        부산국제주류 및 와인전시박람회 참관객의 수요 결정요인 분석

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to provide the characteristics of exhibition fair consumers, and to provide practical measures to establish appropriate marketing strategies. Design/Methodology/Approach – This study applied the service quality of the exhibition fair as an independent variable for visitors of the 2023 Busan International Liquor & Wine Expo held in BEXCO, Busan, and analyzed the TP model as a research method. In addition, the amount of annual participation was estimated and analyzed as a dependent variable. Findings – Looking at the results of the study, as a result of the analysis of the attribute factors of service quality selection at the exhibition, it was found that it had a positive effect on diversity and comfort, accessibility and convenience facilities, quality and fidelity, and the benefit and value of information. In addition, it can be seen that out of all the socioeconomic characteristics variables, job factor is the only one that had a positive effect. Research Implications – The results of the study hoped to provide the characteristics of consumers by analyzing demand determinants using the service quality selection attribute of the exhibition, and at the same time provide practical measures to establish appropriate marketing strategies.

        Evidence for Association between the Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor Gene and Panic Disorder: A Novel Haplotype Analysis

        ObjectiveaaPanic disorder (PD) is a common psychiatric disorder with a complex etiology, and several studies have suggested that it has a genetic component. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is the most abundant of the neurotrophins in the brain and is recognized for its important role in the survival, differentiation and growth of neurons. Several lines of research have suggested possible associations between the BDNF gene and PD. In this study, we investigated the BDNF 196G/A (rs6265), 11757G/C (rs16917204), and 270C/T (rs56164415) single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in order to determine an association with PD. We also identified the genetic sequence associations with PD via haplotype analysis. MethodsaaParticipants in this study included 136 PD patients and 263 healthy controls. Male and female subjects were analyzed separately. The genotype and allele frequencies of the PD patients and controls were analyzed using χ2 statistics. Frequencies and haplotype reconstructions were calculated using the SNP analyzer 2.0. ResultsaaWe found no significant statistical differences in the genotype distributions or allele frequencies of the three tested polymorphisms between the PD and control groups. In addition, no differences were found between PD patients and the controls in either male or female subgroups. However, we found that, the frequency of the G-C haplotype for 196G/A and 11757G/C was significantly higher in PD patients than in the controls. ConclusionaaOur result suggest that patients with the G-C haplotype for 196G/A and 11757G/C may be more susceptible to the development of PD. Further studies are needed to replicate the associations that we observed.

        기업 경영전략 차원의 유연성에 기반한 사무공간의 특징에 관한 연구

        (Research Background and Purpose) Modern society is polycentric and shows complex characteristics, and the patterns of change are also unpredictable and tend to accelerate. The business environment of companies is facing innovation in work technology through the 4th Industrial Revolution, diversification of work methods established through the pandemic, and changes in the perception of new generation workers, and the need for management innovation is keenly felt. As many companies focus on changes in office space as a core management strategy, modern office spaces are developing with flexible characteristics to accommodate and respond to various changes. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of office space design by deriving the flexible characteristics of modern workspace that match the flexible value of today's corporate management and to prepare basic data for improving the spatial environment as a company's management strategy. (Research method) Chapter 2 examines the development process through changes in the concept and design paradigm of office space and confirms the importance of modern office space from a corporate management perspective. In Chapter 3, an analysis of previous research was conducted to understand the flexible characteristics of modern office space, the general characteristics of modern office space were investigated, and then, based on flexibility at the corporate management level, the flexible characteristics of office space that are consistent with the central values of cooperation and growth were derived. In Chapter 4, office spaces that have changed at the management strategic level within the last five years are selected as cases, and a qualitative analysis is conducted based on the flexible characteristics of modern office spaces derived in Chapter 3. (Results) The flexible characteristics of modern office space were derived from four characteristics: variability, openness, connectivity, and diversity. As a result of the case analysis, openness, and connectivity, which fit both the values of cooperation and growth, were revealed most strongly, and variability tended to be revealed in conditions where modular design and system application are possible. Lastly, diversity pursues the diversification of spatial experiences, but recently, users have shown a tendency to select and engage with environmental settings such as specific spatial concepts and atmospheres. (Conclusion) Due to the rapid changes in the business environment, modern office spaces have flexible characteristics that allow them to accept and respond to changes at any time, and the transformation into a multifaceted and three-dimensional space that meets various requirements at the same time has been confirmed. In the future, the flexible characteristics of the modern workspace are expected to expand in value as a long-term, sustainable corporate management strategy rather than a temporary phenomenon, and linked follow-up research is needed for the multidimensional development of future workspace.

