소프트웨어 인수를 위한 보안 SLA 연구 : 중소규모 기업 및 공공기관의 아웃소싱에 의한 웹 어플리케이션 개발을 중심으로

아웃소싱에 의해 개발한 소프트웨어가 정보보안 관점에서 신뢰하고 수용할 수 있는 수준인가에 대한 확인을 거치는 과정은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 논문에서는 발주업체가 개발업체로부터 보다 안전한 소프트웨어를 인수하기 위한 보안측정 지표 및 시스템의 적기 오픈을 위한 의사결정 도구로서 활용할 수 있는 보안 SLA를 개발하였다. 먼저 A사의 소프트웨어 개발 후 인수 기준에 대한 운영사례와 시사점을 알아보았다. 그리고, 보안 SLA 지표(TO-BE) 개발에서는, 취급정보의 특성 등 4가지 기준에 따라 개발대상 시스템의 중요도를 분류하고, 각 항목별 측정된 가치와 가중치를 적용하고 시스템의 최종 중요도 점수를 환산하여 상/중/하로 시스템을 등급화 하였다. 이어서, 조치 대상 웹 어플리케이션 취약점을 선정하고, 시스템의 중요도 등급별로 필수 조치해야 하는 취약점과 소스코드 점검 방법 및 웹 취약점 점검 도구 선정기준/사용 시 고려사항에 대해 정의하였다. 또한, 소프트웨어 개발 사업에 있어 시스템의 오픈 일정까지 웹 취약점을 조치완료 할 수 없는 상황이 발생했을 때, 선(先) 오픈 후(後) 조치하는 동안 적용 가능한 대책방안들을 제시하여 보안사고의 발생을 최소화 하는데 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 중요도가 매우 높은 시스템을 개발하는 경우 웹 어플리케이션의 보안성을 강화하기 위해 추가로 고려해야 할 사항으로, 개발자의 보안 전문지식 수준과 정보보안 전문업체를 통한 침투 테스트 및 보안 감리 수행을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 앞에서 연구한 내용을 소프트웨어 개발 사업의 진행 과정에 접목하여 도식화함으로써 각각의 보안 활동 시점을 정리하고 설명하였다.

In this study, the optimal raw material is selected by assessing heat insulation property and tensile performance with giving various changes to raw material of heating insulation curing sheet for cold weather concrete, and based on this, the development of advanced curing sheet is completed by evaluating wind performance as a curing material faced with open air through resistance to wind and wind tunnel experiment in the mock-up test. In addition, this study was intended to contribute to consistent development of construction industry such as quality improvement of concrete during winter time by analyzing efficiency of the heating insulation curing method using advanced curing sheets under cold weather by reviewing the performance of heat insulation with application to a practical field, and the results can be summarized as follows. 1) In case of tensile force on raw material of curing sheets, MT+ BBS1 and MT+BBS1+MT showed higher tensile performance than T type or similar one that is used at a practical field before. In case of thermal conductivity, T type showed 0.25~0.27 W/mK which was the highest thermal conductivity among all specimens, and MT+ BBS1 and MT+BBS1+MT showed 0.05 W/mK which was the lowest thermal conductivity. 2) As a result of measuring deformation according to design wind speed pressure for the performance of resistance to wind of individual curing sheet and of multiple regression analysis of this, it was found that MT+BBS1 resisted to stronger design wind speed pressure than T1 and T2. As a result of a wind tunnel mock-up test, it was found to be similar value in case of comparing deformation according to uniformly distributed load of a mock-up test loaded with sand packs that were simulated for wind load with deformation according to prediction equation of multiple regression analysis. 3) As a result of calculating heat loss of a structure for heat insulation according to electric heat and ventilation by materials of curing sheets, it was found that the case of using advanced curing sheets had less heat loss by around 35% than the case of using the existing tent cloth. As a result of calculating the cost according the required number of the calculated heating facility, it is considered that the case of using the advanced curing sheets for the entire structure to be applied during cold weather with diversion 10 times would also be excellent in economic feasibility with cost-saving effect compared to the existing tent cloth. 4) The temperature history up to 66 hours of a space in upper floors showed the rise of temperature by around 43% in case of the application section of advanced curing sheets compared to the existing tent cloth. The temperature history around a structure showed the similar case with the space of upper floors, and it was found that the advanced tent cloth secured higher temperature by 20% on average than the existing tent cloth. 5) When comparing 28-day compressive strength of a specimen for structure management, the section that advanced curing sheet was applied showed 29.6 MPa and the section that the existing tent cloth was applied showed 28.4 MPa, which showed that the case of applying the advanced curing sheet had approximately 5% higher compressive strength. To synthesize above, the advanced curing sheet is effective as heat insulation curing sheet for cold weather concrete, and it is possible to reduce carbon emission quantity at construction sites by making it possible to reduce the heating facility. Besides, it was verified that the heat insulation curing method using the advanced curing sheet was effective in quality control of concrete, and it showed effectiveness of actual application to a field. However, since the advanced curing sheet as a task from now has a disadvantage that it is bulky and not easy to handle, it is considered that conducting researches consistently is required to promote commercialization for a field such as the equipment is made into a unit so that it can be utilized for the characteristics of a site from the temporary work plan, and integration into forms etc.

