        무선 센서 네트워크의 주파수 사용 효율성 향상을 위한 OFDM을 사용한 협력적 M-1-1 프로토콜 설계

        무선 센서 네트워크는 전력 및 주파수 사용이 매우 제한적이지만, 멀티미디어 센서 기술의 발전에 따라 고용량의 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 통신 시스템 개발이 요구되어진다. 협력 통신 시스템은 노드와 중계 노드의 조력을 통해 공간 다이버시티를 획득하고, 이에 따라 통신 전력을 감소시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 협력 통신 시스템은 하나의 중계 노드가 하나의 센서 노드의 데이터 전송을 도와줌에 따라 노드의 동작이 빈번하게 발생한다. 이는 네트워크 수명을 급격히 단축시키는 원인으로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 중계 노드가 M개의 센서 노드의 데이터 전송을 돕는 것을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 제안한 시스템은 기존 시스템과 동일한 다이버시티 효과를 획득하고 동시에 주파수 대역, 전력 및 중계 노드의 수를 감소시킨다. 또한, 센서 네트워크의 특성상 주위에 인접한 노드로 인한 신호 간섭이 발생하는데, 이를 직교성을 가진 부반송파를 이용하여 개선한다. 마지막으로 센서 노드들과 중계 노드의 전력 할당에 따른 시스템 성능을 분석하였다. Conventional wireless sensor network(WSN) has limited power and bandwidth. In order to develop multimedia sensor technology, high data rate communication systems are required. Cooperative communication system can help to decrease power consumption through spatial diversity. In cooperative transmission, one partner node assists one sensor node to transmit their data to destination. Instead of using M partners for M sensor nodes, we propose 1 partner for M sensor nodes. Proposed protocol offers similar diversity order as conventional one with much less bandwidth and hardware. It is able to almost reduce scattered nodes interference using orthogonal sub-carriers. In addition, we examined a power allocation between sensor nodes and relay that optimize the system performance.

        Impact of Depression on Age-related Decline of Language Abilities in the Elderly

        Background:The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of depression on age-related decline inlanguage ability across various language domains in community-dwelling elderly. Methods:Sixty-three depressed elderly(DE) and 219 healthy elderly(HE) participated in the present study. Expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language abilities were assessed in each participant. A multiple regressionanalysis was performed adjusting for age, gender and education level. In order to investigate differences indecline of age-related language abilities between the two groups, regression coefficients for age in each groupwere compared. Results:Language performance declined significantly by age in both groups. DE showed significantly steeperrate of decline than HE for the verb naming test(β=-0.133, p=0.002) and the listening comprehension test(β=-0.100, p=0.039). Conclusions:The results of the present study provide evidence that DE individuals show a greater slope ofdecline in language abilities than HE individuals. Differential interpretation of the results of language assessmentbetween those with depression and those without are warranted for consultation and intervention accordingly.

        건칠약침을 포함한 한방치료 후 호전된 소화불량 환자 5례에 대한 증례보고

        Objectives: This study reports the effects of GeonChil (Rhus verniciflua stokes) pharmacopuncture in patients with dyspepsia. Method: We treated all five patients with GeonChil pharmacopuncture, acupuncture, and moxibustion and evaluated them using the Korean Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (KGSRS), which is used to assess overall gastrointestinal symptoms. Result: After treatment, the KGSRS showed improvement in all five patients. Marked improvement was seen especially in abdominal pain, heartburn, eructation, and increased flatus symptoms. Conclusion: GeonChil pharmacopuncture may represent a new treatment for the improvement of dyspepsia.

        경기 북부 지역 대학생들의 학교식당 이용실태

        경기 북부 지역의 3개 전문대학에서 주, 야간별 학생들의 학교 식당 이용실태를 조사하였다. 학교식당의 이용율에서 거의 매일 이용하는 주간 학생은 64.29%였고, 야간 학생은 44.35%로 주간 학생의 이용이 더 많았다. 학교식당을 이용하는 이유로는 '달리 먹을 만한 장소가 없어서'가 주, 야간 각각 49.38, 68.01%로 나타났고, 다음으로는 '가격이 저렴해서', '시간이 절약되므로'의 순으로 나타났다. 학교식당을 이용하지 않는 이유로는 주간의 경우 52.09%, 야간의 경우 31.99%가 '맛이 없어서' 이용하지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 학교식당을 이용하지 않는 경우 주간의 경우 68.63%, 야간의 경우 37.37%가 학교 밖에서 매식하는 것으로 나타났다. 평균적인 식사의 형태는 밥식>라면, 국수류>과자류>빵류의 순이었다. 학교식당의 음식에 대한 만족도는 음식의 양을 제외하고는 맛, 기호, 반찬수 등에서 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 학교식당의 개선점으로는 '음식의 맛과 질이 향상되어야 한다'는 점에 가장 많이 응답했고, 그 다음으로 '메뉴가 다양해야 한다', '가격이 저렴해야 한다', '위생적이어야 한다'의 순으로 나타났다. This survey was based on the college students opinions on their cafeteria in northern Kyungkido area during three weeks(5th Nov.∼21st Nov., 1996). The rate of the daily usage of the college cafeteria was 64.29% in day time class, 44.35% in night time class. The first reason of using the college cafeteria was 'no other place to eat' in day time class(49.38%) and night time class(68.01%). The second reason was 'to be economical' and the third was 'to save the time'. The main reason for not using the college cafeteria was 'bad taste' in day time class(52.09%) and night time class(31.99%). The percentage of the students who ate outside of the college in day time class was 68.63% and night time class was 37.37, 31.18% of the night time class ate the dinner at home after school. The average type of the meal were : the boiled rice, noodles, cookies and bread(from the most to the least). The students survey showed rather dissatisfactory response on taste, preference, the number of the side dishes except the quantity of the food. The necessary improvements for the college cafeteria were, first, 'improve the quality and taste of the food' and 'increase the variety of the menu', 'lower the price' and 'sanitation' were followed.