        저비용항공사 서비스품질 선택속성 수요결정요인에 관한 연구

        The appearance of low cost carriers (the "LCCs") that exploit niche markets has made competition more severe among airlines, while existing full service airlines (the "FSCs") suffer in a recession brought on by the global economic crisis and the rise of international oil prices. Therefore, it is important for airlines to prepare plans to maximize efficiency through positive marketing activities in order to clearly grasp the various needs of customers, and to attract more customers. As a result, the purpose of this study was to explore the demand determinants, analyze the preference for LCCs, and perform a user inclination analysis in pursuit of future solutions to current problems of LCCs. Results revealed that: (1) among respondent socio-economic characteristics, age and occupation were revealed as determinants of LCC selection; and (2) among service quality attributes, safety, money savings, and physical services appeared to be important determinants of LCC demand. 글로벌 경제위기와 국제 원유가 상승으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 대형항공사와는 달리 틈새시장을개척하고 있는 저비용항공사의 약진은 주목할 만하다. 다만 다양한 고객의 욕구를 명확하게 파악하고 마케팅활동의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 저비용항공 이용객들의 실제 탑승수요를 이용객의 사회경제적 특성과 서비스품질 특성을 살펴봄으로써, 수요결정의 측면에서 저비용항공시장에 유용한 정보를 전달하고자 한다. 세부적으로는 종속변수의 형태와 설문방법에 따라 적절하게 선택된 수요모형을 설정하고 저비용항공수요에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하고자 한다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 저비용항공 이용객의 사회경제적 특성 중 연령과 직업이 수요결정에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질 선택속성으로는 시스템 편리성, 인적서비스, 안정성, 경제성, 물적 서비스가 도출되었으며, 그 중 안전성, 경제성, 물적 서비스 요인이 실제 탑승수요를결정하는 것으로 조사되었다.

        중국 상해지역의 중국인의 한식 선택속성과 이용동기가 재구매에 미치는 영향 - 절단된 포아송 모형 적용 -

        Recently foreigners have become more interested in Korean foods due in part to the effects of the Korean Wave. As a result, discussions concerning the strategic use of this trend are now heating up. Even though Korean Food has a long history and tradition, foreigners still have quite a limited knowledge of it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to discuss the reasons that are producing an increased demand for Korean Food by using proper Truncated Poisson which was chosen according to the form and research method of a dependent variable. Based on the estimation result of Truncated Poisson according to the motives of demand for Korean food:The results indicate that a person’s interest in expanding their eating experiences was negatively affected, people who prefer distance, stability and change were positively influenced and the opinions of those who prefer better quality service were affected negatively. The results of this research is expected to shape a development direction plan for the Korean Food Market and also help form a better framework for establishing a marketing strategy by giving useful information about the demand for Korean Food.

        프랑스 와인소비자의 와인수요 결정요인 연구

        This study attempts to estimate influencing factors through the establishment of a demand model for wine selection attributes centering on the French region of Bordeaux, which has high growth potential in the future. This analysis, can be used to select a marketing strategy by presenting the direction of development of the French wine market through the analysis of factors that determine the demand for wine in Bordeaux, France. Design/Methodology/Approach This study was conducted for two months using survey data collected from the Bordeaux region, targeting French with experience drinking wine mainly in the Bordeaux region of France. To examine the influence on the French wine selection attributes and usage patterns, influencing factors were estimated through factor analysis and the establishment of a Truncated Poisson (TP) model. Findings As a result of estimation by applying the wine TP model in Bordeaux, France, it was found that variables related to socioeconomic characteristics had a positive effect on occupation. The wine selection attribute factor was found to have a positive effect on grape variety, quality grade, and inner characteristics. In addition, it was found that this had a positive effect on the consumption of red wine and the consumption of white wine in one occurance. Research Implications Considering the limitations of the lack of empirical approaches to the marketing strategy of the wine market in Bordeaux, France, through the estimated results of this analysis, an attempt was made to enter the French wine market with a substantial wine consumption promotion and sales strategy in the French wine market. This can help to provide a clues for suggesting marketing plans for the Korean wine industry

        Thyroid Dysfunction Associated with Administration of the Long-Acting Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Agonist

        Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist has been used in the treatment of a wide variety of sex-hormone-related diseases, as the administration of GnRH agonist can alter the secretion of gonadotropin and sex hormones. Recently, we found that the long-acting GnRH agonist aggravated hyperthyroidism and induced painless thyroiditis. This is the first report to demonstrate the association of thyroid dysfunction with GnRH agonist injection in Korea. Here, we report three cases and emphasize the clinical importance of this aggravating factor in autoimmune thyroid disease.