수화통역사의 감정노동과 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 수화통역사를 대상으로 감정노동과 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 조사대상자는 전국 17개 지역 192개소 수화통역센터(출장소 포함), 손말이음콜센터에서 근무 중인 수화통역사 211명을 대상자로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson의 상관분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 감정노동, 사회적 지지, 소진을 분석한 결과 성별, 교육수준, 자격증유무 항목에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 연령, 근무지역, 이용자수, 통역시간, 평균임금에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 상관관계 분석에서 감정노동과 소진 간에 정적 상관관계로 나타났으며, 감정노동과 사회적 지지 간에 부적 상관관계, 사회적 지지와 소진 간에는 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 수화통역사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 변인은 표면행위, 내면행위, 직장의지지, 가족의지지, 이용자수, 통역시간, 연령, 근무지역, 평균임금 순으로 소진에 영향력이 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 종합하면, 수화통역사의 감정노동은 소진을 증가시키고, 사회적 지지는 소진을 감소시키는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 특히 감정노동은 소진에 영향을 미치는 가장 주요한 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 수화통역사의 감정 노동에 대한 관심이 필요하며, 감정노동과 소진을 감소시키기 위한 센터차원의 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 요구된다.

직렬 연결된 IGBT의 스너버 제정수 차이를 고려한 전압 불평형 분석

본 논문은 직렬 연결된 IGBT 구조에서 발생하는 전압 불평형의 원인과 스너버 제정수에 의한 전압 불평형의 변화를 분석한다. 기존의 IGBT 근사 모델을 이용하여 직렬 연결 구조를 분석하는 것에 한계가 있음으로 IGBT에서 발생하는 전압 불평형을 분석하기 위하여 새로운 과도 분석 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 과도 분석 기법은 스위치의 상태방정식을 기반으로 정립되었으며, IGBT의 비 선형적 특성과 꼬리 전류 특성 또한 반영되었다. 제안된 기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 다중 펄스 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험을 통하여 제안한 모델과 실제 스위치 사이의 동작 특성 오차가 1.7% 이내인 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 과정을 통하여, 제안된 모델을 사용하여 전압 불균형의 원인을 수월하게 분석할 수 있음을 보였으며, 또한 스너버 제정수에 의하여 결정되는 전압 불평형의 변화도 과도 분석 모델을 사용하여 예측 가능함을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 적절한 전압 평형을 위하여 스위치의 출력 커패시턴스의 최소 2배의 이상의 값을 RC 스너버의 커패시터 값으로 선정해야 함을 확인하였고, 또한 제안한 과도 분석 모델이 직렬 연결 구조의 전압 불평형 분석에 적합함을 입증하였다. In the series-connected switch structure for high-voltage drive systems, voltage imbalance inevitably occurs, and such voltage imbalance cause serious damage in power conversion systems. In this paper, voltage imbalance and switch transient state by RC snubber value are analyzed. A simple analytic model is proposed to examine voltage balancing in series-connected IGBTs. By using the proposed model, the reason for voltage imbalance is easily analyzed. The impact of the time constant of the snubber, which is affected by the snubber parameters, is described in detail. Experiments were conducted to verify the usefulness of the proposed method, and the error between the actual switch operation and the proposed model was demonstrated to be around 1.7% of the rated voltage. In conclusion, it was confirmed that, for proper voltage equilibrium, at least twice the value of the output capacitance of the switch should be selected as the capacitor value of the RC snubber, and the proposed transient analysis model also proved suitable for voltage imbalance analysis of the serial connection structure.

