        일차성 사구체신염에 대한 저령탕 병용요법의 효능 : 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타 분석

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of the Zeo lyung tang (ZLT) on primary glomerulonephritis (PGN). Methods: The MEDLINE, EMBASE, PubMed, CENTRAL, CNKI, RISS, NDSL, KISS, and OASIS databases were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) testing the effects of ZLT on PGN. The Cochrane collaboration bias risk assessment scale was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included studies. RevMan 5.3 software was used for data analysis. Results: Ten RCTs involving 781 patients were included in the review. Compared with conventional Western medicine (WM) therapy alone, a combination treatment of ZLT and WM improved the total effective rate (RR=1.24; 95%CI [1.16, 1.33]; p<0.00001), reduce the blood urea nitrogen (BUN; MD=-1.05; 95%CI [-1.32, -0.78]; p<0.00001) and the 24-hour urinary protein (MD=-0.38; 95%CI [-0.46, -0.29]; p<0.00001). Conclusions: The combination of ZLT with WM has therapeutic effects on PGN, and it has advantages over WM treatment alone in reducing BUN and 24-hour urinary protein. However, due to the low quality of the included studies and the small sample sizes, additional research is needed in this area.

        "Making Time their king": The Christmas Culture and Politics of the Early Modern Inns of Court in Thomas Middleton's Masque of Heroes

        This article investigates the cultural work done by Thomas Middleton’s Masque of Heroes in the context of Christmas culture and politics at the early modern Inns of Court. Christmastide at the Inns of Court was a season reserved for the cultivation and exercise of the younger Inns of Court men’s aristocratic cultural capital by means of revels and Christmas commons. The custom of Christmas keeping by the junior constituencies came under increasing pressure of their governors to suppress or circumscribe the seasonal junior autonomy. By making the end of Christmastide the subject matter of his Christmas masque, Middleton aesthetically mythologizes this major source of intramural political tension at the Inner Temple whereby the ambiguity of his allegorical masque allows for an imaginative and imaginary room for contending parties to come to an agreement on Christmas in and through the masque itself.

        분수에 대한 교사의 PCK와 수업 실제의 비교 분석

        This study was designed to understand PCK to improve professionalism of teachers and derive implications about proper teachings methods. For achieving these research purposes, different PCK and teaching methods in class of three teachers were compared and analyzed targeting arithmetic operation unit of fraction. For this study, criteria of PCK analysis of teachers was set, PCK questionnaires were produced and distributed, teachers had interviews, PCK of teachers were analyzed, two times fraction class was observed and analyzed, and PCK of teachers and their classes were compared. Followings are results to analyze PCK of teachers about fraction. In relation to PCK of three teachers, first of all, A teacher accurately understood concepts of fraction and learners' errors that may occur when they study fraction. Also, he(she) proposed concrete teaching strategies for fraction based on manipulated materials. B teacher also understood concepts of fraction and learners' errors accurately too. On the other hand, C teacher laid stress on knowledge to stress principles and taught that they are bases for every class. These results mean that self-training and in- service-training should be efficiently upgraded to improve PCK of teachers. 본 연구의 목적은 분수에 대한 PCK와 수업 실제를 알아보고 교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 함의점을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 분수 영역에서 PCK 분석 준거를 설정한 후 PCK 질문지를 이용하여 교사의 PCK를 분석하였고, 분수 수업 실제를 관찰, 분석하였다. 3명의 교사를 대상으로 4학년은 ‘1. 분수의 덧셈과 뺄셈’, 5학년은 ‘2. 분수의 나눗셈’ 단원을 선정하여 수업을 관찰하여 교사의 PCK와 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 교수 방법에 대한 지식과 실제 수업은 어느 정도 상관관계가 있는 것으로 보인다. PCK가 풍부한 A, C교사의 경우 교사가 갖고 있는 PCK를 실제 수업에서 적용하는 모습을 보였으나, 상대적으로 약한 B교사의 경우는 갖고 있는 PCK가 실제 수업에서는 발현되지 못하였다. 또 교사가 갖고 있는 PCK는 학습자의 태도, 학교 상황 등에 영향을 받기도 하였다. 따라서 교사의 분수에 대한 PCK를 향상시키기 위해서는 전문성 신장을 위한 연수 프로그램 확충과 예비교사를 위한 PCK 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

