Objectives: This study derived the core competencies for developing a curriculum for advanced practice dental hygienists in the elderly. Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted thrice times with 12 subjects engaged in dental hygiene-related activities for the elderly. Results: The item with the highest average in each domain was 'understanding the elderly (mean=5.00)' in basic qualities and attitude competency, 'understanding the oral health characteristics of the elderly (mean=5.00)' in the job competency, and 'development and evaluation of oral health programs for the elderly (mean=4.75)' in job support competency. Conclusions: The core competencies of dental hygienists specializing in the elderly are divided into 3 'basic qualifications and attitude competencies', 'job competencies', and 'job support competencies' 27 sub-competencies are presented.

흰쥐의 배양된 간세포에서 ethanol에 의해 유도된 p42/44 MAPkinase가 IGF system에 미치는 효과

Ethanol abuse is associated with liver injury, neurotoxicity, modulation of immune responses, and increased risk for cancer, whereas moderate ethanol consumption exerts protective effects against liver injury. However, the underlying signal transduction mechanisms of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) which play an important regulatory role in various metabolism mechanisms are not well understood. We investigated the effects of ethanol-induced p42/44 activity on IGF-I secretion, IGF-I receptor and IGFBP-1 secretion using radioimmunoassay and western blotting in primary cultured rat hepatocytes. The p42/44 activity, IGF-I secretion and IGF-I receptor activity significantly accelerated compared to control at 10 and 30 min after 200 mM ethanol treatment, but then it became suppressed at 180 min. In contrast, IGFBP-1 secretion was inhibited compared to control at 30 min after 200 mM ethanol treatment, but increased at 180 min. The IGF-I secretion, IGF-I receptor and p42/44 activity at 30 min after 200 mM ethanol treatment accelerated with increasing ethanol concentration but IGFBP-1 secretion inhibited (p<0.05). The increased IGF-I secretion, inhibited IGFBP-1 secretion and IGF-IR activity by ethanol-induced temporal p42/44 activity at 30 min after ethanol treatment was blocked by treatment with PD98059. Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) inhibitor, 4-methylpyramazole blocked the changes of IGF-I secretion, IGFBP-1 secretion, and IGF-IR activity by ethanol-induced p42/44 activity at 30 and 180 min. Taken together, these results suggest that ethanol is involved in the modulation of IGF-I and IGFBP-1 secretion and IGF-IR activity by p42/44 activity in primary cultured rat hepatocytes. In addition, changing of p42/44 activity by ethanol was caused with ADH.

MCF-7 cell에서 all-trans retinoic acid에 의한 insulin-like growth factor-I와 insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 분비조절에 있어서 PKC-δ의 역할

All-trans retinoic acid (AtRA) induces growth inhibition and apoptosis in a variety of tumer cells, including MCF-7 cells. Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) system has been reported to be associated with the development of cancer. Although MCF-7 cell with AtRA is to be the major stimulus for the cell growth and apoptosis, the mechanism of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I)/insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) system remains to be elucidated. Thus, this study was conducted to the effect of AtRA on the gene expression and level of IGF-I and IGFBP-3. In addition, we investigated the involvement of PKC-${\delta}$ on the IGF-I and IGFBP-3 secretion in MCF-7 cell. AtRA(${\geq}10^{-7}M$) decreased the IGF-1 secretion and mRNA expressions, but increased IGFBP-3 secretion and mRNA expressions in MCF-7 cells. Especially, the treatment of AtRA at 72 hours caused a significant reduction in the IGF-I secretion and mRNA expressions but increment in IGFBP-3 secretion and mRNA expressions (p < 0.05). $10^{-7}M$ AtRA activated PKC-${\delta}$ that is one among PKC-$\iota$, ${\alpha}$, ${\lambda}$ and ${\delta}$ in MCF-7 cell. Rotllerin, a PKC-${\delta}$ inhibitor, blocked AtRA-induced inhibition of the IGF-I and mRNA expressions, and increase of lGFBP-3 and mRNA expressions in MCF-7 cell. Together, AtRA inhibited the IGF-I secretion and mRNA expressions, but increased IGFBP-3 secretion and mRNA expressions in MCF-7 cell. Furthermore, AtRA-induced alteration of IGF-I, IGFBP-3 secretion, and the gene expressions were mediated via PKC-${\delta}$ activity.

