        한국의 그린 비즈니스/IT 실태분석을 통한 추진전략 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구

        Recently, the CO2 emission and energy consumption have become critical global issues to decide the future of nations. Especially, the spread of IT products and the increased use of internet and web applications result in the energy consumption and CO2 emission of IT industry though information technologies drive global economic growth. EU, the United States, Japan and other developed countries are using IT related environmental regulations such as WEEE(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), RoHS(Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substance), REACH(Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CHemicals) and EuP(Energy using Product), and have established systematic green business/IT strategies to enhance the competitiveness of IT industry. For example, the Japan government proposed the “Green IT initiative” for being compatible with economic growth and environmental protection. Not only energy saving technologies but energy saving systems have been developed for accomplishing sustainable development. Korea’s CO2 emission and energy consumption continuously have grown at comparatively high rates. They are related to its industrial structure depending on high energy-consuming industries such as iron and steel Industry, automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, semiconductor industry, and so on. In particular, export proportion of IT manufacturing is quite high in Korea. For example, the global market share of the semiconductor such as DRAM was about 80% in 2008. Accordingly, Korea needs to establish a systematic strategy to respond to the global environmental regulations and to maintain competitiveness in the IT industry. However, green competitiveness of Korea ranked 11th among 15 major countries and R&D budget for green technology is not large enough to develop energy-saving technologies for infrastructure and value chain of low-carbon society though that grows at high rates. Moreover, there are no concrete action plans in Korea. This research aims to deduce the priorities of the Korean green business/IT strategies to use multi attribute weighted average method. We selected a panel of 19 experts who work at the green business related firms such as HP, IBM, Fujitsu and so on, and selected six assessment indices such as the urgency of the technology development, the technology gap between Korea and the developed countries, the effect of import substitution, the spillover effect of technology, the market growth, and the export potential of the package or stand-alone products by existing literature review. We submitted questionnaires at approximately weekly intervals to them for priorities of the green business/IT strategies. The strategies broadly classify as follows. The first strategy which consists of the green business/IT policy and standardization, process and performance management and IT industry and legislative alignment relates to government's role in the green economy. The second strategy relates to IT to support environment sustainability such as the travel and ways of working management, printer output and recycling, intelligent building, printer rationalization and collaboration and connectivity. The last strategy relates to green IT systems, services and usage such as the data center consolidation and energy management, hardware recycle decommission, server and storage virtualization, device power management, and service supplier management. All the questionnaires were assessed via a five-point Likert scale ranging from “very little” to “very large.”Our findings show that the IT to support environment sustainability is prior to the other strategies. In detail, the green business /IT policy and standardization is the most important in the government’s role.         한국산 개나리속의 해부학적 성질에 관한 연구

        These experiments were carried out to investigate anatomical properties of Forsythia in Korea. The results obtained were summarized as follows: It was estimated that the vessel of cross section was almost simple pore and multiple pores which were compounded two or three units were showed sometimes and arrangement of vessel were ring porous wood. In the mean length of vessel, Forsythia koreana was ranged 539.98 ±154.71μ and Forsythia ovata 602.22 ± 157.38μ and Forsythia nakaii T. Lee 465.50 ±83.02μ. In the mean length of fiber wood, Forsythia koreana 387.40 ± 68.23μ, and Forsythia ovata was 533.90 ± 106.77μ and Forsythia nakaii T. Lee was 482.40 ± 72.33μ. The type of Ray parenchyma was heterogeneous ray I tissue. The mean length of procumbent ray cell in the radial section was 42.14 ± 8.30μ and that of rectangle type in up right ray cell was 45.76 ± 7.19μ and that of square type was 26.66 ± 2.99μ. The mean height of ray parenchyma in the tangential section was 174.80 ± 37.51μ and the width of ray parenchyma was 17.25 ± 3.59u and the mean number of ray parenchyma was 14 ± 3.

      • 製紙 슬러지-시멘트의 水和反應에 關한 硏究

        製紙工場에서 發生되는 슬러지의 再活用 方案의 一環으로 製紙슬러지와 시멘트의 水和反應을 木質- 시멘트와 比較하여 測定하였으며, 硬化促進을 僞한 添加劑로는 CaCL_2를 選定하여,木質-시멘트와 比較하여 시멘트 重量當 3% 그리고 5% 添加하였다. 또한 슬러지 - 시멘트間 그리고 本質 - 시멘트間의 結合狀態와 超微細構調를 살피기 僞하여 走査電予顯微鏡으로 斷面을 觀察하였다. sludge I의 最高溫度는 50.0℃, 最高 溫度到達時間은 18.2 時間, 硬化障害指數는 13.4 %를 나타냄으로서 木質- 시멘트의 水和反應 보다도 가장 良好한 反應을 보였다. 硬化促進을 僞한 添加劑에 依해서는 木質-시멘트의 水和反應이 슬러지- 시멘트의 水和反應 보다도 더욱 改善된 것으로 나타났다. SEM觀察에서도 sludge I의 境遇는 시멘트와의 硬化障害 現像이 나타나지 않아 木質보다 優秀함이 立證되었다. This study was examined on hydration of paper sludge - cement composite. The intention was to provide a preliminary elucidation on how cement and sludge bond together. The result indicated that the paper sludge I had the most effect on hydration than any other specimens. A scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to examine the cement formations and sludge(wood) - cement formations. The addition of chenmical additives, calcium chloride, appears to enchance compotibility in cement-wood- water mixes.

      • 地學의 內容과 方法의 敎材化에 관한 小考 : Earth Science Curriculum Project-'Investigating the Earth'-을 中心으로 based on the Investigating the Earth

        In the later half of the twentieth century, there have been made a series of new attempts to reorganize the science curriculum for elementary and secondary schools. Initiated in the United States, these new approaches differ greatly from the traditional method of curriculum construction in terms of their philosophical guidelines, particularly regarding to matters such as objectives of science education, concept of both general science and natural science, concept of society, and students' interest in science. ESCP-Investigating the Earth is written on the basis of such developments. It proposes to take the concept of dynamic earth as underlying principles for earth science and to prepare teaching materials in such a way as to facilitate methodology and subject matter as an inquiring process. The gist of ESCP can be summarized as follows: 1) Science as an inquiring 2) Earth science as an organized knowledge to be understood through a program based on synthetical foundation of several underlying principles 3) Earth science as an important subject matter for elementary schools since the earth science and other branches of natural science share in common many of their basic concepts. With the ESCP approach as general directions, the main focus in this paper has been directed toward identifying the philosophy condusive to the construction of systematically integrated body of teaching materials for earth science as a field of general science.
