This paper proposes a double resonant high frequency inverter which reduces the distribution of the switching current. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of the basic operation and the characteristics of driving were estimated by the switching frequency and the load parameters. And the data for the design were got by the characteristic values obtained from the characteristic estimation. At the same time the example of the design method was proposed. In addition, Comparing the theoretical waveforms to the experimental waveforms certified the operating characteristics of the proposed Inverter. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.
알루미늄 합금과 고장력 강판 접합을 위한 헬리컬 SPR의 단조공정 설계

A self-piercing rivet(SPR) is a mechanical component for joining dissimilar materials. It is used for joining dissimilar material sheets such as aluminum alloy and steel. The self-piercing rivet directly pierces into sheets without drilling sheets beforehand unlike conventional rivets. However, the self-piercing rivet occurs buckling when piercing high strength steel. Therefore, a helical SPR which can pierce high strength steel sheet was designed. In this study, forging process was designed for manufacturing the helical SPR and simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. In the simulation of forging process for manufacturing rivet, process sequence, formability, forging load were investigated. The suitable forging process could be designed by comparisons of simulated results. Experimental trials have been carried out for same conditions as simulated ones. The simulated results agreed with the experimental ones. So, the analytic approach in this thesis is useful to save cost and time in the forging industry

기존의 특수건강진단과 작업환경측정을 통한 직업병 관리가 진폐증, 소음성난청 등의 소수 특정질환에 국한되고 실제 직업병 발생 규모 파악이나 신종 직업병의 발견에 한계를 보인다는 사실은 산업의학전문가들 사이에서도 공감을 이루고 있다. 미국과 영국 등에서의 직업성질환 감시체계에 대한 경험은 우리 나라의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축에도 새로운 자극제가 되면서, 1998년이후 인천, 대전, 여천, 구미, 부울경 지역에서 지역 직업성질환감시체계를 산업보건관리의 중요한 시스템으로 구축하려는 노력이 확산되고 있다. 새로이 구축되어지는 이들 지역 직업성질환 감시체계는 감시하고자 하는 대상질환, 활용 가능한 인적자원 및 자료원, 지역 의료체계의 특수성 등에 따라서 목적과 방법을 달리하면서 독특한 형태로 발전을 하고 있다. 각 지역단위 감시체계들이 그 상황에 맞게 독특한 목적과 전략들을 발전 시키면서도, 향후 발전할 국가적인 차원의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축을 위하여 직업성질환 감시의 기본 전략 등을 공유하는 등의 노력이 필요하다. 환례 정의 및 기본적인 등록 서식의 공유, 직업성질환 감시 자료원의 발굴, 공동의 정보 네트워크 및 직업성질환 감시 데이터베이스 구축 등 직업성질환 감시활동을 지원하기 위한 여러 기초 인프라 구축에 힘을 모아야 할 것이다. 우리 나라에서 직업성질환 감시체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해서는 수집된 자료의 질 관리를 위한 직업성질환 감시의 원칙 제정과 감시 전략의 공유 등이 필요하며, 전국적인 직업성질환 감시체계의 하부구조라고 할 수 있는 지역감시체계의 기초 토대 마련과 강화작업이 절실하게 필요하다.

Background: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the potential protective effects of six ginsenosides (Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rg1, and Rg3) isolated from Panax ginseng against tacrolimus (FK506)-induced apoptosis in renal proximal tubular LLC-PK1 cells. Methods: LLC-PK1 cells were treated with FK506 and ginsenosides, and cell viability was measured. Protein expressions of mitogen-activated protein kinases, caspase-3, and kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) were evaluated by Western blotting analyses. The number of apoptotic cells was measured using an image-based cytometric assay. Results: Reduction in cell viability by $60{\mu}M$ FK506 was ameliorated significantly by cotreatment with ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1. The phosphorylation of p38, extracellular signal-regulated kinases, and KIM-1, and cleavage of caspase-3, increased markedly in LLC-PK1 cells treated with FK506 and significantly decreased after cotreatment with ginsenoside Rb1. The number of apoptotic cells decreased by 6.0% after cotreatment with ginsenoside Rb1 ($10{\mu}M$ and $50{\mu}M$). Conclusion: The antiapoptotic effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on FK506-induced apoptosis were mediated by the inhibition of mitogen-activated protein kinases and caspase activation.
단기통엔진에서의 GTL(Gas to Liquid) 연료특성 연구

Recently, alternative fuels are drawing more attentions due to the increasing need for lower emission characteristics and fuel consumption rate in automotive engine. The GTL(gas to luquid) is the one of most favored candidates. GTL is a synthetic liquified fuel made from natural gas or charcoal with Fischer-Tropsch mechanism. It has higher cetane number(more than 75) and almost negligible sulphur and aromatic contents. Therefore, enhanced emission characteristics are expected even in the application in diesel engines without any modification. In this study, the engine performances and emission characteristics are compared between diesel and GTL fuel in the single cylinder diesel engine. Also the various blendings between Diesel and GTL(30%, 50% in volume) are also tested to investigate optimal blending ratio in the respect of emission characteristics. Noticeable reduction in soot, THC and CO emission are observed without the loss of engine power due to low sulphur and aromatic contents in GTL. Also, the ignition delay creased due to higher cetane number of GTL, which slightly decreased the amount of NOx emissions.

This study was intended to raise solids yield in the sea tangle extract. Sea tangle extracted by additions of acetone, methyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol. Among four solvents used for sea tangle extraction, the optimal solvent was ethyl alcohol. The most appropriate method of sea tangle extraction was two-stage extraction, that extracted with addition of ethyl alcohol and residue was extracted with water(1:13, w/v). As the optimal conditions of ethyl alcohol were 25℃ and 70%, respectively. The basis of solids yield in sea tangle extract, optimal extracting time was about 1 hour. The yield of soluble solids under above-mentioned conditions was 18.2%. Drinking product was made by adding 0.1% citric acid, 2% sorbitol and 2% oligosaccharide to the sea tangle extract(Brix 10).
