        보문 : 패션쇼메이크업의 매니시 이미지 표현방법에 관한 연구

        At this time, social and cultural combination is connected with an attempt at mannish make-up when mannish clothes are accepted as a fashion in women`s apparel. This study considers “mannish” as a concept which should be established to understand fashion make-up since modern people living in the period of social and cultural androgynism pursue the harmony of fashion and make-up in individual expression beyond gender. Therefore, this study aims to examine the methods to express mannish images in fashion show make-up. The methods of study included both literature review and empirical research. In the theoretical review, the concept of mannish and the characteristics of mannish make-up were considered through previous researches on mannish images found in fashion shows. In the empirical research, photo materials collected in fashion web sites such as www.firstview.com, www.elle.com, www.style.com, www.elle.co.kr, www.vogue.co.kr, and www.wkorea.com were classified by image and finally mannish images were drawn to analyze make-up. Based on the results, mannish images of fashion make-up could be expressed by using images of expressive elements. Mannish make-up can be completed with technical mixture of expression methods based on the characteristics of expressive ele-ments such as types and thickness of line, shapes of plane containing color, color, and texture. This analysis method will be applied as a guideline to build effective and proper process in mannish images.

        각진형과 아치형 눈썹메이크업의 평균변화율 및 곡률에 따른 형태구성의 중요요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to objectify the shape of curvature and average change rate of angular and arched eyebrow makeup. The data for the analysis were the final 336 pieces for the cosmetology students in the whole country. SPSS 20.0 program was used for the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and crossover analysis were performed. First, the frequency of the average change rate of eyebrow makeup (angular and arcuate) was analyzed. As a result, the eyebrows suitable for the angled type showed the highest level of 'A-2' and the arched eyebrows had the highest level of 'B-2'. Second, to analyze the important factors of eyebrow makeup, frequency of eyebrows was the most important, followed by the inclination of eyebrows and eyebrow tail. Third, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to examine each dimension of eyebrow makeup perception, and it was derived from three factors including acceptability, aggressiveness, and playability. Fourth, in order to analyze the difference of important factors in the form of the standard eyebrow makeup, the cross - analysis was performed with chi - square test, and it was confirmed that the angular eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.29 and the curvature was 0.67. Fifth, arcuate eyebrow makeup showed the most objectivity when the average change rate was 0.57 and curvature was 0.56. The results of this analysis can be used as objective data of aesthetic criteria when designing the eyebrow shape.

        클림트의 회화 장식을 응용한 바디아트 연구

          From ancient time up to now, the human appearance has been an important subject of art. Human interest in shape has ever become the source of beauty development. The interpretation of human body and its expression pattern have been constantly transfigured. In the 20th century when social change gathered steam, the human body was broken down, distorted and reconstituted by the artists of their own volition. One"s positive interest in appearance to fit social acculturation brought about the development of beauty, and further the art history and the beauty history got along to form, at present, a new art genre called body art.<BR>  The body art, together with happening and performance, is made in the sculptural form in wall, room or public space through the expression of body painting and tatto applying body curve or its motion. The body art as performing art can be discriminated as the approach of artistic side and that of beauty side. This study is approached for beauty side.<BR>  In this study, the concept of body art was analyzed through its change and types, and the tatto types in the art world of Klimt were grounded theoretically to present my works.<BR>  The body art can be defined as general name of output of all behaviors making use of body or the annex media. Accordingly, the works which were presented were made in order to try new attempt at display of strong image through not moving performance but sculptured human body. The said works were also reflected in order to express the modest beauty and the charateristic of tatto by connecting this intention with the art world of Klimt.

