        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        유휴 산업시설을 활용한 국내 전시관의 재생사례 연구

        (Background and Purpose) The reason why industrial structure is changing, arrived so many idle industrial facilities were created. This social phenomena makes to use idle industrial facilities as the Museum or cultural space. And then this kinds of idle industrial facilities can carry over Urban Renaissance and regional economic vitalization. Nowadays, South Korea also Recovery and change idle industrial facilities to play actively, besides, already many cases of culture spaces used to idle industrial facilities in Korea. Therefore, in this research, through the national pavilion of the case analysis utilizing idle industrial facilities, examine the necessary components in order to take advantage of the idle industrial facilities, there is a purpose to prepare the future of basic data. (Method) In this study, we consider the theory of value as a concept and characteristics and cultural space for the idle industrial facilities of playback. Before analyze Korean cases, we’d analyze international cases to got four categories, that is identity, conservativeness, society, environment. also we’d extract the keyword from previous research about the idle industrial facilities of playback. That keyword is historicity, symbolism, conservation structures, preservation material, community attribute, connectivity, placeless. We’ve use that analyzed four categories and eight keyword, to analyze South Korea’s cases. This chose areas are systematically related to municipality or renovated space. The identity-clear place that has regional characteristics also can be a chosen case areas. The chosen case areas are space that is valued as a subject of analysis. These five case areas Jeongseon Samtanartmine, Yoon-dong-ju literary house, Kim-jung-up museum, Gwangmyeong epicycle art center, Incheon art platform will be researched. Now, we begin to analyze gallery characteristics with 8 keyword that broken down from precede thesis’ four classifications. (Result) Through the study, we can know that Samtanartmine has the best condition of identity and preservation. Yoon-dong-ju literary house have a good balance except preservation of materials. Kim-jung-up museum have social and environmental factors intensively. Gwangmyeong upicycle art center have good at social connectivity and community attribute, Incheon Art platform have high quality at social connectivity and environment. (Conclusion) Therefore, in this study, in the exhibition hall of idle industrial facilities have been utilized, identity, are related to each other and the field of preservation, the environment, that there is a close relationship that gives society in the field and each other to the impact It was analyzed. In the highly conserved Exhibition Hall, the historic property itself has been used as an element of the exhibition. These elements constitute a strong identity of exhibition hall, by which, onlookers can know the history a symbol of previously used space, it was found that forming the identity constituting the pavilion . Also, ease of social cooperation with geographic access local governments has been found to result in activation of the region. This was found to be the basis for urban regeneration.

        자원 제약을 고려한 제안 프로젝트 포트폴리오 문제의 휴리스틱 기법

        With regards to the various project to establish information system in the Korean software market, a company intending to win such project considers comprehensively the business detail, expected profits, and probability to win within available resources and comes to determine if to make an offer. Such judgement is one of the most important decision making affecting the overall business management like sales and revenue. Therefore, when the proposed project portfolio is defined as the composition of the project decided to be offered among the ordered projects, Cho, Yoon-Jae(2020) suggests a mathematical model of the problem of maximizing the sum of expected values in constituting the proposed project portfolio and an optimal solution accordingly. This paper assumes the concept of a project mode to be following: 1) the resources are limited, 2) a linear progression of the probability of the orders to be awarded as the duration of each activity increases, 3) the nature of the proposed project is reflected. Unlike previous studies, this research proposes a heuristic technique as a solution to the composition of the proposed project portfolio. The simulation in this study verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm as well.

        사례보고 : 하수오 복용 후 발생한 재발성 독성 간염 1예

        Toxic hepatitis has been reported as a major cause of acute hepatitis, but its potential induction by herbal remedies and/or health foods is usually neglected. We experienced a case of toxic hepatitis associated with Polygoni multiflori, a Chinese herb commonly known as Ho-Shou-Wu. A 54-year-old woman consumed Ho-Shou-Wu for 1 month, after which she experienced fatigue and overall weakness. A diagnosis of toxic hepatitis was made based on her clinical history, the findings for viral markers and other laboratory data, and ultrasonography. Her condition improved considerably after she stopped taking Ho-Shou-Wu. However, she resumed taking Ho-Shou-Wu immediately after discharge from hospital, which aggravated her symptoms and liver function. She was immediately readmitted and stopped taking Ho-Shou-Wu. Her relapse into hepatitis immediate after resuming consumption of the herb is strongly indicative of the validity of Koch`s postulate in this case.

