온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시 능력이 학습실재감과 학습만족도에 미치는 영향

This study aim s to inv estigate the influence relationship betw een digital literacy in online classes of nursing students on learning reality and learning satisfaction. A surv ey was conducted on 117 nursing students from three univ ersities in J province, and an analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and Sm artPLS 4.0. As a result of the research, it was found that digital literacy had a p ositiv e (+) effect on learning p resence (β=0.749, t= 1 8 . 5 7 5 ) . Second, it was found that digital literacy did not hav e a p ositiv e (+) effect on learning satisfaction (β=0.081, t=0.533). Third, it was found that learning p resence had a positive (+) effect on learning satisfaction (β=0.520, t=3.678). It was found that learners' digital literacy ability in online classes affects learning satisfaction only through a sense of learning p resence. Therefore, for the learning satisfaction of in online classes, professor should prepare teaching methods that can provide learners with opportunities to interact w ith instructors or fellow learners to deriv e the maximum sense of learning, considering students' digital literacy sk ills. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 온라인 수업에서의 디지털 리터러시가 학습실재감, 학습만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. J도 내에 있는 3개 대학의 간호학과 학생 117명을 대상 으 로 설문조사를 실시하 였 으며, SPSS 23.0, SmartPLS4.0을 이용 하 여 분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 디지털 리터러시가 학습실재감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다( β=0.749, t=18.575). 둘째, 디지털 리터러시가 학습만족도에 정( + ) 의 영향을미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다( β=0.081, t=0.533). 셋째, 학습실재감이 학습만족도에 정( + ) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다( β=0.520, t=3.678). 온라인 수업에서 학습자 의 디지털 리터러시 능력이 학습 실재감을 통해서만 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 온라인 수업 내 학습만족도를 위해 교수자는 학생의 디지털 리터러시 능력을 고려한 학습 실재감을 최대한 이끌 어 낼 수 있도록 학습자들이 교수자 또는 동료학습자들과의 상호작용기회를 제공할 수 있는 교수법을 마련해야 한다.

A Reinforced Endotracheal Tube Completely Severed by a Patient Bite and Lodged in the Right Main Bronchus

Reinforced endotracheal tubes (ETTs) are designed to resist kinking or compression. However, these have a potential risk of being obstructed or severed by a patient’s bite. We report a case in which a reinforced ETT was severed by tube-bite while the patient was in the prone position during an intensive care unit stay. Bronchoscopic evaluation showed that the severed distal part of the tube had lodged in the patient’s right main bronchus, and it had to be surgically removed. The patency of reinforced ETTs should be carefully monitored in patients intubated in the prone position.

관광도시브랜드 자산이 관광만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향

This study purpose to identify the impact of tourism city brand equities on tourism satisfaction and tourism recommendation intent, and to develop a marketing strategy that conforms to tourist cities that can identify tourist behavior and generate favorable responses by utilizing the construction of tourism city brand equities. Based on previous studies, hypotheses and research models were developed and verified by a survey of tourists. The empirical analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the tourism city brand assets showed multi-dimensional characteristics consisting of tourism city brand awareness, tourism city brand quality, and tourism city brand image. Second, among the factors that make up tourism city brand equities, the city tourism brand quality and city tourism brand image were shown to have a significant influence on tourism satisfaction. Third, among the factors that make up tourism city brand equities, the tourism city brand awareness and tourism city brand image had a significant influence on tourism recommendation intention. Fourth, Tourism satisfaction had a significant positive effect on tourism recommendation intention. Fifth, the relationship between tourism city brand assets, tourism satisfaction, and tourism recommendation intention had a completely mediating effect. These results suggest that general brand asset theory can be applied to tourist city brands, and building tourism city brand assets suggests important factors to enhance tourism satisfaction and recommendation intentions. 본 연구는 관광도시브랜드 자산이 관광 만족도와 관광 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써, 관광도시브랜드 자산을 활용하여 관광객 행동을 규명하고 호의적 반응을 유발할 수 있는 관광도시에 부합하는 마케팅 전략 개발을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 토대로 가설과 연구모델을 개발하고 관광객을 대상으로 설문조사를 이용하여 이를 검증하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 관광도시브랜드 자산은 관광도시브랜드인지도, 관광도시브랜드품질, 관광도시브랜드이미지로 구성된 다차원적 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 관광도시브랜드 자산을 구성하는 요인들 중, 관광도시브랜드 품질과 관광도시브랜드 이미지는 관광 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 관광도시브랜드 자산을 구성하는 요인들 중, 관광도시브랜드 인지도와 관광도시브랜드 이미지가 관광 추천의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 관광 만족도는 관광 추천의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 관광도시브랜드 자산, 관광 만족도, 관광 추천의도 간의 관계는 완전매개 효과가 있으며, 관광도시브랜드 자산이 관광 추천의도에 의한 직접적인 영향보다 관광 만족도를 매개로 관광 추천의도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 일반적인 브랜드자산이론을 관광도시브랜드에도 적용가능함하며, 관광도시브랜드자산 구축은 관광만족도와 관광추천의도를 제고시키는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다.