        자연미술 유형에 따른 바디페인팅 연구

        Unlike other body arts, body painting illuminates the value of art using eco-friendly formative activity and natural environment and highlights the need of eco-friendly activity. However, although body painting has focused on forming right relationship between humanbeings and nature, there are few researches which are linked with nature art. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to argue the need to study body painting as nature art in connection with natural environment and analyze body painting according to nature arttypes. The study methods included both theoretical review and empirical review. The theoretical review examined the concept and characteristics of nature art through previous researches and literature and the empirical review looked into the types and works of nature art and applied them to body painting works. The results were as follows. First, an installation type was possible by arranging and attaching certain materials to the body. Second, a physical type was possible by representing body itself as the part of nature. Third, a symbolic type was possible by making body appearance as a some symbol based on artist``s idea. Fourth, a sound type was possible by stimulating auditory hallucination using the nature of objects and sensing a sound. Fifth, an ecological type was possible by conveying the message of living things in nature to the body. Sixth, an interior type was possible by inducing indoor installation of works. Seventh, a poetic type was possible by making one feel a poetic inspiration expressed in nature using the mystery of the sea anda simple sequential pattern of floral leaves. Eighth, a drawing type was possible by addingartist``s intentional hand with a pictorical technique. Ninth, a indigenous type was possible by reproducing South American indian``s primitive style. The review of this study suggests that body painting works have been expressed in experimental and temporary arrangement like nature art in nature and can be applied according to nine types of nature art.

        인체의 미의식에 따른 서양메이크업과 의복에 관한 연구

        Since ancient times, the aesthetic consciousness of the human body has been expressed in the form of make-up and clothing and varied with the concept of beauty selected by the priority order of geographic conditions, religion, and culture of each period. Above all, ancient times have important historical significance since it is widely accepted that it is the origin of beauty and make-up and the origin of Western fashion. Thus it is considered that a study on the make-up and clothing of ancient times is very significant in investigating the aesthetic consciousness of the human body in the early stage of the dawn of civilization. The purpose of this study is to provide objective basic materials of beauty make-up by examining the make-up and clothing in ancient times associated with the aesthetic consciousbness of the human body systematically. For detailed study, the background of the times and aesthetic, cultural, and artistic backgrounds were investigated and the make-up and clothing of ancient times were considered by the Egyptian, Greek, and Roman periods. For study methods, previous researches and related books were reviewed Furthermore, abstracted make-up and clothing photo materials were organized by tables to understand and compare the changes of times more easily.

        점, 선, 면 기초 조형요소를 활용한 패션쇼메이크업 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine how the characteristics of basic formative elements exist in fashion show makeup design and are expressed as a visual message. Study methods were theoretical study and empirical study. The theoretical study considered detailed characteristics of basic formative elements of ``point, line, and plane`` through references and previous researches, and the empirical study examined how the characteristics of formative elements of point, line, and plane were combined and expressed in the aspect of concept constitution with its focus on fashion show makeup. As a result, ``point, line, and plane``, the key of formative elements, helped fashion show makeup express a variety of objet illusion by aesthetic technique and visual language and reinforced a design sense of makeup by emotional communication as well as visual- perceptual communication. As the element of point was possible to express feelings according to the methods of use. The element of line varied with thickness, length, and density and showed various expression. The element of plane was segmented as the independent existence of each face part. Based on the findings, makeup using formative elements as expression materials can express images as simple visual language and make the concept of fashion show visual-perceptual and emotional. Makeup using basic formative elements will greatly contribute to enhancing the creativity of fashion show makeup and heightening emotional and art value of fashion.

        뵐플린의 양식 개념에 의한 메이크업의 표현 형식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to theoretically systematize the visual expression form of make-up by applying Heinrich Wolfflin`s principles to the make-up shown in the fashion collections. The methods of this study are documentary research and demonstrative research. For the documentary research, mainly previous studies and related documents were used to look at the concept of make-up, its types, expression elements, and Wolfflin`s principles. For the demonstrative research, the make-up pictures are collected from 2001 S/S season to 2008 F/W season fashion collection to analyze the visual expression form. The reason why the range of this study is limited to make-up of fashion collection in order to apply Wolfflin`s principles is that the collection, which plays a decisive role on direction of fashion trend, has a far-reaching influence on fashion of make-up and in addition it can be the most objective through official presentation courses every season. The results of this study are as follows; The linear and the painterly of Wolfflin respectively show `the closed form dividing the sections of the eyes and mouth by the clear lines` and `the open form unclearly combining eyes and cheek in the manner of not being able to follow the substance with color`. The planar and the recessional come out as `the horizontal form for eyebrows and eye lines to be arranged side by side, or `the slant line form for eyebrows and eye lines to head for hair line. The closed form and the open form are shown as `the constructive form leading bilateral bisymmetry after making a nose the axis with a vertical line or vertical surface` and `the non-constructive form leading the bilateral disproportion for the liberal propensity to chase a chance instant`. The multiplicity and the unity present `the multilateral unity available with particular observation of eye, eyebrow, eye shadow, eye line, eyelashes, blusher, and lip make-up`, and `the singular unity leading a particular part to visual core by subordinating other elements`. Finally, the absolute clarity and the relative clarity demonstrate `the clarity exposing each part of face as it is` and `the obscure clarity not exposing the feature of face but constructing the whole impression through reiteration of color`.

