메타버스 내러티브 분석: 내러티브 구조와 특징을 중심으로

In this study, the structural characteristics of the narrative required to realize the metaverse experience (virtual world) were analyzed and explained. First, in the process of connecting real life with the virtual world, contextual synchronization that can induce user immersion must proceed. Second, story-doing, which expands daily life and actualizes virtual experiences, should be possible. Third, the metaverse value (purpose/social relationship/transaction) that the virtual world aims for must be reflected in the narrative design in detail. Fourth, social interaction in the metaverse should be able to differentiate the group/peer culture conducted in existing social network services. Fifth, the metaverse economic system that supports transaction safety guarantees the economic value of users and thus plays a positive role in recognizing the virtual world as real.

Amaranth(Amaranthus spp. L.) and quinoa (Chenpodium quinoa Willd.) are old crops from South, Central America and Central Asia and their grains have been identified as very promising food crops because of their exceptional nutritive value. Squalene is an important ingredient in skin cosmetics and computer disc lubricants as well as bioactive materials such as inhibition of fungal and mammalian sterol biosynthesis, antitumor, anticancer, and immunomodulation. Amaranth has a component called squalene (2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,22-tetraco-sahexaene) about 1/300 of the seed and 5~~8~% of its seed oil. Oil and squalene content in amaranth seed were different for the species investigated. Squalene content in seed oil also increased by 15.5~% due to puffing and from 6.96 to 8.01~% by refining and bleaching. Saponin concentrations in quinoa seed ranged 0.01 to 5.6~% . Saponins are located in the outer layers of quinoa grain. These layers include the perianth, pericarp, a seed coat layer, and a cuticle like structure. Oleanane-type triterpenes saponins are of great interest because of their diverse pharmacological properties, for instance, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, contraceptive, and cholesterol-lowering effects. It is known that quinoa contains a number of structurally diverse saponins including the aglycones, oleanolic acid, hederagenin, and phytolaccagenic acid, which are new potential in gredient for pharmacological properties. It is likely that these saponin levels will be considerably affected by genetic, agronomic and environmental factors as well as by processing. With the current enhanced public interest in health and nutrition amaranth and quinoa will most likely remain in the immediate future within the realm of exotic health foods until such time as agricultural production meets the quantities and qualify required by industrial food manufacturers.

단체표준 활성화 및 운영체계 개선 방안 연구

This study discusses and suggests the activation of Collective Standards, the development of Collective Standards, and the establishment of an efficient Collective Standards management system. Specifically, this study discussed the basic understanding of Collective Standards, the current status of Collective Standards, the main issues of Collective Standards, the problems of the Collective Standards certification system, and the direction of Collective Standards activation. Collective Standards are established in areas where national standards fall short, and there are points that duplication with national standards, fairness of certification related to Collective Standards and Collective Standards, and management, verification and monitoring of Collective Standardization and certification activities are not efficient. have. Tasks include organizing a dedicated organization to conduct Collective Standards certification tasks, securing certification auditors, retaining certification task regulations, ensuring fairness of certification tasks, and securing test facilities and product inspectors. The establishment of a management system for designating and managing Collective Standards certification bodies, the duplication of national certification and Collective Standards certification, and the establishment of a consumer-oriented Collective Standards certification system still need to be improved. Organizations and administrations that manage and operate Collective Standards should thoroughly manage the management of Collective Standards and related certification systems, including the legal requirements of organizational standards, compliance with certification work regulations, and fairness of certification audits. In this study, we proposed a plan for the activation and efficient operation of Collective Standards. In particular, the Collective Standards policy that responds to market changes, the redundancy problem and rearrangement of Collective Standards, the establishment and operation of autonomous and efficient operating system of Collective Standards, and the Collective Standards certification system It is necessary to improve the accreditation system to secure credibility, to strengthen and improve the management of Collective Standards, and to expand the research on Collective Standards. In particular, it is necessary to manage organizational standards-setting organizations, manage the competence of group-based standards-setting organizations, and improve the review and registration procedures for Collective Standards. In addition, in order to prevent consumer confusion and to promote consumer welfare in the too many certification systems such as private certification and national certification, the certification system related to the Collective Standards in terms of public financial characteristics, consumer interests and consumer welfare should be operated. In conclusion, it is important to reinforce the management of Collective Standards organizations and Collective Standards-related certification system, to improve the advanced country type of Collective Standards and certification systems, and to establish and use a consumer-oriented Collective Standards operating system. 본 연구는 단체표준의 활성화, 민간표준 발전, 효율적인 단체표준 운영체계 구축에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 단체표준에 대한 기초 이해, 단체표준의 현황, 단체표준의 주요 이슈, 단체표준 인증 제도의 문제점, 단체표준 활성화 방향 등에 대해 논의하였다. 단체표준은 국가표준이 미치지 못하는 분야에 제정되는데 국가표준과의 중복 문제, 단체표준과 단체표준 관련 인증의 공정성 문제, 단체별 표준화 및 인증 활동에 대한 관리, 검증 및 모니터링이 효율적이지 않다는 지적이 존재하고 있다. 단체표준 인증 업무 수행을 위한 전담조직 구성, 인증심사원 확보, 인증업무규정 보유, 인증업무의 공정성 보장, 시험설비 및 제품검사원 확보 등이 과제로 남아 있다. 단체표준인증 단체에 대한 명확한 지정 기준 확보, 단체표준인증 단체를 지정 및 관리하기 위한 관리체제 수립, 국가 인증과 단체표준 인증의 중복 문제, 소비자 지향적 단체표준인증제도 확립은 여전히 개선되어야 할 과제이다. 단체표준을 관리하고 운영하는 단체 및 운영 사무국은 단체표준제정 단체의 법적 구비요건, 인증업무 규정 준수, 인증심사 공정성 등 단체표준 및 관련 인증제도 운영에 대한 관리를 철저히 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 단체표준의 활성화 및 효율적 운영을 위한 방안을 제언하였는데, 구체적으로 시장변화에 대응하는 단체표준 정책, 단체표준의 중복문제 및 재정비, 단체표준의 자율․효율적 운영체제 구축 및 운영, 단체표준 인증제도 신뢰성 확보를 위한 인정제도 개선, 단체표준 운영체계의 개선 및 관리 강화, 단체표준 관련 연구조사 확대가 필요하다. 특히, 단체표준제정 단체 관리, 단체표준제정 단체의 적격성 관리, 단체표준의 심의 및 등록절차 개선 등이 필요하다. 또한, 민간 인증과 국가 인증 등 너무 많은 인증 제도 속에서 소비자혼란을 막고 소비자복지 증진을 위해 인증 제도의 공공재적 특성, 소비자 이익과 소비자복지 관점의 단체표준 관련 인증제도가 운영되어야 한다. 결론적으로 단체표준 기관 및 단체표준 관련 인증제도의 관리 강화, 단체표준 및 인증제도의 선진국형 개선, 소비자 지향적 단체표준 운영체계 구축 및 활용이 중요하다고 하겠다.