        홍의약침 단일요법이 여성 하부요로증상에 미치는 임상적 효과에 대한 후향적 설문조사 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effects of HongYi pharmacopuncture monotherapy on female voiding dysfunction. Methods: Korean medical practitioners who used HongYi pharmacopuncture to treat female patients complaining of dysuria were surveyed. They performed a retrospective chart review of 31 female patients who visited their Korean medical clinic for dysuria. General characteristics, marital status, urologic medical history, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), International Consultation on Incontinence Modular Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (ICIQ-FLUTS), and related adverse events were examined. Results: Of 31 cases received, 29 were selected for analysis. Two cases were excluded because treatment was not continued through four weeks. In all cases, IPSS and ICIQ-FLUTS scores were significantly decreased after treatment. Adverse reactions occurred during treatment in four cases. Conclusions: These results suggest that treatment by HongYi pharmacopuncture is effective in improving lower urinary tract symptoms in women. Further studies will be needed for evaluation of clinical responses, to evaluate the safety and efficacy of HongYi pharmacopuncture treatment for female patients complaining of dysuria.

        홍의약침을 단독 시술한 중증 여성 배뇨장애환자 치험 3례

        Objectives: This study was designed to report the effect of HongYi pharmacopuncture on three cases of severe female urinary disorder. Method: Patients were treated with HongYi pharmacopuncture alone for 4 weeks. The effect of treatment was assessed through scores obtained using International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and International Consultation on Incontinence Modular Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (ICIQ-FLUTS). Result: After treatment, urinary symptoms, and the scores of IPSS and ICIQ-FLUTS were improved in all of the patients. Conclusion: HongYi pharmacopuncture shows a significant beneficial effect on female urination disorder. Further well-designed, controlled studies and more cases are needed to define the effect of HongYi pharmacopuncture.

        광화학증착법에 의한 직접패턴 비정질 TiO<sub>x</sub> 박막의 제조 및 저항변화 특성

        광화학증착법 (PMOD; photochemical metal-organic deposition)을 이용하여 photoresist 및 etching 공정없이 pattern 된 TiO<sub>x</sub> resistive switching (RS) 소자를 제작 및 그 특성을 평가하였다. Ti(IV) 2-ethylhexanoate를 출발물질로 사용하였으며 UV 노출시간 10 min에 광화학반응이 완료됨을 FTIR 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. 200 ℃ 이하 저온공정에서 직접패턴 된 20 nm 두께의 비정질 TiO<sub>x</sub> 박막의 균일한 두께의 패턴형성을 Atomic Force Microscopy를 통하여 확인하였다. 별도의 상형성을 위한 후 열처리 공정 없이 4 ㎛ 선폭의 전극위에 형성된 20 nm 두께의 비정질 TiO<sub>x</sub> RS 소자는 4V 동작전압에서 on/off ratio 20의 forming-less RS 특성을 나타내었다. Electrochemical migration에 영향을 미치는 grain boundary가 없어 소자간 신뢰성 향상이 기대되며, flexible 기판 또는 저온공정이 요구되는 메모리 소자 공정에서 PMOD 공정이 응용될 수 있음을 보여준다. Selector를 이용하여 crossbar array 구조를 도입할 경우 매우 간단한 구조의 저비용 메모리 소자를 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다. This study demonstrates direct-patternable amorphous TiO<sub>x</sub> resistive switching (RS) device and the fabrication method using photochemical metal-organic deposition (PMOD). For making photosensitive stock solutions, Ti(IV) 2-ethylhexanoate was used as starting precursor. Photochemical reaction by UV exposure was observed and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the reaction was completed within 10 minutes. Uniformly formed 20 nm thick amorphous TiO<sub>x</sub> film was confirmed by atomic force microscopy. Amorphous TiO<sub>x</sub> RS device, formed as 6 × 6 ㎛ square on 4 ㎛ width electrode, showed forming-less RS behavior in ±4 V and on/off ratio ≈ 20 at 0.1 V. This result shows PMOD process could be applied for low temperature processed ReRAM device and/or low cost, flexible memory device.

        녹차가루를 이용한 식빵의 특성 연구

        This study was designed to investigate the effective ratio of healthy bread with green tea powder. The weight, volume, and color difference of bread with various contents of green tea powder were measured. And the picture of bread and the panel test were taken. To avoid the decrease of volume, the experiment was taken with active gluten. The weight of bread was increased and the volume was decreased significantly according to increase of green tea powder ratio. But, the volume of the group with active gluten (3%+ and 4%+) was higher than that of the group with green tea powder 2%. That is which the correction of the volume was taken by active gluten in green tea powder bread. In the result of panel test and volume measurement, addition of 3% green tea powder was appropriate, and the addition of active gluten corrected the decrease of volume. Therefore. using the green tea powder, the diversity of bread by functionality, nutritional composition, taste, color, flavor of green tea powder can be developed. This result will support the background the development of green tea bread of good quality.