      • Anti-Inflammatory and Cytoprotective Effects of TMC-256C1 from Marine-Derived Fungus <i>Aspergillus</i> sp. SF-6354 via up-Regulation of Heme Oxygenase-1 in Murine Hippocampal and Microglial Cell Lines

        <P>In the course of searching for bioactive secondary metabolites from marine fungi, TMC-256C1 was isolated from an ethyl acetate extract of the marine-derived fungus <I>Aspergillus</I> sp. SF6354. TMC-256C1 displayed anti-neuroinflammatory effect in BV2 microglial cells induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) as well as neuroprotective effect against glutamate-stimulated neurotoxicity in mouse hippocampal HT22 cells. TMC-256C1 was shown to develop a cellular resistance to oxidative damage caused by glutamate-induced cytotoxicity and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in HT22 cells, and suppress the inflammation process in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells. Furthermore, the neuroprotective and anti-neuroinflammatory activities of TMC-256C1 were associated with upregulated expression of heme oxygenase (HO)-1 and nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) in HT22 and BV2 cells. We also found that TMC-256C1 activated p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathways in HT22 and BV2 cells. These results demonstrated that TMC-256C1 activates HO-1 protein expression, probably by increasing nuclear Nrf2 levels via the activation of the p38 MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways.</P>

        브레이징 온도 변화에 따른 ZrO2와 Ti-6Al-4V의 접합 특성

        Purpose: In this study, brazing characteristics of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V brazed joints with increasing temperature were investigated. Materials and methods: The sample size of the ZrO2 was 3 mm × 3 mm × 3 mm (thickness), and Ti-6Al-4V was 10 mm (diameter) × 5 mm (thickness). The filler metal consisted of Ag-Cu-Sn-Ti was prepared in powder form. The brazing sample was heated in a vacuum furnace under 5 × 10-6 torr atmosphere, while the brazing temperature was changed from 700 to 800℃ for 30 min. Results: The experimental results shows that brazed joint of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V occurred at 700 - 800℃. Brazed joint consisted of Ag-rich matrix and Cu-rich phase. A Cu-Ti intermetallic compounds and a Ti-Sn-Cu-Ag alloy were produced along the Ti-6Al-4V bonded interface. Thickness of the reacted layer along the Ti-6Al-4V bonded interface was increased with brazing temperature. Defect ratios of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V bonded interfaces decreased with brazing temperature. Conclusion: Thickness and defect ratio of brazed joints were decreased with increasing temperature. Zirconia was not wetting with filler metal, because the reaction between ZrO2 and Ti did not occur enough. 연구 목적: 온도 변화에 따른 ZrO2와 Ti-6Al-4V의 접합 특성에 대해 알아보기 위하여 새로운 브레이징 합금을 제조하고, 브레이징 온도가 접합 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서 사용된 시편으로는 실험용 ZrO2 모재(ZirBlank-PS, Acucera, Inc., Gyeonggi-do, Korea)는 소결 전의 블록형태(65 mm × 36 mm × 12 mm (t))이며, 이를 잘라 사포(#2400)로 표면연마 후 소결하였다. 소결된 ZrO2 시편의 크기는 3 mm × 3 mm × 3 mm (t) 이다. Ti-6Al-4V 모재(Ti 6Al 4V ELI CG Bar, TMS, Washington, USA)는 직경 10 mm × 5 mm (t)를 사용하였다. 소결된 ZrO2와 Ti-6Al-4V의 접합을 위하여 브레이징 합금을 제조하였다. 시편을 3군으로 나누어A군은 700℃에서, B군은 750℃에서, C군은 800℃에서 각각 브레이징 하였다. 브레이징 부의 두께와 결함율의 측정은 각 군당 하나의 시편으로 각 시편 당 5회씩 반복 측정하여 평균값을 취하였다. 결과: 브레이징 합금을 사용하여 진공 브레이징을 수행한 결과 ZrO2 와 Ti-6Al-4V 는 700℃ - 800℃에서 양호한 접합을 보였다. 브레이징 후 브레이징 온도 변화에 따른 브레이징 부의 두께 및 결함율의 변화는SEM을 사용하여 측정하였다. 브레이징 온도가 700℃에서 800℃로 증가함에 따라 CuTi 금속간 화합물 층 및 Ti-Sn-Cu-Ag계 화합물 층의 두께는 각각 4.5 ㎛에서 10.3 ㎛로, 3.1 ㎛에서 5.0 ㎛로 증가되었다. 또한 브레이징 온도가 700℃에서 800℃로 증가함에 따라 브레이징 접합계면의 결함율은 ZrO2 및 Ti-6Al-4V 계면에서 각각25%에서 16.3%, 5%에서 1.5%로 감소되었다. 결론: 브레이징 온도가 700℃에서 800℃로 증가됨에 따라, 브레이징 접합계면의 결함율은 ZrO2 및 Ti-6Al-4V 계면에서 모두 감소되었다. 이는 결함부에서 ZrO2와 활성원소인 Ti과의 반응이 충분히 일어나지 않아서 브레이징 합금이 ZrO2에 웨팅되지 않은 것이 원인이라고 사료된다.