Tension Control of Wire Rope in Winch Spooler using Magneto Rheological Brake

While operating conventional spooler system in heavy industries such as winch reel and cranes, wire rope tangling and twisting leads wire aging with short life cycle and entangling occurs catastrophic damage to the whole system. The aim of this work is investigating a tension control system using a magneto rheological brake (MRB) to provide back tension to prevent frequent part changes and fatal malfunction. In order to achieve this aim, a basic MRB is first designed and analyzed using finite element method (FEM) with electromagnetic field and fluid analysis are performed. As second step, a prototype of the an MRB is fabricated with the optimized structural parameters and experimental apparatus is constructed. Moreover, output torque characteristics of the designed MRB with the various input current and rotational speed are evaluated. Consequently, a conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is designed for a tension control, and the control results show the feasibility for tension control of winch spooler system.

The state and society have a fateful community character based on consensus on the various values and opinions of their members. The society that fully recognizes or denies one's claims and disregards appropriate and democratic procedures and consideration of diversity will undermine the formation of desirable community consciousness of its members and cause obstacles in the developmental future. Acknowledging differences and reaching consensus, a true sense of community will be formed, and only society with such a true sense of community can enjoy sustainability and permanence. in the discussion on whether to condemn abortion as punishment or to decriminalize abortion in preference of the self-determination right and reproductive right of woman is something that should not be overlooked. One of arguments of pro-choice is that abortion in countries that have decriminalized abortion is done less than in criminalized countries. However, in relation to the decriminalization of abortion, it is not a question of many and small, but the forcible deprivation of the life of the fetus, the potential human life, regardless of his will. Therefore, proper protection of the interests of both parties should be taken rather than the extreme attitude of criminalization or decriminalization. 국가 및 사회는 구성원의 다양한 가치와 견해에 대한 합의에 바탕을 둔 운명공동체적 성격을 가지고 있다. 다양성을 고려하지 않으며 적정한 민주적 절차를 경시하는 주장을 전적으로 인정 또는 부정하는 사회는 구성원의 바람직한 공동체의식의 형성을 저해하며 발전적 미래상에 장애를 초래할 것이다. 다름을 인정하고합의에 이르렀을 때 진정한 공동체의식이 형성되는 것이며 그러한 공동체의식을갖는 사회만이 지속성과 영속성을 향유할 수 있는 것이다. 낙태를 형벌로서 단죄할 것인가 또는 임부의 자기결정권 및 재생산권을 우선하여 낙태를 비범죄화 할것인가의 문제에서 간과해서는 안 되는 것이 있다. 낙태선택론의 논거 중 하나인낙태를 비범죄화한 국가에서의 낙태가 범죄화한 국가에서보다 더 적게 행해진다는 것이다. 그러나 낙태의 비범죄화와 관련하여 경계해야 하는 것은 많고 적음의문제가 아니라 인간의 초기형태인 태아의 생명, 즉 잠재적 인간의 생명을 인위적으로 그의 의사와는 관계없이 강제적으로 박탈한다는 것이다. 임부의 자기결정권및 재생산권 역시 중요하듯이 태아의 생명 역시 중요하다. 따라서 범죄화 또는 비범죄화라는 극단적인 자세보다는 양 보호법익에 대한 적정한 보호가 함께 이루어져야 한다. 그와 같은 양 보호법익에 대한 적정한 보호와 동시에 사회적 갈등의해소를 통한 바람직한 사회 구성원의 공동체의식의 형성을 위하여 사회통합적 해결방안 및 입법론을 제시하고자 하였다.