‘70后’ 작가 김인순(金仁顺) 소설 연구

1970년에 길림성 백산에 태어난 김인순(金仁順)은 ‘70后(치링허우)’작가들 중 조선족 여성작가이다. 그녀는 대학 시절부터 창작 생활을 준비해 왔고, 잡지에 많은 문장을 발표했다. 1996년에 첫 작품《爱情试纸(사랑의 시험지)》를 발표하면서 두각을 드러내기 시작하였고, ‘70后’ 미녀작가라는 타이틀을 걸고 등단했으며, 지금까지 수차례 문학상을 받았다. 그녀는 풍부한 상상력과 독특한 민족적 색채를 지닌 작품으로 많은 독자들과 비평가들로부터 관심을 받았다. 냉정하고 절제된 ‘70后’작가 김인순의 작품에서는 감정의 범람과 욕망의 과잉을 찾아보기 어렵다. 그녀가 사회의 현실에 대한 깊은 회의와 냉담함, 불신을 돋보이고 ‘70后’작가의 특징을 드러낸다고 평가됐고, 최근의 작품에는 민족적인 특색이 독특하게 표현되었다고 평가되고 있다. 우리는 그녀의 소설을 통해 어린 시설에 대한 묘사부터, 사람 사이의 감정 세계, 그리고 민족문화에 이르기까지 작가로써 성장의 궤적과 변화들을 살펴볼 수 있다. 이는 단순한 성장 과정이 아닌, 내면의 승화라고 할 수 있고 모든 작품에서 적절한 언어 차분한 서술을 유지하면서 독자들에게 여유와 사색공간을 남겨주었다. 본 논문은 김인순 작품의 정독을 통해 작가의 창작 특징을 비롯하여 김인순이 ‘70后’ 미녀작가의 창작 성향과 조선족 작가의 창작 동기를 작품의 실례로 분석하여 총 정리하였다. 1장에서는 김인순 작가의 작품에 대한 연구 목적, 선행연구 및 연구방법에 대하여 서술하였으며, 2장에서는 ‘70后’작가의 성장배경, 작품의 성격과 중국 소수민족의 문학 탐색을 살펴보았고, 3장에서는 김인순 소설의 치밀한 강독과 분석을 통해 작품 성격을 정리한 후, 무엇을 표현하고 싶은지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 저자가 작품을 통해 무엇을 표현하고 싶은지를 밝히고 민족문화의 학습, 이해, 탐구에 출발을 두고, 민족문화의 해석이라는 각도에서, 작품에 드러난 조선족문화의 내재 미와 정신 가치를 연구하고자 했다. 4장에서는 작품을 통해 김인순의 중국 고전에 흡수된 화려한 상징 및 비유의 수사기교와 조선족문화의 요소를 활용한 서사기교에 대한 분석을 했다. 마지막에 5장에서는 김인순은 다른 '70后'작가들이 없는 소수민족 신분을 가지고 민족제재 소설을 창작하는 특별한 창작 길을 찾았고 그녀가 자신의 민족문화를 통해 민족풍습을 지키는 문화의 지킴이로서 작품을 만들고 소수민족의 민족정신을 전파하고 있다. 우리와 인연이 있는 김인순은 한·중 양국의 문화를 연결해주는 연결고리의 큰 역할을 하고 있는 결론을 판단했다. 金仁顺,女,1970年出生于中国吉林省白山市,是‘70后’作家中的朝鲜族作家。她在大学时期就已经开始为创作生涯做准备,在杂志上发表过多篇文章。1996初次在《作家》杂志上发表了一篇名为《爱情试纸》的短篇小说,算是正式的在文坛上展露了头角,后又以‘70后美女作家’的身份现身文坛,成为当代文坛上颇具影响力的‘70后’作家之一。金仁顺凭借其作品曾多次获得各种文学奖项,并且活跃在不同的文学领域。她用自身丰富的想象力以及带有独特的民族色彩的文学作品赢得了广大文学爱好者和学者们的好评。作为一名‘70后’作家的她,将自身的冷静、节制、无欲无求的性格展现在了作品里,在她的作品里我们几乎找不到无法控制及欲望的泛滥。她对现实社会表现出的冷视、自制,怀疑,等令读者大开眼界,也充分的展现了‘70后作家’的创作特征。金仁顺近期的作品中通过独特的表现手法向读者更多展现的是与民族特色相关的中·短篇小说受到了好评。 我们通过她的小说里从开始描述童年,到人与人之间冷漠、自制的感情世界,再到民族文化,我们从中可以了解到一个作家的成长历程。这不是一个简简单单的成长过程,这其中有内在的升华,在金仁顺所有的作品当中有着她独特精炼的语言,对故事的娓娓道来,也给读者留下了难得的从容和思索空间。 本论文通过对金仁顺作品的精读,包括作者的创作特征,将‘70后作家’的创作性格和朝鲜族作家的创作动机的作品做了一个概括分析及整理,第一章为绪论部分,主要叙述研究目的、先行研究及研究方法三个部分。第二章大致整理了‘70后’作家的成长背景及作品性格,和中国少数民族的文化作品的走向。第三章通过对金仁顺所有作品的精读和分析对作品性格进行整理,从作品当中探视了作者所想要表达的现实社会的黑暗,从学习、理解及探索民族文化、解析民族文化的角度出发,研究并展现出作品中朝鲜族文化内在美和精神价值。第四章分析了金仁顺通过精美、华丽的象征和比喻手法向读者展现了她对中国古典文学的精通及运用自如的文学水平,通过对朝鲜族文化的熟知向读者解读这一个个不被认知陌生辞藻。在最后第五章的结论中分析了金仁顺利用其他‘70后作家’没有的独特的少数民族身份,走出了一条富有民族色彩的创作之路,通过自身的民族文化成为了一名坚守名族文化财富的守护者,将民族文化发扬光大,传至更远。笔者认为和韩国有着不解之缘的金仁顺为中韩两国的文学建立了一座新的桥梁,并在中间起到了很好的传递者的角色。

대전지역어의 음운현상에 대한 사회언어학적 연구

