각 dehydroglyasperin C,dehydroglyasperin D, isoangustone A로 동정하였으며 감초의 항산화 지표 성분으로 설정하였다. 실시간 활성 분석법에 대한 validation을 수행한 결과 다른 물질과의 간섭이 없는 특이성, 상관계수 0.99~1.00의 직선성, 일내와 일간 정밀도의 RSD값이 2% 이내의 정밀성 갖으며, 회수율 98~100%의 정확성을보여 이 분석방법에 대한 신뢰도와 재현성이 검증되었다. 특히,실시간 활성측정법은 활성 물질의 정성 및 정량분석을 동시에측정할 수 있어 빠른 시간내 효과적으로 시료를 비교 분석할 수있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 결과적으로 ABTS를 이용한 라디칼소거능을 접목시킨 실시간 활성 분석법은 활성을 기반으로 한천연물 소재의 표준화 연구 접근법 중의 하나로 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

중국 소비자의 우유에 대한 안전성 의식 조사연구

Based on the survey conducted in Peking, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, this article analyzes the social characteristics of consumers, consumption behavior changes and the factors that influence the consumers` WTP by using Binary Logistic Model. It is demonstrated that most consumers have no confidence on milk safety because of the Melamine-tainted Milk Incident. And after the incident, consumer`s purchasing behavior has changed a lot not only on the consumption but also on the brand choice. According to the binary logistic analysis result, consumer`s age, educational level, health, whether they think price and brand are important, and their concern about the incident have significant influence on consumer`s willingness to pay for the milk safety. Based on the conclusion, the article puts forward some policy recommendations for government and corporations, such as increasing consumer`s confidence of food by improving the food safety system, inspiring the risk communication not only by traditional tool but also make good use of the internet, changing product strategy from low price and low quality into high quality, safer and more expensive products.

Anti-Nociceptive Effect and Standardization from Mixture of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge Extracts

Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb has been previously reported to produce an anti-nociceptive effect in ICR mice in both tail-flick and hot-plate tests. Studies have shown that Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, also renowned in traditional Chinese medicine, is an effective anti-inflammatory treatment. Among the extraction solvents investigated, a 50% ethanol (EtOH) extract of A. pilosa produced the highest anti-nociceptive effect in monosodium uric acid-induced gout pain models and the greatest yield. The 80% EtOH extract of S. miltiorrhiza moderately inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide release from RAW 264.7 murine macrophages and exhibited outstanding yield. The mixture of optimized A. pilosa and S. miltiorrhiza extracts were evaluated for enhanced anti-nociceptive effects in gout arthritis treatment. To control extract quality, four marker compounds were determined using an HPLC-DAD method. A 1:1 mixture of A. pilosa 50 and S. miltiorrhiza 80% EtOH extracts of produced better results than when the extracts were administered individually.
