802.11p WAVE에서 비콘메시지를 이용한 A-GBSR 프로토콜 설계

802.11p WAVE는 차량 간 Ad-hoc 네트워크 통신을 가능하게 하는 차세대 무선통신이다. 이 통신의 프로토콜 중 하나인 GBSR 프로토콜은 네트워크 단절의 개선에 중점을 두어서 패킷의 전송시간과 전송속도를 고려하지 않아 실제 도로위의 교통사고나 응급환자의 수송 및 범죄와 같은 정보의 전달이 필요한 긴급 상황에 전송 속도가 늦어지는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 GBSR 프로토콜의 전송속도를 고려하여 개선된 비콘메시지와 이웃노드 리스트 관리를 통해 속도가 빠른 이동노드에게 패킷을 전송하는 A-GBSR 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 802.11p WAVE is the next-generation wireless communication that can make Ad-hoc network communication possible for Vehicle-to-Vehicle. GBSR protocol, one of the 802.11p WAVE protocols, mainly focuses on improvements in networks that have a tendency to disconnect. However, it does not consider the transmission time and velocity of a packet thus, there is a disadvantage of there being a delay in the transmission velocity, in urgent situations like car accidents, emergency patients transportation and crimes. In this paper, we proposed A-GBSR protocol for transmission of a packet to mobile node which has a high speed through the improved beacon message and Adaptive Neighbor list Management that are considering of the GBSR protocol transmission velocity.

A Study on the Consumer Perception and Keyword Analysis of Meal-kit Using Big Data

As the level of consumption is improved and cultural life is pursued, the consumer's consciousness structure is rapidly changing, and the demand for product selection level, variety, and quality is becoming more diverse. The restaurant economy is falling due to the prolonged COVID-19, the economic recession, income decline, and changes in population structure and lifestyle, but the Meal- kit market is growing rapidly. This study aims to identify the consumer perception of Meal-kit, which is rapidly growing as an alternative to existing meals in the fields of dining out, food, and distribution due to the development of technology and social environment using big data. As a result of the analysis, the keywords with the highest frequency of appearance were in the order of Meal-kit, Cooking, Product, Launching, and Market and were divided into 8 groups through the CONCOR analysis. We want to identify consumer trends related to the key keywords of Meal-kit, present effective data related to Meal-kit demand for Meal-kit specialized companies, and provide implications for establishing marketing strategies for differentiated competitive advantage.

에너지로 본 우크라이나 전쟁과 국제질서의 변화: 공공재론적 패권안정론을 중심으로

Today, a series of world-historical events such as the shale revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic have brought major and minor changes to the global political economy. These changes are showing signs of bringing a change in the world order in the wake of the Ukraine war. The United States has been stably providing energy-related public goods as a hegemon, such as establishing a stable dollar-denominated key currency system through the petro-dollar system, ensuring the safety of energy transport routes using military force, and securing a stable supply of energy. However, since the outbreak of the Ukraine war, China and Russia are showing some roles in providing international public goods related to energy that the United States has been playing. The purpose of this study is to understand the direction of the international order by analyzing the synthetic aspects of such a global political scene. As an analysis framework for this, the public goods theory of the hegemony stability theory, which is the most representative theory at the level of the international system, was used. In addition, since energy is a resource containing vital interests of all countries in the world, the stable supply of energy is set as a public good provided by the hegemon. Besides, the establishment of a stable international monetary system, protection of energy trade routes, and guarantee of stable energy supply were defined as subunits constituting international public goods related to energy. 본 논문은 셰일혁명, 코로나19 등 세계사적인 사건들로 축적된 변화가 우크라이나 전쟁을 계기로 다양하게 분출되면서 여러 부문에서 변환을 겪고 있는 세계 정치경제의 복합적인 양상을 분석함으로써 패권경쟁의 양상과 국제질서의 향방을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위한 분석틀로 가장 대표적인 국제체계 수준에서의 이론인 패권안정이론의 공공재이론을 사용하였으며, 에너지가 세계 모든 국가의 사활적인 이익이 담긴 자원이라는 점에서 안정적인 에너지 공급 시스템을 패권국가가 제공하는 공공재로 설정하였다. 이를 구성하는 하부 단위로 안정적인 국제통화 시스템 구축, 에너지 교역로 보호, 안정적인 에너지 공급 보장으로 정의하였다. 미국은 그동안 페트로 달러 체제를 통한 안정적인 달러화 기축통화 제도 구축, 군사력을 이용한 해상운송로의 안전 보장, 중동지역의 안전보장과 셰일혁명을 통한 에너지의 안정적인 공급 등 패권국가로서 공공재를 안정적으로 제공해왔다. 그러나 우크라이나 전쟁을 계기로 에너지를 둘러싼 변화들이 분출되면서 국제공공재에서 미국이 담당하던 역할을 러시아와 중국이 일부분 수행하는 모습이 곳곳에서 목격되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 예기치 못한 사건들이 세계 질서의 전환점이 되기도 한다는 점에서 이것이 국제질서 변화를 반드시 이끌 것이라고 예측하기는 어렵다. 그러나 에너지 소비량의 90% 이상을 수입에 의존하고 있으며, 세계 유일한 분단국가인 한국은 이같은 상황변화를 면밀히 분석하여 국가 안보와 함께 에너지 안보 역시 담보할 수 있는 전략을 선제적으로 수립해야 할 것이다.