Congenital pancreatic duct anomalies result from an error in the complex developmental process. Congenital pancreatic duct anomalies may be categorized by their mechanisms into migration anomaly, fusion anomaly, and duplication anomaly. These ductal abnormalities have been implicated to be potential causes for both acute and chronic pancreatitis. We have recently observed a congenital anomaly of the pancreatic ducts in which bifurcated main pancreatic ducts drain through the major papilla in a 10year-old boy presenting with recurrent acute pancreatitis. Although its causal relationship with acute pancreatitis is unclear, this kind of pancreatic ductal anomaly has not been found in the literature. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2002;24:122-125) 선천성 췌관 변이는 췌장의 복잡한 발생과정의 오류에 의해 발생하며, 췌관 조영술상 확인된 선천성 췌관 변이들은 발생학적 측면에서 이동변이, 융합변이 및 중복변이 등으로 분류한다. 저자 등은 최근 재발성 급성 췌장염으로 내원한 10세 남아에서 내시경적 역행성 담췌관 조영술에서 췌두부의 췌관이 둘로 갈라지면서 함께 주유두로 열리고 부유두는 관찰할 수 없었던 흥미로운 췌관 변이를 관찰한 바 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

온라인 체육수업 시 학습자의 인성 함양에 대한 교사의 인식

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate physical education (PE) teacher’s perception regarding the priorities of character factors that students can develop in online PE courses. Method: First, a literature review was performed to explore and derive various character factors that can be developed through online PE classes. Second, ten experts were reviewed to derive character factors in order to categorize them into two-level components. Content validity was verified through expert reviewers. Finally, the AHP was performed to determine the hierarchy of the character factors derived from the literature review and expert reviews. The collected data were verified with Expert Choice 11.5 for consistency of response, and weights were calculated by evaluating the importance of each item. Results: The results demonstrated that the participants in this study prioritized character factors as follows: Sincerity (0.227), Respect (0.174), Communication (0.167), Rules’ compliance (0.161), Self-understanding (0.117), Cooperation (0.088), and Emotional control (0.067). The sub-component of character factors shows that it is possible for students to develop Effort (0.100) and Activeness (0.098) the most, while Patience (0.014), Community spirit (0.016), and Leadership (0.016) were judged as the most difficult character factors to develop. Conclusion: In summary, it is important not to conclude that online PE classes will limit the development of specific character factors, but rather to understand the phenomenon and focus on ‘how to operate and improve the quality of classes for balanced character development’. Therefore, we should seek methods for balanced character development of students during online PE classes.

자살의 대인관계이론에서 대학생의 자살생각에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지 조절효과 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 대인관계 이론을 토대로 대학생들의 좌절된 소속감, 지각된 짐스러움, 습득된 자살 잠 재력, 사회적 지지 및 자살생각 간의 개념적 기틀을 구성하고, 자살생각에 대한 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하 는 것이다. 연구대상은 K도, J도, C도 소재의 5개 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 238명이다. 자료수집은 온라인 설문조 사로 2024년 10월부터 12월까지 두 달간 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0과 SmartPLS 4.0을 사용하였다. 연구 분석 결과는 좌절된 소속감(p=0.015), 지각된 짐스러움(p<0.001)은 자살생각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 지지는 지각된 짐스러움과 자살생각 간(p=0.017), 습득된 자살 잠재력과 자살생각 간(p=0.002)에 음의 조절효과를 나타났다. 이를 통하여 대학생의 자살예방교육 및 자살생각을 가진 대학생을 위한 중재로서 긍정적인 사회적 지지를 촉진할 수 있는 방안의 마련이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to construct a conceptual framework for the relationship between frustrated belongingness, perceived burden, acquired suicidal potential, social support, and suicidal ideation among college students based on interpersonal theory, and to examine the moderating effect of social support on suicidal ideation. The study population is 238 college students enrolled in five universities in K, J, and C provinces. The data was collected through an online survey for two months from October to December 2024. SPSS/WIN 24.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 were used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study showed that frustrated belongingness(p=0.015) and perceived burden(p<0.001) had a positive effect on suicidal ideation, while social support had a negative moderating effect on the relationship between perceived burden and suicidal ideation(p=0.017) and acquired suicidal potential and suicidal ideation(p=0.002). Therefore, it is necessary to develop opportunities and interventions to promote positive social support as an intervention for suicide.
