        풍력타워의 구조형식별 설계경제성 분석

        Although the cost of wind tower is relatively high comparing to the total cost of wind power system, only few studies have been done regarding its economic analysis. In this study, three different types of 2 MW wind towers (i.e., steel tower, concrete tower, hybrid tower) are designed and their construction costs are compared. In order to investigate the effect of hub height on tower construction cost, three different hub heights (i.e., 100 m, 120 m, 140 m) for each wind tower are selected. Construction costs of the total of 9 wind towers are estimated based on domestic unit price standard, and main items consisting of the construction cost are analyzed. The analysis results show that the most economical structural type is steel tower in case of 100 m hub height, but in case of 120 m and 140 m hub heights, hybrid tower consisting of steel shell and concrete shell is the most competitive in terms of construction cost.

        Aralia cordata Inhibits Triacylglycerol Biosynthesis in HepG2 Cells

        Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) catalyzes the first committed step in triacylglycerol (TAG) and phospholipid biosynthesis, and has been considered as one of the drug targets for treating hepatic steatosis, insulin resistance, and other metabolic disorders. The aim of this study was to investigate the GPAT inhibitors from natural products and to evaluate their effects. The methanol extract of Aralia cordata roots showed a strong inhibitory effect on the human GPAT1 activity. A further bioactivity-guided approach led to the isolation of ent-pimara-8(14),15-dien-19-oic acid, (PA), one of the major compounds of A. cordata, which suppressed the GPAT1 activity with IC50 value of 60.5 lM. PA markedly reduced de novo lysophosphatidic acid synthesis through inhibition of GPAT activity and therefore significantly decreased synthesis of TAG in the HepG2 cells. These results suggest that PA as well as A. cordata root extract could be beneficial in controlling lipid metabolism.

        광역환경교육센터의 역할과 역할 간 상대적 중요도 도출

        Climate crisis and environmental disaster, which are global problems, conversely, inform the importance of environmental education in the region. In order to revitalize environmental education in the region, a regional environmental education center has been designated and operated by laws and ordinances. As of March 2022, 16 regional environmental education centers are being designated and operated by 15 local governments out of 17 regional governments nationwide. This study was conducted with the aim of deriving the relative importance between the roles and roles that the regional environmental education center should play in the region. Ten roles in three areas were selected by analyzing policies such as prior research, laws and ordinances, local environmental education plans, and relative importance was derived through AHP survey of environmental education experts and working managers of regional environmental education centers. As a result of the derivation, it was derived that ‘network/support’ is the most important role and is important in the order of ‘research and development’ and ‘education training’. The detailed roles were found to be important in the order of ‘establishment and operation of cooperation system’, ‘support for environmental education activities’, ‘development’, ‘advice/consultation’, ‘survey’, ‘research’, ‘school environmental education subject education’, and ‘school environmental education’. The results of comparing this with the business plans of the eight regional environmental education centers currently in operation did not match the importance. However, it is consistent that the ‘network/support’, which is derived as the most important in general, accounts for the largest proportion of business expenses in the projects of each regional environmental education center. Looking at inconsistent projects, it is interpreted as a result of reflecting the characteristics of the region. 지구적 문제인 기후위기와 환경재난은 역으로 지역에서의 환경교육이 중요함을 알려주고 있다. 지역의 환경교육 활성화를 위해 법과 조례에 의해 광역환경교육센터가 지정되어 운영 중이다. 2022년 3월 현재 전국 17개 광역지자체 중 15개 지자체에서 16개의 광역환경교육센터가 지정․운영 중에 있다. 본 연구는 광역환경교육센터가 지역에서 해야 할 역할과, 역할 간 상대적 중요도를 도출하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 선행연구, 법과 조례, 지역환경교육계획 등 정책, 지역환경교육센터의 사업계획을 분석하여 3개 영역 10개의 역할을 선정하고, 환경교육 전문가와 광역환경교육센터 실무책임자를 대상으로 AHP 조사를 통해 상대적 중요도를 도출하였다. 도출 결과 ‘네트워크/지원’이 가장 중요한 역할이며 ‘연구개발’, ‘교육양성’의 순서로 중요하다고 도출되었다. 세부 역할은 ‘협력체계 구축과 운영’, ‘환경교육 활동지원’, ‘개발’, ‘자문/컨설팅’, ‘조사’, ‘사회환경교육 주체 교육’, ‘연구’, ‘학교환경교육 주체 교육’, ‘시민환경교육’, ‘학교환경교육’의 순서로 중요하다고 조사되었다. 이를 현재 운영 중인 광역환경교육센터 8개소의 사업계획과 비교한 결과는 중요도와 일치하지는 않았다. 다만, 전체적으로 봤을 때 가장 중요하다고 도출된 ‘네트워크/지원’이 각 광역환경교육센터의 사업에서도 가장 많은 사업비 비율을 차지하고 있다는 점은 일치하고 있다. 일치하지 않는 사업을 보면 지역의 특성을 반영한 결과로 해석된다.

