        제20대 총선 대구지역 출마 후보자의 여성분야 선거공약 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyse policies for women in local governments. This has been done by analysing candidates and pledges for women in Daegu for the 20th assembly election. Especially, it aims to provide pledges that apply regional features. The results show that pledges for women is partially distributed to certain policy areas. Moreover, it is difficult to find regional issues. The pledges for women from the central political parties are used in local areas without any differentiation. Therefore there needs to develop specific pledges for women that mirror realities and feature of the region in various point of views. For this, central and regional offices of political parties and regional institutes for women have to collaborate for recommending pledges. 본 연구는 지난 제20대 국회의원 총선거에서 나타난 대구지역 출마 후보자들의 여성분야 공약 분석을 통해 지방자치단체의 여성정책 과제를 정리하는 한편 지역특성이 반영된 여성공약 마련 방안을 제안해보고자 하였다. 대구지역 총선 출마 후보자들의 여성분야 선거공약 분석에서 나타난 대구여성정책의 가장 큰 이슈는 ‘돌봄지원과 일가정양립’에 관한 다양한 정책지원 및 확대에 관한 것임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각 후보자들의 여성공약은 정당의 정책공약과 유사성이 있음도 알 수 있었다. 향후 각종 지역 선거 공약은 각 정당차원에서 여성문제에 관심을 가지고 시⋅도지부와 연계하여 전문기관의 조력을 얻는다면 좀 더 지역특성을 반영한 현실적인 여성정책이 시행될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

        소아 편마비 환자에서 구속유도 운동치료가 뇌피질 재조합에 미치는 영향

        Objective: To investigate the effects of modified constraint- induced movement therapy (CIMT) on motor function and cortical activation in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy (CP). Method: Five children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were studied with Jebsen hand function test and quality of upper extremity skills test (QUEST), dynamic electromyography (EMG), and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) at rest before and after the CIMT period. Children were treated with a 4-week protocol of modified CIMT, consisting of twice-weekly 2-hour sessions of structured activities and a home program for non-treatment days. Children wore orthoses on their less affected upper extremities for 6 hours per day, during which time they were engaged in play, functional activities and 2-hour protocol of motor tasks. Results: Improvements in upper-extremity function were found in Jebsen hand function test and QUEST. Increased muscle activities in elbow extensors were observed in dynamic EMG during affected hand grip. In right hemiplegic patients, regional cerebral perfusion increased in right Brodmann area (BA) 3 and lentiform nucleus. In left hemiplegic patients, regional cerebral perfusion increased in right BA 6, 9, 21, left BA 19 and left cerebellum, but decreased in left BA 11. Conclusion: Modified CIMT appears to change local cerebral perfusion in areas known to participate in movement planning and execution. These changes might be a sign of cortical activation after CIMT in the children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Results of this study suggest that modified CIMT may be an effective way of treating children with hemiplegic CP.         대조환(大造丸) 추출물이 ${\beta}$-amyloid로 유도된 Alzheimer's disease 병태(病態)모델에 미치는 영향

        Ohjective: This research investigates the effect of the DJR on Alzheimer's disease. Method: 1.The effects of the DJR extract on IL.-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$, cox-2, and NOS-II mRNA of BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS; 2. the behavior: 3. the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with ${\beta}$A were investigated. Result: 1. The DJR extract suppressed the expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ mRNA in BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS. 2. The DJR extract suppressed the expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, and TNF-${\alpha}$ protein production in BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS. 3. For the DJR extract group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by .${\beta}$A in the Moms water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 4. The DJR extract suppressed the over-expression of IL-$1{\beta}$ protein, TNF-${\alpha}$ protein and CD68/CD11b, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A 5. The DJR extract reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. 6. The DJR extract reduced the tau protein, GFAP protein, and presenilin1/2 protein (immunohistochemistry) of hippocampus in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. Conclusion: These results suggest that the DJR extract may he effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Investigation into the clinical use of the DJR extract for Alzheimer's disease of suggested for future research.

      • 침 흘림에 대한 약물 치료 및 중재 요법

        Drooling is defined as the unintentional loss of saliva from the mouth, which is described as anterior drooling, while posterior drooling is described as saliva spilling through the faucial isthmus creating a risk of aspiration. Drooling is a distressing symptom for the patients with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and stroke, because it causes physical and psychosocial problems that can have a negative impact on quality of life. A range of interventions such as behavioral approach, pharmacologic approach, botulinum toxin injection into salivary gland, radiotherapy or surgery, exist that aim to reduce drooling. But there is a lack of consensus on management approach, treatment dose or administration technique. Drooling will be best managed by a multidisciplinary team, starting with a conservative approach and then leading to more invasive procedures as appropriate. (JKDS 2013;3:37-42)