        단일 치근을 가진 하악 제1유구치

        본 증례에서는 단일 치근을 가진 하악 제1유구치에 대해 서술하고자 한다. 5세 남아의 하악 제1유구치는 방사선 사진 검사결과 양측성으로 분명한 단일치근을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 보통 상악 구치는 3개의 치근을, 하악 구치는 2개의 치근을 가지나, 치아의 발육시기도중 Hertwig상피근초가 제 시기에 적절히 함입되지 못하면 치근이 서로 나뉘지 못하여 치근의 융합이 발생될 수 있다. 융합된 치근을 가진 구치는 정상적인 구치보다 불리한 치관-치근 비율을 가질 뿐 아니라, 여러 보고에 의하면 융합된 치근을 가진 사람은 다수 치아의 선천적 결손이나, 상악 전치에서 치내치가 발현될 확률이 높아 예방적 치과 치료가 필요할 수 있다. 그리고, 외배엽이형성증, 합지증, 만지증, 청색공막증과 같은 전신 질환과 연관되어 나타날 수도 있다고 한다. 치근융합은 유전적으로 상염색체 열성 유전을 따른다고 밝혀진 바 있다. 현재까지 단일 치근을 가진 구치는 대부분 영구 구치에서 많이 보고된 바 있지만, 유구치에서는 거의 보고된 바가 없기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. In this case, we would like to discuss about the single rooted deciduous mandibular first molar. The deciduous mandibular molar of a five years old boy was shown to have a single root, bilaterally. Ordinarily, the maxilary molars have three roots and the mandibular molars have two roots. However, when the hertwig's epithelial root sheath do not invaginate properly during tooth development, root fusion can occur from the absence of root separation. Molars with fused roots not only have unfavorable crown to root ratio, but also according to many reports, have higher probability of having multiple congenitally missing teeth or dens invaginatus in the maxillary incisors, consequently requiring preventive dental treatment. In addition, disorders such as ectodermal dysplasia, syndactyly, clinodactyly, bluish sclera can also be related to this condition. Root fusion is known to be of autosomal recessive inheritance. Up to date, single rooted molars have been reported several times in permanent dentitions but hardly in deciduous dentition, which is the motive for this paper.

        하악골에 발생한 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis 환아의 증례보고

        Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis는 Langerhans Cell 의 비정상적인 증식을 특징으로 하는 질환이다. 임상적 양상은 단독 골병소에서부터 여러 장기를 침범하여 치명적인 경우까지 매우 다양하게 나타나며, 나이가 어릴수록, 침범된 장기의 수가 많을수록 예후는 좋지 않다. 악골의 경우는 전체 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis 환자의 10~20%에서 나타나며, 주로 초기에 이환된다. 본 환아는 만 3세 때 하악골 전반에 걸친 동통으로 본 치과병원에 내원하여 조직학적 검사를 통해 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis임을 확진 받은후 소아과에 의뢰되어 화학요법에 의해 치료되었다. 재발의 가증성이 있어 현재 주기적 검사중이며, 하악 좌측 제2소구치배의 상실로 인해 향후 교정치료 및 보철치료가 필요하리라 사료된다. 본 증례는 치과병원에서 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis임을 확진한 후 조기치료를 시행해 주어 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis(LCH) is characterized by proliferation of Langerhans cells. The clinical manifestation varies from solitary bone lesion to multi-system, life threatening disorder. The younger the patient is and the more system is involved, the worse the prognosis is. The jaw is involved 10~20 percent of all LCH and it is involved usually in early stage of LCH. In this case the patient is three years old girl who suffered from pain of whole mandibular body and histological examination confirmed the dignosis LCH. She is referred to pediatrics and managed with combined chemotherapy. Due to the possibility of recurrence, we follow up the girl and she need orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment in the future because of the loss of lower left 2nd premolar. We report this case because early recognized LCH in dental hospital result in good prognosis.

      • 제조기업의 e-비즈니스 전략을 통한 공급사슬 통합에 관한 연구

        This study examines how to achieve the supply chain integration by developing e-business strategy in the manufacturing company. In order to achieve this goal, the definition of e-business was introduced, first. Second,environment analysis for developing e-business strategy was conducted. Third,the process developing e-business strategy was explained, Forth, the supply chain integration developing e-business strategy was proposed. The proposed model showed the interaction among manufacturing goals(such as cost, quality,delivery,and flexibility), e-business strategy,suppliers and customers. The model was applied for the automobile and heavy weight machine industries. This model will be helpful to enhance the competitiveness in the age of e-bussiness management.

      • Direct Stiffness Matrix에 의한 線型트러쓰 構造物의 解析

        The direct stiffness matrix method has gained prominence in the last decade decade mainly for determining internal forces and displacementsof highly redundant strctures. A computerized analytical approach, using the direct stiffness matrix method, is developed for plane and space truss andtwo examples are solved for each truss. This method is more concise than the other matrix methods. Therefore the computer program data input are greatly simplfied.