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량에 관한 조사

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량을 파악하고자 치위생(학)과 전임교수 207명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 핵심역량별 세부영역에서 전문가적 행동 및 윤리적 의사결정 능력(1영역)과 과학적이고 전문적인 임상치위생과 임상치과업무의 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 능력(2영역)의 전체 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통 능력 정도(3영역)는 4.48점, 근거중심의 통합적 사고와 문제해결 능력 정도(5영역)는 4.35점으로 나타났다. 핵심역량 세부영역들은 강한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여 보건의료서비스 직종간의 핵심역량 파악과 임상 실무현장에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사들의 핵심역량에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. This study conducted to investigate the core competency of dental hygiene based on learning outcomes for establishing an educational evaluation and certification system for dental hygiene. The sub-categories of core competencies, the overall score of professional behavior and ethical decision-making ability (category 1) and the ability to apply scientific and professional clinical hygiene and knowledge and skills of clinical dental work (category 2) was highest. and the level of communication skills (category 3) was 4.48 points, and the level of evidence-based integrated thinking and problem solving skills (category 5) was 4.35 points. Furthermore, there was a strong correlation between the core competency sub-categories, and it is necessary to identify the core competency between health care service occupations and to qualitatively study the core competency of dental hygienists working in clinical practice.

일부 치과 종사자의 치과 건강보험의 지식수준에 미치는 요인에 대한 융합연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the education experience, education needs, and knowledge level of calculation criteria for dental workers. It was conducted on dental workers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk province and an online survey was conducted using Google Survey. We used frequency analysis, crossover analysis, and ANOVA analysis method to find out general characteristic, education experience, education needs, and knowledge level according to education experience and education needs of candidates. As a result of in the knowledge level survey of dental health insurance, there were high rates of incorrect answers to the calculation criteria when the claim program automatically processes it or notifies you through an error window. The level of knowledge of candidates who are experienced, on a claim, and with experience in dental insurance training in the last six months was high. In conclusion, it seems that accurate and correct insurance claims are possible when the dental workers are familiar with the calculation criteria changed through regular dental health insurance education. We look forward to this study providing basic data in preparation of education system for professional dental insurance claims for dental workers. 이 연구는 치과 종사자들의 치과 건강보험 교육경험 및 교육요구도와 산정기준에 대한 지식수준에 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대구·경북 지역의 치과 종사자들을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 구글 설문지를 활용한 온라인 조사를 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 교육 경험, 교육 경험 및 교육요구도에 따른 지식수준을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석과 교차분석 및 ANOVA분석을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 치과 건강보험에 대한 지식수준 조사에서 청구 프로그램에서 자동으로 처리를 해주거나 오류창으로 알려주는 경우의 산정기준에 대한 오답률이 높았다. 근무경력이 많고 치과에서 보험청구를 하고 있거나 최근 6개월 동안 치과보험 교육 경험이 있는 대상자들에서 산정기준에 대한 지식수준이 높았다. 결론적으로, 정기적인 치과 건강보험 교육을 통해 변경되는 산정기준을 숙지하도록 해야만 정확하고 올바른 보험청구가 가능하다고 보여진다. 이 연구는 치과 종사자들의 전문적인 치과 보험청구를 위한 교육체계 마련에 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

