Radioactive waste accepted to the repository of land disposal should have the capability of a safe isolation. To develop those requirements and evaluation techniques, the foreign criteria and the important characteristics, relevant to waste forms and management processes, were reviewed. Based on such studies as the evaluation techniques, “general acceptance criteria”that the radioactive waste forms generated in Korea should be met were suggested.

As present society has shifted form industrial society to information society, the goods which are manufactured in consideration of expected function and capacity only are not attractive to consumer any more now and only the goods which are developed to meet customers` sensitivity, and which attracts consumers` desire can be sold. In order to develop a new product in which customers` image is respected, the physical characteristics of the product and the characteristics of human sensitivity should be combined through basic physical design elements necessary for the development of the product as well as the processing of sensitive information or sensitivity engineering approach, and thus eventually the product should reflect the sensitivity of consumers. Domestic auto market which has grown under green house protection has been reorganized to triangular structure of Hyundai-Kia, Ford-Daewoo and Lenault-Samsung, and the market is now in heated competition. The landing of European and American manufacturers onto domestic market means that they are not simply auto dealers in this market but they will compete with local motor companies in their home-ground. Moreover, the fact that Korean auto market has a very strong advantage as a bridgehead to launch huge Chinese market will make the competition severe. The purpose of this study is to assess the current position of domestic auto industry and to assist in the developmental strategy of new domestic car models in the future. Through Semantic Differential Method and the analysis of consumers` sensitivity elements, we looked into consumers` buying tendency and how they evaluate the image of auto models between domestic cars and imported cars.

서울 근교에서 채취한 河川水 및 土壤標品으로부터 238菌株의 탄화수소자화세균을 分離하였다. 分離된 菌株중 68菌株는 Pseudomonas屬으로 同定되었고, 11菌株는 Alcaligenes屬으로, 10菌株는 Acinetobacter屬으로 同定되었다. 68菌株의 Pseudomona중, 35菌株는 P. aeruginosa, 5菌株는 P. fluorescence, 10菌株는 P. putida, 그리고 2菌株는 P. mendocina로 각각 同定되었다. 238 strains of bacteria were isolated from sewage and soil samples collected mainly in Seoul and its suburbs by enrichment culture on crude oil or hydrocarbon minimal medium. Of the isolates, 68 strains were tentatively identified as the genus Pseudomonas, 11 strains as Alcaligenus, and 10 strains as Acinetobacter. Of the 68 strains of Pseudomonas sp., 35 strains were identified as P. aeruginosa, 5 strains as P. fluorescence, 10 strains as P. putida, and 2 strains as P. mendocina.

수직 액막형 흡수기의 흡수성능 변화에 미치는 냉각수 유량의 영향

The present study predicted the effect of the flow rate of coolant on the absorption performance of a vertical falling film type absorber. Heat and mass transfer performances were numerically investigated. The exit temperatures of solution and coolant were decreased as the flow rate of the coolant was increased at the film Reynolds number of 100. The absorption mass flux was increased and then decreased as the distance from the inlet of the absorber was increased. The distance showing the maximum absorption mass flux was ranged from 0.3 to 0.5m. The heat flux and the absorption mass flux were increased and then slowly decreased as the flow rate of the coolant was increased. The maximum values were obtained at the flow rate of coolant of 2.0L/min.
