국내 시판 떡볶이 소스에 대한 이화학적 특성 및 항산화 활성 분석

This study investigated the physicochemical properties (total soluble solid, salinity, pH, Hunter color value, moisture content, and viscosity), total dietary fiber (TDF) content, free sugar content, and antioxidant activities (total flavonoid content, total phenolic content, and DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities) of 11 types of commercial tteokbokki sauce products in Korea. The pH values of the tteokbokki sauce products were 4.62-5.83, total soluble solids were 34.60- 59.40 °Brix, and salinities were 2.89-5.77%. The lightness (L), redness (a), and yellowness (b) of the Hunter color value were 23.94–43.08, 4.32–22.49, and 1.67–19.88, respectively. The moisture contents in the tteokbokki sauce products were in the range of 27.73-53.20% and the viscosity values were 373.57–7,246.33 cP. The TDF contents determined by enzymatic-gravimetric method were in the range of 0.64–4.47 g/100 g, and the free sugar contents of the tteokbokki sauce products were 13.45-32.87 g/100 g. The eleven types of tteokbokki sauce products all contained fructose, glucose, and sucrose. The total flavonoid and phenolic contents of the tteokbokki sauce products were 0.12-0.36 mg RE/g and 1.14-1.82 mg GAE/g, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of the tteokbokki sauce products were 32.98-87.41% and 18.45-74.72%, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the total phenolic and flavonoid content, as well as the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were positively correlated (r=0.651-0.918) with the antioxidant activities. These results provide basic data for commercial tteokbokki sauce in Korea.

We previously reported that Eriobotrya japonica (EJ) improves the cognitive dysfunction caused by amyloid-β(Aβ) peptide injection. Here, we further examined the possible neuroprotective effects and the combinedameliorating effects of EJ and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (SM) in various in vitro and in vivo models. Weconfirmed the combined effects of a mixture of 5% ethanol extract from EJ leaves (EJE) and water extract fromSM roots (SMW) on Aβ1–42-induced toxicity in an in vitro model. Treatment with the mixture (1:1) of EJ andSM (Mix) produced significantly better protection of cells from Aβ-induced toxicity and more stronglysuppressed caspase-3 activity compared to treatment with EJE or SMW alone. Additionally, EJE, SMW, andMix attenuated CoCl2-induced hypoxic damage and corticosterone-induced impairment in SH-SY5Y cells. Toexamine the combined effects of EJE and SMW in in vivo models, behavioral performance in the Morris watermaze was tested two days after injection of Aβ1–42. Administration of Mix provided significantly moreprotection of spatial learning and memory against the impairments induced by Aβ1–42 injection than didadministration of EJE or SMW alone. Additionally, the behavioral deficits that accompanied Aβ-inducedmemory impairment were attenuated to a greater extent by the administration of the mixture. Furthermore,acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity and neuronal apoptosis were significantly more inhibited in rats treatedwith Aβ and the mixture than in rats treated with Aβ1–42 alone. Thus, the results of this study indicate that themixture of EJ and SM has combined effects that are neuroprotective against Aβ1–42-induced neuronal toxicity.

도로 교통 사고 및 교통 정체는 도로 상황의 비정상적인 요인으로 인해 발생하는 심각한 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 도로 상황을 실시간으로 감지하고 사용자에게 알리는 시스템이 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 도로 상황 감지 및 예방을 위한 새로운 접근 방식을 제안하며, 이에 대한 배경과 필요성, 그리고 프로젝트의 특장점을 소개한다.
입자 패치 기반 가상 연필 및 에어브러시 가시화 알고리즘

Recently, the improvement of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies leverages many new technologies like the virtual study room, virtual architecture room. Such virtual worlds require free handed drawing technology such as writing descriptions of formula or drawing blue print of buildings. In nature, lots of view point modifications occur when we walk around inside the virtual world. Especially, we often look some objects from near to far distance in the virtual world. Traditional drawing methods like using fixed size image for drawing unit is not produce acceptable result because they generate blurred and jaggy result as view distance varying. We propose a novel method which robust to the environment that produce lots of magnifications and minimizations like the virtual reality world. We implemented our algorithm both two dimensional and three dimensional devices. Our algorithm does not produce any artifacts, jaggy or blurred result regardless of scaling factor. 최근 가상 현실 및 증강 현실 기술의 발달로 다양한 형태의 기술이 제안되고 발전되고 있다. 특히 가상의 학습공간이나 가상의 건축 공간들을 위한 기술로서 원하는 형태의 그림을 그릴 수 있는 가상 드로잉 툴은 필수적인 요소 중 하나로 볼 수 있다. 기존의 래스터 기반 드로잉 알고리즘은 공간 이동이 잦은 가상 현실에서는 부적합 할 수 있는데, 가상 현실의 특성상 근접하거나 멀어지는 경우가 많기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 연필 및 에어브러시의 물리적인 특성을 고려하여 실제 결과와 흡사하면서도 확대 및 축소에 강건한 가상의 드로잉 툴 렌더링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 캔버스로부터의 거리, 분사되는 잉크의 양, 움직이는 속도, 마찰력, 압력 등을 고려한다. 드로잉의 기본 단위는 정사각형 패치이며 각 패치는 슈도 랜덤 값을 기반으로 하는 입자 형태의 이미지를 가진다. 이러한 입자 패치는 슈도 랜덤 식을 사용하고 매 프레임 마다 재 생성되기 때문에 확대 축소 시 깨짐 현상이 발생하지 않는다. 제안된 알고리즘은 2차원 환경 및 가상 현실 환경에 구현되었다. 2차원 환경은 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰에서 구현하였으며 가상 현실 환경은 언리얼 엔진 4를 사용하여 구현하였다. 구현 결과 확대 축소 시에도 이질감 없이 원래의 질감을 유지하는 렌더링 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Sulforaphane (SFN) is an isothiocyanate commonly found in cruciferous vegetables. It is formed via the enzymatic hydrolysis of glucoraphanin by myrosinase. SFN exerts various biological effects, including anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, anti-obesity, and anti-inflammatory effects, and is widely used in functional foods and clinical medicine. However, the structure of SFN is unstable and easily degradable, and its production is easily affected by temperature, pH, and enzyme activity, which limit its application. Hence, several studies are investigating its physicochemical properties, stability, and biological activity to identify methods to increase its content. This article provides a comprehensive review of the plant sources, extraction and analysis techniques, in vitro and in vivo biological activities, and bioavailability of SFN. This article highlights the importance and provides a reference for the research and application of SFN in the future.
척추 방사선수술 시 다엽콜리메이터 위치 오차의 임상적 위험성 평가

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical risk of spinal radiosurgery by calculating the dose difference due to dose calculation algorithm and multi-leaf collimator positioning error. The images acquired by the CT simulator were recalculated by correcting the multi-leaf collimator position in the dose verification program created using MATLAB and applying stoichiometric calibration and Monte Carlo algorithm. With multi-leaf collimator positioning error, the clinical target volume (CTV) showed a dose difference of up to 13% in the dose delivered to the 95% volume, while the gross tumor volume (GTV) showed a dose difference of 9%. The average dose delivered to the total volume showed dose variation from -8.9% to 9% and -10.1% to 10.2% for GTV and CTV, respectively. The maximum dose delivered to the total volume of the spinal cord showed a dose difference from -14.2% to 19.6%, and the dose delivered to the 0.35 ㎤ volume showed a dose difference from -15.5% to 19.4%. In future research, automating the linkage between treatment planning systems and dose verification programs would be useful for spinal radiosurgery.
