        간호대학생의 성장 마인드셋, 학업스트레스, 스트레스 대처방식이 자기주도적 학습에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 성장 마인드셋, 학업스트레스, 스트레스 대처방식이 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 연구대상자들에게 성장 마인드셋, 학업스트레스, 스트레스 대처방식, 자기주도적 학습에 대한 설문조사를 온라인으로 시행하였다. 본 연구대상자들은 온라인 커뮤니티에서 모집한 간호대학생 138명을 대상으로 2023년 10월 11일부터 11월 1일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 성장 마인드셋(20개 문항), 학업스트레스(23개 문항), 스트레스 대처방식(30개 문항), 자기주도적 학습(45개 문항)을 포함한 설문지를 배포하였다. 다중회귀분석은 SPSS 29.0을 이용하여 실시하였다. 분석대상은 총 138명으로 100%의 응답률을 보였다. 응답자는 여성 간호대학생(n=114명, 82.6%)이 대다수를 차지하였으며 3학년(62명, 44.9%)이 가장 많았다. 또한 61명의 간호대학생은 ‘취업이 용이해서’ 간호학과에 진학하였다고 응답하였다. 설문조사 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습 관련 요인으로는 평균 학점, 기숙사, 학업스트레스, 스트레스 대처방식이 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 대처방식과 자기주도적 학습(r=.688, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈지만 학업스트레스와 자기주도적 학습(r=-.469, p<.001)은 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 자기주도적 학습 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 스트레스 대처방식(β=.540, p<.001), 학업스트레스(β=-.226, p<.001), 성장 마인드셋(β=.115, p<.001) 순이었으며, 이러한 요인들의 설명력은 56.9%(F=14.925, p<.001)로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 간호대학생이 자율적으로 가치 있는 정보를 습득하고, 다양한 문제 시나리오를 효과적으로 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있음을 고려한 교육적 접근을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 성장 마인드셋 증진을 위한 적극적인 수업 태도 격려와 관련 특강 개설, 적극적인 스트레스 대처방식 함양을 위한 비교과 프로그램 개설의 활성화가 이루어질 필요성을 가지고 있다. This study aimed to identify the self-directed learning ability according to the growth mindset, academic stress, and coping style of nursing students. A total of 138 nursing students were recruited from the online community, and the data collection period was from October 11 to November 1, 2023. A structured questionnaire was administered to collect data, including growth mindset (20 items), academic stress (23 items), coping style (30 items), and self-directed learning (45 items). Multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS 29.0. The analyses included 138 participants with a response rate of 100%. The majority of respondents were female nursing students (n = 114; 82.6%) who were college juniors (n = 62; 44.9%). 61 nursing students expected a high level of professional employment. This study results that first, nursing students demonstrated that the grades, residence, academic stress, and coping style could influence the self-directed learning. Second, coping style and self-directed learning (r=.688, p<.001) showed a positive correlation, but academic stress and self-directed learning (r=-.469, p<.001) showed a negative correlation. Finally, the most influential factors influencing the self-directed learning were coping style (β=.540, p<.001), academic stress (β=-.226, p<.001), growth mindset (β=.115, p<.001) and these factors explanatory power 56.9% (F=14.925, p<.001). Our study findings showed an educational approach considering the growth mindset and coping style can help nursing students autonomously acquire valuable information and effectively address diverse problem scenarios.

        ICT 기반 노인간호 역량 개발: 우울증 측정 사례를 중심으로

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe problems and solutions for older adults living alone and using wearable devices to report depressive moods in daily life. In addition, gerontology nurses' competencies and strategies were discussed based on lessons learned from the observational study. Methods: A hybrid method was used, combining literature review and content analyses based on interviews with 53 participants and observations done by the research team. Results: Main issues and relevant strategies were identified in terms of(1) applicability of information and communications technology (ICT) devices for older adults,(2) feasibility of older adults' use of ICT devices,(3) integration of ICT devices into daily life, and(4) relevant issues when older adults use ICT. Important roles and competencies were discussed regarding general and gerontology aspects of ICT. Conclusion: Findings indicate that a wearable device is feasible to measure daily depressive moods in older adults living alone in community settings. To extend our research protocol to practice, gerontology nurses must adequately prepare to meet emerging health care trends and end users’ needs for ICT-based nursing. It is necessary to develop diverse educational programs and active involvement in research and design of relevant devices and programs.

        간호행정학회지 게재 논문의 이론 적용 분석

        Purpose: This study was done to analyze the trend of theory application in articles published in the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Administration (JKANA) over the last 10 years. Methods: Four hundred and eighty-five articles were reviewed to determine the scope of theory-applied research. General characteristics, study design and keywords classification by nursing meta-paradigm were analyzed using established analysis framework. Results: Twenty-four articles (4.9%) were identified as theory-applied research publications. More than half of the articles (54.2%) stated that a theoretical framework was used; the number of theories used in the 24 articles was 27 including nine nursing theories. The majority of the studies were conducted in hospital settings. In the keyword classification by nursing meta-paradigm, 28 environment-related keywords were identified but only 7 keywords were related to health. Conclusion: The results show that theory application in Korean nursing administration research is very limited. It is necessary to create a positive educational environment for graduate students to learn about nursing theories as well as theories from other disciplines. In addition, different levels of nursing theories should be continuously developed in the field of nursing administration.

        만성질환자의 질병수용에 대한 개념분석: 혼종모형을 이용하여

        Purpose: This study was done clarify the concept of illness acceptance in patients with chronic disease. Methods: This study was conducted using a hybrid model of concept analysis that consists of three phases. In the theoretical phase, a working definition was formulated through a systematic review. In the fieldwork phase, five participants who had diabetes or hypertension for at least one year were interviewed. In the third phase, the results were combined in the final analysis. Results: There are three phases of accepting an illness: experiencing the limits, disease management, and designing new life. At the experience of the limits and disease management stages, the attributes of physical, psychological and social domains were derived, but at the stage of designing their new life, integrated attributes of these three domains were derived. Conclusion: Illness acceptance of chronic disease was defined as a continuous and dynamic process in three phases. First, patients experience limitations due to the disease, such as physical illness, psychological instability, and difficulty performing social roles. Second, patients manage the disease by engaging in self-management, psychological coping strategies, and establishing social support. Third, patients design their new life by seeking better health-related quality of life and integrating the illness into their everyday life. However, patients experienced negative changes when disease management was not performed properly. The fact that illness acceptance could be cyclic means the difference between illness and loss/death acceptance. Nurse should develop and provide an integrated nursing intervention that is appropriate for phases of illness acceptance.