        멀티미디어를 활용한 체험중심 안전교육활동이 유아의 안전지식, 안전문제해결능력 및 안전태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 멀티미디어를 활용한 체험중심 안전교육활동이 유아의 안전지식, 안전문제해결능력 및 안전태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 D시에 거주하는 만 4세 44명 (실험집단 22명, 비교집단 22명)의 유아들을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구 및 문헌 탐색, 안전교육 동영상 분석을 통해 멀티미디어 자료를 선정하고, 이와 연계한 체험중심 안전교육활동을 구성하 였다. 동일한 안전교육동영상을 시청한 후, 실험집단은 멀티미디어를 활용한 체험중심 안전교육활 동, 비교집단은 이야기나누기 증심의 안전교육활동을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 분석을 위해 실험 집단과 비교집단 유아의 안전지식, 안전문제해결능력, 안전태도 사전, 사후 검사를 진행하여 평균 과 표준편차를 산출하였고, 두 집단간 차이를 검증하기 위해 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 멀티 미디어를 활용한 체험중심 안전교육활동은 유아의 안전지식, 안전문제해결능력, 안전태도에 긍정 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 멀티미디어를 시청하고 마무리하는 단편적인 안 전교육이 아닌 현장에서 활용가능한 체험중심의 안전교육활동을 제시하였다는 점과 공신력있는 국가기관에서 이미 제작하여 배포하였지만 활용도가 적은 다양한 멀티미디어 자료의 가치를 재분 석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of experiential safety education activities using multi-media on young children's safety knowledge, problem-solving ability, and safety attitude. The study targeted 44 four-year-old children, divided into 22 in the experimental group and 22 in the control group residing in D city. Through previous research and literature review, experiential safety education activities using multi-media were developed. The experimental group watched safety education materials created with multi-media and participated in related experiential safety education activities. The control group watched the same materials and engaged in storytelling-based safety education activities. To analyze the collected data, T-tests, pre- and post-tests were conducted. The results indicated that experiential safety education activities using multi-media had a positive impact on young children's safety knowledge, problem-solving ability, and safety attitude. This study is significant in that it presents experiential safety education activities that can be applied in real-world settings, rather than limited safety education through simply watching multi-media. It also reassessed the value of various underutilized multi-media materials, produced and distributed by reputable national agencies.

        예쁨 혹은 못생김: 건강식품의 시각적 형태와 운동참여가 소비자 평가에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE This study explores the impact of visual shape and exercise involvement on consumers' evaluation and happiness with healthy functional foods, specifically protein cookies. METHODS Using a one-factor design with two levels (pretty vs. ugly shape) and one measured variable (exercise involvement), we uncover interesting insights. RESULTS Consumers highly engaged in exercise show a greater purchase intention for ugly-shaped healthy functional foods compared to prettyshaped ones. Conversely, consumers with low exercise involvement express a higher purchase intention and happiness when it comes to pretty-shaped healthy functional foods compared to their ugly counterparts. CONCLUSIONS These findings contribute to the sports management and sports science literature by shedding light on how visual shape influences the evaluation of healthy functional foods by sport consumers. Furthermore, this research offers valuable practical implications for designing the shape of such foods to cater to the preferences of sports enthusiasts.

