유아의 기질과 부모의 양육행동이 학령 전 유아의 학교준비도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아가 초등학교로 원만하게 전이할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 유아의 기질과 유아기 3년간 부모의 양육행동이 학교준비도에 미치는 영향을 단기종단적으로 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널연구(PSKC) 5-7차년도에 참여한 유아 976명과 그들의 부모, 육아지원기관의 담임교사이다. 4세 때 기질과 유아기 3년간 부모의 양육행동이 6세 때 유아의 학교준비도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 4세 때 측정한 유아의 기질은 6세 때 유아의 학교준비도에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며 학교준비도의 하위요인인 사회 정서 발달과 의사소통에도 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 유아기 3년간 부모의 양육행동 중 어머니의 통제적 양육행동만이 6세 때 학교준비도 전체에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 학교준비도의 하위요인인 사회 정서 발달, 학습에 대한 태도, 의사소통, 인지 발달 및 일반적 지식에도 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 취학 전 아동을 둔 부모의 학교준비도에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 자녀의 학교준비도를 향상시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

日本團塊世代의 服飾文化

團塊世代とは、日本のベビ一ブ─マ─として多い人口數を背景に、これまで日本の社會で多樣な文化と社會的な樣相を作ってきた。特に音樂、ファッション、文化などの分野に與えた影響は大きい。そこで本硏究は、團塊世代の服飾に焦点を合わせ、その特性を分析した。硏究結果は、次のようである。團塊世代の大きな特徵は、マスマ一ケティングを支援し、マスコミや企業と共に消費を創り出し續いてきたという点である。そして今まで靑年文化(1960年代半ば-1970年代)、ニュ一ファミリ一(1970年後半-1980年代)、アクティブ·シニア─層(2007年の以後)を形成してきた。その過程の中で團塊世代は、①アイビ一ルックで服飾文化にTPOの槪念をもたらすと共にコダワリの感覺を共有した。②ジ一ンズ·カジュアルルックで、單品とアクセサリ一で自分の個性を表現し、自然體の感覺を共有した。③センスティブ·カジュアルルックで服飾にライフスタイルとセンスという意味を持ってきた。④今、團塊世代を指すアクティブ·シニア層とは、自分なりのコダワリと價値觀を持って、仕事と趣味に意欲のある健康なシニア─世代を意味する。服飾の特徵としては、靑年期から長年期までの樣タな經驗が蓄積されており、自然體、コダワリ、ライフスタイル、センス、エ一ジレスなどの感覺を共有しているのが分かった。 The Dankai Generation is the baby boomer generation in Japan born between 1947 and 1949. They have piloted many cultural and social changes, especially in the fields of music, fashion and culture. This study focuses on the costume culture of the Dankai generation and analyzes the flow and characteristics.The contents of the study are as follows. One characteristic of the Dankai generation is that they have continuously supported mass marketing and created consumption together with the mass media and corporations. Also, they have formed the Youth Culture from mid-1960’s to 1970’s (first wave), the New Family late 1970’s to 1980’s (second wave) and the Active Seniors after 2007 (third wave); and during the courses, they have shared, first, the concept of TPO and sensation of kakkoii and kodawari in ivy look, second, the sensation of ko and sizentai in jean casual look, and third, assigned meaning of lifestyle and sense in a sensitive casual look. The current designation, Active Seniors, refers to a healthy generation of seniors who are zealous in occupations and hobbies with their own kodawari and sense. In analyzing the characteristics of their costume, it was evident that various experiences had accumulated from their youth like jeans. In essence, they are sharing of sense, emphasis on private lifestyle, sense and ageless, sizentai .

”Two People, Not One": The Politics of Consensus in Tony Kushner's Angels in America

Angels in America is a critical retrospective of the Reagan era in the 1980’s America. The Reagan government orchestrated the national ideology against social minorities, and under the Reagan’s violent politics people came to distrust and antagonize one another. The play critically reviews how the government’s politics interrogates its people and changes them in a negative way. Tony Kushner, being against the governmental ideology, suggests the idea of anti-Reaganism with which people recover the broken relationships. Anti- Reaganism in the play means a sense of “being connective” among people. The spirit of “connection”, in Kushner’s term, involves the recovered sense of being connective, which evokes the acknowledgement that the basic building block of the human community is “two people, not one”(Thinking about Longstanding Problem of Virtue and Happiness 39). The play, by the use of its mutual dream scenes and the intermixed stage of reality/illusion, tries to restore the broken relationship of people. In fact, Angels in America is greatly influenced by Walter Benjamin’s idea of history. Being opposed to the idea of linearly-ordered time, Kushner employs the Jewish notion of the time. The illusionary moments of the play reveal unknown or forgotten facts that would be denied in the confines of realistic staging. The sudden interrogation of the illusionary scenes, influenced by Benjamin’s theory of time and progress serves to reestablish the broken relationship of people and society.

