This paper has achieved that an optimal design and experiments of heater and cathode of electron gun that serve to embody high current density in CRT display. For the high brightness, high resolution and larger size in CRT display, high current density of electron gun is indispensible. An Impregnation style cathode is used, and must heighten operating temperature of heater to get high current density for this, it is proportional hereupon and power dissipation increases. In this paper, to get low power cathode with high current density, There are produced and tested sample that differ lead type of heater, coating method, the pitch and number of winding of the first and second coiling in the heat emission area for the low power design of high current density cathode heater in this paper. 본 논문은 CRT 표시장치에서 고전류밀도를 구현하기위한 전자총의 히터와 캐소드의 최적의 저전력설계와 실험을 수행하였다. CRT 표시장치에서 밝기, 고휘도, 고해상도와 대화면화를 위해서는 전자총 캐소드(cathode)의 고전류밀도가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서는 함침형 캐소드가 사용되며, 고전류밀도를 얻기 위해 히터의 동작온도를 높여야하는데 이에 비례하여 소비전력도 증가한다. 본 논문에서는 고전류밀도 캐소드 히터의 저전력 설계를 위하여 히터의 리드형태(Lead Type), 코팅(Coating)법, 발열부의 1차 및 2차 코일링의 피치와 권선수를 달리한 샘플을 제작, 시험하였다.

We have developed the detection method of the resonance frequency of micro/nano mechanical resonator using optical method. The optical interferometery method enabled us to detect the displacement change of resonators within several nm scale. The micro mechanical resonator was produced by attaching a micro mechanical cantilever to a piezo ceramic. The mass of cantilever was increased by evaporating Au using electron beam evaporator and the mass variation was estimated by detecting the resonance frequency changes.

This paper describes about the circuit design and test of the electronic Arm Fire Device. Electronic arm fire device consists of igniter, circuit and housing case and it operates without the actuator such as torque motor or solenoid. A high-voltage DC-DC converter was used to generate the voltage for initiating the LEEFI(Low Energy Exploding Foil Initiator). The MEMS switch was used to detect the acceleration that occurs when missile is launched, and the circuit was designed considering the size, performance, and specification of the electronic devices. The performance test was conducted to verify the designed circuit and we confirmed that it operates well.
모르핀의 내성 및 의존성 형성에 미치는 인삼의 효과(I) -마우스에 대한 인삼 부탄올 분획의 영향-

The administraction of ginseng butanol fraction(GBF) inhibited the development of tolerance to and physical dependence on morphine induced by morphine multiple injections in mice. Each group of mice was injected with morphine hydrochloride (40mg/kg s.c.) three times at 8 hr intervals for a period of 6 days. GBF (25, 50, 100, 200mg/kg) was injected (i.p.) to mice 1hr prior to the third morphine injection daily. Inhibition of morphine tolerance by GBF was evidenced by the increase in analgesic response to morphine hydrochloride (10mg/kg) as estimated by the tail flick method and the reduction in morphine dependence was estimated by the decreased number of the naloxone induced withdrawal jumping mice. Further evidenced that GBF reduced the development of morphine dependence was indicated by the fact that GBF decreased the loss in body weight.

물-에탄올 混合溶媒에서 몇가지 1가 이온들의 選擇的 溶媒和와 妥當한 溶媒和數

In water-ethanol systems, the limiting equivalent conductances of electrolytes were obtained using conductometric method. Using TATB method, the limiting equivalent ionic conductances of Li+, Na+, K+, Cl-, and Br- ions were also obtained. The effective radii of corresponding ions were determined using Nightingale method. From the volume of the solvation shell, the four solvation numbers were suggested. The reasonable solvation numbers (hH2O+hO) were estimated by comparing the values obtained by from the various suggested methods. The isosolvation point of ion in water-ethanol estimated was found to be larger than that of in water-methanol. This result agree with ET (solvent polarity) values of solvents. From the reasonable solvation numbers of ions in water-ethanol, the selective solvents of corresponding ions in water-ethanol were obtained.