        폐경기 안면홍조 증상에 대한 한약처방 이선탕의 투여경과 및 이상반응 보고 : 증례보고 및 문헌고찰

        Objective: We report on the administration progression and adverse event of Er-Xian decoction for menopausal hot flushes. A hot flush is a rapid and intense heat-dissipation reaction that involves considerable sweating, enlargement of the peripheral blood vessels, and internal body heat. Er-Xian decoction is a prescription for treating menopausal hot flush symptoms in postmenopausal women. We report administration progression and adverse event of Er-Xian decoction for menopausal hot flush. Methods: We used the Menopause Rating Scale and Menopause-Specific Quality of Life questionnaire to evaluate the progression of hot flushes, and we conducted a literature review to determine the effective dosage of Er-Xian decoction. Result: In all cases, Facial hot flushes and evaluation variables were improved by the administration of EXD. However, in Case 1, a rise of liver function indexes which may be related to EXD administration was observed. Conclusion: Considering that menopausal flushing usually lasts for several years, The resluts are meaningful that the short-term administration of EXD led to improvement of symptoms. In order to further use EXD in the future, it will be necessary to conduct follow-up studies on the subject of safety verification, such as repeated dose toxicity studies.

        언어불안감에 대한 영어 교사와 학습자간의 인식 차이

        The goals of this study were to identify differences in learners' and teachers' perspectives on EFL learners' language anxiety, to identify the differences among teachers coping with learners' language anxiety, and to find how learners cope with their language anxiety. The research was effectuated by means of a survey questionnaire and interviews. The data were collected from 92 teachers and 230 students in four different school settings. There were the $6^{th}$ grade 50 primary school learners, the $2^{nd}$ grade 60 middle school learners, the $11^{th}$ grade 60 high school learners of, and the $2^{nd}$ and $3^{rd}$ grade 60 university learners. There were also 26 primary school teachers, 22 middle school teachers, 21 high school teachers, and 23 university teachers. The findings reveal that there were differences in responses among the respondents. The findings suggest that teachers need to pay attention to their particular learners' anxiety sources: especially in the case of primary school setting, the activity of answering teachers' questions for teachers was the primary source of learner's anxiety, in the case of middle school settings, translating sentences in English into Korean, in the case of high school setting, checking unknown vocabulary, and in the case of university settings, university learners felt anxious when classmates spoke fluently. The implications of the study indicate that these aspects should be handled carefully to motivate certain group of learners.

        한국폴리텍대학 직업교육의 효과성 추정

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the effectiveness of Korean polytechnic college in terms of vocational education. The excellence of vocational education offered at polytechnic college has been reported for many years, but the effect has not been estimated using micro data. Based on the human capital theory, departmental and individual analysis was conducted using academyinfo.go.kr data and YP2000. By comparing graduates of general junior colleges and graduates of polytechnic colleges, the effect of vocational education at polytechnic colleges on individual employment was rigorously analyzed. Although polytechnic colleges play a significant role in enhancing the employment rate, the effect on wages is insignificant or rather low. However, care must be taken in interpreting the results because the relative proportion of college graduates sampled is quite small. It should also be noted that the goals of vocational education pursued by polytechic colleges are different from those of vocational education pursued by other junior colleges. 본 연구의 목적은 한국폴리텍대학 직업교육의 효과성을 추정하는데 있다. 대학 직업교육의 우수성은 다년간 보고되고 있지만 그 효과를 미시적 자료를 이용하여 추정하지는 않았다. 인적자본이론에 바탕을 두고 대학알리미자료와 YP2000를 이용하여 학과 및 개인별 분석을 하였다. 일반 전문대학의 졸업생과 폴리텍 졸업생 사이의 비교를 통해서 폴리텍대학의 직업교육이 개인의 고용에 끼치는 영향을 엄밀하게 분석하였다. 폴리텍대학의 교육이 취업률을 제고하는데 있어서는 상당히 큰 역할을 하고 있지만 졸업생의 임금에 끼치는 영향은 미미하거나 오히려 낮은 것으로 나왔다. 다만 표집된 폴리텍대학 졸업생의 상대적 비율이 상당히 작기 때문에 결과 해석에는 유의해야 한다. 또한 폴리텍대학이 추구하는 직업교육과 다른 전문대학이 추구하는 직업교육의 목표가 다르다는 점에도 유의해야 한다.
