임플란트 생체금속들과 골조직간의 생체적합도에 관한 연구

Screw-shaped implants of commercially pure (c.p.) titanium, c.p. niobium, c.p. zirconium, and stainless steel(Sus 304) were inserted in the rabbit tibial bone over 12 weeks of follow-up. New developed torque gauge instrument was used to evaluate the implant holding power and a image analysis program coupled to a microscope was used for histomorphometry. The three best consecutive threads of each implant were measured. Quantitative analyses at 12 weeks revealed a partial bone contact to the four kinds investigated metals. There were no obvious adverse tissue reactions to any of the biomaterials. At 12 weeks the average removal torques for titanium, niobium and zirconium were better than that needed for Sus 304 screws, on the other hand high score of bony contact ratio of titanium and niobium were showed in comparison to those of zirconium and Sus 304. There was no significant differences in the amount of interfacial bone of zirconium and Sus 304 whereas there was significant difference in the torque forces of niobium and Sus 304. Three months after implant insertion, the average removal torque was 6.64 Ncm for the titanium, 6.57 Ncm for the niobium, 6.38 Ncm for the zirconium, and 4.25 Ncm for the Sus 304. On average bone contacts there were 51.24% in the titanium, 48.19% in the niobium, 31.79% in the zirconium, 23.54% in the Sus 304. Biocompatibility of the titanium, niobium and zirconium was acceptable level in comparison to the Sus 304.

수종 한약재가 혈관에 미치는 영향

Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radixi, Radix Ledeboutriellae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radi Aconitx Bupleuri have been used in Korea for many centuries as a treatment for various disease. The purpose of the present study is to determine the effect of several herbs on norepinephrine(NE) induced blood vessel contraction in rabbits and pigs. Rabbit(2 kg, male) were killed by $CO_2$ exposure and a segment (8-10mm) of each rabbit was cut into equal segments and mounted in a tissue bath. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducers under 2-3 g loading tension. The dose of norepinephrine(NE) which evoked 50% of maximal response $(ED_{50})$ was obtained from cumulative dose response curves for NE $(10^{-6}{\sim}10^{-3}M)$. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae and Herba Ephedrae in abdominal aorta. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly be Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radix Bupleuri in femoral artery. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radix Aconiti and Herba Ephedrae in renal artery. These results indicate that each herb can relax NE induced contraction of rabbit and pig blood vessel selectively, and that this relaxation relates to Gui-Gyung(歸經).

천마(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)의 약리작용에 관한 연구

임상에서 고혈압질환(韓方證候:眩暈, 眠黑, 頭風, 頭痛, 肢體麻木, 半身不遂 等)과 경련성질환에 다른 약물과 같이 활용되고 있는 천마(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)의 효능을 기초 약물학적 측면에서 연구하고자 중추신경계에 대한 작용(진통, 진정, 항경련)과 순환기계에 대한 작용(혈압, 혈관)을 실험을 통하여 관찰하였다. 천마는 초산법과 열판법에 의한 동통의 억제효과와 Rotor-Rod법에 의한 진정작용이 인정되었으며 항경련효과에 있어서는 picrotoxin과 caffeine으로 유발된 경련에 효과는 인정할수 없었으나 strychnine으로 유발된 경련은 유의한 시간의 연장을 나타냈다. 또한 순환기계에 대한 작용에 있어서 천마투여로 혈압의 강하 작용과 혈관이완작용을 나타났으며 이는 propranlol에 의하여 혈압 강하작용고 혈관이완작용이 억제되어 이 약물의 adrenergic β-receptor에 대한 작용이 있음이 시사된다. 이상의 결과로 보아 천마는 문헌에 수록된 효능과 임상적으로 활용되고 있는 효과가 근치됨을 알 수 있었으며 앞으로 분획에 다른 연구와 성분등의 연구가 계속되어지길 기대한다. These studies were conducted to investigate the effect of Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extract (GRE)on the analgesic, anticonvulsion, sedative actions, effect on blood pressure and blood vessels. The result of these studies were summarized as follows: 1. Analgesic and sedative actions were significantly recognized in mice 2. Suppressive action was shown on convulsion due to myelic causes, but no such actions were noted ether cerebrocortical or diencephaltic causes in mice. 3. In cadiovascular system, Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extact significantly decreased blood pressure in rabbits. This potentiation effect of GRE on blood pressure were diminished by propranolol, but was not affected by phentolamine and atropine. 4. In vitro aortic preperation, Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extract dilated thoracic aorta of rabbit, was diminished by propranolol.

葛根의 藥理作用에 관한 硏究 (Ⅰ)

Effect of puerariae radix (APR) in the contraction of frog rectus abdominis muscle evoked acetylcholine (Ach) was studied in this experiment. 1. APR diminished the effect of Ach in the contractile force of frog rectus abdominis muscle. 2. Physostigmine did not increase the effect of APR on the contractile action of Ach. 3. Naloxone did not inhibit the effect of APR and morphine on the contractile action of Ach. 4. APR and morphine inhibited the effect of serun on the contractile action of Ach. From the above results, it is suggested that APR has inhibitory action by direct inhibition of skeletal muscle and APR has morphine-like effect.

우리나라는 1991년 동물에 대한 학대행위 방지 등 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리하기 위하여 필요한 규정을 만들어 동물의 생명과 그 안전을 보호하고, 생명의 존중 등 국민의 정서 함양에 이바지하게 함을 목적으로 '동물보호법'을 제정하였다. 그러나 당시 법에서는 반려동물과 실험동물을 대상으로 한 동물학대 금지 및 유기동물 등에 대한 조치와 동물을 교육 학술연구 및 기타 과학적 목적으로 이용시 고통을 주지 않토록 하는 내용을 규정하고 있다. 그 후 우리 국민의 동물보호 복지에 대한 관심과 의식수준이 점차적으로 향상되면서 국민들의 요구에 따라 그 간 수차례 법령을 개정하였고, 2008년에 전면 개정된 법령에는 반려동물과 실험동물뿐아니라 농장동물에 대하여도 동물학대 금지 및 해당 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리토록하는 동물보호 복지 개념을 도입하게 되었다. 우리가 이처럼 농장동물복지에 대해 초보단계에 있는 것과 달리, 이미 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 및 동물복지 선진국은 농장동물복지 정책에 대해 많은 기준을 만들고 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한 한-EU FTA 협상과정에서 EU측이 농장동물복지를 의제화 할 것을 요구하는 등 국가간 통상에서도 농장동물 복지가 중요한 이슈로 작용하고 있어 이 분야에 대한 깊은 관심과 정책개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. 따라서 일반 국민뿐아니라 축산업계에서도 '과연 농장동물복지란 무엇인가'에 대한 궁금증과 더불어 '국내 소비자 및 축산농가에 큰 부담을 주지 않을까'하는 우려를 하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 동물복지란 무엇인가에 대하여 간략히 알아보고, 농장동물 복지에 대한 국제동향 및 국내정책의 방향에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

This study calculates the employee receives severance pay scale are paid from the company in the DC system. In addition, by utilizing the reserve growth model were studied in accordance with shortfall risk levels generated by stochastic asset allocation. For the analysis, from 2004 to 2013 using the KOSPI returns and total bond yields were simulated. Scenario 1 is when compared to the severance reserve is insufficient. Scenario 2 is the same as if toy reserve this severance pay. During one period, depending on the asset allocation of stocks and bonds was confirmed that the probability pension risk does not occur. And we suggest that members of DC pension risk endeavor with the government and companies to avoid.