        복합한방치료로 호전된 방아쇠 무지증 환자 증례보고

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to report a case of patient with trigger thumb which improved by Meridian Tendino-musculature Acupuncture therapy, Moxubustion and Bee-Venom pharmacoacupuncture. Methods : In this study, we have conducted Meridian Tendi-musculature Acupuncture therapy, Bee-Venom Pharmacopuncture and Moxibustion treatment, on the basis of anatomical structure on the patient who was diagnosed of trigger thumb with pain, edema and motional restriction of the thumb. Furthermore, Electroacupuncture had been implemented with acupuncture therapy, and also passive exercise therapy had been conducted before and after the treatment to enhance the effect. The patient was assessed for trigger thumb-related symptoms by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and Quinnell's Classification of triggering. Results : Quinnell’s triggering grade & VAS score had decreased considerably after 18 sessions of treatment. Conclusions : It can be deducted that symptoms of Trigger thumb could be improved by Meridian Tendino-musculature Acupuncture therapy, Moxibustion and Bee Venom Pharmacopuncture treatment.

        인공신경망 모형을 활용한 미술품 경매에 대한 COVID-19의 파급효과 분석

        This study explores the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Korean art market and contrasts the classic hedonic method of art price prediction with the Artificial Neural Network technique. The empirical analysis of this paper utilizes 14,639 observations of Korean art auction data from 2015 to 2021. There are three types of variables in this study: artist-related, artwork-related, and sales-related. Previous studies have suggested that these three types of variables influence art prices. The empirical findings in this research are in twofold. First, in terms of RMSE and , the Artificial Neural Network outperforms the hedonic model. Both techniques discover that sales and artwork variables have a greater impact than artist-related attributes. Second, when the primary factors of art price are controlled, Korean art prices are found to fall dramatically in 2020, shortly following the onset of COVID-19, but to rebound in 2021. The main lesson in this study is that the Artificial Neural Network enhances art price prediction and reduces information asymmetry in the Korean art market even in the face of unanticipated turmoil such as the COVID-19 outbreak. 본 연구에서는 한국 미술품 데이터를 통해 COVID-19의 미술 시장 파급 효과를 분석하고, 전통적인 통계 방법인 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 성능을 와 RMSE로 비교 분석하며 미술품 가격을 형성하고 있는 요인의 중요도에 대해 명시적으로 분석해 본다. 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 실증 분석에 사용된 데이터는 2015-2021년의 거래된 한국 미술품 가격 데이터로 총 14,639개를 수집하였다. 각 모형에 적용된 변수는 기존 선행 연구에서 사용되었던 가격형성요인을 참고하여 두 모형 동일하게 적용하였다. 그 결과 COVID-19가 처음 발생하였던 연도인 2020년에는 미술품 가격이 하락하였으나 2021년에는 미술품 가격이 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 헤도닉 모형과 인공신경망의 성능을 비교하였을 때 인공신경망의 는 0.764, RMSE는 0.076, 헤도닉 모형의 는 0.677, RMSE는 1.071로 인공신경망의 성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도를 명시적으로 확인하였을 때 작품적 요인이 크게 작용하였다는 점에 주목할 만하다. 예측하지 못한 상황적 변수로 미술시장이 급변하는 시점에서 본 연구의 결과는 효율적인 미술품 가격 모형을 제시해 줄 것이라 생각한다.

        언플러그드 코딩을 기반한 무용 중심 통합예술교육 프로그램 설계

        The purpose of this study seeks to design an arts integrated education program for children aged 5 to develop their computational thinking, creativity and problem solving skills beginning at the actual site of early childhood education. In program design, first, the foundation of unplugged coding education was prepared, centered around computational thinking. Second, the foundation was linked with a dance-centric arts integrated education program. Third, the program was designed in nine phases with topics including nature, environment and living, based on the Nuri Program’s five fields of physical and exercise health, communication, social relations, investigation of nature and arts experience. This study proposes a future education alternative to nurture creative talents, who also possess computing thinking, andprovides the potential to combine with various fields in the future. 본 연구는 유아교육 현장에서부터 컴퓨팅 사고력과 창의력, 문제해결 능력을 길러 줄 수 있도록 만 5세 유아에게 맞는 언플러그드 코딩을 기반한 무용 중심의 통합예술교육 프로그램을 설계하는 데 목적이 있다. 프로그램 설계에 있어 첫째, 컴퓨팅 사고 단계를 중심으로 언플러그드 코딩의 교육 기반을 마련하였고 둘째, 무용 중심의 통합예술교육과 연계하였으며 셋째, 누리과정의 신체․운동건강, 의사소통, 사회관계, 자연탐구, 예술경험의 5가지 영역을 기반으로 자연, 환경, 생활을 주제로 총 9회차 프로그램을 구성하였다. 본 연구는 컴퓨팅 사고력과 더불어 창의적 인재로 성장하는 미래 교육의 대안을 제시해주고 앞으로 다양한 분야와 결합할 수 있는 가능성을 제공한다.