        화장품 브랜드 이미지에 따른 미용 일러스트레이션 연구

          The beauty illustration is the visual expression presupposing the communication with the public, where the substance of "trend" is included. In this sense the beauty illustration, which should be varied sensitively according to the mind for expression, plays an important role in expressing a vogue or an image.<BR>  Here is my proposal on the beauty illustration making various attempts with one"s individually-creative techniques and the expression of materials according to the flow of the rapidly-changing vogue.<BR>  The contents of the study consist of grasping the concept of the illustration through theoretical investigation, looking into the history of illustration and further the meaning and scope of the illustration together with the development process up to the present, going through the features of each image of line, diagram and color, and sampling a cosmetics brand with its uniqueness to suggest the beauty illustration for the image of the brand. The conclusion refers to not only the development direction and applications of the beauty illustration but also the correlation with the beauty illustration that line, diagram and color have.<BR>  For the method of study, the image of line, diagram and color has been classified by investigating the definition, history and modern meaning of the beauty illustration and summing up domestic fashion and design books and previous theses, and the brand image of the cosmetics has been picked up from the internet homepage and the leaflets of each cosmetics company but limited to the brands selling in Gwangju Lotte Department Store.<BR>  The proposal for the beauty illustration is made on the basis of the 2004 S/S make-up trend by selecting the features of face and color to match with the image of the cosmetics brand which acquired by means of the said image of line, diagram and color.

        연구논문 ; 패션쇼메이크업에 나타난 질감요소의 이미지영역에 관한 연구

        Make-up is placed as an important medium to deliver visualized images in modern fashion shows. In particular, texture can be understood as an element of delivering implicit and strong meaning according to various cosmetic ingredients and infinite possibility of expression methods in fashion show make-up. Above all, because visual expression is very important in make-up to give perception and sensitive effects for visual delivery, a research on texture expression is very meaningful in the possibility of expanding into an image area. Thus, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of texture expression in fashion show make- up and examine expression methods for a visualized image. Study methods included theoretical review and empirical research. The scope was fashion show make-up in Paris, Milano, New York, and London collections and haute couture from 2000 S/S to 2012 F/W and the subjects were photographs which showed prominent texture elements of expression. Theoretical review was conducted by investigating the kinds and characteristics of texture in relation to make-up. Empirical research was done by examining and analyzing the image areas of texture elements in fashion show make-up to expand the concept of image and establish objective backgrounds. The findings of the study suggest that there is great possibility that make-up according to texture and an image expands into an image area as an area of texture element.

        보조적 항암화학방사선요법으로 치료한 난소의 성숙 낭성기형종에서 발생한 편평세포암

        Malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma is rare and difficult to diagnose preoperatively. Therefore, in the suspected case considering the age, tumor size and imaging findings, it is important to diagnose intraoperatively through a frozen section biopsy. It is clear that aggressive optimal surgical resection should be done in the squamous cell carcinoma arising from mature cystic teratoma. However it is controversy what postoperative adjuvant therapy is optimal in the locally advanced case because of its rarity. We report a case of a 59-year-old woman in the menopause with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma arising from left ovarian mature cystic teratoma treated with optimal cytoreductive surgery followed by concurrent chemoradiation.
