        인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 Lipoprotein(a)농도와 혈관합병증

        연구배경: 당뇨병 환자에서 동맥경화증의 발생위험이 정상잉인에 비해 높은 원인의 하나로써 혈액응고와 섬유소용해작용의 이상을 초래하는 Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)]가 논의되고 있다. 당뇨병 환자의 동맥경화증과 당뇨병성 합병증 발생위험 증가에 Lp(a)가 어느 정도 관여하는지에 대해서도 아직 확실히 알려져 있지 않다. 저자등은 인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자의 혈관합병증(대혈관 및 미세혈관합병증) 발생과 Lp(a)농도와의 관계 및 혈관합병증을 일으키는 다른 위험인자와 Lp(a)농도와의 관련성에 대하여 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자 152명(여자:남자=72:80)을 대상으로 공복상태에서 혈중 Lp(a), ApoA1, ApoB, 총 콜레스테롤, 중성지방, 고밀도지단백질-콜레스테롤 등을 측정하였다. 대혈관합병증(허혈성 심질환, 뇌혈관질환, 말초혈관폐쇄성 동맥경화증)의 진단을 위해 증상이 있는 환자들에서 심전도, 관상동맥조영술, 뇌전산호단층촬영, Doppler velocimetry, 말초혈관조영술 등을 시행하였고, 미세혈관합병증은 안저활영, 신경전달속도, BBV(beat to beat variation), VPT(vibration perception threshold), 24시간 요단백량 등을 측정하여 확인하였다. 결과: 허혈성 심질환, 뇌혈관질환등 대혈관질환 및 당뇨병성 망막증 등 미세혈관질환을 갖는 환자에서 Lp(a)농도가 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되어 있었다. Lp(a)농도가 30㎎/dL이상인 군에서 ApoB/ApoA1 및 저밀도지단백질-콜레스테롤이 Lp(a)농도가 30㎎/dL 이하인 군보다 높았으며, 혈관질환을 갖는 군에서 Lp(a)는 높은 ApoB/ApoA1와 저밀도지단백질-콜레스테롤과 통계적으로 의의있는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론: Lp(a)는 인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자의 대혈관합병증과 미세혈관합병증(특히 당뇨병성 망막증)에 관련이 있는 것으로 보이며, 특히 저밀도지단백질-콜레스테롤 및 ApoB/ApoA1이 높게 나타난 인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 Lp(a)농도 측정이 필요하리라 생각된다.

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

        두개골의 3차원 영상 분석을 위한 전산화단층촬영 방법의 비교 : 상층 두께가 3차원 영상의 계측에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : To evaluate the quantitative accuracy of three-dimensional (3D) images by means of comparing distance measurements on the 3D images with direct measurements of dry human skull according to slice thickness and scanning modes. Materials and Mathods : An observer directly measured the distance of 21 line items between 12 orthodontic landmarks on the skull surface using a digital vernier caliper and each was repeated five times. The dry human skull was scanned with a Helical CT with various slice thickness (3, 5, 7 mm) and acquisition modes (Conventional and Helical). The same observer measured corresponding distance of the same items on reconstructed 3D images with the internal program of V-works 4.0 (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea). The quantitative accuracy of distance measurements were statistically evaluated with Wilcoxons’ two-sample test. Results : 11 line items in Conventional 3 mm, 8 in Helical 3mm, 11 in Conventional 5 mm, 10 in Helical 5 mm, 5 in Conventional 7 mm and 9 in Helical 7 mm showed no statistically significant difference. Average difference between direct measurements and measurements on 3D CT images was within 2 mm in 19 line items of Conventional 3 mm, 20 of Helical 3 mm, 15 of Conventional 5 mm, 18 of Helical 5 mm, 11 of Conventional 7mm and 16 of Helical 7 mm. Conclusion : Considering image quality and patient’s exposure time, scanning protocol of Helical 5 mm is recommended for 3D image analysis of the skull in CT.