Adenovirus-mediated heme oxygenase-1 gene transfer to neonatal porcine islet-like cluster cells: the effects on gene expression and protection from cell stress

Porcine islet xenotransplantation is a promising strategy for the treatment of diabetes that overcomes donor shortages. However, islet xenografts are susceptible to oxidative stress and apoptosis. Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) has been shown to protect cells from oxidative stress, apoptosis and inflammation. Here, we investigated whether introduction of human HO-1 (hHO-1) into neonatal porcine islet-like cell clusters (NPCCs) can induce beneficial transcriptional changes in NPCCs against cellular stress. NPCCs were transduced with either adenovirus-HO-1 (Ad-HO-1) or control adenovirus-GFP (Ad-GFP). After treatment with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for 24 hours, nitrite oxide (NO) production assays were performed to detect oxidative stress. Microarray analysis was performed using a pig oligonucleotide 44 K gene chip. We profiled transcriptional changes to apoptosis, oxidant and inflammatory genes, and real-time PCR analysis was also performed to confirm the microarray results. Survival of NPCCs after treatment with H2O2 was significantly higher in the Ad-HO-1 group (p⁄0.001), and NO production also decreased in the Ad-HO-1 group (p⁄0.01). The microarray results showed that the expression of pro-apoptosis genes such as CASP3, CASP7, CASP10, CIDE-B and CIDE-C was significantly decreased in the Ad-HO-1 virus group (CASP10; p⁄0.05, CASP3, CIDE-C; p⁄0.01, CASP7, CIDE-B; p⁄0.001). We also found that the expression of oxidative stresses genes including COX1, COX2, CYB5A, SDHD and NOS2 was decreased, and that the anti-oxidant genes Gpx1 and SOD2 were increased in the Ad-HO-1 group (NOS2; p⁄0.05, COXI, COX2, CYB5A, SDHD, SOD2, GPX1; p⁄0.001). However, inflammatory gene expression was not significantly changed. Realtime PCR analysis confirmed the results of the microarray analysis. These results shed light on the underlying mechanisms of the protective effects of hHO-1 on porcine islets from cellular stresses and suggest that hHO-1 could be a promising target gene for the production of transgenic pigs that confer improved islet xenograft survival.

New Zealand National Brand expressed in Fashion Design

This study looked at how New Zealand’s national brand is expressed in fashion design. In other words, the objective of this study was to offer a research methodology about the process that the conceptual national brand materializes through design. The method used in this research was the review of previous literature and research reports for New Zealand national branding. A direct market survey on the characteristics of fashion brands in each travel destination was conducted from February 2017 to February 2018. New Zealand announced its slogan for the national brand ‘100% pure New Zealand’ in 1999, and in 2003 it announced the slogan ‘new thinking New Zealand’ with the value of ‘newness’ and ‘innovation’. It also has ‘Maori branding’. The study found that the three slogans had a consistent link from keywords to associated visual images. The above results were compared to the reminiscent visual images extracted from the website contents of the fashion brand. Then, using a t-shirt as an item, the t-shirt corresponding to each group was classified, and the design element analyzed. As a result, the four groups showed images of ‘New Zealand ecology image’, ‘ethnic & Kiwiana image’, ‘nostalgic travel image’ and ‘pop image’.

cDNA Microarray를 사용하여 Hepatotoxicity 를 유도하는 thioacetamide의 유전자 발현 분석

Microarray 기술은 단일 hybridization에서 매우 광대하게 유전자의 발현을 profiling할 수 있다. 그리고 Microanay 기술은 독성과 관련하여 생물학적 systems을 위한 강력한 분자유전적 기술로서 사용되어지고 있다. 우리가 중점을 두고 있는 부분은 rat 간에서 hepatotoxicity와 관련이 있는 유전자 발현의 결정을 위해서 독성학의 사용이다. 우리는 본 연구를 위해 Apotosis와 Necrosis에 관련이 있는 Thioacetamide라는 독성물질을 사용하였다. 5-6주 된 수컷 Sprague-Dawely VAF+ albino 3마리 rats에 각 화합물을 24hour와 2weeks를 처리하였다. 독성물질이 처리된 Rat의 간에서 total RNA를 추출 하였고 CDNA microarray를 위해 형광물질(Cy3, Cy5)을 합성했다. 4.8K CDNA microarray를 제작하여 유전자 발현 profiling을 하였다. 우리는 Apotosis와 necrosis와 관련된 유전자 발현의 양상을 볼 수 있었다. Microarray technology, which is massive parallel gene expression profiling in a single hybridization experiment, has provided as a powerful molecular genetic tool for biological system related toxicant. Here we focus on the use of toxicogenomics for the determination of gene expression analysis associated with hepatotoxicity in rat liver. We used in toxicants one compounds, Apotosis and Necrosis; Thioacetamide; for our study. Male Sprague-Dawely VAF+albino 3 rats of 5-6 weeks old were treated with each compound for 24 h and 2 weeks. Total RNA isolated from Rat liver that treated toxicants compounds was used to synthesis of fluroescene for cDNA microarray. 4.8K CDNA microarray in house has been used for gene expression profiling. We found that the level of gene expression related necrosis and Apotosis.