1949년~1950년 국가보안법 판례분석 - 부산지방법원의 판례를 중심으로 -

The objective of this study is to infer the characteristics of the National Security Law(NSL) from its early management form through research on the written judgement of new historical records and aspects of the target. Most of them were sentenced to imprisonment in accordance with Clause 3, Article 1 and 3 of the NSL, with a tendency of longer prison sentences. When the Korean War broke out, political prisoners were massacred in prisons of the whole country because it was believed that they could be latent enemies. In the case of Pusan prison, some of them were massacred three times from July to October in 1950. Most of them were the NSL-related offenders. It shows that they were slain as enemies who should be killed after the war broke out even though they had got off with light sentences for the first time. Moreover, their bodies were buried near the sea and mountains of Pusan. At that time, there were strict and strong laws such as the Korean articles of war, the special measure order, and martial law, but these laws were temporarily applied during the war and soon disappeared with a lack of a legal ground. On the other hand, it has raged for more than 60 years in Korea since the establishment of the NSL, and finally it contributed a lot to the settlement of an anticommunism.

Current situation and tasks for public health and medical cooperation between South Korea and Central Asia: Focusing on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

2022 marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Korea and Central Asia. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, Korea and Central Asia have expanded exchanges in various fields, including politics, economy, and diplomacy. Cooperation between Korea and Central Asia utilizing the abundant medical manpower of Central Asia and Korea’s excellent medical and pharmaceutical technology was also selected as a promising area of cooperation between the two sides. Korea and Central Asia have continued to cooperate in the field of health and medical care, but there were limits to deepening cooperation. Recently, the importance of health and medical cooperation around the world has been highlighted again due to COVID-19. This thesis examines the status and problems of health care in Central Asia, and analyzes the achievements and limitations of health care cooperation between Korea and Central Asia. The purpose of this is to suggest directions for strengthening health care cooperation between Korea and Central Asia. This will help the new government, which aims to become a global center of bio-digital health, explore strategies and policies for preemptive health care cooperation in Central Asian countries.

Keats의 詩에 나타난 죽음

John Keats는 22세에 시를 쓰기 시작하여 25세에 요절했기 때문에 불과 4년 밖에는 시작생활을 못했지만 ‘시는 정교하기 보다는 소박하고, 감각적이고, 열정적인 것’이 라고 말한 Milton의 말에 비추어 보면 19세기 영국의 낭만파 시인들 중에서 가장 순수한 시를 썼다고 할 수 있다. G. H. Mair는 그의 저서 Modern English Literature에서 ‘낭만적 감수성은 키이츠에서 절정을 이룬다’고 했고, H. B. Formain은 그의 시는 ‘장엄하고 진실되고 고결한 인생비평’이라고 말했으며 Matthew Arnold는 영시에서 Shakespeare를 제의하고는 어느 누구도 Keats의 절묘한 표현과 미의 완벽을 이루지 못했으며, 그는 ‘영국시인들 중에서 Shakespeare와 함께 현재 존재한다’고 말했다. 이 논고에서는 빈곤과 병고에 시달리면서도 이에 굴하지 않고 생의 승리를 거두어 놓은 Keats의 시속에 나타난 죽음의 의미에 대해서 미숙한 손길로나마 더듬어 보고자 한다.

팀장의 진정성리더십과 팀신뢰가 구성원의 심리적계약에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 구성원의 심리적계약(psychological contract)의 기대와 이행지각 분석을 통해 팀수준의 진정성리더십(authentic leadership)과 팀신뢰(team trust)의 관계, 또한 심리적 계약과 성과와의 관계를 검증했다. 유통업에 종사하는 직장인들을 대상으로 팀장과 팀원 각각 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 616부가 분석에 사용되었다. 검증 결과, 첫째, 팀장의 진정성 리더십은 팀신뢰(팀장신뢰, 팀원신뢰)에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 팀차원의 신뢰는 구성원의 심리적계약이행, 즉 조직이행정도 지각에 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 조직의 심리적계약이행은 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 수정분석을 통한 검증으로, 팀신뢰는 성과에 정(+)의 영향을, 성과는 심리적계약이행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 조직에서의 심리적계약이행은 더 이상 정서적 관계 패러다임이 아니라 성과를 기반으로 하는 합리적, 이성적 측면으로 이해해야 한다는 해석이다. 연구결과를 토대로 시사점 및 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논하였다.

폐쇄성 황달로 발현한 이소성 총담관 개구 이상 1예 -증례 보고 및 국내 문헌 고찰을 중심으로-

The common bile duct classically enters the posteromedial aspect of the second part of the duodenum through an oblique, 1 to 2 cm long intramural tunnel. Some case reports of the common bile duct emptying into other sites including the fourth part of the duodenum, the pyloric canal, stomach and duodenal bulb have appeared in the literature.We report a case of a 40-year-old man who showed anomalous drainage of the common bile duct into the duodenal bulb presenting with obstructive jaundice and duodenal ulcer. This patient required choledochoenteric anastomosis to relieve obstructive jaundice and abdominal pain. We report the case with a review of other cases in Korean literature. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2002;24:307-311) 일반적으로 총담관은 대부분 십이지장 제2부의 내측에 위치한 주유두로 개구하지만 몇몇의 보고 예에서는 총담관이 위유문부, 십이지장 구부, 십이지장 제4부를 포함한 다양한 위치로 개구하고 있다. 저자들은 상복부 동통을 주소로 내원한 40세 남자 환자에서 총담관의 십이지장 구부로의 이소성 개구가, 동반된 폐쇄성 황달 및 십이지장 궤양의 근본적 원인으로 추정되는 증례를 경험하였다. 해당 환자는 총담관 공장 문합술로 호전되었으며, 이미 국내에 보고된 유사 증례를 함께 정리하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
