        외상성 뇌손상 후 해마내 칼슘결합단백질 면역반응의 변화

        외상성 뇌손상(traumatic brain injury, TBI)은 다양한 외부요인에 의해 나타나는 직접적인 뇌조직 손상으로, 변성된 뇌신경세포의 지연성 병태생리학적인 변화를 수반하는 질환으로 잘 알려져 있다. 이러한 뇌손상은 그 정도에 따라 인지기능저하 및 운동능력의 손상을 야기하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 특히, 일부 환자에서는 뇌손상 후유증으로 회귀성 간질발작 증상이 나타나는 것으로 알려 있다. 외상성 뇌손상 후 간질발생기전에 대한 연구에서 GABAergic interneurons의 손상과 다양한 종류의 억제성 사이신경의 작용이 간질질환의 발병에 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 외상성 뇌손상 후 초기단계에서 칼슘결합단백질이 발현되는 GABAergic interneurons의 면역반응성이 어떠한 변화를 나타내는지를 분석하고, 이와 같은 발현변화가 외상성 손상 후 간질발생 및 전파에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 이들 사이의 연관성을 규명하기 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 극저온으로 외상성 뇌손상을 주었을 때 극저온 손상에 노출된 대뇌의 해마에서 parvalbumin (PV) 및 calbindin D-28k (CB)와 같은 칼슘결합단백질의 발현이 시간경과에 따라 다양하게 변화되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 극저온에 노출되어 손상을 받은 부위는 뇌손상 후 30분경에 대조군에 비해 PV 및 CB의 발현이 현저하게 감소하였으며, 이들에 면역반응성을 나타내는 신경세포의 숫자도 시간경과에 따라 감소하였으나, 시간이 경과함에 따라 정상수준으로 회복되었다. 그러나, 외상성 뇌손상에 노출되지 않은 반대측 해마에서는 CB의 면역반응성에는 특이한 변화가 없는 반면, PV의 발현은 뇌손상 후 1일 이후부터 대조군에 비해 특이하게 감소하였다. 따라서, 이 실험의 결과는 뇌손상후 해마에서 나타나는 칼슘결합단백질의 감소가 $GABA_A$ receptor를 통한 억제성신경전달의 감소에 관여하고, 이러한 작용에 의해 일시적으로 해마내 신경세포들의 과흥분성 신경전달이 증가하는 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 외상성 뇌손상에 노출되지 않은 반대측 해마에서 나타나는 PV 면역반응 신경세포의 감소는 외상성 뇌손상에 노출된 동측 해마에서 나타나는 칼슘결합단백질의 변화와 함께 외상성 뇌손상 후 간질발생에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the leading causes of death and disability in children and adults and is a major risk factor for the development of posttraumatic epilepsy (PTE). Recent studies have provided significant insight into the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the development of epilepsy. Although the link between brain trauma and epilepsy is well recognized, the complex biological mechanisms that result in PTE following TBI have not been fully elucidated. Therefore, this study investigated in order to identify whether or not the abnormal expression of calcium-binding proteins in the lesioned hippocampus plays a role in neuronal damage by brain trauma and whether or not the expressions may change in the contralateral hippocampus during the adaptive stage as early time point following TBI. During early time point following TBI, both parvalbumin (PV) and calbindin D-28k (CB) immunoreactivities were decreased with in the lesioned hippocampus. However, these expressions were recovered to control levels as depend on time courses. On the other hand, PV immunoreactivity in contralateral hippocampus was transiently reduced as compared to the control levels, whereas CB expression was unchanged. These findings indicate that the alterations of the calcium-binding proteins, especially PV and CB, may contribute to the neuronal death and/or damage induced by abnormal inhibitory neurotransmission at early time period following brain trauma and the development of epileptogenesis in patients with traumatic brain injury.

