활동중심 진로인식 프로그램이 초등학생의 인간관계와 진로의식성숙에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of an activity oriented career recognition program on elementary school students' interpersonal relationships and career maturity. The hypotheses for the study were first, interpersonal relationships of an experimental group which was treated the activity oriented career recognition program would be more enhanced than that of a control group. Second, the career maturity of the experimental group would be higher than that of the control group. The subjects were 30 sixth grade students who were attending S elementary school in Daegu, Korea. The subjects were assigned to two groups: 15 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group participating 12 sessions for 90 minutes each. The results of this study were first, the interpersonal relationship scores of the experimental group were statistically more increased than that of the control group. It was proved that the program revealed great effects on improvement of elementary school students' interpersonal relationships. Second, in every subordinate field of career maturity the average of the students in the experimental group was increased. Specifically, there were statistically significant differences in the field of career decisiveness, career involvement, career independence and career compromise between the experimental and control groups. It means that the program showed positive effects on students' career maturity. Based on the results of this study, there should be enough considerations of providing students with various programs for the career awareness regularly in elementary schools.
청소년의 우울 감 감소를 위한 "학교미술치료프로그램"의 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 청소년의 우울 감 감소를 위한 생태체계적 학교미술치료프로그램의 실시가 효과가 있는지를 알아보려는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 1학년의 우울 감을 호소하는 학생 5명인 실험집단과 동질성이 확보된 5명의 학생을 비교집단으로 하여 효과를 검증하였다. 학교미술치료프로그램은 사전, 추후 회기를 포함하여 주 1∼2회기로 60분씩 총 21회기를 실시하였다. 그 효과를 알아보기 위하여 CDI, K-YSR, DAS, MATS를 실시하였고 비모 수 통계방법으로 실험·비교 집단의 사전·사후 검사 결과 차이를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 임상범위에서 정상범위로 우울점수가 낮아지고 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었음으로 치료에 있어 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며 둘째, 부정적인 자기상이 긍정적인 자기상으로 변화됨으로 긍정적인 효과가 있었고 셋째, 학교생활에도 긍정적인 변화를 주게 되어 학교생활적응과 바람직한 교사이미지에 있어서 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 이로써 학교미술치료프로그램의 실시는 우울 감 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 데 있어서 효과가 있었다. This study aims to investigate the effects of an Ecological school art therapy program designed 10 reduce depression in adolescents. To examine the effects, research subjects were selected, and consisted of an experimental group of five students in the first year of middle school who complained of depression, and a control group of five students that had homogeneity with the experimental group. The school art therapy program was conducted once or twice a week, and consisted of a total of 21 60-minute sessions, including the preliminary follow-up sessions. For analysis, the CDI, K-YSR, DAS, MATS examinations were carried out, and the difference between the experimental group and the comparative group in the results of preliminary tests and post tests was examined through nonparametric statistics. According 10 the results of the research; first, it was found that the program had a positive therapy effect, in that the depression score was reduced from the clinical range to a normal range, which was statistically significant. Secondly, there was a positive effect, with the self-image changed from a negative one to a positive one. Thirdly, there was a positive effect on leading school life by improving adjustment to school life and creating a desirable image of the teachers. In general, the implementation of the school art therapy program was effective in positively influencing the reduction of depression.
