        확산용액 중에서 LA-1 에 의한 Fe (3) 의 용매추출에 관한 연구

        1. 緖論 黃酸溶液 中에서 Amine을 抽出劑로 使用하여 Fe(III)의 溶媒抽出에 關한 硏究는 1955年 Baes에 依하여 처음 行하여 졌으나 그후 그에 對한 硏究가 극히 미비한 실정이다. 특히 Amine에 抽出되는 Fe(III)種의 형태는 Fe(III)의 濃度가 0.001M 以下인 경우에는 FeOHSO₄인 것으로 밝혀졌으나 이보다 높은 濃度에서의 이합체 生成 여부는 명확히 규명되어 있지 않고 HClO₄ 溶液의 경우와 같이 (FeOHSO₄)의 이합체를 形成한 것이라고 제한되어 왔다. 또한 抽出에 영향을 미치는 여러가지 因子에 對하여서도 단편적인 硏究가 行하여졌을 뿐 특정한 推出劑에 對하여는 綜合的으로 調査, 검토되어지지는 않았다. 이에 本 硏究는 Secondary Amine 인 LA-1(Rhom & Hass Co. 製品)을 抽出劑(희석제는 Benzene)로 使用하여 黃酸溶液 中에서 0.01M Fe(III)의 抽出實驗을 行하여 그 抽出機構와 抽出에 영향을 미치는 因子들의 영향에 對하여 調査 검토하였다. 또 Fe(III)의 抽出에 直接 관여하는 Amine Sulfate와 Amine Bisulfate의 평형관계에 對하여서도 검토하였다. 2. 實驗方法 우선 Fe₂(SO₄)₃·xH₂O와 H₂SO₄ 그리고 Na₂SO₄를 증류수에 一定比率로 加하여 원하는 PH 및 total SO₄^(-2)로 조절, 一定濃度의 第二黃酸鐵 水溶液으로 만들었다. 이 水溶液과 LA-1을 Benzene에 희석시킨 有機溶液을 各各 20㎖씩 取하여 100㎖ Beaker에 넣고 常溫(25℃)에서 磁石攪拌器로서 5分間 攪拌시켰다. 다음 Seperatory Funnel에 옮겨 約 30分동안 靜置시켜 水相과 有機相을 完全히 分離시킨 후 水相中의 Fe(III)를 0.01M EDTA로서 分析하였다. 3. 結果 1) 黃酸-Amine Sulfate-Amine Bisulfate 平衡 (R₂NH₂)₂SO₄+ H₂SO₄ = 2(R₂NH)HSO₄ 反應에서 平衡常數 K의 값은 9,500(moles/liter)^(-3)이다. 2) PH의 영향 logD(D는 分配係數)와 PH는 直線的인 關係式이 成立되며 그 기울기는 1이다. 위의 結果로부터 Fe(III)의 濃度가 0.01M인 경우 Fe(III)의 加水分解 時 어떤 이합체도 形成하지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있다. 3) 黃酸溶液 濃度의 영향 Total sulfate의 濃度가 커질수록 抽出率은 떨어진다. 4) Fe(III)의 濃度의 영향 Fe(III)의 濃度 變化에 따라 다음과 같은 實驗式이 成立한다. D = 1.75([A]-6[M]_o) D : 分配係數 [A] : Amine의 濃度 [M]_o : 有機相中의 金屬 濃度 5) Amine 濃度의 영향 log D와 log[Amine] 사이에는 直線的인 關係가 있으며 그 기울기는 2이다. 6) 他이온의 영향 1) 음이온 음이온의 첨가는 추축율을 저하시키며 그 저하정도는 CH₃COO ̄<Cl ̄<NO₃<CIO₄ ̄順이다 2) 양이온 黃酸溶液 中에서 LA-1 全然 抽出되지 않는 Zn 및 Al의 첨가는 Fe(III)의 抽出率에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않는다. 7) 溫度의 영향 15°∼55℃ 범위에서 log D는 溫度가 높아짐에 따라 直線的으로 감소하고 있으며 Arrehenius plot에 依하여 얻은 Acfivation energy는 5.4Kcal/㏖ 이다.

        기니아 피그 고막에서 성체신경줄기세포의 분리 배양

        Tympanic membrane perforation is an important clinical problem found in various populations of the world. In large number of cases, acute traumatic perforations heal spontaneously, and in the healing process, stem cells appear to play an important role. However, no studies have been reported regarding somatic stem cells in the tympanic membrane. Herein, we tried to show that guinea pig’s tympanic membrane contains cells that display the characteristic features of stem cells. Materials and Method:The tympanic membrane was obtained from the guinea pig. The cells were cultured in a medium with epidermal growth factor (EGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF). Proliferating cells were checked with stem cell markers, bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) and nestin. Differentiated cells from stem cells are checked with βIII tubulin and S-100. Results:We observed that some of the cultured cells from the tympanic membrane were stained with both stem cell markers, BrdU and nestin. And we observed that these cells differentiated into neuron and gilal cells, which expressed βIII tubulin and S-100, respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest that the tympanic membrane of guinea pigs may have neural stem cells. Further study is needed for finding the origin of stem cells.         전환학습이론을 기반으로 하는 기독교 성인교육 : Its Theoretical Base and Implication Related to Christian Adult Education in Korea

        This research endeavors to introduce a theoretical base of Transformative learning theory, as mainly advocated by Mezirow, related to Christian adult education. The specific goal of this study was to analyze the theory so as to apply it in the field of Christian adult education. The concept of transformative learning is introduced including its philosophical roots, a view of learning, an adult learner and an educational method. The ultimate goal of changes in meaning structures (worldview or a frame of reference) is to help learners become more permeable (open), inclusive, integrated their perspectives. The strength of transformative learning theory is introduced for an educational practice This study also criticizes the theory in light of various perspectives on transformative learning as well as evangelical theological perspectives. The crucial weakness of the theory is discussed because it does not seem to pay enough attention to the possibility of transformative learning through other ways of knowing, unconscious learning, intuition, emotion, modeling, and social relationship. In theological perspectives, the theory critically ignores the possibility of learning through God's revelation. Related to the theory's implication to Christian adult education, it suggests the paradigm shift on view of learning, the development of dialogue and reflection, the use of role playing, autobiography, metaphor analysis, and journal writing.

