AC-PDP용 인산염 결정화 유리의 유전적 특성에 관한 연구

인산염계 유리를 사용하여 PDP 소자의 하판유전체 후막을 제작하였다. 유전체 후막의 제조는 soda-lime glass위에 silk screen printing 법을 사용하였다. 기판과 유전체후막의 열팽창계수를 맞추기 위하여 $TiO_2$와 $Al_2O_3$를 충진제로 사용하였다. 유전체의 결정화 거동은 DTA, XRD를 사용하였으며 광학적 열적 전기적인 특성을 알아보기 위하여 UV-spectrometer, Dilatometer, Impedance Analyser를 사용하였다. 실험결과 주 결정상은 메타인산아연과 피로인산아연으로 나타났다. $TiO_2$의 첨가로 인하여 반사율은 높아졌으나 상대적으로 유전상수는 높아졌다. 또한 $Al_2O_3$를 첨가한 경우 반사율은 크게 변화가 없었으나 유전상수 값은 낮아졌다. 또한 열팽창 계수는 약 $62{\times}10^{-7}/^{\circ}C$ 정도였다. For regulate thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of between substrate glass and dielectric layer use addition of $Al_2O_3$ and $TiO_2$. The crystallization process of glass-ceramics for dielectric layer have been examined by DTA, XRD some of optical, electrical properties of the dielectric layer were evaluated by UV-spectrometer, dilatometer, impedance analyser. The principal crystalline phase was identified as zinc metaphosphate [$Zn(PO_3)_2$] and zinc pyrophosphate [$Zn_2P_2O_7$]. Reflectance and dielectric constance increased with the addition of $TiO_2$ filler, dielectric constant lower the out side reflectance unchanging of the adding of $Al_2O_3$ filler. Besides CTE was at about $62{\times}10^{-7}/^{\circ}C$.

Objective : This study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of ambivalence of self-image and its relationship with other characteristics in patients with an internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods : The level of ambivalence of actual and ideal self-image was evaluated numerically in 20 patients diagnosed with IGD as well as 22 normal controls. The ambivalence scores of the two groups were compared, and their correlations with psychometric scales were counted in each group. Results : Patients with IGD showed a significantly higher level in ambivalence of ideal self-image than did the controls, but not in their ambivalence of actual self-image. Both the actual and ideal ambivalence scores in the IGD group did not have a significant correlation with each other or other scales. In the control group, however, there were significant correlations of the actual ambivalence score and the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of self-esteem, self-concept clarity, impulsivity, basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness), and of the ideal ambivalence score with the scales representing the level of impulsivity, situational motivation (amotivation, external regulation) and basic psychological needs (competence). Conclusion : This study suggested that patients with IGD might feel more intense ambivalence of ideal self-image and patients with IGD independently possess ambivalence of self-image.

This study aims to explore the role of planning in the parking problems of old apartments. Three old apartments in the Seoul metroplitan area were selected as case sites. Based on actual site visits and resident interviews, the severity of the parking problem and its solutions were verified. For old apartments, complaints from residents were minimized by allowing parking for a certain duration around the apartment complex. Although residents also used public spaces within the complex as parking spaces, there were limitations in handling the interests of residents regarding the increasing number of vehicles. Although remodeling can be an active solution, it must undergo a business procedure equivalent to reconstruction in accordance with the relevant laws. In the case of building a separate space for parking in the complex, the deregulation of space-related restrictions must be prioritized. Reconstruction, which residents prefer as a solution, cannot constitute a solution because the apartments must undergo a procedure called safety diagnosis. However, regardless of how serious the parking problem is, it cannot serve as justification for the reconstruction. The optimal alternative solution to the parking problems of old apartments shall be approached from the solutions listed in this study from more technical, engineering, and neutral plan perspectives.