        요양병원 간호인력의 의무인증제에 대한 인식과 의무인증 시행 후 업무수행

        Purpose: To investigate how, in long-term care hospitals, recognition of the long-term care hospital certificationsystem affects nursing staff job performance after evaluation for certification. Methods: Participants were 175nurses working in long-term care hospitals located in J city/area. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffétest, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Multiple RegressionAnalysis with the SPSS 21.0 version program. Results: The mean score for recognition of the long-term care hospitalcertification system was 15.91 of a possible 20, and the score for job performance after evaluation for certificationwas 147.76 of a possible 165. Significant differences in recognition of the long-term care hospital certificationsystem were observed according to level of education, position, workload, and participation in theevaluation. For job performance after evaluation for certification, significant differences were observed accordingto age, position, workload, and participation in the evaluation. Recognition of the long-term care hospital certificationsystem and position (registered nurse) accounted for 14% of the variance in job performance after evaluationfor certification. Conclusion: Results indicate a need to provide education related to the effects of the long-termcare hospital certification system in order to improve nursing staff job performance after the evaluation.

        Experimental Investigation of the Steel-Concrete Joint in a Hybrid Tower for a Wind Turbine under Fatigue Loading

        This study investigated the fatigue behaviors at the joint of a hybrid steel–concrete wind turbine tower. A fatigue design approach was proposed for the joint based on CEB-FIP model code 1990 and Eurocode 2. In addition, to estimate the long-term fatigue performance related to continuous wind changes at the joint, two types of specimens were fabricated and tested. Each specimen consisted of steel and concrete sections, which were connected with anchor bolts, and they were designed to investigate the effect of the embedded length of the anchor bolt. Two million cycles of cyclic loading were applied to the specimens, after which a monotonic static loading was applied to investigate the residual performance of each specimen. The experimental results demonstrate that the joint of a hybrid steel–concrete wind turbine tower designed using the proposed approach retained sufficient fatigue performance. Thus, this approach can be effective for fatigue design of the joint.

        본 연구는 무용공연활동과 심리적요인인 무용중독성향을 알아보고 관계성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 무용 전공자들은 무용연습 및 공연관람, 공연활동을 통하여 앞으로의 무용 활동에 긍정적으로 다가설 활발한 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 무용공연활동은 무용수의 실기 역량을 발전시키며 살아있는 실습현장을 통한 실연과정에서는 긍정적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 지속적인 무용공연활동을 위해 긍정적, 부정적인 면을 고려해야 할 것이며 이에 대한 실증적인 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 무용공연활동에 따른 여러 측면의 심리학적인 요인 중 무용중독성향과의 관계를 알아보고자 한다.

        T.B.P.(Tri-butyl phosphate)를 용매로 써서 질산용액에서 U.N.H(Uranyl nitrate hexahydrate)의 용매 추출에 대한 최적 조건을 결정하기 위해 1, 질산 농도에 따른 용매 추출 2. U.N.H.의 농도에 따른 영향 3. T.B.P. 농도에 따른 영향 4. 온도에 따른 영향을 실험 검토하여 percent-extracted를 구했다. 용액중의 uranium 농도는 thiocyanate를 발색제로 하여 spectrophotometer에 의하여 측정하였다.