The language variation which has its origin in the age difference is also closely related to the academic backgrounds of the members in certain age range. Accordingly, this study used the academic career as a social variable which has an effect on the contextual language variants. For the purpose of this experiment, this study established the detailed standards to categorize the educational backgrounds. This study classified the school careers as uneducated, elementary school graduated, middle school graduated, high school attending, high school graduated, college(university) attending, and university graduated. According to those specified career standards, this thesis finds the actualization level of contextual phonologic variants. Additionally, this document focused on the gender difference as a social variable which has an effect on the contextual variants. Thus, the study examined the actualization level of contextual euphonic changes which result from the gender difference. In a point of view of the linguistic alternation, another key factor is the influence of social context as a social variable. The 'formal speaking style' or the 'casual speaking style' made the contextual changes. Therefore this study investigated the realizations of euphonic variations which were due to the social variables such as age difference, academic career, and gender. Also this thesis explained the phoneme changes which were caused by those social variables, with the different speaking styles such as the 'formal style' and the 'casual style'. As a result of contextual variants experiment, the older informants used the regional language of Dae-jeon more often than the standard language. Also there was a comparatively small gap between the frequencies in use of the formal speaking style and the casual speaking style. The age and the academic career were closely related with each other. So to speak, the linguistic behaviors of the fifties were similar to the linguistic behaviors of the high school graduated informants. The sixties were similar to the middle school graduated and the seventies were similar to the elementary school graduated. In this study, all of the informants who are in the 'high school attending' category were teenagers. So the linguistic behavior of the teenagers and high school attending informants are same. Women used the casual speaking style more often than men, and then there was a drastic gap between the frequencies in use of the formal speaking style and the casual speaking style

