DSP56001을 이용한 물체의 불변 인식 시스템의 구현

In this study, an image processing board was developed and an invariant object recognition system was implemented on the board. The board has developed for general purpose using DSP56001. The object recognition system based on Fourier descriptor is invariant to similarity transformations such as translation, rotation and scaling. For the classification, the system adopts K-NN(K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm. The performance of the system is evaluated with non-overlapped 2-dimensional automobile objects. The system showed perfect classification for the transformed objects. For the recognition, it takes about 0.664 second including appropriate image processing.
본체와 공부[工夫]의 관통 - 陸世儀의 주자의 태극론 재구성 및 그 의의

周敦頤의 『太極圖說』에 대한 陸世儀의 해석은 주자 理氣論의 기본틀에 맞춰 태극 본체와 人極 공부의 이중적 함의를 드러내 보였다. 그는 한 편으로는 무극과 태극의 판별 및 태극과 음양의 판별을 통해 형상 본체론과 우주 생성론 사이의 모순을 해소함으로써 초월적 理의 존재 우전성을 유지하였다. 다른 한 편으로는 또 主靜과 主敬의 판별 및 인극과 태극의 판별을 통해 주자와 염계 사이의 이론적 차이를 해소함으로써 유가 본래의 수신 공부가 더욱 뚜렷이 드러나도록 하였다. 이것은 틀림없이 주자학의 관련 문제에 관한 토론을 심화시킴으로써 송명 리학사에서 중요한 이론적 가치를 지니게 된다. Lu Shiyi (1611-1672)’s interpretation of Zhou Dunyi (1017-1073)’s Taiji Tu Shuo inherited the basic framework of Zhu Zi (1130-1200)’s li-qi theory, and revealed the dual connotation of Taiji noumenon and Renji effort. On the one hand, he eliminated the contradiction between metaphysical ontology and cosmology by distinguishing Wuji-Taiji and Taiji-Yinyang, so as to maintain the existence priority of transcendental principles; on the other hand, he also resolved the theoretical differences between Zhu Zi and Zhou Dunyi by distinguishing calmness-respect and Taiji-Renji, making the self-cultivation of Confucian standard stand more prominent. This undoubtedly deepened the discussion of relevant issues in Zhu Zi theory and has important theoretical value in the history of Song-ming Neo-Confucianism.
Synthesis and Diacylglycerol Acyltransferase-1 Inhibition of Azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane Derivatives

We identified azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivatives that are active diacylglycerol acyltransferase-1 (DGAT)-1 inhibitor. Among the azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane series, compound 6b showed good in vitro activity toward human DGAT-1, selectivity toward DGAT-2, and liver microsomal stability. Compound 6b exhibited no CYP inhibition, hERG binding, or cell cytotoxicity. Additionally, compound 6b reduced the level of plasma triglyceride after oral administration in mice.

Helicobacter pylori is a bacterium that naturally thrives in acidic environments and has the potential to induce various gastrointestinal disorders in humans. The antibiotic therapy utilized for treating H. pylori can lead to undesired side effects, such as dysbiosis in the gut microbiota. The objective of our study was to explore the potential antibacterial effects of nisin and lactic acid (LA) in yogurt against H. pylori. Additionally, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of nisin and LA in human gastric (AGS) cells infected with H. pylori. Nisin and LA combination showed the strongest inhibitory activity, with confirmed synergy at 0.375 fractional inhibitory concentration index. Also, post-fermented yogurt with incorporation of nisin exhibited antibacterial effect against H. pylori. The combination of nisin and LA resulted in a significant reduction of mRNA levels of bacterial toxins of H. pylori and pro-inflammatory cytokines in AGS cells infected with H. pylori. Furthermore, this also increased bacterial membrane damage, which led to DNA and protein leakage in H. pylori. Overall, the combination of nisin and LA shows promise as an alternative therapy for H. pylori infection. Additionally, the incorporation of nisin into foods containing LA presents a potential application. Further studies, including animal research, are needed to validate these findings and explore clinical applications.
기계환기 중인 중환자에서 영양생화학적 지표 측정의 의의

목적: 중증의 환자에게 있어 생화학적 영양 상태는 질병에서 회복되는 데에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기계 환기 중인 중환자에서의 영양생화학적 지표를 측정하고자 한다. 방법: 중환자실에 입원하여 기계 환기 중인 중환자 126명(남자 72명, 여자 54명)을 대상으로 하여 영양생화학적 지표로써 혈청 총단백, 알부민, 헤모글로빈, 헤마토크릿, 칼슘, 무기인, %임파구(%Lymphocyte), 혈액요소질소 및 크레아티닌을 조사하였다. 예후인자로 기계 환기 기간, 중환자실 입원기간 및 총 입원기간을 후향적으로 조사하여 예후인자와 영양생화학적 지표와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과: 헤모글로빈은 예후인자인 중환자실 입원기간(p<0.05), 총 입원기간(p<0.01), 그리고 기계 환기 기간(p<0.01)과 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 크레아티닌은 중환자실 입원기간(p<0.01), 총 입원기간(p<0.01), 그리고 기계 환기 기간(p<0.05)과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 예후인자에 따른 다중회귀분석에서 중환자실 입원기간에 영향을 미치는 독립된 인자는 혈액요소질소와 크레아티닌이었고, 총 입원기간에 영향을 미치는 독립된 인자는 혈액요소질소이었으며, 기계 환기 치료기간에 영향을 미치는 독립된 인자는 혈청 총단백, 알부민, 칼슘, 무기인, 혈액요소질소 및 크레아티닌이었다. 결론: 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 기계 환기 중인 중환자에게는 영양 불량과 빈혈의 위험성이 있으며, 이에 영양 불량과 빈혈의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 적절한 영양 중재가 필요하다. Background: The nutritional status of critical-ill patients is important for recovering from the disease itself. Therefore, this present study was designed to assess the biochemical and nutritional parameters of Intensive-Care Unit (ICU) patients on mechanical ventilation. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medicial records of 126 patients (male/female=72/54) who were on mechanical ventilationin the ICU. The nutritional parameters such as serum total protein, albumin, hemoglobin, hematocrit, calcium, phosphorus, total cholesterol, % lymphocytes, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and creatinine (Cr) were measured at the beginning of mechanical ventilation. We also measured the outcome variables such as the duration of mechanical ventilation, the ICU length of stay and the hospitalization period. We analyzed the relationship between the nutritional parameters and the outcome variables of ICU patients on mechanical ventilation. Results: The level of hemoglobin was negatively correlated with the outcome variables; the ICU length of stay (p<0.05), the hospitalized period (p<0.01), and the duration of mechanical ventilation (p<0.01). The creatinine level was positively correlated with the outcome variables; the ICU length of stay (p<0.01), the hospitalized period (p<0.01) and the duration of mechanical ventilation (p<0.05). On the multiple regression analysis, the serum total protein, albumin, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, BUN and creatinine were independent factors affecting the duration of mechanical ventilation. Conclusions: These findings indicate that ICU patients with mechanical ventilation have a risk for malnutrition and anemia. So, an adequate nutritional intervention is required for these patients in order to decrease the prevalence of malnutrition and anemia.(Korean J Med 73:151-158, 2007)