어린이집 교사의 여가만족이 교사효능감 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 여가만족과 교사효능감, 생활만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 여가만족이 교사효능감 및 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 서울, 인천, 경기도에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하는 어린이집 교사 290명의 설문지를 SPSS 23.0을 통하여 적률상관관계분석과 단순회귀분석을하였다. 설문지는 연구결과 첫째, 여가만족, 교사효능감, 생활만족도 모두 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 어린이집 교사의 여가만족이 교사효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사효능감 하위요인에 대한 여가만족의 영향력에서 일반효능감과 개인효능감 모두 영향을 미쳤으나, 개인효능감에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 어린이집 교사의 여가만족이 생활만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 생활만족도 하위요인에 대한 여가만족의 영향력에서 행복감, 만족감, 기대감, 성공감 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among teacher efficacy, life satisfaction and their leisure satisfaction, and to examine the influence of leisure satisfaction on teacher efficacy and life satisfaction of early childhood teachers. Questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 290 teachers of child care center in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson`s correlations and simple regression analysis using the 23.0 SPSS computer program. The major results of this study were as follows. Firstly, The correlation between child care center`s teacher`s leisure satisfaction and teacher efficacy, life satisfaction were all significant. Secondly, The effect of leisure satisfaction for child care teachers on teaching efficacy was significant in general. Regarding the sub variables of teaching efficacy, both general teaching efficacy and personal teacher efficacy were positively influenced by leisure satisfaction for child care teachers. But, personal teacher efficacy was more positively influence than general teaching efficacy. Lastly, The effect of leisure satisfaction for chid care teachers on life satisfaction was significant in general. Regarding the sub variables of life satisfaction, among happiness, satisfaction, expectation, success were positively influenced by leisure satisfaction for child care teachers.

문화 콘텐츠를 활용한 연어 교육 방안 - K-POP과 드라마를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 한국어 교육의 관점에서 문화 콘텐츠를 활용한 연어 교육 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 한국어 교육에서 연어에 대한 이론을 고찰하고 문화 콘텐츠를 활용을 중심으로 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 또, 최근 4개년의 K-POP 가사를 분석하여 연어를 목록으로 제시하였다. 유추를 통한 발견학습이 가능하도록 교육 방법을 4단계 절차로 고안하여 제시하고자 하였다. 학습자에게 의사소통적 방법으로 연어를 효과적으로 가르칠 수 있는 방법을 K-POP과 드라마를 통해 고안하고자 하였다. 본고는 학습자에게 연어를 문화 콘텐츠인 K-POP과 드라마를 통해 어휘 교육, 문화 교육으로 활용하는 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to present a lesson plan of collocation using cultural contents from the perspective of Korean language education. Accordingly, the concept of collocations in Korean language education was reviewed and previous studies were examined focusing on research using cultural contents. Collocations were presented as a list by analyzing K-POP lyrics of the past four years. The educational method was designed and presented in a four-step procedure to enable the discovery learning through analogy. It was intended to present a way to teach collocations effectively to learners in a communicative way through K-POP and dramas. This paper is meaningful in that it presents how to teach collocations as vocabulary and culture education through the cultural contents of K-POP and dramas.

경로모형을 이용한 치과위생사의 이직의도 영향요인

Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention in dental hygienists and to find the management of manpower by path analysis. Methods : The influencing factors included working environment, external factors, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results : Older and married persons were satisfied with their jobs. Turnover intention was higher in the single and more experienced persons. Job satisfaction and working environment factors were closely related with each other. Conclusions : Job satisfaction and working environment factors were closely related with each other. In order to reduce turnover intention, it is very important to enhance the work performance and self-esteem toward job in the dental hygienists.

경기도 용인시 지역주민의 수불사업에 관한 의식

Objectives: The aim of the study is to investigate the awareness towards water fluoridation program in the residents of Yongin. Methods: Subjects were 1,016 adults over 19 years old living in Yongin for more than one year. A self-administered survey was done by structured questionnaires. Some of the questionnaires were filled out through direct phone call. Results: Positive awareness of water fluoridation program accounted for 36.5 percent and 61.0 percent of the residents agreed to the program. Only nine percent 9.0 percent opposed to water fluoridation. Conclusions: Yongin City Government is trying to make the residents understand the water fluoridation. Positive public opinion towards the water fluoridation can lead to the implementation of the water fluoridation. So it is necessary to provide information of water fluoridation program to the residents.