        간호대학생의 리더십, 의사 소통 능력, 동료 돌봄 행위 간의 관계

        본 연구는 간호대 학생의 리더십, 의사 소통 능력, 동료 돌봄 행위 정도 및 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G광역시 소재 간호대 학생 192명으로 자료수집은 2021년 11월 10일부터 202년 11월 30일까지 이루어졌다, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0 Program을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, 백분율, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대 학생의 리더쉽과 의사 소통 능력(r=.634, p<.001), 의사 소통 능력과 동료 돌봄 행위(r=.390, p<.001), 리더쉽과 동료 돌봄 행위(r=.285, p<.001) 간 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 향후 간호대 학생들의 리더쉽과 의사 소통 능력, 동료 돌봄 행위를 향상시키기 위한 교육적 환경제공과 다양한 교육 프로그램 개발과 효과검증을 위한 연구가 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research to understand the leadership, communication ability, peer care behavior and relationship of nursing students. Data were collected from 192 nursing students in November 2021. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation ciefficients, using SPSS 28.0. As a result of the study, revealed positive correlations between leaderships and communication competence(r=.634, p<.001), communication competence and peer group caring interaction(r=.390, p<.001), leaderships and peer group caring interaction(r=.285, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop educational environment and programs to improve leadership, communication ability, and peer care behavior of nursing college students in the future.

      • 국산 자동화 장비(Gamma Pro)의 결과보고시간 단축에 대한 유용성 평가

        목적: 각 검사실에서는 임상의 신속한 검사 결과 보고 요청에 부응하고 검사 결과의 신뢰도 및 효율성을 증가시키기 위해 자동화 장비를 많이 사용한다. 국산 자동화 장비는 기존 자동화 장비의 단점을 개선, 보완하여 폭넓은 수행능을 가진 국산 자동화 장비이다. 본 연구에서 국산 자동화 장비와 기존 자동화 장비와의 상관성 및 분석능력을 평가하여 검사실에서의 결과보고시간 단축에 대한 유용성과 신뢰성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2009년 9월 삼성서울병원에서 갑상선 호르몬 검사(TT3, TSH, FT4)가 의뢰된 환자를 대상으로 저농도에서 고농도 검체 100개씩 국산 자동화 장비와 RIA-mat 280을 사용하여 상관성을 알아보았다. 국산 자동화 장비의 부분별 평가로 첫째, Tip부분은 정확도, 회수율, 검체 간 상호 오염도를 측정하였다. 둘째, Incubator부분은 회전수(RPM)와 회전축 원경(mm)에 따른 최적의 검사반응 조건을 알아보았다. 검체처리 속도를 분석하기 위해 특정기간의 검사결과 보고시간을 조사하였다. 결과: 국산 자동화 장비와 RIA-mat 280의 상관계수($R^2$)는 TT3 0.98, TSH 0.99, FT4 0.92로 좋은 상관관계를 보였다. Tip의 평가로 정밀도 CV 0.38 %(1번 Tip), CV 0.39 %(2번 Tip), 정확도 98.3 %(1번 Tip), 98.6 %(2번 Tip). 검체 간 상호 오염도는 0.01 %(1번 Tip), 0 %(2번 Tip)로 검체 간 상호 오염도가 거의 없었다. Incubator 조건에서 회전수(RPM)와 회전수 원경(mm) 500 RPM의 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm와 600 RPM의 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm 중 600 RPM의 1.0 mm가 최상의 조건임을 알 수 있었다. 기존의 자동화 장비에서 6회/일 시행되던 검사가 최대20회/일로 늘어남으로써 검체 접수에서 결과보고까지 소요시간이 평균 4.20시간에서 평균 2.19시간으로 약 2시간 단축되었다. 결론: 국산 자동화 장비(Gamma Pro) 사용으로 결과보고 시간이 평균 2.19시간으로, 약 2시간 단축되는 결과를 얻었다. 본 기기는 일정시간당 대량 검체 처리능력이 뛰어나고 실용성을 갖춘 효율적인 장비라고 여겨진다. 검사결과 보고 시간 단축으로 인해 응급환자의 신속한 진단과 외래환자의 진료대기시간 단축에 유용할 것이다. Purpose: Recently, many hospitals have been tried to increase the satisfaction of the outpatients through blood-gathering, exam, result notice and process in a day. Each laboratory has been used the automatic equipment for the rapid requests of the result notice and the increase of the reliability and efficiency. Current automatic equipments that have been limited short TAT(Turn-Around Time)because of the restricted batch lists and 1 tip-5 detectors. The Gamma Pro which is made in Korea to improve the shortcomings of existing automation equipment, complemented with capacity to perform a wide range of domestic automation equipment. In this study, we evaluated the usefulness and reliability of short TAT by comparing Gamma Pro with current automatic equipment. Materials and Methods: We studied the correlation between Gamma Pro and RIA-mat 280 using the respective 100 specimens of low or high density to the patients who were requested the thyroid hormone test (Total T3, TSH and Free T4) in Samsung Medical Center Sep. 2009. To evaluate the split-level Gamma Pro, First, we measured accuracy and carry over on the tips. Second, the condition of optimal incubation was measured by the RPM (Revolution Per Minute) and revolution axis diameter on the incubator. For the analysis for the speed of the specimen-processing, TAT was investigated with the results in a certain time. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) between the Gamma Pro and RIA-mat 280 showed a good correlation as T3 (0.98), TSH (0.99), FT4 (0.92). The coefficient of variation (C.V) and accuracy was 0.38 % and 98.3 % at tip 1 and 0.39 % and 98.6 % at tip 2. Carry over showed 0.80 % and 1.04% at tip 1 and tip 2, respectively. These results indicate that tips had no effect on carry over contamination. At the incubator condition, we found that the optimal condition was 1.0mm of diameter at 600RPM in 1.0mm and 1.5mm of at 500RPM or 1.0mm and 1.5 mm of diameter at 600 RPM. the Gamma Pro showed that the number of exam times were increased as maximum 20 times/day comparing to 6 times/day by current automatic equipment. These results also led to the short TAT from 4.20 hour to 2.19 hours in whole processing. Conclusion: The correlation of between the Gamma Pro and RIA-mat 280 was good and has not carry over contamination in tips. The domestic automation equipment (Gamma Pro) decreases the TAT in whole test comparing to RIA-280. These results demonstrate that Gamma Pro has a good efficiency, reliability and practical usefulness, which may contribute to the excellent skill to process the large scale specimens.

