If two signals with the same single-tone frequency and differing phases impinge simultaneously on an antenna at slightly differing angles, then a large error in the angle estimation might occur if the phase difference is either 0° or 180°. This phenomenon might arise with an airborne fire-control radar, which has a relatively small bandwidth, for a low-flying target over the sea or terrain surface. In this paper, we show that the Cramér-Rao lower bound for such a target can be significantly lowered with the use of two frequencies.

다문화 리터러시 교육을 위한 유레카 프로그램의 교육적 의미

본 연구는 다문화 리터러시 교육을 위한 청소년다문화유레카 프로그램의 교육적 의미를 구성주의에 기대어 탐구하고자 한다. 유레카 프로그램은 미래 대한민국을 이끌어 갈 청소년에게 다문화에 대한 올바른 인식과 이해를 증진시키기 위한 다문화 인식 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 다문화 리터러시 교육을 다문화적 지식 구성의 단계에서 앎의 교육, 다문화적 태도 형성의 단계에서 공감의 교육, 다문화적 행동 실천의 단계에서 실천의 교육이라는 세 측면으로 상정하고, 유레카 프로그램에 대한 실제 사례를 통해 프로그램에 대한 교육적 의미를 이해하고자 했다. 이를 위해 심층인터뷰를 기반으로 한 질적 연구방법을 사용하여 고등학생 6명과 튜터 교사 3명에게 각각 2회씩 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 유레카 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생들은 다문화 현장의 경험을 통해 지식을 구성하고 인지적인 관점 수용과 정의적인 공유가 형성되어 있었다. 그리고 반성적 성찰이 전제된 행동은 다수 구성원의 인식 개선과 변화를 위해 실천을 모색하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 다문화 리터러시 교육에 대한 외연 확장의 필요성을 제기하였으며, 학교 현장의 전통적인 수업방식을 넘어 지역 사회와의 유기적인 연계 교육뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태를 포괄하는 지속 가능한 교육 활동으로 확대될 필요가 있음을 강조한다. This study tries to explore the educational significance of Youth Multicultural Eureka program for multicultural literacy education. This is for awareness of the multicultural program to enhance recognizing and understanding of multiculture toward youths. This study had been structuring multicultural literacy education 'knowing-based pedagogy' in the stage of structuring multicultural knowledge, 'empathy-based pedagogy' in the stage of forming multicultural attitude, and 'praxis-based pedagogy' in the stage of doing multicultural behavior. Furthermore, real examples of this program were suggested for better comprehension. This study used the qualitative research method with in-depth interview. The research participates were composed of 6 students and 3 teachers. We interviewed twice with each research participant, and took more than 1 hour a time to interview at each research participant. As a result, high school students who participated Eureka Program have structuring knowledge through their experience, accepting cognitive perspective, and share ideas on justice. Due to reflective behavior one is able to explore the practice for positive recognition and change toward majority members of society. This study suggests the necessity for extension of multicultural literacy education, and highlights not only for relative education toward community above traditional school education but also sustainable educational activity which can include various form of education.

Nanoparticle Array Generated from Block Copolymer Template

Nanoparticle arrays which are promising for applications in the fields of bio sensing, optical analysis, and semiconductors can be fabricated in block copolymer thin film through self-assembly. Block copolymer self-assembly is well-known to act as a nano-template whose shape and size are easily tunable by changing the molecular weight of block copolymer (BCP). The nanoparticle arrays can be formed of various nanoparticle including the noble metals such as gold, silver and platinum and magnetic materials like CoFe2O4. In this work, polystyrene-b-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) BCP was used as a template for nanoparticle arrays. BCP films were produced by spin-coating and annealed under solvent vapor. Nanoparticle arrays were obtained by dipping BCP films in the precursor solution and then oxygen plasma treatment. Before oxygen plasma treatment, the films were treated under UV lamp to make more uniform array. Their structure and properties were investigated systematically in this work.