냉전과 소설의 형식, ‘(경남)진영’의 장소성과 사회주의자 서사 (1) : 김원일 소설의 아버지/아들 서사를 중심으로

김원일은 좌익으로 활동하다가 월북한 아버지의 이야기라는 후기나 서문을 달고 빨갱이, 빨치산, 사회주의자를 소설에 등장시킨 작품을 여러 편 쓴다. ｢어둠의 혼｣, 『노을』, 『불의 제전』, 『아들의 아버지』 네 편의 아버지/아들 서사가 직접적으로 아버지를 다룬 소설이라면, 『겨울 골짜기』나 『푸른 혼』은 빨치산, 사회주의자였던 아버지를 그리워하는 마음으로, 혹은 아버지를 ‘아버지’로서 인정받기 위한 마음으로 창작한 소설이라고 할 수 있다. 1966년부터 시작된 김원일의 작가로서의 창작과정에는 이 아버지/아들 서사가 강렬한 한 축을 형성한다. 이 소설들은 빨치산, 사회주의자였던 한 인간의 입체적인 모습을 구성하기 위한 것이라 할 수 있다. 창작과 재창작, 혹은 개작의 과정이 필요했던 것도 아버지에게 ‘아버지(인간)’의 모습을 부여하기 위한 것이었다. 결국 아버지 서사의 창작과 개작과정은 김원일 스스로 사회적 구성원으로 인정받는 과정이기도 하다. 김원일이 성실하게 꾸준히 아버지 서사를 지속했던 것은 그것이 바로 아들, 자신의 서사이기 때문이다. 그리고 이 과정은 검열이라는 냉전사회의 창작 구조를 비겁한 방식으로 수용하는 극히 현실적인 생존의 시간이었다. 좌익 2세의 운명이며, 현실일 것이다. 김원일은 모욕적일 수도 있는 빨갱이 아들로서의 삶을 부정하거나 벗어나지 않고 탈/냉전의 정치적 변화에 따라 생겨나는 삶의 영역을 착실하게 넓혀가면서 아버지/아들 서사를 진실에 육박하도록 확대해나간다. 이 서사적 과정의 완결점은 2013년에 발표한 『아들의 아버지』이다. 이 소설은 한국사회의 탈/냉전의 정치가 감각된 결과물인 듯이 사회주의자, 빨치산 활동의 중심에 서 있었던 아버지의 일대기 같은 작품이다. 이 논문이 살펴본 『아들의 아버지』 이전의 과정은 이 작품으로 귀결되어 ‘아버지/아들 서사’를 완성하는 계보를 구성한다. 검열이 일상화된 냉전사회에서 빨갱이 아버지를 아버지로서 기억할 수 없는 상황이 담겨진 ‘기억 서사’는 냉전사회가 만들어낸 문학적 성과이다. 검열과정에 타협하는 문학적 선택까지도 지난한 분단 작가의 삶으로 해석되는 김원일의 아버지/아들 서사는 냉전사회와 소설의 관계를 보여주는 사례가 될 것이다. Kim Won-il had a hard time living due to his father who fled North Korea while working on partisan activities. This fact has always influenced Kim Won-il s life. Several novels reflect this autobiographical fact. <The Soul of Darkness> is the story of a son who must turn away from his deceased father. Because of censorship in the 1970s, <Sunset> sets his warm father as butcher. These novels are censorship-conscious and reconcile the facts. Due to the political changes of the post-Cold War, the father is represented realistically in the novel. <The Son s Father> openly records the socialist father s biography. It is not a documentary, but it is intended to record the real life of his father in a composition that seems to be a novel. Kim Won-il expresses his father as much as possible in the censorship of the Cold War society. Through adaptation, the facts related to the father are corrected. This paper is a study of this process.