        선의 형태에 의한 기하학무늬 패션디자인 개발 -디지털 텍스타일 프린팅 기법을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to make reference for geometric fashion by investigating geometric patterns by linear types and to propose high value added print and fashion design by designing and producing geometric prints and apparel with them focusing on digital textile printing. As a method of the study, visual and textural data were investigated for theory of geometric pattern and fashion design samples were illustrated. The geometric pattern could be defined as abstract pattern which was crossed with straight line or curve. We could group it into three classes such as straight linear, curved, and mixed type. Images varied with linear types. The image of straight linear type was sharp and modern, that of curved one was soft and feminine and that of mixed one was gorgeous and artistic. And then, 3 geometric prints and 3 one-pieces were designed. The concept of design was simple optimism which was based on sixties. Target was young optimistic women group from the mid teens to the mid twenties who continued to seek after their unique individuality keeping their modern lifestyle. Geometric patterns with straight linear, curved, and mixed type were designed and dresses which went well with them were designed and produced. According to the result of this study, images of geometric fashion can be represented diversely by varying linear type, digital textile printing is good method for high value added geometric fashion because of its high quality and degree of sensitivity, and geometric pattern is a good source for contemporary fashion.

        3D 프린팅법으로 제조한 티타늄 시편의 물성 평가

        The interest of the additive manufacturing technology, commonly called 3D printing, is rapidly increasing. Selective laser sintering (SLS) is the one of the method for 3D printing that has potential to produce metallic prostheses in dentistry. The purpose of this study was to evaluate physical properties of titanium specimen fabricated by SLS for dental implant system. Specimens were fabricated from Ti6Al4V alloy powder with median particle size (D50) of 34 μm. The SLS 3D printing was carried out using YAG laser with wavelength of 1075 nm with power of 190 W, and thickness of each layer was 30 μm. Machined specimens with sandblasting treatment were used as control group. Density, porosity, yield strength (30o compression), elastic modulus and fatigue limit were estimated. Density measurement and microCT analysis gave valuable informations about impurity inclusions and manufacturing defects. Yield strength and elastic modulus of 3D printing dense specimen showed similar value with the machined specimens. However, fatigue limit of 3D printing dense specimens was significantly lower than the machined specimen. 3D printing porous specimen showed lower yield strength and elastic modulus than the 3D printing dense specimens. Before 3D printing porous dental prosthesis application in clinic, fatigue limit should be evaluated carefully.

