본 연구는 개인의 성취 목표 동기가 수행-접근, 수행-회피, 숙달-접근, 그리고 숙달-회피의 네 가지로 구성되어 있다는 2 × 2 성취 목표 모델(Elliot & McGregor, 2001)의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 국내 기업의 임원 47명과 부장 234명에게 성취 목표를 측정하였고, 그들의 상사 1명, 동료 2명, 그리고 부하 10명이 그들의 리더십을 평가하였다. 공변량구조분석 결과 2 × 2 성취 목표 모델의 구조가 재검증되었고, 이 네 가지 성취 목표의 수렴및 변별 타당도가 함께 측정한 가치, 문제해결 방식, 리더 행동의 상관관계 분석을 통해 확인되었다. 끝으로 2 × 2 성취 목표 모델이 국내에 일반화될 수 있고, 특히 리더의 행동을 예측하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 점을 논의하였다.

케이블의 기하학적 비선형성을 고려한 사장교의 동적거동에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 케이블의 기하학적 비선형성을 고려한 사장교의 정적 및 동적 해석방법을 제시하였다. 가상일의 원리와 유한요소법을 사용하여 기본식을 유도하였으며, 비선형 운동방정식의 해는 modified Newton-Raphson방법과 Newmark-${\beta}$-방법을 사용하여 구하였다. 사장교의 케이블은 단면적의 변화가 없이 인장력만 받을 수 있는 기하학적 비선형성을 고려한 3차원 트러스요소를 사용하였으며, 주형과 교탑은 3차원 선형 보요소를 사용하였다. 해석 적용예에서 대칭형 및 비대칭형 사장교의 정적거동과 이동하중에 의한 동적거동을 다루었으며 다른 방법에 의한 해석결과 및 실험결과와 비교하여 본 논문의 정당성을 입증하였다. This paper presents the results of the numerical analysis on the behavior of cable-stayed bridge considering geometric nonlinearity of cables. Finite element method is used and geometric nonlinearities are considered on the analysis of cable-stayed bridge. The governing equilibrium equations are derived by the principle of virtual work, and modified Newton-Raphson method and Newmark-${\beta}$ method are employed in response calculations. The validity of this study is demonstrated by comparing the examples with analytical results by other method and testing results.

In this paper we have developed an image security system based on Internet Web in order to overcome the problem of existing systems that use the dedicated network. The developed system resolves the safety problem of the centralized control model by adapting the distributed control model based on Web, and has the functions of remote control and automatic monitoring for grouped multiple sites on remote Web browser. And the system can operate various computers or operating system because it' s operating software was designed by the concepts of Java Virtual Machine and Virtual Instrument. Also, our system has not need of additional cost for network construction by using Internet and can greatly improve the managemental efficiency of system because the maintenance and publishing of software updates can be performed through Web Server.

본 연구에서는 업무의 전산화와 정보의 통합화를 통하여 필요한 시점에 정보를 획득함으로서 관리의 지연으로부터 발생하는 경제적 손실을 최소화하고 가공공정의 체계화로 생산성 향상을 극대화할 수 있는 열처리 중소기업을 위한 통합생산정보관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 수주에서 판매까지의 제반 정보가 일관되고 투명하게 관리되며, 특히 열처리 가공공정을 체계적으로 관리함으로써 가공공정의 생산성 뿐 만 아니라 품질관리의 향상으로 열처리 중소기업의 강력한 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있다. We developed a network based integrated production information management system for small and medium scale heat treatment business. By getting information whenever it is needed, we can minimize the economical loss which comes from managerial delay, and maximize the productivity. The system can consistently and transparently manage the entire process of business from receiving orders to sale. And because the management of heat treatment process is systematically performed in real time, the managerial productivity, as well as the manufactural quality and productivity, is greatly improved by reducing the factors such as the setup and idle time of process, etc.

영화적 인용의 상호매체성과 미디어고고학적 특징: 마누엘 드 올리베이라의 <나의 경우>와 <포르투에서의 어린 시절>을 중심으로

This paper discusses the issue of quotation in cinema, focusing on a special case of cinematic quotation. Cinema is an art medium that is constructed and established within relations with other arts. Cinema refers to and quotes a variety of arts at the formal level of the media, at the theme and content, and at the level of the image. However, mainstream fiction films take the form of hiding quotations by transparently dissolving elements quoted from other arts within the film form and seamlessly suturing them. In order to reinforce a immersion with narrative. On the other hand, some films reveal the fact that cinema is composed of quotations of intermedial and intertextual elements. The formal construction of the film is more important than the narrative, and this visualization is a kind of aesthetic strategy. This paper focuses on the latter as a special case of cinematic quotations, and elaborates Manuel de Oliveira’s Mon Cas(1986) and Porto da Minha Infância(2001) as an example. In both films, elements quoted from various arts, such as literature, theater, painting, sculpture, architecture, photography, and music, stand out from the narrative and are visualized as impure stack. This quotation is not only intermedial but also media archaeological in that it lifts up the public history, private memories, and the deep time of media. 본 논문은 영화에서 ‘인용’의 문제에 대해, 영화적 인용의 특수한 사례를 중심으로 논한다. 영화는 다른 예술과의 관계 내에서 구성되고 성립되는 예술 매체이다. 매체의 형식적 층위, 주제의식과 내용 그리고 이미지의 층위에서 영화는 다양한 예술을 참조하고 인용한다. 그런데 주류 픽션 영화는 다른 예술에서 인용한 요소들을 영화라는 형식 내에 투명하게 녹이고 이음매 없이 봉합시킴으로써 인용을숨기는 방식을 취한다. 서사에의 몰입을 강화하기 위해서이다. 반면 영화가 상호매체적이며 상호텍스트적인 요소들의 인용으로 구성된다는 사실을 전면에 드러내는 경우도 있다. 서사보다는 영화의 형식적 구성을 더 중시하며, 이러한 가시화를 일종의 미학적 전략으로 삼는 것이다. 본고는 후자를 영화적 인용의 특수한 경우로 주목하고, 그 사례로 마누엘 드 올리베이라의 <나의 경우>(1986)와<포르투에서의 어린 시절>(2001)을 상세히 분석한다. 두 영화에는 문학, 연극, 회화, 조각, 건축, 사진, 음악 등 다양한 예술로부터 인용된 요소들이 난립하며, 이는 서사로부터 돌출되어 불순한 덩어리로서 가시화된다. 이 인용은 상호매체적일 뿐만 아니라 공적 역사와 사적 기억, 그리고 미디어의 시간의 지층을 들춘다는 점에서 미디어고고학적인 것이기도 하다.