        강원도 원주지역 초·중·고등학생의 식습관 및 섭식행동에 관한 단면연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the dietary habits of students in order to identify risk groups according to their Body Mass Index (BMI), and to compare the eating behavior of students in the normal range (19<I≤24) and those in risk groups (BMI≤19, 24<I≤27, BMI>). Method : 1176 elementary school students, 850 middle school students and 672 high school City, were the participants The instrument for this study was a structured questionnaire that included demographic data as well as dietary habits, and the eating behavior instrument developed by Stunkard &essick(1985) and revised by Kim &im (1997). Result : 1) As students moved up in grade level their dietary habits became more irregular and the degree that students chewed food was reduced 2) As students moved up in grade level, a greater number of the students did not eat breakfast. The reasons given were that there were not enough time before classes started(40.4%) and a lack of appetite in the morning(10.6%) in high school students. 3) As for supper, from 67.8 to 81.9% of subjects reported having regular supper. However the rest of the subjects did not eat supper because of anorexia and fear of weight gain. 4) The results identified risk groups according to their BMI showed that for elementary school students, 55.9% were in the low weight group, 5.5% in the overweight group, and 0.9% in the obese group. For middle and high school students, 40.6% and 35.5% respectively were in the low weight group, 7.4% and 6.3% in the overweight group, and 4.1% and 2.5% the obese group. 5) Comparisons of the eating behavior of students in the normal weight group with that of those in the three risk groups showed that there were significant differences in 'hunger' and 'cognitive restraint of eating' in elementary school students, and significant differences in 'cognitive restraint of eating' in middle and high school students. Conclusion : The results of this study show that management of diet in school health sholud be addressed from both the aspect of lack of nutrition and that of excess nutrition. In other words, good diet is as important for students in the low weight group as it is f3r those in the overweight and obese groups. The estatblishment of good dietary habits and eating behavior in students, by nurses and dieticians should be done by providing repeated diet education and involvement in diet counseling.

        The shear capacity is evaluated for the structural safety security of integrated gang form system for outer insulation. Therefore, this study presents the composition types of outer insulation system and evaluates the shear capacity for the several design cases. Through the results, we find out the influencing factors that affect the shear capacity.

        This paper aims: to raise more attention to the make-up expression by introducing art make-up skill with using photoshop: to find possibility to use photoshop program in the make-up field; to research better works through graphic work. This paper finds different points that by means of applied photoshop composing skill it can make diverse and subtle reactions and even same transforming skill can make different results such as editing and feels of material. Given that due to the proliferation of the internet, people around the world are currently concentrating on the computer, it is possible to make speedy exchanges of various methods and trials. If we take an advantage of the endless possibility and imagination exclusively in the Photoshop, and use its strong messages in a right way, it can deliver new images in a stronger and faster way than ones done with any other delivering systems. I expect that by developing this kind of research, we can extend the range of image-delivering of the art make-up with photoshop, provide endless possibility for the creation, and play a significant role in developing diverse domains of make-up.

      • 핵산의 절단을 유발하는 전이금속착화합물의 합성

        Study on the synthesis of chemical nucleases that have ability of cleavage of RNA or DNA to investigate the structure of nucleic acids was performed. We synthesized Ni-complex that was synthesized by Karn and Busch (1966) and identified the specificity and ability as chemical nuclease by Chen et. al. (1993), and Cu-complex and Cd-complex that were presumed as having specificity similar to Ni-complex in terms of the structure and specificity and ability as chemical nuclease. The spectra of synthesized new transition metal complexes were compared with those of Ni-complex. Results of comparing data of UV and IR spectra of Cu-complex and Cd-complex with those of Ni-complex showed that the structures of newly synthesized transition metal complexes were similar to the structure of Ni-complex. The yield of synthesis of Ni-complex, Cu-complex, and Cd-complex was 81%, 7%, and 39% respectively.