        Make-up has become one of the arts as a tool to lead cultural trends and express personal identity. This is named art make-up. Art make-up is a formative art that emphasizes artistic sense and originality and has a role to rediscover the artistic value of make-up. Art make-up not only uses unconventional materials and techniques, but also introduces avant-garde methods that transcend traditional values and customs. Therefore, it is the role of modern makeup to derive the emotions of beauty by searching various theories and methodologies. in this process, the make-up applied art in the art fields, and the representative example is use of the pop art of the art make-up. Thus, the author examines the pop artistic expression technique of contemporary art make-up. Before examining the tendency of contemporary art make-up, the pop art characteristics were examined, then we confirm the position of the make-up that is pioneering a new artistic field by examining the make-up aspect of Lohichtenstein`s comic image and Bendei dot. The purpose of this paper is to present the trend that makeup is positioned as a way of creating artistic dimension that transcends the expression of aesthetic desires and cosmetic techniques. It is expected that our interest have a positive effect on the development of art make-up.

      • 현대 패션쇼에 나타난 고스메이크업의 조형성 연구

        Modern fashion makeup combines Goth 's unique style with fashion and makeup, and is expressed in a new artistic genre. Therefore, there is a lack of make-up research of Goth style which is recognized as an original design area in modern fashion, and a formative analysis of Goth make-up is needed. Therefore, through this study, we analyze goth make - up in the modern fashion shows, and to rediscover the formality and to rediscover the formality. The formative characteristics of Goth makeup were classified by color, shape, object, etc. First, the color distorted the harmony of the balanced color of the existing makeup and was used as primary color such as black and red. Second, simple forms that are abstract and geometrical, ignoring the proportions and balances of faces, are expressed in makeup. Thirdly, the object is creatively expressing the Gossy emotion that is visually irregular and resembles humorous play. As a result of the above research, the shocking and influential Goth make - ups show a heterogeneous and irregular character in common, and emphasize Goth style with free emotions that are unconventional.

        간호시뮬레이션 학습에서 메타인지, 학습몰입 및 문제해결력

        Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship between metacognition, learning flow, and problem solving ability in simulation learning of nursing students and to identify the factors influencing problem solving ability. Methods: The study sample was 136 nursing students. Data were collected from September to November, 2012 using a structured questionnaire on metacognition, learning flow and problem solving ability. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used with the SPSS win 20.0 program to analyze the data. Results: There were significant positive correlations between metacognition, learning flow and problem solving ability. Learning flow was a significant factor affecting problem solving ability. These variables accounted for 33% of variance. Conclusion: These results suggest that simulation learning has a positive effect on nursing students’ learning outcomes.

        지아니 베르사체의 패션디자인 발상 연구

        Gianni Versace was a designer who established his unique fashion world by thinking creatively and using rich design sources. The purpose of this study is to present designers a methodology for creative and characteristic design development by searching Gianni Versace`s idea source for fashion design. As a method of the study, visual and textual data were investigated for Versace`s fashion and design source especially focusing on those elements that inspired him. Versace was born in the southern area of Italy in 1946. Ever since his childhood, he had a lot of experience with clothes because his mother was a dressmaker. His first collection was made in 1978, and Versace became one of the most famous fashion designers in the world within 20 years. He used a wide range of design sources such as history, culture, and art and created his design world with it. He focused on four important epochs. They were classicism, Byzantium, the eighteenth century centering on Baroque, and the 1920s and 1930s centering on Madeleine Vionnet and Madame Gres. Among cultural elements, costume design for ballet and opera and rock ``n`` roll music inspired him greatly. Also, Pop art and various paintings such as Chagall`s and Delaunay`s had a huge effect on Versace. With these elements, he created a bold and unique coordination of style by mixing & matching history, genre, material, and style into his design. Thus he completed an extraordinary and original fashion style by emphasizing on decorative and glamorous points and changing a way of thinking.