      • 공업용 접착제 증기 흡입이 흰생쥐 기관상피에 미치는 영향 : 조직화학적 및 미세구조적 연구

        Industrial glues, known as Bonds in Korea, contain many kinds of organic solvents, and glue sniffing of youths became one of the social problems in Korea. Mixed exposures to solvents by glue sniffing may induce chronic toxicities different from those induced by exposures to the solvent of single component. In this study, toxicological insult of the inhalation of glue vapor on the primary target organ, the tracheal epithelium of the respiratory system was morphologically worked out. Vapor samples of organic solvents were collected for analysis, and the components found were aceton, n-hexane, methyl cyclopentane, c-hexane, and toluene by gas mas. In order to inhale the organic solvents of adhesives to the mouse, experimental animals were exposed to vapors of the glues(acetone 5212 ppm, n-hexane 139 ppm, c-hexane 3757 ppm, methylcyclopentane 1820 ppm, and toluene 2.2 ppm) in a chamber for 20 min/day for 3, 5, 7, 14 consecutive days, in a whole body inhalation chamber. Control groups were exposed to room air. Animals were sacrificed and tracheal tissues were collected and fixed in 10% neutral formalin for light microscopy and in 2.5% glutaradlehyde - 1.5% paraformaldehyde for transmission electron microscopy and in 2.5% glutaraldehyde for scanning electron microscopy. The results are as follows : 1. In the tracheal epithelium of a normal mouse, ciliated cells, nonciliated cells and basal cells were found, but goblet cells and submucosal glands were not found. 2. In the tracheal mucosa of a normal mouse, alcianophilic bands were detected, but PAS positive bands were not found, but alcian blue-PAS positive cells were found in the mucosae exposed to glue vapor for 7 days and 14days. 3. Distributing of ciliated and nonciliated cells in the epithelium were roughly comparable during experimental periods; the longer the experimental period(2 week), higher the percentage of non-ciliated cells. 4. The mouse of organic solvent inhaled group showed three distinct forms of nonciliated cells, which were apparently transitional types between nonciliated cells and ciliated cells. It is suggested that the role of the nonciliated cell might be a developmental functioning involved in the epithelial cell turnover. Nonciliated cells show a great deal of plasticity; change to ciliated cells during the early phase; and revolving of nonciliated cells during the repopulation phase after injury. The results suggest that ultrastructural morphologic changes in tracheal epithelia may occur following glue sniffing, and those structural changes were analysed as an adaption to the environment.

      • 토끼 눈물샘에서 Nitric Oxide Synthase의 면역조직화학적 연구

        Endogenous nitric oxide(NO) has been known to regulate many physiological and pathological process, especially the salivary secretion and glandular blood flow. However, nitric oxide synthase(NOS) responsible for NO synthesis has not been well studied in rabbit lacrimal gland. The present study was performed to investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthase isoforms(endothelial, neuronal, and inducible NOS). Immunohistochemistry, using monoclonal mouse anti-endothelial NOS, anti-neuronal NOS, and anti-inducible NOS, was performed in inferior lacrimal of the rabbit. Endothelial NOS(eNOS)-positive immunoreactivities were observed in arterial endothelia, intralobular ducts and interlobular ducts of the inferior lacrimal gland of the rabbit. eNOS-positive immunoreactivities were most prominent in the interlobular and intralobular ducts. Immunoreactivities were well concentrated in cytoplasm of columnar epithelial duct cells. However, weak eNOS-positive immunoreactivity was observed in the intercalated ducts and vascular endothelial cells. Neuronal NOS(nNOS)-positive immunoreactivity was seen in the nerve fibers of inferior lacrimal gland. nNOS-positive immunoreactivy was not detected in duct systems or in acinar cells. Inducible NOS-positive immunoreactivity was not seen. Especially, the expression of the nNOS in the nerves of lacrimal gland suggest that NO may play a role in modulating tear production. These results reveal the presence of eNOS and nNOS in the lacrimal gland of the rabbit, which may be related with regulation of the glandular secretion and blood flow through the gland.

      • 임펄스잡음환경하에서 ASK,FSK 디지털변조방식의 오률특성연구

        As information society, there are New economy in two great internet and mobile communication. So how to transmit the system of digital communication are very important. The error tate performances of FSK and ASK digital modulation systems influenced by impulsive noise have been investigated and discussed. The equations of the probabilities of error are derived for L-level ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying), FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) signals. The error rate performance of each system has been evaluated and compared each other in terms of carrier-to-noise power ratio(CNR), Impulsive index, and the intensity of the independent Gaussian noise component to the intensity of the impulsive component of the impulsive noise. The results show that, FSK system is superior to the ASK system in the Gaussian and/or impulsive noise environments.
