주요 건설폐기물의 재활용 저해요인 도출을 통한 현장 건설폐기물 처리 프로세스 개선 방안

On account of increasing interest of substantiality in these day, it is needed to make an effort to establish an environmentally sustainable production system for the construction works. Although practical affairs and researches are in progress to reduce and recycle construction wastes, as a result of a research, there are still obstructive factors on waste reduction and recycling which they don't interact efficiently between waste disposal process of the construction area and waste disposal company. As a plan to revitalize reduction and recycling of construction wastes, this research focuses on finding obstructive factors and giving solutions to reduce and recycle construction wastes which comes from construction process and construction industries. To meet the needs of the research, firstly relatively significant construction wastes (concrete, soil, brick, block, asphalt, plastic, lumber) were identified. On site level interviews with management of disposal companies and construction sites were conducted as well, focusing on typical waste disposal process. Throughout this interviews, obstructive factors were conducted. A result of the research, the authors suggest an improved approach on disposal and recycling for construction waste by prioritizing the identified factors and ranking the importance level of each factor. And, by identifying factors obstructing reduction and recycle of construction wastes, this research suggests improved disposal process of construction waste. 최근 국내외적으로 친환경에 대한 국제적인 관심이 증가됨에 따라, 건설 산업 측면에서도 친환경적인 생산시스템 구축을 위한 노력이 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 인해 건설폐기물 재활용과 관련하여 다양한 실무와 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 현장조사결과 '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리업체'에서 수행하고 있는 폐기물 처리과정 및 처리방안이 상호 효과적으로 지원하고 있지 못하여 폐기물 재활용 저해요소로서 작용하고있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설폐기물의 재활용을 활성화시키는 방안으로써, '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리업체'의 건설폐기물 처리과정에서 폐기물 재활용을 저해하는 요인을 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목표를 달성하기 위해, 먼저 광범위한 문헌조사를 통해 대표적인 건설폐기물 종류(폐 콘크리트, 폐 아스팔트, 폐 토사, 폐 벽돌, 폐 합성수지, 폐 목재)를 선정하였고, '건설현장'과 '폐기물 처리 업체'를 대상으로 전문가 면담을 실시하여, 이들 개별 폐기물의 처리과정 조사를 통해서 폐기물 재활용 저해요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 전문가 면담 결과로 파악된 폐기물 재활용 저해요인을 설문조사를 통해 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 현행 건설폐기물 처리 프로세스를 개선함으로써, 재활용 효율화 방안을 제시하였다.

This paper estimates the life cycle cost(LCC) of a propulsion control system using the maintenance information in the high speed train(KTX-1). Life cycle costing is one of the most effective approaches for the cost analysis of long-life systems such as the KTX-1. Until now, most life cycle cost of the system has been studied as a whole system viewpoint. But in case of railway industry, LCC studies are needed on the subsystem like a propulsion control system because subsystems are developed continuously localization. This paper proposes the life cycle cost model which fitted to estimate life cycle cost (LCC) using maintenance information manual. As a result, LCC on propulsion control system increased moderately expect for periodical time when major parts are replaced at the same time. Results will be reflected in the development of domestic products.
국내 업무용건물의 LEED 등급에 따른 추가공사비 추정에 관한 연구

The number of the projects considering domestic and foreign green buildings certification continually have been growing by increasing important on the environmental issues. Especially, LEED developed by USGBC(U.S Green Building Council) among the global green building certifications is a cosmopolitanly applicable system that is implemented by 103 countries. Internationally, according to increase the demand of LEED certification, the U.S. Government and sustainable consulting companies have conducted a study on additional cost impact for obtaining the LEED certification, and massive informations on LEED Cost are retained. In Korea, the demand of information on LEED cost added through LEED certification is rising according to the increase in the number of LEED projects, However the data of LEED cost reflected on construction market and conditions of the Korea are insufficient. Therefore, this study draw LEED cost data on additional construction cost of graded LEED certification through performance improvement and design changes of office building in Korea. In conclusion, an additional construction cost ratio of LEED projects to the reference building is drawn as certified level; -0.08%, silver level; +0.40%, gold level; +2.57%, and platinum level; +5.79%.

This paper presents single-phase converters for power factor correction (PFC) of auxiliary power supply for electric railway vehicles without input voltage sensing. Auxiliary power supply is called Static InVerter(SIV) which supplied lamps, air conditioning and heat equipments, control systems, etc. By applying the SIV for KTX, simulation and theoretical results verified proposed control algorithm for single-phase converter at the MTr rear end.

본 논문은 조가선을 이용한 전기철도의 전력선 통신을 위한 네트워크 설계를 제안한다. 전기철도에서 필수 적인 전차선 및 조가선을 이용하여 전력선 통신에 대한 타당성 검토를 선행연구로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 우선 무가 압상태에서 조가선에 신호결합기를 취부하여 양방향 데이터 통신을 구현하였다. 데이터 전송속도가 양호하게 나타났 으며 이를 토대로 전력선 통신을 위한 주요 구성품을 제시하고 네트워크 설계를 제안하였다. 향후 네트워크 설계에 대한 타당성을 확보하기 위해 지속적인 연구를 수행하고자 한다. In this paper we propose network design for power line communication of electric railway using messenger wire. we carried out feasibility study on the power line communication(PLC) using Contact wire and messenger wire which are required at electric railway. First of all, full-duplex data communication was implemented using coupler which is suspended on messenger wire at non-voltage state. We verified data transfer rate was found to be good, and then proposed a design example of PLC network as the main components for PLC. we will study continuously make an effort to verify on the network design of PLC for further study.
