19세기 후반 당파 정치와 당파 기록물의 이중성 ― 승정원일기(초)와 조보(초)의 사례 분석을 중심으로

이 연구는 19세기 후반 정치 운영의 실상을 보여주는 승정원의 비공식 기록물을 찾아내어 이 시기의 관직 임용에 당파적 안배가 여전히 작용한 사실을 밝힌다. 이와 함께 공식적으로는 이 같은 사실을 드러내지 않으려했던 이 시기의 정치 행위와 문화를 주목한다. 이를 위하여 이러한 사실을 담고 있는 『승정원일기』의 초고와 『조보』의 초고와 같은 비공식적 기록물을 공식적 기록물과 비교하고 그 차이와 의미를 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 분석 작업 자체에 중점을 두었는데, 이것은 이 시기 정치사 및 정치문화 연구에서 텍스트 활용 및 비판과 같은 기초 연구가 충실하지 못하다고 생각되었기 때문이다. 관직 임용에서 당파적 안배가 중요했음에도 불구하고 공식적으로 배포하는 기록물에는 이것을 일체 드러내지 않은 것은 이 시기의 두드러진 특징이다. 특히 이것이 이 시기의 『실록』과 『승정원일기』의 인사 기사에 당파를 일체 언급하지 않는 것과 같은 맥락에 놓여 있는 것은 흥미롭다. 선행 연구에서 주목하지 않았던 일련의 비공식 기록물은 19세기 후반 관직 안배에서 출신 가문만이 아니라 소속 당파도 뚜렷하게 인지하는 정치적 역학 관계에 주목해야 함을 알려준다. 이와 함께 이러한 사실을 공식적으로는 철저하게 은폐하는 경향도 주목되는데, 이러한 정치 문화는 역사 연구에서 중요한 논제임에도 불구하고 아무런 관심을 모으지 못했다. 이렇듯 이 연구는 기록물 생산에서 드러난 이중성을 포착함으로써 추후 19세기 후반 정치사와 정치 문화를 새롭게 논의하는 출발점이 될 수 있을 것이다. This study found unofficial records of Seungjeongwon, which show the reality of political operations in the late 19th century, and revealed the partisan arrangement still played a major role in the office appointment in this period. Also focuses on the politics and politic culture of this period which it did not officially reveal. To do this unofficial records such as the draft of Secretary's Diary and the draft of Chobo which contain this fact were compared and analyzed with public records. This study focused on the analysis work, this is because studies on text use and criticism in political and political culture in this period are not faithful. It is a prominent feature of this period that it is not revealed in official records, although partisan appointment was important in official appointment. This is similar to not mentioning a single faction in Silok and Seungjeongwon Diary's personnel articles at this time. The unofficial records which was not noted in the preceding study, indicates that not only the family but also political partisan should be taken into account in the late 19th century government administration. This political culture has not received any attention even though it was an important thesis in history research. This study will discuss political history and political culture of the late 19th by revealing the duality of records production.

최근 Application 의 취약성을 악용한 해커들의 시스템 공격 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서 다루는 코드 분석기는 이러한 해커의 공격을 사전에 차단하기 위해 사용자로부터 입력받은 Application 의 소스 코드가 사전에 탑재해 놓은 일련의 보안 규칙(Security Rule)을 제대로 준수하는지의 여부를 어휘 분석(Lexical Analysis)과 구문 분석(Semantic Analysis)을 통해 판별해 낸다. 본 코드 분석기는 미국 카네기멜론대학(CMU) 산하의 인터넷 해킹 보안 기구인 CERT 에서 제시하는 규칙을 그대로 적용하여 분석 결과의 정확도와 객관성을 높였으며, 이 분석기를 통해 프로그래머가 신뢰도와 보안성이 높은 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

전압형 인버터에 의한 直流 스폿鎔接器의 定電力制御에 關한 硏究

In recent years, there is increasing interests in spot welder with industrial growth of automobile. It makes autowelding and short-time welding possible. Conventional spot welders using AC source bring about the depreciation of welding products, because constant current control makes its workpiece spattered during welding process. In this paper, the constant power control strategy using PI controller is proposed to improve the quality of the welding products. PI controller is implemented by l6bit one chip 80C196KB microcontroller. Simulation and experimental results show that DC spot welder with single phase PWM inverter is effectively controlled by the constant power control method in very short-time.