이 연구는 텔레비전 텍스트가 갖는 일상성을 전제로 텔레비전 드라마 텍스트를 체계적이고 심도 있게 분석 비평하기 위해, 기호학적 분석방법과 영국 문화연구의 비평적 시각을 접목한 비평방법을 제시하고 사례연구를 통해 그 효율성을 구체적으로 검증하고자 했다. 따라서 분석방법으로서 기호학과 비평적 시각으로서 영국 문화연구의 분석 개념들이 지니는 함의를 이론적으로 고찰하고 이들이 접목한 비평방법을 드라마 <머너먼 나라>에 적용시켜 보았다. 이 연구는 먼저 텔레비전 드라마가 뚜렷하게 사회적 논의의 주제로 떠오르지 못하고 있는 문제에 대하여 끊임없이 어떤 이미지를 생산해 내고 있고, 시청자들은 이를 일상적으로 그리고 무의식적을 수용함으로써 자연화되어 버린다는 사실에 주목하였다. 또한 영국 문화연구의 비평적 시각 중에서 홀(Hall)의 부호화와 해독(Encoding and Decoding)이론을 통해 사회적인 맥락 속에서 수용주체의 다의적인 텔레비전 텍스트 해독의 가능성을 살펴보고, 이와 관련하여 실제 텔레비전 텍스트 <머나먼 나라>를 대립적 시각에서 해독함으로써 우리 사회 일각에 뿌리내리고 있는 사회에 역기능적인 이데올로기의 의미구조를 드러내고자 했다. 그리고 텔레비전 프로그램의 분석은 기호학적 방법을 적용하여 복잡한 기호체계로서 텔레비전 영상이 갖는 특성을 분석했다. 이와 같은 연구목적에 근거하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정했다. 첫째, 드라마 텍스트와 수용자의 다의적인 성격을 밝혀내기 위해 영국문화연구의 비평적 시각과 기호학적 분석방법론이 어떻게 적용될 수 있는가. 둘째, 위에서 논의된 영국 문화연구의 비평적 시각과 기호학적 분석방법론을 텔레비전 드라마 텍스트 <머나먼 나라>에 적용시켜 보았을 때 드러나는 이데올로기와, 특정한 이데올로기의 의미구조는 무엇인가. 이와같은 연구문제의 주요연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영국 문화연구의 이론은 몇 개의 막스(Marx)주의적 가정을 전제로 한다. 그것은 의미들과 그것을 의미있게 만드는 것이 사회구조와 역사라는 차원에서 설명 가능하며, 사회구조는 문화가 생산해낸 의미들에 의해 유지된다는 것이다. 또하나의 가정은 자본주의 사회는 분열된 사회로서 지배계급과의 권력관계라는 측면에서 각기 다른 이익을 갖고 연결이 되는 집단들의 그물망이다. 또한 사회적 관계는 사회 권력의 관점에서 지배와 복종의 구조라고 이해한다. 지배계급은 사회의 상식으로 그들의 이익에 기여하는 의미를 자연화하는데 이것은 문화적이고 사회적인 실천들 속에 새겨진 이데올로기 작업을 통해 가능하다. 즉, 문화는 이데올로기적이다. 알뛰세는 이데올로기는 사회에 대한 그들의 관계를 생각하고, 행동하고, 이해하는 방식으로 재구성되는 역동적 과정이라 했다. 그는 토대와 상부구조를 중층적 결정론으로 대체했는데 이 이론의 가장 중심이 되는 것은 이데올로기적 국가기구다. 이것은 사람들이 사회적으로 수용될 수 있는 방법으로 행위하도록 만드는 경향이 있다. 홀은 부호화와 해독의 이론에서 텔레비전 텍스트는 사람에 따라 다르게 읽혀질 수 있는 열린 텍스트(open text)라는 점을 강조한다. 지배 이데올로기와의 관계 속에서 그가 제시하는 세 가지 해독 전략은 지배적인 것, 교섭적인 것, 대립적인 것이다. 문화연구는 텔레비전 경험을 유사성과 차별성 사이에서 계속되는 역동적 활동으로 본다. 유사성과 차별성 사이의 작용은 헤게모니와 저항 사이의 투쟁을 경험하는 방식이다. 문화연구의 관점은 텍스트의 지위를 격하시켜 텍스트가 모든 해독자에게 유사한 영향력을 행사하고 있는 자기충족적인 총체가 아니고 여러 방식들 속에서 활성화되어 질 수 있는 의미의 잠재력으로 본 것이다. 