ASR 폐기물과 사업장 폐기물을 이용한 순산소 가스화 반응에서 발생하는 분진의 배출 특성 연구

일반적으로 가스화는 고온에서 산소/공기 등을 이용하여 합성가스를 얻는다. 가스화로 후단에 위치한 정제공정에 의해 불순물이 제거된 합성가스는 메탄올의 합성 원료로 쓰이거나 터빈과 같은 발전시스템에 직접 이용되며, 더 나아가서는 연료전지에 이르기까지 다양한 범위에서 이용된다. 이러한 폐기물 가스화 기술은 폐기물을 에너지 자원으로 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 매립지의 부족으로 인한 폐기물처리 방법에 대한 대응책이될 수 있다. 가스화 공정에서 발생하는 미립자 상태의 불순물 특히, 분진은 각 단위 공정 설비 내부에 파울링 현상을 발생시키기 때문에 여러 단계의 정제 공정을 통해 분진을 제거해야 한다. 따라서 분진의 제거 효율을 높이기 위해서는 벤츄리 스크러버, 중화세정탑, 탈황세정탑 그리고 습식전기집진기를 이용하여 분진을 제거하는 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사업장폐기물과 ASR폐기물을 각각 원료로 하여 5단계의 정제설비 후단에서 분진의 거동을 판단하였다. pilot급 가스화로 후단에서 발생하는 분진의 평균 농도는 7,708 mg/m3, 34,038 mg/m3 으로 ASR 폐기물이 사업장폐기물에 비해 4배 이상의 분진이 배출되었다. 하지만 습식전기집진기를 통과한 두 폐기물의 합성가스 모두 분진이 검출되지 않아 제거 효율이 100.0%에 가까운 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 폐기물을 이용한 순산소 가스화 공정에서 발생하는 분진은 이와 같은 정제 설비를 통해 효율적으로 제거가 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

ATM 전송에서 인터넷 서비스 방안

Recently the number of Internet users have been drastically increased with the introduction of WWW browsers, which requires accommodation study of TCP/IP on ATM networks. There are a number of problems in operating IP-over-ATM efficiently because of limited functions and overhead of IP. According to recent research, the alternatives to TCP/IP over ABR or UBR have been suggested, and the required capacity of switch buffer and problems in TCP/IP over ABR have been researched. In this paper, we address problems caused by the features of HTTP traffic and suggest a solution for TCP over ABR. The performance of the methods suggested in this paper is verified through simulation under limited conditions.

In this paper, Chinese Synonym errors of Korean learners were analyzed in the field of Chinese teaching. In Chapter 2, two words related to Chinese synonyms were analyzed according to their morpheme and semantic relationship, and they were divided into three types. In Chapter 3, the error expression of ‘monosyllabic-disyllabic’ verb synonyms was analyzed, and in Chapter 4, the error expressions that existed between two adjective synonyms with similar morphemes were analyzed. Through this analysis, it is expected that the error expression, which is a regular error arising from the difference between the mother tongue and the foreign language to be learned, can be reduced. An error is a regular mistake that arises from the difference between the native language and the foreign language to be studied. For foreign learners who already have one native language, the intervention of the native language can cause a lot of confusion and mistakes in learning a new foreign language. For this fundamental and repetitive mistake, we need to analyze more and make efforts and countermeasures to overcome it.

목표 음향 특성을 갖는 머플러 내부 설계

In this paper, a design procedure to modify an acoustic system according to target acoustic characteristics is proposed and is applied to a design problem of a muffler for an automobile. The transmission loss values of a muffler mounted on an exhaust system should be changed considering the results of the sound quality evaluation test. The inlet and outlet of the muffler do not coincide with each other, and it has three holey baffles and three holey tubes. The effects of each part on the transmission loss curve are investigated in the frequency range of interest, and the dominant parts are selected for design. Two size optimization problems are formulated and are sequentially solved using a commercial finite element analysis program. The transmission loss curve of the obtained optimal muffler is compared with a target transmission loss curve, and an acoustical experiment on a manufactured muffler is carried out. 본 논문에서는 목표 음향 특성을 갖도록 음향 시스템을 변경하는 설계 절차를 제시하고, 자동차용 머플러 설계 문제에 적용한다. 차량의 배기계에 장착되는 머플러는 음질 평가 결과에 따라 특정 주파수 대역의 투과 손실 값을 적절히 변경하는 노력이 필요하다. 사용된 머플러는 입구와 출구가 일치하지 않고, 다수의 구멍이 존재하는 배플과 삽입관을 각각 3개씩 갖고 있다. 각 구성 요소의 변화에 따른 투과 손실 곡선의 변화를 살펴보는 선행 연구를 수행하여, 관심 주파수 대역의 음향 특성에 큰 영향을 미치는 설계 변수를 선별한다. 두 개의 치수 최적 설계 문제를 정식화하고, 상용 유한 요소 프로그램을 사용하여 순차적으로 최적해를 구한다. 이렇게 최적 설계된 머플러의 투과 손실 곡선과 목표 투과 손실 곡선을 비교하고, 제작한 머플러에 대한 음향 실험을 수행한다.