한국 언어문화 리터러시에 나타난 북한이탈대학생의 경험에 관한 연구

이 연구의 목적은 한국 언어문화 리터러시에 나타난 북한이탈대학생의 경험의 의미를 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 북한이탈대학생의 한국 언어문화에 대한 리터러시는 어떠한가? 둘째, 한국 언어문화 리터러시에 나타난 경험의 의미는 무엇인가? 이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 우선 북한이탈대학생의 현황과 적응 과정의 어려움을 선행연구를 통해 파악하고, 언어문화와 리터러시의 개념을 고찰하였다. 이어 북한이탈대학생들의 한국 언어문화 리터러시에 나타난 경험을 비판적 이해, 소통적 참여, 성찰적 실천의 관점으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 비판적 이해의 관점에서 ‘같은 언어, 다른 언어문화’, 소통적 참여의 관점에서 ‘소통의 장벽이 되는 이중언어문화’, 성찰적 실천의 관점에서 ‘사회 구성원으로서 인정받기 위한 노력’이라는 주제를 도출하였다. 연구 결과를 통해, 시민교육의 차원에서 다수 한국 대학생들에게 북한의 언어문화적 배경을 이해할 수 있는 상호언어문화 이해교육을 제언하였다. The aim of this research is to explore the significance of Korean language and culture literacy that North Korean defector students experience. The first research question of this study is “How is North Korean defector students’ literacy to the Korean Language Culture?”, and the second is “What is the significance of the literacy of Korean language and culture performed by North Korean defector students?”. In solving these research question, previous studies was examined. Through the exam we acknowledge the better grasp the North Korean defector students’ current situation and their difficulties that they face in their assimilation process. The other hand, we reviewed the concept of the literacy of Korean language and culture. By analyzing the significance of the North Korean defector student’s Korean language and culture literacy, this study give an indication to the possibility of understanding mutual language culture and the perspective of educating citizens, that enables the for many Korean university students to understand North Korean language and cultural background.

어린이 놀이 시설물 디자인의 국제화 전략에 관한 연구

This study has been analyzed with the status of Korea through the example of design for Korea Children’s playground and status of government for safety to be related to Korea children’s playground and expectation of market by the safety rules of children, three international strategies for facilities of children playground have been analogized to be summarized with the analysis of children play design features per each companies of North America and Europe. Especially, the example of design for Korea Children playground has been included with contents of the study which been evolving from the green safety playground business of the ministry of environment and the children playground of the type for the experience of the big construction company into the urban community facilities from the children to the adult. In the comparison among the characteristics of the companies for children playground, the characteristics design of children playground for each company of North America and Europe have been summarized and analyzed. The companies of the children playground which representative of each country have been analyzed deeply with Germany, England, France, Spain, Norway, Italy and Finland in case of Europe and America and Canada in case of North America as the central figure, and then the factor of design differentiation for each company of children playground has been studied. These three international strategies for facilities of children playground have been got through these kinds of studies. First of all, they could be summarized with the globalization through the standard of children safety management in Asia and the globalization to be utilized Asia culture contents and globalization through the collaboration with Korean medium companies including facilities to be related to urban health. In the future study, the development of design guideline for the children playground would be needed urgently from the material, design and works. 본 연구는 어린이 놀이 시설물 디자인의 국제화 전략을 수립하기 위해서 우선 어린이 안전법에 의한 시장예측과 국내 어린이 놀이시설에 관련된 안전성 관리기관 현황 그리고 국내 어린이 놀이터 디자인 사례를 통해서 국내현황을 분석하였다. 특히, 국내 어린이 놀이 시설물의 디자인 사례는 환경부의 친환경 안심놀이터 사업과 대기업 건설사의 체험중심형 어린이 놀이터 그리고 어린이부터 노인까지의 도심 커뮤니티 시설로 진화하는 연구내용으로 구성하였다. 어린이 놀이 시설을 위한 기업별 특성 비교에서는 북미와 유럽의 기업별 어린이 놀이 시설물 디자인 특성을 분석 종합하여다. 북미의 경우는 미국과 캐나다 그리고 유럽의 경우에는 독일, 영국, 프랑스, 스페인, 노르웨이, 이탈리아, 필란드를 중심으로 각 나라를 대표하는 어린이 놀이 시설물 기업을 심도있게 분석하여 어린이 놀이 시설물의 기업별 디자인 차별화 요인을 연구하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해서 본 연구에서는 세가지 어린이 놀이 시설물의 국제화 전략을 도출하였다. 우선 아시아 어린이 안전관리기준을 통한 국제화와 아시아 문화컨텐츠를 활용한 국제화 그리고 도심 건강관련 시설물을 포함한 국내 중소기업 협력을 통한 국제화로 요약정리 할 수 있었다. 향후연구과제로는 소재에서 출발하여 디자인과 설계 그리고 시공 이르는 어린이놀이터 디자인 가이드라인의 개발이 필요하고 시급하다.
