This article analyse the circumstances and understanding of the anxiety that is recorded in East Asia ancient thought in order to looking for the meaning of the anxiety. Especially trying to look into the anxiety that appeared between relationship I took a main book, the Analects of Confucius for this study. The letter of anxiety is appeared in the Analects of Confucius at first from among Confucianism, we can know that Confucius thought the anxiety is the subject of the apprehension that politicians of that days aspire toward. The anxiety means lacking situation of restfulness that occurs when it increase physical profit and national power. Restfulness is the situation that retain a fair distribution and a harmonious relationship. A politician who have to achieve restfulness is the person in charge who is not a part of seeking a profit but worried about the solution of the problem in order that subjects maintain harmonious relationship through a fair distribution. Confucius thought that physical profit and national power can be solved based on a harmonious relationship of subjects. If the roles of politician is not seeking a profit but making a harmonious relationship, the Analects of Confucius suggests self-discipline(修己) connoting benevolence(仁). That is the state of restfulness arriving at problem solution while leading a social problem through practice. Like this benevolence is inherent as human nature, it is the thing that love of private emotion expand to the public mind being conscious of the anxiety or sympathy. 이 글은 불안의 의미를 찾아보기 위해 동아시아 고대 사상에서 나타나는 ‘불안(不安)’에 대한 정황과 이해를 분석한다. 특히 관계에서 나타나는 불안을 알아보고자 시도했는데 이러한 연구에 대한 주요 저작을 『논어』로 삼았다. 유학 사상 중 『논어』에서 불안(不安) 자가 처음 등장하며 공자는 불안을 당대 정치가들이 해결해야 할 근심의 대상으로 보았다는 것을 알 수 있다. 불안은 ‘물질적 이익과 ‘국력을 신장’시키고자 할 때 발생하는 안의 결핍 상태를 뜻한다. 안(安: 편함)이란 ‘공정한 분배’와 ‘조화로운 관계’를 유지하는 상태이다. 이러한 안(편함)을 이루어야 하는 정치가는 이익을 도모하는데 힘쓰는 역할이 아니라 ‘공정한 분배’를 통해 백성들이 ‘조화로운 관계’를 유지할 수 있도록 ‘문제 해결’을 고심하는 책임자였다. 공자는 ‘물질적 이익’과 ‘국력 신장’은 백성들의 ‘조화로운 관계’를 기반으로 해결된다고 생각했다. 정치가의 역할이 ‘물질적 이익’이 아닌 ‘조화로운 관계’를 만들어가는 것이라면 『논어』에서는 ‘인(仁)’이 담긴 수기를 제안하고 있다. 그것은 사회적 문제를 실천으로 이끌어나가며 문제 해결에 도달할 때 마음의 편함에 이르는 상태이다. 이러한 인은 누구에게나 본성으로 내재한 것으로 불안(不安)이나 측은지심(惻隱之心)을 자각하여 사적 감정인 사랑을 공적 마음으로 넓혀나가는 일이다.
저가항공사 서비스품질과 서비스가치 및 고객충성도의 관계에 관한 연구

This study develops its own measurement factors for evaluating the service quality of low-cost airlines and employs them to discover and delineate the structural relationship among service quality, service value and customer loyalty in the low-cost-airline sector. This study gauges service quality based on economic value, stability, human service, physical service and systematic service. In addition, it measures service value in two separate aspects, monetary, non-monetary value and customer loyalty as a single aspect. The summarized results of the analyses are as follow. First, after analyzing the consequence of the effect of service quality on monetary value, it is clear that while stability and human service do not positively affect monetary value even though economic value, physical service and systematic service do. Second, when analyzing the influence of service quality on non-monetary value, all five factors turned out to be positively effective on non-monetary value. Third, as a result of the analysis of the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, it was confirmed that there is a positive influence by both monetary and non-monetary value on customer loyalty; this effect was especially high when the latter was more strongly perceived. Study findings suggest that apart from offering low airfares, low-cost airlines can become more competitive by offering more tangible physical-environment service and better technical quality in their convenient systems.