정보통신 표준특허 확보 전략 동향 분석

우리나라가 21세기 지식정보사회에서 지식정보강국으로 도약하고 세계 정보통신시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심원천기술을 개발하고, 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 추진전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 핵심기술 개발과정에서 발생한 기술개발 성과물에 대한 지식재산권 확보 전략과 이를 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 기구의 지식재산권 정책분석을 통한 표준화 추진전략을 제시하여, 기술개발과 연계한 효율적인 표준특허 확보를 통한 기술개발 및 표준화의 경제적 효용성을 증대하고자 한다.

한국 학습자의 중국어 비교문 오류 분석

This article analyzes the types and causes of comparative sentence errors in Korean learners learning Chinese. Because there are many differences in grammar and rules between Korean and Chinese comparative sentence, which are the mother tongue, repetitive and continuous expression errors occur in Korean learners learning Chinese. The types and causes were divided into four major categories and analyzed. First, it is an error in the use of degree adverbs used in comparative predicates. This error is the most widespread error for Korean learners. Second, it is an analysis of errors in the complements of comparative sentences. Third, word order errors in comparative sentences were analyzed. When negative adverbs, temporal adverbs, relative adverbs, and adjectives are used in Chinese comparative sentences, Korean learners learning Chinese are accustomed to the word order flexibility of Korean comparative sentence. Fourth, we looked at the types of errors that occur in the correspondence and connection between words used in Chinese comparative sentences and in the use of comparative sentence components. It is very important to study the grammar function and rule theory existing in Chinese comparative sentences. And it is more meaningful to apply this theoretical study to the actual Chinese learning field. Analysis of comparative sentence error expression of Korean learners learning Chinese is a combination of theory and practice that examines actual expressions based on theory.

요즘 인터넷을 이용한 무료 전화가 각광을 받고 있고, 이와 같은 무료 인터넷폰 서비스를 실현 가능하게 한 것이 바로 VoIP 기술이다. 예전에는 웹에서 웹으로의 통화 방식만을 지원했으나, 지금은 일반전화로의 통화뿐만 아니라 지능망 서비스, 이동 전화 통화까지 지원하는 등 VoIP를 이용한 음성 통화가 제공하는 서비스의 폭이 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 인터넷폰 서비스 제공을 위한 인터넷과 공중전화망의 연동 개념을 확립하고 해당 통신망 연동에 있어서의 기술 요구 조건을 도출함으로써, 인터넷폰 서비스 이용자의 보호를 위한 적정 수준의 서비스 품질 확보 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현대는 정보통신의 발전으로 산업은 물론이고, 정치.사회.문화의 모든 측면에서 변화가 빨라 미래를 내다보고 대비하지 않으면 살아남을 수 없는 상황이고, 정보통신의비전을 미래 사회 예측을 통해 도출하는 것은 의미가 크다. 또한 유무선 통신.방송 통합 인프라 환경은 전 세계가 네트워크로 연결되는 정보통신의 본질적 특성과 맞물려 영역간 새로운 접합점을 만들어 내고, 다양한 서비스와 기기 간의 원활한 소통을 위한 표준의 중요성을 증대시키고 있다. 특히 1994년 WTO 체제의 출범을 계기로 글로벌경쟁시대가 본격 개막됨에 따라 국가 간 FTA 협정 체결로 국가 간 무관세화 등 경제의 블록화가 급진전되고 있고, 국제표준은 세계시장 선점을 위한 전략적 도구로 부상하고있다. 따라서 21세기 지식정보사회에서 우리나라가 정보화를 조기에 실현하여 지식정보강국으로 도약하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 미래사회 및 사용자의 요구를 기반으로 정보통신시장을 주도할 미래 핵심 기술에 대한국제 표준화를 추진할 수 있는 정보통신 표준화 전략의 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 미래 정보통신 동향 및 표준화 환경과 국내외 미래 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 바람직한 표준화 추진 전략을 모색하여 국내 기술의 국제 표준화에 도움을 주려고 한다.