둘째, 텍스트에 대한 기호학적 분석은 텍스트에 잠재된 심층 이데올로기를 드러내는데 효과적인 분석도구를 제공하고, 또한 텔레비전 언어의 문법체계를 밝히는데도 방법론적인 함의를 지닌다. 이 연구에서는 텔레비전 기호로서 카메라, 조명, 편집, 음악 및 음향효과가 각각 어떤 의미를 생산해 내고 있는가를 살펴 보았다. 셋째, 드라마 텍스트 <머나먼 나라>에 홀의 부호화와 해독의 이론과 기호학적 분석방법이 접목한 비평방법을 적용시켜 외연적 의미와 함축적 이데올로기를 드러내기 위해 인물분석, 통합체적 구조와 계열체적 구조의 분석, 클라이막스 시퀸스를 분석했다. 그 결과 드라마 텍스트 <머나먼 나라>는 대립적 해독을 통해 ‘마키아벨리즘적인 이데올로기’를 추출해 낼 수 있다. 이와같은 연구결과를 토대로 하여 볼 때 텔레비전 드라마는 다의적인 해독이 가능하며, 특정한 이데올로기를 일상화된 이미지를 통해 끊임없이 재생산해 내어 자연화할 뿐 아니라 강화해 주는 기제로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 의미화 작용은 텔레비전을 구성하는 기호체계의 복잡한 의미화 과정을 거쳐 구조화 된다. 따라서 텍스트의 의미화 작용에 대한 분석은 텔레비전 기호체계에 대한 인식이 전제되어야 하고 동시에 텍스트를 생산해낸 사회적 맥락 속에서 다각적으로 접근함으로써 이해 해석될 수 있다.

Franz Liszt의 'Mephisto Waltz 1'의 연주기법 연구

Frantz Liszt(1811∼1886), one of the greatest musicians of the 19th century, most influencing virtuoso of romanticism, left many outstanding works in modern piano performing technique. He developed such difficult skills as octave, skipping, trill, and introduced orchestral timbre, vibration of sound to piano resulting in improvement of technique such as unprecedented strong stroke, usage of long pedal. This development of performing skill was accompanied by development in piano manufacture in the 19th century, namely, coming to this era, piano meets the need of romanticism in expression and artistic representation through sensible touch. 「Mephisto waltz I」, which Liszt embodied his romantic factor, needs analytic capability of performing skill because of extended musicality and technical skill. By the analysis of performing skill presented in this piece of music, the following conclusions are obtained. 1. It consists of three parts, and through this open form. We can see the free romantic scent emphasizing the expression. 2.
